5 Star Rating Came here to celebrate my special girl’s birthday, and it was perfect. We ordered the tomahawk ribeye; cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The sides of mushrooms and mashed potatoes paired so well with the steak. The service and atmosphere made the night feel extra special. Definitely a memorable dining experience, highly recommend for any celebration!

3 Star Rating I had heard a lot about Morton’s before coming here. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The service was excellent and the servers were very attentive. The food on the other hand was not up to the mark. I have had many steaks in my day and this was definitely one of the worst I’ve ever had. The dessert wasn’t much to write home about either. The wine was decent. The ambience in the upstairs area was also lacking. Not really worth the price, in my opinion

5 Star Rating Me and my girlfriend visited Morton’s for our anniversary and I should say what a classic this place is! We were helped by Athena, who was amazing in walking us through the menu. They also put anniversary cards in our menus and served us complimentary chocolate lava cake at the end which was so nice and thoughtful. (And oh, the cake was so delicious. We were full but still finished the cake). We ordered bone-in ribeye and French onion soup. The bone-in ribeye cooked medium would just fall off the bone . We got garlic butter on the side which was a nice touch and French onion soup was just so warm and fresh and tasty. Their in-house bread with the butter was also so freshly made and. All around amazing night with thoughtful staff and delicious food!

4 Star Rating I went here for a friends birthday and overall was a pleasant experience. I had the ribeye steak with lobster Mac & cheese and it was fairly good. I would definitely choose a sauce next time to enhance the taste of the steak because the flavour was slightly underwhelming. Mac & cheese was tasty but wish they added some more shrimp Waiter was extremely nice and welcoming and the overall service was very good. Definitely on the pricier side for what is given but somewhat expected for a spot downtown

5 Star Rating I’ve only been coming to this Tim Hortons for a few weeks since starting a new job, but I already feel like a regular thanks to Christian. He greets me every morning with a warm smile, asks how I’m doing, knows me by name and even has my order ready (I use the app). It’s such a small thing, but it truly makes my mornings better. Thank you, Christian, for starting my day on a positive note!

5 Star Rating I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just had to give a shoutout to Chris at the Tim Hortons on 246 Bloor Street West. He went above and beyond with his service. He was so friendly, fast, and genuinely kind. You can tell he really cares about the customers, which makes such a difference! The place itself has a great vibe too, clean, relaxed, and a nice spot to sit and enjoy a coffee. We had a great time there, and it honestly made our day a little brighter. Big thanks to Chris and the team for creating such a positive experience!

3 Star Rating Food is fresh. Location is great. Mobile orders are chaotic without a dedicated staff member to dispense them and no way to access your own order. This creates wait times at both the drink and sandwich counter and parts of mobile orders are kept separate. Greater organization is needed.

3 Star Rating We had NZ lamb chops. The meat was succulent and well seasoned. It goes well with the mashed potato and the veggies. The calamari was so-so. I was just surprised that they used tzatziki as sauce. I liked how hot they serve the food. The first floor is the bar. They also have an ATM in the mezzanine /second floor and the dining area is on the third floor/rooftop. We had a pretty good view and there was tv in there to watch any sports games.

3 Star Rating It's a bar with rooftop and outdoor patios. You could sit at the bar, watch sports, and have local and imported beer, including Australian, as well as wine, cocktails, liquors, although the selection is rather narrow. The noise level is tolerable at least during Sunday lunch. The service is pretty quick and friendly. Out of Bounds Chicken Salad It's a very nice and well balanced salad with fresh leafy greens, soft mildly salty feta, crunchy pecans, and sweet dry cranberries, and pleasantly sour-sweet raspberry vinaigrette - so you have a good mixture of different flavors and textures. Jerky chicken breast (or you can have a grilled chicken breast) was tender, but the portion was quite small. This was the only downside of this otherwise nice dish. Pavlova It was terrible - extremely sweet, boring and aesthetically unappealing - a large piece of meringue sprinkled with not-so-whipped cream and even small fresh and sour notes from a few slices of strawberry and kiwi were unable to save that gastronomic disaster. Overall it's rather not recommended than overwise. Although, the salad was not bad, but the protein part was too small, and the Pavlova was a pure shame.

5 Star Rating Went here with my mom for Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday around lunch. The lunch tasted delish, was priced at a really great value, and the service was amazing. For $23 each we got: delicious and moist/juicy turkey with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, and veggies all good quality and in good portions, with a slice of pumpkin pie that was also great all for $23. The server checked on us a few times, even a woman who ho appeared to be the manager checked on us, and a really well mannered man from the kitchen brought one of our plates put personally then in their passing on our way put he asked how we found the meal and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving

3 Star Rating The Gardiner Museum houses a rich collection of ceramic objects, including small statues, dishes, bowls, cups, teapots, and many other works in clay. The elegant building is organized over three floors plus a basement. The basement displays only a few artworks along a corridor that leads to rooms used by museum staff. The first floor features a small museum shop, a couple of rooms dedicated to children’s activities—one of which is open only for classes and special events—and galleries presenting modern ceramic works alongside the oldest pieces in the collection, originating from South America, the Middle East, and Europe, particularly Italy. The second floor is devoted to European porcelain, mainly from England, France, and Germany, as well as an impressive collection of Japanese and Chinese porcelain artworks. On the third floor, visitors can enjoy a beautiful café with large glass windows offering a view of the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM). The entire museum is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. Children can pick up activity booklets on the ground floor, which they can use to explore and engage with the artworks throughout the museum. The museum is not excessively large and can be comfortably visited in one to two hours.

5 Star Rating What an unique museum- dedicated to ceramics. This lovely museum is right across from the ROM you all know. Get off at TTC museum station and head here to get wowed by ceramic evolution tales especially in countries/ kingdom of Europe and world in general.Adore the marvellous collection of ceramics from different era and kingdom. A wonderful place to spend and hour or two having a different perspective on ceramics. One thing that stands out for this place is that it is well curated museum, much smaller than ROM but nevertheless special in it's own right.

5 Star Rating The Gardiner Museum is one of Toronto’s true hidden gems. No matter how many times I visit, it always feels like I’m seeing everything in a new light. There’s something about the way the space is curated — calm, intimate, thoughtful — that makes every visit feel fresh, even familiar pieces reveal new details each time. Their seasonal and rotating exhibits are consistently intriguing, often prompting you to slow down, reflect, and see ceramics and sculpture in ways you didn’t expect. It’s not always the first museum people think of when they come to Toronto, but it absolutely deserves a spot on any cultural itinerary. And the best part? It’s literally right across from the Royal Ontario Museum. If you’re already in the area, you owe it to yourself to step inside and explore. The Gardiner offers an entirely different kind of museum experience — quieter, more focused, and incredibly artistic. The permanent collection, especially the historical ceramics from around the world, is stunning. The contemporary pieces are equally captivating, showing how artists today are pushing boundaries with clay, texture, and form. The architecture of the building itself is clean, bright, and beautifully designed, creating a sense of calm the moment you walk in. Whether you’re a local returning for the hundredth time or a visitor curious to discover something beyond the obvious stops, the Gardiner Museum delivers every single time. A beautifully curated space that Toronto should be very proud of!

5 Star Rating Right across the street from the amazing-on-it’s-own ROM, the Gardiner shines on its own with a wonderful collection. We visited during the renovation of the first floor so the museum was generously pay-what-you-wish. I loved seeing the porcelain and ceramics from countries around the world. Some beautiful seating available off the galleries on some terraces. They also have clay workshops going on, and though we did not sign up for one, we were invited to join in a “play with clay” event going on outside which was a fun bonus activity on our way out.

4 Star Rating Great location in the heart of Yorkville, very attentive & kind staff. The food came quickly & hot. Delicious pizza & pasta although the pasta portion was small considering the price. The lichee martini was probably the best one I’ve had to date. The warm apple crumble was delicious but it’s actually a slice of apple pie. 2 Star Rating Service is quick, although the staff doesn’t seem particularly knowledgeable about the menu or ingredients. Prices are generally reasonable, but some items weirdly expensive, for example, a bottle of sparkling water costs $12. Dimmi Charbroiled Calamari The calamari was decent — slightly on the tough side, lacking the tenderness you'd hope for. That said, the accompanying arugula, greens, and cherry tomatoes dressed in a balsamic-olive oil vinaigrette added freshness and depth to the dish, elevating the overall flavor. Dimmi Fettuccine Alla Riviera with shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and calamari. The pasta was cooked "al dente," but leaned a little too far into firmness. Unfortunately, the seafood was overcooked, which dulled both the texture and flavor. A better balance between pasta doneness and seafood tenderness is needed here. Dimmi Veal Milanese served with arugula, parmigiano, cherry tomatoes, sautéed rapini, and roasted potatoes. This was easily the least tender veal I've had in the past five years. It lacked flavor and was tough to chew, which made the whole dish disappointing despite the well-prepared sides. Overall, despite a few decent elements, mediocre food with overcooked seafood and tough to chew veal make it hard to recommend.

5 Star Rating The staff here are so sweet and kind! I love that they always have new and exciting flavours like fig, amarena and passion fruit. Although my favourite will always be the lemon gelato!!! My husbands favourite is the pistachio. Rich and decadent but light enough to keep you wanting more. Another favourite of mine is their waffle cone because it smells exactly like traditional pizelle from Italy! The cappuccino machine is amazing too!! I also really love that you can take ice cream home. They put it in styrofoam to keep it cool on the way home and then you have incredible gelato at home!!! The only thing is that this location is definitely not convenient if you are driving as it’s in the very heart of yorkville with no street parking. Great spot when you’re walking through bay and bloor!!

The price was great. We dined during happy hours so for the quality of food and atmosphere, it is a steal! Very nice ambience with indoor and outdoor patio dining options. 3 Star Rating It's a very smart and comfortable lounge. The service was fantastic and the drinks were ok. Sadly, I did tell the server we were a tad disappointed by the $18 "happy hour" pizza - it seemed to look like something from the Shoppers frozen aisle (and tasted worse). He kindly offered us some desserts but we declined. He mentioned that their other food is better, so I don't want to judge the place too harshly based on the pizza (see picture). For the restaurant: there are many great pubs and bars downtown selling happy hour pizzas, home made, for $10... Edna and Vita is a good example.
