Been here a few times with my friends, and looking forward to many more!!! Tonight, we sat in an area that wasn’t as crowded as the main areas and sat at the bar. The bartender, Jackson, was such a pleasure. Such a nice guy and I had to write a review. Very attentive and kind and hardworking. Definitely recommend coming here!!!

Be careful with your cell phone. This place has been a hot bed for pick pocketing lately. Had my cell phone stolen about a month ago out of my back pocket. Reported it to staff and turned out there were 3 others reported stolen the same night. Just last week my friend had. hers stolen out of her pocket as well.

Met a dear, old friend here for a long overdue catch-up. Monday nights are a great night to come because it is less busy and a bit quieter than during some of the busier times when there is a lot of traffic and energy, and a bit more volume, which is also fun (I come here a lot). I had a salad, The Botanist, and my friend had one of the bowls, The Green Goddess. The food here is so nutrient-packed and delicious, and instead of feeling full and regretful after a meal, you feel like you’ve done your body an excellent and delicious favour. As well, I highly recommend this location in particular. If you get a window seat, it’s great for people watching, and is steps from the Spadina subway stop. This is one of the original locations as well, so it’s a little smaller and more intimate than some of the newer and larger locations. No matter where you go, this menu is perfect for health-conscious foodies.

Loved my experience at fresh! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The hot chocolate off the winter warmer menu had just the right amount of sweetness and was definetly a highlight. The Cobb salad with extra chicken was so refreshing and I loved the Dutch fries! Can’t wait to come back and try the juices and burgers.

I normally love the Goddess bowl but this time was super lacklustre. The soba noodles were clumpy and came together in chunks, the bowl seemed to be missing components, there was only a tiny portion of greens/bok choy, and the broccoli was raw. Very disappointed at the lack of consistency.

I'm a regular at Fresh, and it's become my go-to spot not just for special occasions but for casual meet-ups with friends, to introduce others to quality vegetarian cuisine, or simply when I'm skipping kitchen duties at home. The food here never disappoints; every dish is a testament to freshness and quality. The vegetables maintain their crispness, letting their natural flavours shine through. Their signature bowl, onion rings with a delicious sauce, and the deep immune drink with a ginger kick are just a few of my favourites. The Balance Bowl, reminiscent of a Buddha bowl, is deliscious and the peanut sauce gives a hint of Indian cuisine. For lighter fare, the soup and salad combo is perfect, and the Big Salad with its hearty ingredients is a delight. I can't help but indulge in the BBQ Ranch Burger, a guilty pleasure that's worth every calorie.
The ambiance feels like a warmly decorated home, with its comfortable booth seating and well-spaced tables. While the side tables can feel a bit cramped, the overall decor adds to the dining experience. The servers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making every visit smooth and enjoyable.
Considering the quality and freshness of the ingredients, the prices are justified, offering good value for money. While I've had several takeouts, and the food quality remains consistent, I personally find the in-dining experience to be irreplaceable at Fresh.

One of my most favourite chain of restaurants. I originally went to the location on Spadina around 15 years ago and have been to the Front Street location several times. This was my first visit to the Bloor Street location. The food was great. The food is a bit unique and premium, so the bill can add up quickly but they had a brunch package that provided great value. Loved the dragon fries. It was almost like an Asian inspired poutine.

I rarely use words like this in a review but this is the best pizza I have ever had. The sourdough crust makes for a phenomenal platform for the delivery of quality ingredients. We were only there for 5 days but managed to eat here 3 times - which I never do when in a new city. I have had quality pizza all over the world but this is my favorite! The pasta dishes we experienced were also superb! I can’t recommend highly enough. Some very nice wines also!

Absolutely quaint interior and cozy. Owner is very friendly. Lot of beautiful details to look at within the restaurant. I ordered the tiramisu which is probably one of the best I've had ($16). The orange chocolate cake was okay, the orange flavor was a little too strong. But the cake itself was constructed to perfection.

After our favourite ramen spot closed this year, we're so glad to have come across this shoppe!
The food was flavourful and very satisfying, and the portions were generous.
The staff is very pleasant, and were very mindful of our allergies.
The atmosphere is really cozy and relaxed, too. (We could have sat there longer to relax!)
Hope your experience here will be as good as ours was...

I have been going to Kenzo Ramen for several years now. The quality of the food and service has been remarkably consistent.
On my most recent visit, I had the King Shoyu ramen, packed with extra noodles and pork. The flavours were excellent, although the soup and toppings were lukewarm and closer to room temperature as I was finishing the bowl. The large serving size justified the price.
Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant has tasteful design choices and comfortable bench seating and was not crowded at the time of my visit.

I’ve had delicious burritos from here before but in terms of consistency it’s all over the place. Sometimes your burrito will be beautifully wrapped and delicious, other times it’ll be messy, bland, and not properly wrapped. Sometimes you’ll get your food 5 minutes after ordering, other times it’ll take upwards of 25 minutes in spite of being one of two people in the joint. I really want to like this place but I don’t like playing a guessing game every time I decide to come here about what level of quality the food and service will be at

Excellent service, delicious burritos. Fresh ingredients, good options and menu and for great pricing. The small is pretty big and I had the bean and cheese. I love that they have sweet peppers as a topping...tastes great. Looking forward to trying their new tofu burrito.
The ladies working were pleasant even though I got there close to closing.
I'll be back!

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a great place to get some wings.
I usually get the hot honey garlic wings or the garlic parmesan wings.
This time the family decided to change it up a little. They also got the poutine and the fish and chips. While they liked it, they mentioned they should’ve just stuck to wings.
We had excellent service and would definitely come back again. The kids menu id also great value.

Came here with a buddy of mine, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a St. Louis. They had a deal on for All You Can Eat Boneless Wings for 20.99. Bud Light Devils size for 6.99. Amazing deals and prices for a nice little atmosphere. Staff were very attentive to drinks and orders and always checked up on us. Multiple TV’s around the bar and a great atmosphere when a Toronto team is playing. Wings were delicious and beers were nice and cold. I would recommend this place for drinks after work and on weekends!

Everything is always so good here. Tried the lemon blueberry scone for the first time and it's a melt in your mouth delish. It's now my favourite item at Cobs. A must-try if you like scones. Just a heads up: with restrictions right now, only 2 customers allowed in at a time.

Liked the bread and the varieties they have at this place. We joined the cobs club rewards and got 6 free gourmet buns. Their other breads are pretty great too. I liked the sourdough. Quick service and the place smells like fresh bread which is nice. I will come back again for some bread and like it that they have other locations.

Tried lunch here today for the first time. The servers (& manager) were notably friendly, attentive, and helpful. It’s not a big restaurant, but they made every effort to accommodate our large group (7) as quickly as possible. When one of our kids couldn’t find anything they liked on the menu (we thought it’d be brunch but that’s only on weekends), the kitchen kindly made up some French toast, which the little one described as “the best [they’d]ever had!” I ordered the Eggs Charlottine; it was delicious (especially the dill sauce) and also in the category of best I’ve ever had. The home fries were seasoned (a more Mediterranean flavour?) so they tasted different from what I expected, but I enjoyed them. They were out of smoothies so I would love to try one next time. Overall the food was delicious and the service great. I’ll be back.

I was looking for a nice dinner place for a celebratory dinner, that has so e vegetarian and vegan options for me as well. I saw this place and its great reviews. But was terribly disappointed last night after my meal. I basically felt that being a vegan, I only need to eat raw food. Ugh.
My friends liked their chicken and fish, not so much the lamb and beef. And I hated their “vegan special”! It said it has “vegan balls with cucumber, carrot, astec rice and tofu with sauce”. When I got my food, there were some chopped veggies, lot of quinoa and rice and some tofu. NO VEGAN BALL as mentioned in their “dinner special” menu.
When asked about it, all I received was “sorry, the menu meant to say ‘bowl’ and not ‘ball’. And then the server left. So I basically paid $30 for raw veggies and rice. Are you kidding me?!
I paid a bomb here, and all my money was basically wasted. Not going here again for sure. Vegetarian/vegan food is abysmal here!
I gave two stars because the server was sweet in general. But I’m definitely quite sad about the food being wayyyy sub par for vegetarians.

Stumbled upon this place on a Friday during brunch and wasn't disappointed! Definitely recommend their salad and brunch specials as well as their coffees and desserts. Great service even on a busy day.

The food was wonderful, and you can tell it is all home made. I ordered the $30 steak frites and had a wonderful lunch.
I wish the portions were slightly bigger as the prices are very high and i found I wasn’t full after this expensive meal. I also noticed the dishes around me were very small. It is definitely not a place for students as it is expensive and the portions aren’t huge (I am a student) but I was eager to try it.
Overall, wonderful food, just pricy and small portions. Make of that what you will. :)

Disgusting cocktails! My strawberry cocktail tasted like cough syrup. However, the food was decent. Our poutine and sweet potato fries were filling and had no major faults.
Service was also excellent and our server did her best to serve our large group the whole night.

Came here for trivia night and it was not very good - kind of poorly organized and really bad questions. Having said that, the drinks are cheaper than most places in the city nowadays and the pizza was actually REALLY good.
In my opinion, come for the pizza and cheap drinks, but skip the trivia.

Good vibes + tasty ‘zza is always a good idea! I had a fabulous time at East of Brunswick this past weekend. The ambiance was great; I love that they have live music on certain nights + the manager Andrew was an absolute pleasure! He was very attentive & gave great suggestions. As for the food, the pizza was REALLY good!!!! I tried three different pies, the Quattro fromaggi was delicious and I loved the Ring of Fire 🌶🔥. + I love that they offer a few of their hand-crafted cocktails in pitchers, we really enjoyed the Sparkling Mint Lemonade. I recommend East of Brunswick for their delicious ‘zza & amazing service. I’m already planning my next visit at EOB. 😍

We came to enjoy a Friday night in Toronto. We ordered the bacon caesars to start and they were absolutely delicious. The GM already came up to our table to kindly go over the menu with us and gave us his top picks. We had the epic mozzarella stick and the buffalo cauliflower bites to start. They came out on two boat looking trays. WOW these were excellent to start off. We highly recommend these as your apps. Then we ordered the peppereno and honkin' tonkin' chicken pizza's. Very delicious pizzas with so much flavour! Then for dessert we had the banana split! Not only was the food and drinks superb but the service was great and we really appreciated the kind GM coming to our table to chat with us about the restaurant!

I visited this restaurant around 6:30 pm on a Monday and was pleased to see it nearly full. This was my second visit, so I knew exactly what to order: the grilled pork and chicken chop. The food arrived promptly after about 10 minutes, which was fantastic. The staff were patient and attentive, and the meal, including a soft drink and tip, came to around $20. I highly recommend it to fellow Vietnamese food lovers!

Cute little place on Bloor Street. Clean, friendly service and great place for a meal without breaking the bank.
We had the Vietnamese spring rolls which were tasty, Curry beef brisket with steamed rice which was delicious, and Vietnamese noodle soup with curry, raw beef and toufu which was very good, but was missing the curry taste. All in all a great place to dine, and experiment the different flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.

Located near the west side exit of Spadina Station, Vietnam Lovely Noodle offers a warm, quick and satisfying bowl of noodle soup! The restaurant has a lot of coat racks along the walls and offers tables with bench seating format. Their noodle soup portions were decent.
When we went, the restaurant closed at 11pm which was great to know for a quick pitstop from the TTC subway line in the evening. There were a lot of options on the menu. Their 'pho' lacks cilantro and the soup base is a bit generic. It was still tasty for their version of pho and provided bean sprouts. However, the small size bowl of soup is surprisingly filling and still delicious! The staff are attentive and accommodating. Plus, they accept credit cards and bring the machine to you to pay the bill. Do note, that they only take debit/cash under $25 and they have WiFi in the restaurant.
