I have no complaints about the taste of the food. There just wasn't anything amazing, just good. The interior had nice mood lighting and music. The service was great. I would give it 6 stars if I could. For example, whenever my glass of water was close to being empty, a server would pop out of nowhere and fill it back up before I had the chance to refill it myself. The prices are quite high. If you eat here, I would say you are paying for the atmosphere and service rather than the food.

Honestly, everything we ordered was so good. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is great. Personally, it’s way better than Eataly just right across from it in the mall. Def coming back

The patio is a lovely spot to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, especially on a nice day. It offers a relaxed and cozy setting that makes the whole dining experience feel more special. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with just the right mix of charm and comfort—perfect whether you’re coming for a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner. The food portions are just right—not too heavy, but definitely satisfying. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, bringing out the traditional flavors you’d expect from good Italian cooking. The highlight of the meal, though, has to be the desserts. The tiramisu is rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious—easily one of the best I’ve had. The gelato is equally impressive, smooth and full of flavor, making it a perfect way to end the meal. Service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff make you feel welcomed and taken care of without being overbearing. All in all, it’s a great place to enjoy a well-balanced Italian meal in a pleasant and relaxed setting.

Tucked off behind a grove of trees and nestled at the edge of college street within walking distance of many downtown hospitals and Queen’s Park is a gem of a restaurant. It’s located in the MARS building. The inside has a modern inviting atmosphere but they have a comfortable patio that we chose to eat our dinner on under the bistro lights. Service was exemplary and quick with lovely suggestions for our meal choices. The warm bread appetizer with basil and grana padano should not be missed and we ate it so fast I missed taking a photo to share it was that good. The pepperoni pizza was scrumptious for our birthday girl. The linguine di mare was perfect for our seafood lover. The chitarra alla carbonara gave me memories of Roma. The beef burger was a thumbs up for my teenager and was presented exactly how he got it in our travels in France last Spring. Highly recommend!

Honestly much better food than I expected walking in. Great, friendly service. Its basic food, executed well. Works perfectly if you're in the area and looking for italian that wont disappoint. Budino was excellent. Hit the spot. Would highly appreciate more vegetarian options for mains though.

Review is based on the chicken shawarma only. This shawarma ranks middle of the pack. The garlic sauce was a bit too salty for my liking. Although they make the bread in house, they do not hot press / grill the shawarma after it’s been wrapped. Although it’s great to have fresh bread, it would be better if it were warmed up.

I come here weekly since my stay in the hospital and have always been treated with respect and amazing customer service. The food is prepared in an efficient time, presentation is good, it’s very clean and well stocked. Thanks !

I had a really pleasant experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was quick, and everything was well organized, even during a busy time. I’d especially like to mention Aswathy, who served me. She was very polite, friendly, and professional. She handled everything efficiently while still taking the time to be kind and welcoming, which made a big difference to my visit. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. I hope the management recognizes her great work—she truly made my experience better.

This Tim is conveniently located in the main lobby of Sick Kids Hospital. It is the only Tim in the hospital although there are few other food vendors in this location. It is a busy location and wait time is sometimes longer. This Tim is small, but has a good selection to choose from. The service is relatively quick. They have plenty of seating area. The staff are warm and welcoming.

Very busy, but extremely understaffed tims. I went here a few times and the most I've seen working here at any given time is 4. Today there was only 2! Food options is not standard to other tims. Only breakfast, baked goods, and drinks are available. No Lunch/Dinner options are available here, despite the place being open until 6-9pm depending on the day.

This is a Tim Hortons location I would definitely recommend. First of all, there is plenty of space and many tables, so it’s easy to find a seat. I also brought a group of about 30 kids there for lunch after a field trip. Despite the large group, the staff served us quickly and were very friendly. The food and drinks were good and came out quite fast. Special thanks to the manager, who helped organize everything smoothly and efficiently. All the kids ordered different food and drinks, so it was not an easy task.

This Tim Hortons is honestly the best location! The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, which makes such a difference when you’re starting your day. They’re also really quick with orders, so you’re never waiting long even when it’s busy. Everything is always fresh and made just right. Definitely my go to Tim Hortons spot ❤️

This Tim is located in a busy place, next to a Subway and surrounded by hospitals and other businesses. The location is clean and organized. Interior has the typical Tim look along with lots of indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Staff were accommodating and friendly. At times, during rush hours, the place gets really crowded. Overall, it's a great Tim location.

First time we been here I had pasta 🍝 very delicious creamy and garden salad 🥗 balsamic dressing not too sour I never tasted pasta so yummy guess what I clean the plate. My husband had veal cutlets so tender you can slice like butter the chefs he knows how to cook the sauce highly recommend you would not be disappointed

Grabbed lunch from this spot during work and it hit the spot! I got a pepperoni pizza and some penne with vodka sauce—both were really tasty. The pizza had a nice crunch and the pasta was flavorful without being too heavy. What really made the experience great was the service. The staff was super friendly and had my order ready right on time, which is clutch when you’re on a lunch break. They even double-checked everything and packed it up neatly.

Good place for a quick hot cooked to order pasta dish. Lots of pasta variety to pick from. All pasta dishes come with a slice of French baguette bread and provided in a plastic to go container with lid. They also have some pre made daily hot food special, pizza and salads at reasonable prices. Ordered the Penne Con Pollo and large Caesar Salad. The penne was al dente, mixed in with mushrooms, garlic and onions, it tasted great. Warm and satisfying pasta dish. The large Caesar salad had the right amount of dressing and croutons. Overall decent value for the money for a downtown food court stall. There are enough seats available even during busy lunch hour. The stall is located inside the end of the MaRS food court.

It’s an ok place for grabbing a quick lunch. Portions are on the smaller side and varies depending on the dish. It’s tasty but needs more protein and veg for $14. The best part is definitely that it’s cooked and prepared fresh to order.

I had a great experience at the Tim Hortons inside UHN Hospital. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and welcoming, even during very busy hours. The service is quick and the atmosphere is positive and professional. I especially want to recognize Theepan for his kindness and hard work. He always treats customers with respect and patience, and you can tell he genuinely cares about both his work and the people around him.

Super fast and always accurate without feeling rushed to order in person. Especially for the demanding pace in the hospital. I go out of my way to this specific tim hortons because of how efficient they are even when ordering a full meal. Theerpan and the weekday morning shift crew is really nice and can even fit a friendly chat during your order without feeling rushed or pressured to everyone around you.

Had an amazing 2 month visit to TGH, thanks to this outlet of Tim Hortons. It was my go to place for breakfast / coffee almost everyday. Staff were courteous and helpful. Service was quick.
