Fantastic iconic place in the middle of Paris.
The fresh ingredients translate into amazing taste. The service is very good, and the atmosphere is very elegant.
One of the best fish and seafood

Loved this place. The interior is beautiful with decorative interns making up a gorgeous assembly piece that is a huge restaurant. Waiters are simply fantastic and efficient. The lamb curry is delicious as is the sauerkraut and they have a lovely selection of very fresh seafood. A grand cafe bistro experience to dream of. And do order the crepes Suzette.

We had a great time here at La Coupole, the staff taking care all of us very nicely and he try to explain the menu and recommend some dish for us :) the decoration (art deco) is elegance and beautiful, price of the food is very reasonable (lots of locals here) truly recommend for a visit

La Coupole is truly a gem nestled in the heart of Paris, offering a fine dining experience that captures the essence of the city. The hospitality was impeccable, and the staff provided great and fast service throughout our visit. The ambience created a delightful atmosphere, enhancing our overall dining experience.
The plating at La Coupole is top class, presenting dishes with an artistic touch that appealed to both the eyes and the palate. The taste and color of the dishes were excellent, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs.
However, my only critique is the limited vegetarian options, with only one choice available. I believe expanding the vegetarian menu would further elevate the restaurant's appeal, catering to a broader range of tastes.
In conclusion, La Coupole is a fantastic choice for those seeking an exquisite dining experience in Paris, with just a small room for improvement in the vegetarian offerings.

Don't go there unless you want to be suffocated in their tiny cinema rooms - there is no ventilation in there. It was unbearable even in winter, hard to imagine what kind of hell there during the summer months.

Delicious food, great ambiance, and although on the pricey side, every bite is worth it! A must-visit for a memorable dining experience.

We went here for Halloween and were oddly encouraged by their extensive decor (since Paris basically doesn’t do Halloween).
I had the fish ceviche, which was the best I’ve had since Playa del Carmen. I also had the manchego tapa, which was pretty much what you’d expect—sliced cheese, but also with some salad.
I also had some shrimp, which was excellent, though keep in mind, it’s still got the face, so you gotta peel!
Finally, I had a margarita, which was the best I’ve so far had in Paris.
Only down side was it was a bit of a task to track down our waiter when we were ready to go.
Another upside, though, was the price was very reasonable considering we both got lots of good and drinks!

It is an average place in my opinion. Not a very large selection of soft drinks and snacks. People are nice though and very kind. Wanted to
Spend an evening dancing salsa but only 4 people danced in total. Music doesn’t vary much but after all I would say it’s an ok place

This place is a great experience. Show up early and you can get seated when the restaurant opens. You basically order entrecote and it comes with fries and a tasty salad. One of the reviewers mentioned that bleu is medium. It is not. It is rare. If you want medium, order ‘a point’. Their desserts are good. I recommend the chocolate covered pastries (forgot the name, but they are known for that). The wine is nice. A glass of house wine is 8 euros. If you want two glasses, just order half a bottle. The efficiency of the waitresses is something to be seen. The waitresses wear costumes that look like maid costumes.

We were knowledgeable that it can get busy so we came 20 minutes before opening and were the first in line.
Everything was great, delicious and quite fast - absolutely enjoyed it. Actually liked it much more than London location, they should definitely take notes.
Absolutely coming back again next time we're in Paris.

It's a Parisian icon, a definite must for your Paris bucket list. If you're particular about ribeye, you'll appreciate the meat's quality but might find fault with the serving temperature—it's warm, not hot, including the kinda cold plate and sauce. However, the French fries are fresh, hot, and perfect. A US medium rare translates here as 'blue', mostly pink with both sides done, tender, and excellent.
I enjoyed everything—the ambiance, the exclusively French-speaking servers, and the absence of a menu apart from dessert. You sit, and within minutes, a delicious salad with a great mustard-flavored sauce and fresh, albeit cold-centered, bread arrives. Shortly after, your ribeye comes, initially delightful but gradually cooling as you savor it. They offer a second round after you finish, who can say NO, its a must despite the temperature, a nod to honoring the sacrificed cow.
Overall, it's an entertaining experience with swift service; many guests come and go in under 40 minutes. You feel the dynamic pace, and get the feeling to make room for the next party, but not before having the dessert, ours, which came slightly heavy on the chocolate —a bit less would suit my taste better.
This unique experience differs from the States, where a single dish is swiftly served. It's fun, offers top-notch meat quality, and certainly makes for an adventurous dining outing.

The food was amazing and the waiters were very nice.
I was a bit sceptic in the beginning as I have read some bad reviews and as I am also very picky with beef in general, but the meat was very very good and everything happened so smooth.

I like the atmosphere and normally we go there when we have guests. Tourists like this place a lot but for me the meet was not really tasty. The dessert was really good. We like the salad too, simple but tasty.

Stumbled on this place walking by, trying to avoid jet lag . Will be a place I seek out next time I am here.
First off the ambiance and setting is spectacular. Red velvet and beautiful lighting , art, and mirrors all round.
The service is good , quite good. I just probably haven't adjusted to the pace here. After being seated took a while for some one to approach me , tail end waiting for my check took forever. In between service was spot on.
Now for the food. Spectacular! The flavors were incredible.
Had a chanrdonnay and raw oysters (#3) for appetizer. Oysters were large and tasty. I was already full. Then dinner arrived. The best steak tartare I have ever had. Ever! The potato au gratin just so flavorful and light for an au gratin. A rose to accompany was a good decision.
If you are in this area, check this place out. It's a delight.

Went here for a cup of hot chocolate & some desserts with friends around 2:30pm. The waiters & manager seemed desperate to get us to order, they came to us 3 times instead of giving us the time to choose & decide, which was very pushy. They hadn't asked us in the 4 hrs that we were there, if everything was fine or if we would have liked something else.
The cakes were gorgeously presented, the best was definitely the cheesecake, it is their bestseller. The carrot cake had a strong ginger taste & the pear tart's base was warm & with what seemed like frozen pears ontop.
The hot chocolate I ordered was extremely thick, pretty disappointing & very expensive for it's 'quality', 7,20€ & it felt like I was having chocolate freshcream soup. Very pricey place for not so top notch quality..
The only reason I would come back is for the cheesecake & it would be for a take away.

Enjoyed a wonderful late crème brûlée on my birthday here.
It was after 11pm not a lot of people in the restaurant and I have a craving! The waiters were super nice and friendly and also accommodating since I wanted to love tables since there were a few people smoking which I didn’t want to be around.
Reasonable price/portion and great taste.

Charming Parisien brasserie in Montparnasse with the original construction material and design all around. Lots of light inside, the atmosphere is very agreeable. Lots of French stop there in the morning for their "formule petit déjeuner"!
Amazing plus: the most exceptional service in Montparnasse! I have observed and lots of little attentions is being done for the customer to be happy. The service is quick, yet friendly.
I have asked for my croissant to be warm, and was reminded that in France, you eat it cold. Waiter Farid said not to worry and brought it back warm, not from the microwave "Sacrilège!" but he put it in a toaster for me! The client at the table next tom told me that they woudn't do that in any restaurant around there at Montparnasse. I replied: "Well, then, I know what place I am coming back to!".

Staff is nice. Portions are huge - even too big for a menu.
However, I found tall the plates somewhat boring. Nothing interesting for the price tag I eould have expected something more special in taste and presentation. 58eur menu and some choices are even extra on top and drinks plus.. could be a solid 4star for half the price

I’ve been to this cool pub on rue de, not boulevard du Montparnasse, a number times to enjoy their innumerable selection of beers, some very good food and service par excellence. Last September I had lunch there with my brother. I jokingly told the manager that I liked my beer glass so much that I was going to steal it. He laughed heartily. When I paid the bill, he gave me the glass, washed and dried, as a memento of our visit.
🤙🏽 Le Falstaff is a required stop on my Paris trips.
By the way, the glass made it home in one piece…

Food 1/5
Service 5/5
Atmosphere 5/5
Cost: Fair
It was our first food joint in Paris. We entered pretty late so there weren’t many options near where we were staying. The atmosphere was decent and I know you wouldn’t really go to a pub for the food. However, the chicken wings were so burnt that it got difficult to eat every bite I took. The flavor was okay but like most of you, I’m not down to eat burnt food especially when I’m paying for it.

Delightful bar - their beer selection might be unrivaled in Paris. Great décor with antique wood panels and pretty tiled floor. They have plenty of space with upstairs and downstairs tables as well as street side seating. Good service and nice happy hour deals. Highly recommended.
