Dom-mmm- inOs is absolutely RIGHT! The best pizza on the Danforth and one of the top spots in the city. The pizzas are always fresh, and delivery is both in-house and super fast. Domino's Made -Domino's Delivered Fresh! This location takes care of their customers, for sure! The proof is these delicious, gluten-free crust photos! (I started eating the veggie pizza before I had taken photos.) Thank you so much!

Edited. I still frequent this lovation for their Stuffed Cheesy bread and my wings. I absolutely love their wings and stuffed cheesy bread. Originally I gave the food 3 stars because my pizza kept coming out overcooked (after requesting lightly cooked so the cheese isn't burnt). Despite the pizza mix up they are super pleasant at this location Original Review: This was my go to Domino's spot, but as I told their evening manager- I won't be ordering any more pizzas from your location. And no, I don't want your free pizza. What's the point of a free pizza when I already wasted my money twice and time once taking instructions, your company refused to follow. After receiving a burnt pizza the first time, the day time manager told me to come in and request a lightly done, but cooked pizza so the cheese wouldn't be burned so much. So, that's exactly what I did. I ordered the pizza, even shown them based on their photos what I mean and the manager said "Don't worry, I completely understand and know what you want." Got home opened my box to receive the same exact thing I requested against. 🫣 What was the point of telling me "you have to let them know before ordering that you don't want the cheese to be burned like that" if you're still going to do it anyways. The wings as always were delicious. Juicy, fatty, and absolutely delicious 😋. The evening manager found my receipt and informed me that I verbally told them, but they didn't record it down. I was unaware of an alternative method to ordering a walk-in. How else was I supposed to make an order 😞. Wings are my favorite, pizza I will never order again. If anyone has any recommendations... please 🙏🏽 send them my way.

A must try at Dominos pizza is the thin crust "Extravaganzza pizza" with garlic parmesan base instead of the pizza sauce with crushed red peppers with garlic and herbs. It is absolutely phenomenal. We also ordered the "Hawaiian pizza" with the garlic parmesan sauce instead of the pizza sauce, another classic with a twist!

I wanted to leave a positive review because I really appreciated how the team handled an unusual situation today. I ordered a pizza through the app with several toppings, but somehow they all disappeared before the order went through. The receipt and order history only showed a plain cheese pizza, so it looked like the restaurant had simply made the order they received. I wasn't even sure whether there was anything that could be done, but I came in to explain what had happened and asked if there was any way we could deal with it. The staff were very understanding, listened to what happened, and remade the pizza without charging me again. I've been a regular customer for quite a few years, and I really appreciate how kind and professional everyone was. Technical glitches happen, and I don't think this was the restaurant's fault. What matters is how situations like this are handled, and they handled it wonderfully. Thank you!

Tried a walk in slice from Danforth Pizza House and went with their $6 walking special pepperoni. The slice was pretty solid. The crust wasn’t too thick and had a nice crunch, which I appreciated. The sauce, pepperoni, and cheese were all good and balanced. Nothing overly greasy and it held together well. Is it the best slice in the city? Personally, I’d say no there are definitely better walk in pizza slices around Toronto. But is it decent? Absolutely. For $6, it’s a good value for what you get, and that’s always nice to have when you just want a quick slice. At the end of the day, it already beats Pizza Pizza, so that’s a win in my books. One thing to note this spot is cash only. I’ll probably come back another time to try a made to order pie and see how it compares.

The staff and management at this restaurant were very friendly. I really enjoyed their pizza. I had the mushroom and green pepper slice, which cost $6 and was delicious. If I want to have pizza again, I will definitely come back here.

Ordered once before and it was memorable and great. Tonight I have to give a 2.5-just received an order. It was wrong Wanted to support a family run business but the slices are incredibly bland. Ordered the Diavola pizza and asked for no olives due to serious allergies. Olives are on the pizza. The person that ate a slice mentioned there is 1 pepper per slice and zero other toppings besides the olives that were specifically requested to not be on the pizza Ordered a rosé pizza as their special indicated. Can say that is not rosé and is extremely greasy. Really wanted to like it by $110 later for 2 pizzas and I feel I would had received the same quality from pizza pizza. Bummed as this is for a celebration and this pizza has no love despite being family owned, recipes etc. Whatever was good here seems like it’s lost.

Amazing pizza place and exceptional customer service. I wanted to order a cheese pizza on Uber eats and I called the restaurant and despite being busy they were able to assist and showed me how to place the order. When we received the pizza it was so delicious. This is my go to place now for pizza. Absolutely loved it :)

Danforth Pizza House is a charming, family-owned restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner’s sons, who run the place, are very friendly and make you feel right at home. I tried their special, and while the pizza was fresh and well-made, I found it a bit lacking in flavor. The sauce and dough could use a bit more seasoning or salt to bring out the flavors. That being said, it’s still a great spot for a casual meal. Keep in mind, they only accept cash, so be sure to come prepared!💵

This place is absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to go back and get more. A solid spot — even the guy in line told me it’s the best kebab around, and I believe him. Makkah Restaurant offers a wide variety of Bangladeshi halal dishes with plenty of options to choose from. The taste is average – nothing extraordinary but decent if you’re craving deshi food. Prices are a bit on the higher side considering it’s self-service. The good part is they have enough seating space, so finding a spot to sit isn’t usually a problem. You may try if you’re nearby and want Bangladeshi food.

Makkah is a consistent go to place for good spicy food. I've never had a bad meal there. I like the veggie tahli, meat tali, the naan is fantastic! The wings with the red sauce and the veal are excellent. Very good portions for the price!

Square boys definitely has an old school diner vibe - Love it. They have an original Pacman box right in the front- takes quarters so bring your change. The gentleman taking my order was so pleasant and easy to chat with. Everyone in that restaurant was on point - as busy as it was - no mixups, nothing burnt or soggy. Fresh veggies and my Gyro was the best I've had in years. I forgot to order extra tzatziki, but for once I didn't even have to. They did hold back- loved it. Make sure you come with cash. I heard their Chicken Ceasar is where it is... so Sq Boys, I will definitely be back for the whole entire dinner. I love that they're still in business, I haven't been to Square boys since back in H.S in 2006 when I used to order just fries. Everything is still awesome.

This is a Danforth institution, I have been here many times, tried everything on the menu, but my favourite is still the pork souvlaki on a bun with fresh fries and gravy. Everything is prepared as soon as you order it with fresh ingredient, the place is very old school they only take cash! The wait is short, but the seating can be limited. I love the food so I will be back again soon.

Hit this spot for some seriously delicious Greek food! The grilled chicken skewers were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, paired with crispy golden fries, a fresh Greek salad loaded with feta, and a creamy tzatziki that brought everything together. It was pretty decent food. I've had better ramen elsewhere but my wife especially loved the grilled octopus. The croquettes were also delicious. Service was prompt and it was very quiet on a Wednesday night in the late evening which was nice. Prices were a bit steep though.

Nakayoshi has such a calming and beautiful atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The ramen was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and really satisfying. The service was also great, quick, attentive, and friendly without feeling rushed. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Always a pleasure ordering from Madina Halal Pizza. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the pineapple ground beef pizza. The dips are a must-try, and everything being halal is a huge plus. They also offer amazing value. I ordered 4 party-size pizzas, wings, 20 dips, and drinks for under $160, which easily fed 15 adults with leftovers. I’ve attached photos of the menu and my order which was great!

The garlic wedges were fantastic (and Im not a wedge guy, per se). The incoming described the penne rose was very good, although the Mac was preferred. This place was a full winner!

Came here with my riding group and the food was AMAZING, the worker was possibly the nicest person alive and she was so helpful and awesome. Food was so worth the price and I couldn’t even make it through half because of how filling it was. So good!!

The vibe at this restaurant isn’t great, but once you start talking to the person behind the cash register, you start to feel better. We got the chicken Alfredo penne and the basic Mac & Cheese with wings (bbq + hot) The wings were meh as they were cold and bear in mind. We were dine in. (5-6 => could’ve been better => too much hot sauce) The Mac and cheese looked and tasted good but once you’re done with the top layer of cheese, the macaroni wasn’t really coated with the sauce. You could kinda see the macaroni. (Overall 7-7.5) The Alfredo chicken however was solid. The sauce was great, good seasoning on the chicken (Solid 9)

100/10. GET the rosé penne with the shrimp.. it is the best pasta I’ve ever had. The shrimp is massive, they invest in the quality of the ingredients they use. I ate here a week ago, and I have genuinely not been able to stop thinking about the sauce. Just go eat here!

My experience at Fuego's HK was just okay. The food was pretty good, but the service could use some work. The biggest problem was how loud it was – super hard to chat with my tablemates. It cost about $20-30 a person, which was fair. It fits groups of 5-8, but I'd rather eat somewhere quieter and comfier. So, the food was fine, but better service and less noise would make it way better.

Absolutely love the food! Philly cheese steak sandwich and fried chicken sandwich are both delicious. Young guy with a great smile is always friendly, remembers my order, and clearly works very hard. My only complaint: it's WAY TOO HOT! Even in spring and fall it's boiling inside. PLEASE get air conditioning, your employees deserve it and it would encourage me to eat in store instead of always doing takeout.

This place as been around since I’ve been a kid, (2005) they know what they are doing when it comes to quality food! Love their Philly cheesesteak! It’s a must to at least grab once a week! I stumbled upon this place while I was walking by on a cold Feb night and needed something light to eat. Ordered a pastor (pork) taco and steak volcano. I was taken back by the amount of salsas, sauces they provided. Every salsa tasted distinctly different and very tasty...they were all different levels of heat. The food tasted fresh and full of flavor. They also brought a big bowl of sauted onions and jalapenos. I definitely need to visit this place again with my wife. they priced so well...GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AND GREAT TASTING FOOD!

I have never in my life ordered more food while I was eating ever, at any restaurant till now. It was so good we ordered more halfway though the meal. This is where you need to be eating authentic Mexican food. We knew it was going to be good when we walked by and there was cheerful Mexican music drawing us in and the specials were handwritten on Bristol board tapped to the window. Anyone who knows about good food, knows what the signs are of an authentic spot when they see it. This restaurant did not disappoint. The service was great and the staff were so warm and inviting. We got a variety of items and all were hot, fresh and delicious. Two things that just blew us away were the range of toppings and sauces they bring to your table for you to use as you see fit - the chilies and pineapple put that on their chicken burrito and you are welcome! I wish I had gotten a photo it was a few different hot sauces, toppings, guacamole and fixings. As well as that the burritos had no rice it’s was all meat and beautifully flavoured vegetables. They bring fresh roasted chilies and onions to your table! I have never ever had Mexican food this good in Toronto. You need to come here and yes it’s a little hole in the wall type but I promise you Anthony Bourdain would eat here, you should too.
