Contacting Us

You may send enquiries to us by emailing . When you email us we collect no personally identifiable information except what you provide voluntarily in the email. We only use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with any third party.

If you contact us via our Contact Form we use a third party service called EmailMeForm to forward your email to us. In addition to the information you submit via the form, they collect your IP address and country to help prevent spam and misuse of the platform. Submitting a message via our Contact form is therefore also subject to the EmailMeForm Privacy Policy. All information is encrypted and kept secure. We do delete old data on a regular basis. You can also contact us to request the removal of any stored data related to messages you sent via our Contact Form.

Newsletter

You can register to receive our newsletter by filling in a form with your email address. We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. When you sign-up, your email address will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We will not share your email address with any other third party. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You will find an appropriate link at the end of each newsletter. If the link is clicked, we will delete you from the mailing list.

Our email newsletter may place a an electronic file the size of a single pixel, that is placed in the email and loaded when you open it. By using email pixels, we can see if the eamil we sent was opened or not.

Third-Party Disclosure

Other than transferring your email address (when you provide it) to MailChimp for the purpose of managing our email newsletter, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personal information.
