Beaty Biodiversity Museum Reviews

out of 5 It is a nice museum that has a great biodiversity but lacks proper presentation of the exhibit pieces. I struggled to see a lot of exemplars due to lack of lighting. I hope that this could be improved in the future so that the visitors would have a better learning experience. Otherwise, it’s a good place to learn more about the world we live in.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much there is to see here! This is a little known place that I could easily spend hours exploring with the vast range of life samples from almost every era of life development on Earth. It's also less expensive than more popular places like Science World and the backorder Aquarium. They also have an interactive area for kids of all ages. I highly recommend taking the family here for an interesting and educational afternoon.

An incredible experience, showcasing over 2 million species. The highlight was undoubtedly the Vale sculpture and the captivating documentary detailing its discovery and journey to the museum. The ticket is only $14, it definitely worth more than that

Good size museum with the main attraction being the big whale skeleton hanging from the ceiling. There is a screening room playing how they got the whale skeleton into the museum and all the preparation work to hang it from the ceiling which was pretty fascinating. Downstairs, there is also a bunch of specimen and taxidermies of animals. The aisles are a bit narrow though. Really fun to visit and learn about different animals and fungi. Easy access for people with disabilities using elevator or ramp.

Don't be confused and afraid by a name of museum. It's a normal museum of natural history, enough new, middle size (could be bigger), but well designed, fieled up and organized.
Interesting mix of modern and old fashioned exebition layout. What is defently big plus as you are able to explore the way you want.
