Always amazing food no matter which Keg we go to. Great service, perfect steaks, and I never go without getting Mushrooms Neptune because they're dynamite. We celebrated our anniversary in Toronto and were brought a lovely unexpected anniversary treat for dessert! So good! Thank you to our server, Kate!

I had the pleasure of dining at Keg recently, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The steak was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The fresh vegetables that we ordered as an extra were vibrant and flavorful especially the mushrooms, adding a great balance to the meal.
The atmosphere at Keg is warm and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
As for the appetizers, the fried cauliflower was delicious, however, the fried calamari was a bit too breaded for my taste and felt a bit heavy. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite match up to the other fantastic dishes.
Overall, Keg delivers on both taste and ambiance, and I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for top-quality steak and a cozy dining experience!

The Keg in Toronto offers a fantastic dining experience with great food and excellent service. The standout dish for me was the Filet Mignon—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual and special occasions. Whether you’re there for a steak dinner or just drinks, the overall experience is consistently enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Probably one of my best experiences at a Keg in Canada! We received tremendous service from our waitress, who was gracious enough to recognize it was my friend’s belated birthday celebration and she brought us a complimentary Billy Miner pie. The steaks we ordered were cooked quite accurate to our liking. Although I like peppercorn on steak, I think I learned that I prefer the sauce as a nice accompaniment here as opposed to having the actual New York in peppercorn as I felt it took away from the meat’s genuine taste. This was my friend’s first time to the Keg in many years and he was also impressed with the quality of steak offered here - comparable to Toronto’s top end restaurants he said in his own words!
Thanks for the lovely time!
Zain Bhanji - 3 weeks ago
Waitress was great that being said we had a reservation for 7pm and were only seated nearly 15 minutes later. The steak was good, I’ve said for awhile the keg produces consistently good tasting steak whether in Montreal or Toronto, the steak has always come out good.
The three cheese butter with bread was truly one of the worst things I have tasted at any restaurant in the last few years. Being given an option for regular butter or cheese butter would have been nice.
The atmosphere is nice but extremely dated circa 2008-10. The velvet walls don’t look clean, definitely due for a renovation

My partner and I were visiting from NY and had an INCREDIBLE meal here!! We love Indian food and this is some of the best we have ever had. The dine for two special was an amazing deal with so much food - Appetizer, 3 entrees and naan. The pakora were so crispy and flavorful, the butter chicken was to die for and the service and ambience was excellent. I only wish I lived here so I could go again!!

Little India was recommended to use by an uber driver as we talked about our love for food!
I’ve been eating Indian food since I was a little boy and it’s always been one of my favourite cuisines.
We walked in right at open and was greeted with warm welcomes and smiles!
I start with the negatives cause there is only one. They were burning incense which took over the whole smell of the place. Ideally I was to be smelling the amazing herbs and spices being cooked.
Now to the food! We got a mango lasse and we ordered everything on their lunch deal menu.
I ate everything so quickly it was hard to stop! Everything met my expectations and for the price it was hard to find a fault!
Biggest highlight was the butter chicken curry, was the best one I've had in a very very long time. You could taste all the individual components as they blended together in your mouth. I essentially licked the plate clean not leaving a single drop behind.

I’ve visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks, and both times, I came in for the thali—such great value for money! The portions are generous, and the food is absolutely delicious.
What really stood out to me was the service. The server was extremely kind and even accommodated a switch in my thali since I don’t eat palak paneer, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. That little gesture made the experience even better!
If you’re in the area and craving Indian food, I highly recommend checking this place out. I’m already looking forward to trying their lunch specials next

What a wonderfully delightful dinner! I couldn't recommend this restaurant more highly. The food was absolutely exquisite - every bite was a true delight for the senses. And the service from the female staff was simply impeccable, rounding out the evening into a truly perfect dining experience. I left feeling completely satisfied and eager to return again soon.

A friend of mine recommended this place and we decided to check it out.
It was Opera night and they had a special price fix 3 course dinner menu as well
My friend had a dietary restriction so they called the restaurant ahead of time and was able to speak with Chef Ray directly who assured my friend that they will ensure that their dietary restriction is accommodated.
On the day that we arrived, we were met with such nice staff and every single one of them was friendly and helpful. Our server, another Ray, who amazing. He took the time and heard us out. Assured us that my friend’s dietary restriction will be followed completely.
I wanted to try the 3 course dinner option and I am a pescatarian however I did not see a seafood option on that menu. I asked Ray who was able to speak with the Chef and they were able to offer me a seafood option which was so nice of them.
The food was really good and the service impeccable. Every one was so attentive and kept on coming to check on whether we needed anything.
Overall we had a great dining experience!

Such a delicious Greek restaurant! Had a reservation for a team dinner and was glad they accommodate a group of 10. Service was attentive and prompt. I ordered the Moscow mule, which was just okay. Food was great though. Loved the flambe cheese and calamari as the appetizers. As for the main, I got the halibut. It was cooked well and I enjoyed the mussels underneath. Broth was flavorful. Everyone else enjoyed their mains as well.

Had a great birthday dinner here with my partner. Shoutout to Omar who offered us such amazing service! He made me an amazing cocktail off the menu and was sure to get us our food in time so we can go to the theater afterwards. He had amazing service. The food was pretty good as well but I’d give that a 4.

Went on after work for happy hour and tried various menu items. I'm not a vegetarian by any means but I found everything to be delicious, and service was cordial. Some places do great in areas like ambience and leave a little to be desired in other other areas like food. This place does well at both. A worthy successor in the Nota bene location of old.

Some of the best plant-based dishes I've had in the city. Excellent service, great ambience and beautiful flavours in every dish. The 1000 layer crispy potatoes were an instant hit and the Thai Lettuce wraps were a favourite of the night. The stand out dish was the Crab Rangoon Dip that sealed the deal on our return to Planta sometime in the near future. Cannot wait to check out the rest of their menu!

Planta on Queen is a great spot to explore vegan options, especially during their happy hour from 3–6 PM. We just walked in, and it’s already shaping up to be a good experience. The portions are generous and filling, and the prices are quite reasonable, making it a great value for plant-based dining. The ambiance is also well-done, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Plus, the location is super convenient—just a short walk from the subway—so it’s easy to get to. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for satisfying vegan dishes in a nice setting!

This place was amazing. We had a late lunch here, and the food was all creative and tasty. It doesn't make you think the plates are all vegetarian/vegan. The place is spacious and clean. I told the staff I had allergies for something then one of the managers came to the table to explain how they manage it. Very grateful.

Coming from a city that doesn’t have that many vegan options, this was a dream come true. The ambiance is immaculate. And the food is SOOO good. I haven’t had beef and broccoli in over 5 years so this was unreal lol. I found the prices extremely reasonable too. Upscale vibes and taste without upscale prices. I was in a rush to catch a show and the waiter was so kind and accommodating and the food came out quick. Can’t recommend enough

I recommend having their caesar salad (it's one of the best that I've ever had), baised short ribs, and a bottle of Primitivo De Manduria. It was delicious!
We went to Little Anthonys for our holiday team lunch, and they did not disappoint with their fine Italian cuisine. The ambiance, food, and service made the overall experience very enjoyable!

Our first time at Little Anthony’s and I’d highly recommend it. The restaurant was beautiful and the music not too loud.
The Limoncello cocktail was delicious
I had the rack of lamb also.

Nice restaurant w/great service. The hostess and our server were super nice and attentive.
Cocktails were hit and miss. I had the crème brûlée espresso martini. The 1st one was so amazing I ordered a 2nd. It wasn’t as amazing. The 1st one was about half full and the 2nd was filled to the rim. My hubby's Manhattan was good but the glass was barely half full. Their bread, the butternut squash ravioli and the short rib ravioli were divine! The seafood risotto was good. the flavor and texture of the risotto was good. The salmon w/i the risotto was a little dry and had no flavor. The shrimp, mussels, clams were very good tho. Chocolate mousse and tiramisu were very good. We would definitely go back!

Amazing service and incredible steaks! The hot, sizzling plates added the perfect touch. I’ve been to many upscale steakhouses, and this one is now at the top of my list. Big thanks to Mike, our fantastic server!.

Booked dinner a little over two weeks in advance.
A 15-minute walk took us to the Hilton downtown, where there’s a dedicated elevator leading up to the restaurant.
• Bread: 7/10 – Pretty standard. Might be better with an oil and vinegar dip.
• Appetizers: When in doubt, go for the classics—Caesar salad, always a safe bet, and this one was definitely above average. The potato leek soup had just the right balance of creaminess and saltiness.
For the main course:
• The 6oz filet mignon was the perfect portion for the two of us with small appetites (we barely finished it, but it was delicious! 😋).
• The salmon was huge—we couldn’t finish it. Still wondering how they managed to get that perfectly crispy crust while keeping the inside tender.
• Side dish recommendations: The mashed potatoes were great, but strongly avoid the green beans. (Seriously, do locals not know how to season food? They were practically raw… 😅). But I was in such a good mood that I didn’t feel like complaining.
For dessert, we both went for the mini cheesecakes—I just remember their cheesecakes being round, and they’re still in my top three, even better than the steak! 🥩
Service: Standard—so we just went with the default 18% tip.
Overall a good experience.

The service was top notch. Our server and another one of the servers in our area took such great care of us. Another staff member came over aa well and took pictures for us and they grabbed the small table lamps to give more light for the pictures. They were hilarious and so much fun!
The atmosphere feels old school. So not bad but like my grandparents’ favorite restaurant. The bar area was very pretty and upscale looking. The dining room felt more old school.
The food was good. Not the best steak I’ve ever had but still good. We all got the filet and they were cooked perfectly. However they were not melt in your mouth good. Just an average quality steak prepared medium rare. The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were very good and enough for 3 of us to share. The mini cheese cakes were good, tasted like they were probably frozen though. The chocolate mousse/cake was delicious.
Overall a really enjoyable visit. Really some of the best service we’ve experienced and good food. Will certainly visit again.

I was really looking forward to taking my son to his first steakhouse and then go and hear the Toronto Symphony. Positives: Great staff with helping--although a bit harried doing too many things. My son's sirloin and shrimp was great. The mashed potatoes delcious. Negative: The brussel sprouts were over-cooked and burned. My ribeye was not good. There were too many pieces of gristle and fat, the meat was very tough. It was an unpleasant hacking and choppong experience. The taste mediocre at best. (I can get better from my own butcher.)They touted the best AAA Beef possible. I've had that in Wyoming and Montana--this was no where close. My ribeye from my last review in Dublin was amazing. The Ribeye I had at The Miller Tavern in North Toronto on Yonge was great --and less expensive. For a hundred dollar steak I am going to avoid this restaurant in the futre--I am very sorry to give this review. I don't like being negative. Go to The Miller Tavern instead. A decent atmosphere for a steak house. This is not fine dining.

The is very much a hotel restaurent in the basement with 0 atmosphere which is fine if the food and service are good. Sadly they were not….
I joined them for their happy hour special at the bar. Never have i felt like such a second class citizen while spending $100+ on a meal.
Firstly, if you want the French fries instead of the mash potatoes that’s impossible. Then getting the waiters attention to order a drink was nearly impossible and i needed to shout my order from across the room in an empty restaurant. The food itself was below average. House salad drowned in dressing with 2 tomatoes and 500 onions and a small steak that came on an oily dish.
Then as the waiter is walking towards me give me the bill the manager pulls her away to open a bottle of wine for him. The cherry on top of a poor experience that shows it’s led from the top down.
There’s plenty of other good Steak houses in Toronto close by. Go there instead!

Came here for my birthday, was not disappointed! We particularly love the scallops and their salmon here, melts in your mouth, feels really fresh and taste quite a bit nicer than your average sushi place. And of course with great quality and service comes a greater price tag, more on the pricier side, but not outrageously expensive. We sat on the floating sushi boat bar, and the quality of the sushi is still very good, despite not being made right out from the kitchen, still tasted fresh. Also tried the Udon and wasn’t disappointed, the broth especially smells really nice.
Would definitely come back on special occasions!

Fun experience with decent sushi but lacking in that wow factor for the price. You are paying a premium for the experience of having one of, if not, the only conveyor belt boat sushi restaurant experiences in Toronto. Service was satisfactory and attentive but expected for the price. Sushi variety was average with some exotic options and a range of drink and sake selections at all price points. Each plate is between $4.50 to $8.50 for two pieces, on average. Higher priced items like uni are also available. The uni was tasty enough but not from Japanese waters. I would return annually for the floating boat (Fune) experience, not for the price or quality of fish.
Bryan Crisp - 6 years ago
The service and quality of the food we received was great. It was a little on the pricier side but worth it. The experience was great especially seeing their rotating sushi boat system.
I would highly recommend this place if you want fast service and quality food.
Janice J - 7 years ago
Quite an expensive place. But it’s a fun experience to sit around a turning table full of boats on water carrying sushi. They also have a menu where you can order more expensive items like the fatty tuna. The fatty tuna sushi is quite nice, but the sashimi is not that fat. Meaning it’s a lower quality cut of the tuna.
Wen Z - 5 years ago
For sushi that's high quality and consistently good, come here. The floating sushi bar is cool and the selection that comes around is great. And if you want something that doesn't float on by, just order it off the menu.
Service here has always been great during all my visits. The waitresses are prompt and attentive and the food comes out quickly. Prices here are reasonable too considering the quality you're getting. This isn't your all-you-can-eat quality here.
Overall, one of the best sushi options in the city in my opinion. And considering this place has been around since the early 90s, others must think so too.

First, the food tasted great. I got the junk yard dog and it was delicious. It smelled awful though. I’m not Canadian, so I’m not sure what poutine is supposed to smell like. I know the McDonalds version we got yesterday did not have an odor. I’m hoping it was just the combo of things on the poutine that made it smell funky.

Decent poutine.
The toppings were great. We tried the shawarma and the philly cheesesteak and they were both good. The fries were a little burned but overall it was still good.
The guy working there was very nice.
I think it’s worth a try.

First review I’ve had less than 5 stars. The store is cool and decked out in Canadian style decor. Funny gfx flash across the menu screen like a delorean amongst others. Food came out quick and piping hot. I have to say it was not my favorite poutine. The flavor was a little too smokey for me, but if that’s your thing then I’m sure you would love this place. The best I’ve had since visiting Canada is NYC fries.

Kids love the word "aura" these days, and when my dad asked me what it means I told him "think Soho House 2010-2014." That confused him more but I like messing with my dad. Forreal though, the run Soho House had can only be rivaled by 2011-2015 Whole Foods. You really had to be there… but like any other prime, Father Time always catches up.
I was set to do a full rise and fall piece on the Soho House right here on Yelp but in my research, I stumbled upon an article by Lydia Moynihan in the NY Post and she nailed it. I really didn't have much to add so go over and read that if you have a sec. Shoutout to Lydia.
Instead, I'll just recap our experience here like any other boring Yelp Review.
We came to this Toronto location before the Taylor Swift concert, and I was pleasantly surprised. It felt like prime Soho House. A beautiful, discrete brick building with an old school interior. Whoever designed this one needs a raise. I'm so tired of the cookie cutter half-assed modern architecture.
The ones in LA and NY now feel like it is just a bunch of dorks trying to be seen by God knows who. There is no soul in those locations.
We grabbed a drink in the lobby and went upstairs for our 5pm dinner. I domed a couple of negronis and we split a margherita pizza and a bottle of pinot noir before our mains arrived. I got the rigatoni, per the waitresses recommendation because she had a thick Italian accent. Big truss. She wasn't lying either, that rigatoni went crazy.
I took like 30 pictures before a staff member came over and said no pictures, as I didn't know that was still a rule here… please don't beat me up.
We closed dinner with a couple espresso martinis before setting off on foot to go see Big Tay put on a show. She really did her thing.
Thank you Soho House Toronto, for giving me a taste of what the Soho House used to be in the states.

Excellent spot with great vibes for a meeting or for casual hang with friends (as long as your friends have membership to
Soho House IYKYK 😁). We had lunch at the restaurant, and the food was delicious, service impeccable. They also have a great selection of food for our vegetarian and gluten-free friends.
The roasted salmon was seasoned well, and most importantly had crispy skin - yum! My colleague was very pleased with his zza, by the look on his face. Delicious and a well-cooked undercarriage!
We’ll definitely be back if our friend invites us to hangout there again! 😁

My wife has been a member of the Soho house Toronto for 2 years now and I always enjoy visiting with her as a guest! Today was a fabulous brunch with friends for a birthday. We had the pleasure of being served by Karen, who was absolutely fantastic. Her attention to the table was diligent and swift. The food... WOW! I enjoyed the cold buffet, with fruit, cold cuts and an assortment of dishes. Followed by the most amazing fried chicken, macaroni and back bacon. My wife always indulges in the salmon, seafood and oysters. While my toddler ate more selection than I could keep track of. The freshly made crepes at the end, sealed my stomach with a kiss! I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend anyone that’s considering becoming a member!!!
UPDATE!!! Just spent New Year’s Eve 2020(Phantom of the Opera theme) with our friends on the first floor. Photo booth, live singing and performances!!! The “2020 vision” drink was amazing and the music was on point ALL NIGHT!!! We had the most amazing “ring in the new year” experience!
