I go to this location because its the only one in burnaby, luckily lougheed is getting a new location and hopefully their service is better. Today i got a chicken bowl to go and when the server scooped my chicken, she gave me shreds. I asked for a little bit more and she started getting technical saying its 4oz of chicken and if i wanted more it would cost extra. I was trying to explain to her that she gave me chicken shreds and she said she would give me more but next time id have to pay and the amount she gave me was 1 piece of chicken. This place used to have good and fast service and lately, their service has been horrible. If lougheed’s new location is better, this location will definitely lose their customers because of their poor service The size of the chicken compared to my fork is horrendous

Walked in and I asked the girl if anything was coming out fresh and she said pepperoni and vegetables, so I waited. When it came out it looked like a regular pepperoni but with onions and green peppers on top. It looked amazing to be honest, so I got two slices and walked outside to eat them. This pizza was really f’in good. Thin crust and the perfect sauce, topped with high quality mozzarella and then fresh ingredients. I was thrown back at how good it was. Will definitely come back and try different types. $4.50 a slice and way better than any other place around, this is high quality stuff.

Love Pizza garden's Neopolitan style pizza. Great selections. My only negative comment is that some pizza on display looks sad. May be sitting there for hours thus looking dry already. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of fresh pizza you are getting.

4.5/5 We came to this Earls for friends gathering lunch. The atmosphere is excellent and food is top of notch. All the staff are very friendly and table service were great and fast. We enjoyed our lunch here and definitely will come back to visit again. Hopefully in the nearly future you will consider kids menu, like Mac & cheese or little burger. The food was consistent to Earls-like food chains in the industry. But the highlight was our waiter, Cedric. He was very attentive and catered to our groups dietary needs. There was a mistake on one of our meals and he brought out extra fries for us to munch on while we waited. And at the end of the meal we got a complimentary dessert for the birthday. From previous experience at Earls, it was unexpectedly great service!

Came in with some friends for a quick bite after work. Wasn’t expecting much just came for a few drinks and some food. Our server Lily was great and quick to greet us! The thing that blew us away was the management. We had the pleasure of meeting Aaron. Let me tell you he was phenomenal. Super professional but also lighthearted and humorous. To say the least, he really made this night one to remember. Thank you earls staff!!

I almost wrote this review after the appetizer because of how good the food here is. I came during Bite of Burnaby so I got a three course meal for a special price and a delicious yuzu lemonade. I loved every bite of all three courses and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating!

It's not the first time I dine at Earl's but this is the most disappointing experience. The food and service were great here, except for this particular unpleasant incident tonight. I ordered Surf+Turf with sirloin and prawn. But the waiter told me prawns were out, and offered me alternatives of lobster or crab cake. I told him I just want regular set but he insisted I had to choose from the two options without explaining they cost extra. The waiter explained himself by : "I know that's confusing. You can talk to the manager if needed."

Two things are important about food service: how good it tastes and how much they serve you. This place checks both with full marks, it's a must go if you're ever in Metrotown. The atmosphere is classy and chill, the best view from any Eatery in the mall and the delicious sandwiches will make your day. Also they're not that expensive compared to other joints at Metrotown.

I came here for lunch with a friend the other day- who knew mall food could be so good? Treat yourself to a freshly fried delight with delectable gooey cheese. The fries were hot out of the fryer and very delicious too- it's a bit pricey, but overall we thought it was worth it!

My favorite go to for healthy smoothies. My ultimate favorites are Mango Magic and Mighty Kale. It's a bit on the pricy side though but I don't mind. What I do mind is the fact that everytime I went there, there seems to be a consistent grumpy cashier 🤔. He was not very helpful with answering questions like me asking about my reward points. I would understand if it just happened once but he always looked like having a bad day everytime.

Wanted to give their new drinks a try but was disappointed with their Blue Cloud smoothie. I couldn't really taste anything other than the almond milk. Not sure if this drink is supposed to be thick but it wasn't a smoothie texture. It was very liquidy like water. It's easy to drink tho but not what I was expecting.

Free birthday smoothie wadupp?! Thank you Jugo!!! This smoothie was dope and my new absolute go to option! It was super yummy, good size and tasted awesome. I guess you could say it was the juice! Pun intended, it was pretty dope nonetheless. I Took a whim on the Matcha Pichu and will never ever regret it, flawless taste with great infusion of mint, dragonfruit and almighty matcha. It had great flavor, very fresh tasting and packed with wholesome and healthy ingredients. The Jugo Rewards program is actually pretty sweet and gets you some good loyalty points so get saving for them slurps ya'll!

Purchased their spring special to go, which included 2 build-your-own bowls (1-scoop) and 2 drinks for $29. The poke itself was good, as diners have the ability to choose from a variety of toppings (no limit for the "regular" toppings). The amount of vegetables included is fair, and the bowls overall were solid. Standard toppings like imitation crab, wakame, pineapple, edamame, and a variety of onions. The most unique complimentary topping was pickled radish. I did appreciate that you could get plain fish if you didn't want a pre-marinated option. We had a service issue which caused us to be at the store for much longer than expected. It became clear early on we were being helped by a new staff member. They had to re-do my bowl after I asked for their gluten-friendly Ponzu sauce option, and they initially used the regular sauce on the side. They were unsure if it was gluten-friendly or not, but used it anyways until it came to light later when they consulted with another employee. We also had to repeat multiple times that we wanted all the complimentary toppings aside from the ginger. In the bowl re-do, I watched the staffer almost include ginger so had to step in vocally as a reminder. For one of our bowls, we asked if they could include a bit more fish, as it didn't look like a full scoop. Earlier, a more experienced female staffer told us that the fish they use is fresh and they don't always leave them out in the open. They indicated that if we ordered the non-spicy fish, they would get it fresh for our bowls (likely from the back). Yet, the staffer helping us was essentially scraping the nearly empty bins for fish and therefore, their one scoop wasn't really a "full" scoop. When watching the other employees prepare bowls for others, we noticed they were more generous with their protein scoops. While the employee did apologize a couple of times for the bowl re-do, it was awkward for us as we didn't want to feel like we had to watch them prepare it, but it ended up being kind of necessary. There was also a lack of urgency because at that point, two other employees were building bowls for new customers. Someone, perhaps the store manager, did step in at one point to inform us of the toppings which were gluten-friendly (or not). Our first Steve's Poke Bar experience was an alright one! The fruit tea was delicious, and the poke itself was good. The service was not as positive due to the mishaps, but we'll probably be back as the regular prices are affordable. We also signed up for their rewards program using our phone number, although we weren't quite sure what it entails when we provided our number.

A delicious poke bowl , shoyu was great. Very fresh tasty ingredients. Nice combination. Hawaii tea was also a nice surprise. Tea is how I like it. Good roast. The poke bowl reminded me of swimming in the ocean with the fishes. This bowl really took my mind off of crippling gambling sessions and reminded me that good times are coming.

I recently tried the Spicy Mayo Salmon from MAYO SPICE ME UP, and it's now my favorite! However, I wasn't a fan of the edamame; maybe next time, I'll opt for building my bowl. We've been a regular here before, and whenever we're at metrotown, we rather eat here than go to the food court. We used to love everything about this place, and we're surprised to see the quality of food we got today. It's been a month since the last time we bought food here. We bought 1 mix plate and 1 mix wrap. The meats of both them are extremely dry. REALLY REALLY DRY. almost inedible, i say. We saw the meat came from the flat grill instead of the rotation skewer and looked like it's been there for a couple of hours already. We really hope this is the only time this will happen as we really love this place. Their calamari is really good. Hopefully, to get better results next time.

I was very excited to try Basha’s authentic shawarma. I was happy to see actual Arabic folks running the joint as well as finally seeing a location have TOUM! But unfortunately, it ended there. We ordered two plates ( 1 chicken and 1 mix). The meat was BEYOND over cooked. He killed it on the grill top akd completely dried it out. The rice was bland and the tahini sauce that goes over the entire plate was completely watered down… like beyond runny. Very disappointed and not worth $35.

Basha offers a convenient dining option for shoppers at Metrotown, providing a quick meal solution. During our visit, we opted for the Grilled Basha meal, which included one skewer of lamb kabab, one skewer of beef kabab, and one skewer of chicken kabab. Additionally, we ordered the Calamari platter. Both platters were accompanied by rice, salad, hummus, and garlic potatoes, topped with tahini and hot sauce. The food was ok, although it's worth noting that the portion sizes have become slightly smaller compared to previous visits.

It’s good for people on a diet. If you order a salad, your bill ends up at around 27$ and you barely eat up 600 calories. Therefore you are basically forcing yourself to eat less to save money. A lot of the kale leaves are yellow and grey, other than that, they prepare the food very very fast.

I was pretty bummed out that the server only told me about the deal of the day, after I placed my order and told her I was looking for recommendations and therefore paid double the price I could have ended up paying. However, I got a Fiesta Wrap with Falafel which wasn't bad and pretty yummy and not really hard to go wrong. I really don't see the justification of almost fifteen bucks for this though. The falafel itself was also basic, dull, pretty dry and didn't taste very fresh at all.

4.5/5 A tad slow on the service, but food is consistent with other locations. Great spot for a small snack. There are many options but you can never go wrong with the original hot dog. Would recommend have sweet potatoes as the topping. For the sauces, they have recommendations when you receive the hot dog.
