I have no complaints about the taste of the food. There just wasn't anything amazing, just good. The interior had nice mood lighting and music. The service was great. I would give it 6 stars if I could. For example, whenever my glass of water was close to being empty, a server would pop out of nowhere and fill it back up before I had the chance to refill it myself. The prices are quite high. If you eat here, I would say you are paying for the atmosphere and service rather than the food.

The patio is a lovely spot to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, especially on a nice day. It offers a relaxed and cozy setting that makes the whole dining experience feel more special. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with just the right mix of charm and comfort—perfect whether you’re coming for a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner. The food portions are just right—not too heavy, but definitely satisfying. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, bringing out the traditional flavors you’d expect from good Italian cooking. The highlight of the meal, though, has to be the desserts. The tiramisu is rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious—easily one of the best I’ve had. The gelato is equally impressive, smooth and full of flavor, making it a perfect way to end the meal. Service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff make you feel welcomed and taken care of without being overbearing. All in all, it’s a great place to enjoy a well-balanced Italian meal in a pleasant and relaxed setting.

Pretty good Italian food. My seafood pasta was a bit bland last time. Service is great. It's sometimes hard to get a lunch reservation since it's a popular spot for the nearby offices.

Nice location with very friendly and patient service. Food was amazing. Bonus is they offer a seperate menu for “pork-free and alcohol free,” dishes which I feel is needed more in our diverse community!

🥚An Italian restaurant on college street located within the Mars building. 🥚Wonderful ambience. 🥚Patient staff. 🥚Food is great but quantity on plate might look less compared to the price. 🥚Good restaurant to have team gatherings or professional meet ups 🥚We tried apps - Aracini, burrata with focaccia bread,french fries,calamari with pan fried green chillies.For mains pizza,pasta and piatti were tried.Cocktails are delish n strong.And don't skip the dessert,they are star of the meal. Recent review: Great polite and attentive servers. Must try for the Holiday season: lobster 🦞 rotolo and in dessert definitely go for the apple pear crumble ( it was too good)

Japanese style fast food restaurant ideal for a Teriyaki type meal of rice and vegetables, there are numerous combinations of foods you can enjoy. Decent sized portions. located in the Mars Food court.

Review is based on the chicken shawarma only. This shawarma ranks middle of the pack. The garlic sauce was a bit too salty for my liking. Although they make the bread in house, they do not hot press / grill the shawarma after it’s been wrapped. Although it’s great to have fresh bread, it would be better if it were warmed up.

I had the small Shawarma wrap and it was delicious. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised! The pita bread was made fresh in house along with all of their sauces. The service was also excellent! I’m glad I decided to try it and I definitely recommend me-va-me.

I had a pleasant experience. Although the shop was slightly crowded, the service was quite fast. What I liked most was how friendly and polite the staff were. They greeted customers with genuine smiles and made everyone feel comfortable.

Very busy, but extremely understaffed tims. I went here a few times and the most I've seen working here at any given time is 4. Today there was only 2! Food options is not standard to other tims. Only breakfast, baked goods, and drinks are available. No Lunch/Dinner options are available here, despite the place being open until 6-9pm depending on the day.

This Tim is conveniently located in the main lobby of Sick Kids Hospital. It is the only Tim in the hospital although there are few other food vendors in this location. It is a busy location and wait time is sometimes longer. This Tim is small, but has a good selection to choose from. The service is relatively quick. They have plenty of seating area. The staff are warm and welcoming.

This Tim is located in a busy place, next to a Subway and surrounded by hospitals and other businesses. The location is clean and organized. Interior has the typical Tim look along with lots of indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Staff were accommodating and friendly. At times, during rush hours, the place gets really crowded. Overall, it's a great Tim location.

Bagel with cream cheese didnt have enough cream cheese, icecapp with chocolate milk didnt really have chocolate milk in it and tasted like straight up java mix - it wasn't full either. I get it's busy but even when it's not busy the food isn't great either. Will probably go to the location next to St. George station from now on

This Tim Hortons doughnut 🍩 shop pretty made a nice brownie- dream doughnuts for me for sure!!! 👍 those doughnuts were all really sweet and had a great taste 👅 !!! But it was a bit too strong & sweet for me too…. I think thus Tim Hortons doughnut shop will be nicely accessible for the University Students or employees who are currently working or studying in the UT (University of Toronto) which is being located in right next to this Tim Hortons doughnut shop for sure!!!👍

First time we been here I had pasta 🍝 very delicious creamy and garden salad 🥗 balsamic dressing not too sour I never tasted pasta so yummy guess what I clean the plate. My husband had veal cutlets so tender you can slice like butter the chefs he knows how to cook the sauce highly recommend you would not be disappointed

Grabbed lunch from this spot during work and it hit the spot! I got a pepperoni pizza and some penne with vodka sauce—both were really tasty. The pizza had a nice crunch and the pasta was flavorful without being too heavy. What really made the experience great was the service. The staff was super friendly and had my order ready right on time, which is clutch when you’re on a lunch break. They even double-checked everything and packed it up neatly.

Good place for a quick hot cooked to order pasta dish. Lots of pasta variety to pick from. All pasta dishes come with a slice of French baguette bread and provided in a plastic to go container with lid. They also have some pre made daily hot food special, pizza and salads at reasonable prices. Ordered the Penne Con Pollo and large Caesar Salad. The penne was al dente, mixed in with mushrooms, garlic and onions, it tasted great. Warm and satisfying pasta dish. The large Caesar salad had the right amount of dressing and croutons. Overall decent value for the money for a downtown food court stall. There are enough seats available even during busy lunch hour. The stall is located inside the end of the MaRS food court.

It’s an ok place for grabbing a quick lunch. Portions are on the smaller side and varies depending on the dish. It’s tasty but needs more protein and veg for $14. The best part is definitely that it’s cooked and prepared fresh to order.

I love this Tims Location within the hospital. The coordination between the staff is good eventhough is over crowded always. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They always greet and have a smile on face.

Had an amazing 2 month visit to TGH, thanks to this outlet of Tim Hortons. It was my go to place for breakfast / coffee almost everyday. Staff were courteous and helpful. Service was quick.

I got to this Tim Horton’s almost every day, and every day the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The staff handle the long lines and tired UHN employees with patience and efficiency. Shout out to Elilta who is consistently warm and kind, you make my coffee runs that much better!
