4 Star Rating It’s very convenient for travellers. I got the large iced coffee for a dollar and it’s really good. I did the survey on a previous receipt to get this deal. I also got a cheese croissant. It’s very average as there’s no taste of cheese in it. Next time I’ll just get a regular croissant and I pay less for that. The girls at the counter are very pleasant and helpful. Service there is superb.

5 Star Rating Tim Hortons is popping up more and more around Toronto, which is great to see. The food and beverages are just as tasty as ever—classic Timmy’s comfort. Service was fast and efficient, and cashing out was quick. There’s also plenty of seating, making it a nice spot to sit back and enjoy your meal or coffee.

5 Star Rating Where sophistication meets ingenuity. Only Tim’s I have been to that serves a croissant with the lower half wrapped in paper, highly sophisticated activities indeed. Dare I say superior to other nearby franchisees. Also Tim’s is large and clean.

5 Star Rating I had the pleasure of visiting a restaurant that truly deserves its Michelin star, and I must say that my expectations were not only met but exceeded! From the moment I walked in, I felt special – the elegant decor and cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for a feast for the senses. The service was top-notch; every staff member radiated professionalism and a smile, making me feel genuinely appreciated as a guest. The speed of serving the dishes was impressive, yet I could sense that each meal was prepared with the utmost care. Now, about the food... The flavors were absolutely exquisite. Each dish was a true work of art that not only delighted the eyes but also exploded with taste. I felt honored to be able to try these culinary masterpieces. Cleanliness and attention to detail also deserve recognition. In such a place, every element is well thought out, which only confirms that the restaurant indeed meets the highest standards. In summary, my visit to this restaurant was an unforgettable culinary experience. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional flavors and professional service. This is a place that will remain in my memory for a long time! 💋💋💋

4 Star Rating The food is good, but not mind-blowing. Especially considering the price point, I had much higher expectations. We had the scallop and salmon dishes for appetizers, which were both quite decent. For entrées, the duck breast was on the tougher side, but the presentation and flavours were top notch. The halibut dish also left more to desire with boring peas. Overall, it felt like the food has a lot more room to improve in terms of flavours and execution. Despite the amazing views, don't think I'd go there again.

5 Star Rating The food, service and view of the city from the 54th floor at Canoe were top notch :) Appetizers & Cocktail: The Scallop en Croûte was awesome. The scallop was perfectly cooked and the creamy sauce was savoury and delicious. The Onion Soup was light and flavourful. It was an interesting but good version of an onion soup. The Roots Revival Salad was okay. Would have been nice if they had candied / caramelized nuts or dried fruit to give the salad texture. The Risky Business Cocktail was smooth and refreshing. Would definitely recommend. Main Dishes: The Low + Slow Short Rib was soft, tender and savoury. The Lamb Rack was awesome. The lamb was perfectly cooked with no lamb gaminess. It was delicious. Desserts: The Blackberry Meringue was awesome. A great combo of blackberries, sponge cake and meringue. Would definitely recommend. The Black Forest Gateau was good. This dessert is like a fancied up Klondike ice cream sandwich.

5 Star Rating I went to have dinner here on my last night. I don’t know her name but the service was impeccable and not only for my table but everyone I watched her serve. She was efficient, friendly, and always busy. The pan bread was really good. My only dislike was I wanted to watch the Caps playoff game and the streamers were too much plus the tv I was viewing was changed to basketball without warning. Minor detail and minor inconvenience but when in Toronto I would return.

4 Star Rating Visited The Loose Moose recently and had a pretty good experience overall. The place has a lively and energetic atmosphere — perfect for a casual night out with friends. The ambience was excellent, with a rustic pub-style vibe, great music, and a welcoming crowd. It’s the kind of spot that feels vibrant without being overwhelming. I ordered the Calamari and Nachos to start with. The nachos were definitely the highlight — served in a good portion size, well-layered with cheese, toppings, and accompanied by fresh dips. They were crisp, flavorful, and great for sharing. The calamari, however, was disappointing. It came out as small fried rings, and the portion felt underwhelming for the price. It lacked the texture and flavor you'd expect from a good calamari dish. Honestly, it felt like a bit of a waste of money, especially when compared to the quality of other items on the menu. That said, the service was fantastic — the staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to check in and bring everything out in good time. It really helped elevate the overall experience. If you’re going for the vibe, drinks, and pub classics like nachos or wings, Loose Moose is a solid pick. Just be mindful when trying some of the smaller appetizer items. I’d still recommend it and would definitely return to explore more of the menu.

5 Star Rating The Loose Moose is a classic staple in Toronto. Unfortunately, I had never been until this last Friday and boy have I been missing out! The food was outstanding! I got The Woody burger and it was so delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and the flavours were outstanding. I brought my whole family there and they all loved their meals also. My mother could not get over how great her Cobb salad was. She kept talking about how good the cheese was, all the flavours, how moist the grilled chicken was and how fresh the other ingredients tasted. I haven't heard her boast about a meal like that in forever so it made me happy bringing her somewhere she enjoyed the food so much. The atmosphere was fun and exciting, except it was really loud. Definitely a place for a younger crowd as having conversation was difficult at times with how loud the music was. I would have taken more photos but the food didn't last long enough for me to do so...all I got for food was these maple bacon doughnuts which were delicious. The rest of the food didn't last long enough for photos! Prices were fantastic for the food but the liquor was a bit overly expensive. My wife's 2 Old Fashions were over $30! Thanks Loose Moose for a great meal and experience!

5 Star Rating We visited around 1pm on a Wednesday, were seated promptly, the greeter was welcoming. The server was very pleasant and helpful, the food arrived promptly, was well presented and tasted great. The only small minus was the fries seemed to have been fried to within an inch of their lives, a little too crisp unusually and very dark. I had "The Woody" burger, really tasty, generous portions of bacon and cheese. The price of everything was reasonable and typical for the area. I'd definitely recommend a visit and likely will return for another meal before returning to the UK.

5 Star Rating Since 2012, I've visited Toronto at least twice yearly for conventions. Almost every time I've walked past The Loose Moose, I've eaten here a few times, and it's always been better than the last. Back in March, I was in Toronto again for Comiccon, and for the first time, I had dinner here with a couple of friends from work, and it was one of the highlights of my weekend. The atmosphere has always been energetic, the staff is friendly, and the food is superb! Plus, the restaurant is in a great location in the city. If you get a chance to eat here, take it!

5 Star Rating Classy experience in the financial district. Tasty food, but abnormally slow service (hopefully a one-off). Oddly empty given the quality of food. We went in as a group of 4 on a Friday night with reservations at 6:30. The restaurant was completely empty upon arrival and hardly filled up throughout the night (there were maybe four other table throughout our time there), much to my surprise. I had been here years prior and it was quite busy, so my initial gut reaction was that something had gotten much worse. Our server was very friendly and our cocktails and dishes were great. The octopus and calamari appetizer was cooked very well, and the wagyu dumplings were very crispy and a great sharing. Our group spoke pretty favorably about all of the entrees we got (scallops, salmon, rigatoni, and chicken). For dessert, the donuts were excellent and not too sweet. We also opted for a cookie platter and our server accommodated my weird request for as many chocolate chip cookies as possible lol. The cookies were just okay, and I probably wouldn't get them again. A tad bit burnt at the bottom and they almost has a fruity taste to them, so I wouldn't call them chocolate chip cookies to be honest. The biggest gripe we had was that service was extremely slow. It took almost thirty minutes from seating to get our orders placed, and another fifteen minutes to get our first round of drinks. Do keep in mind that the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. I still gave this place a five star review as there are a few caveats: our server informed us that they had just changed their menu that day, so certain operations were running slower. Also, having been here years prior there were never issues with the service. So I'm giving Bymark the benefit of doubt here and hoping that this was a one-off issue. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd come back again for a nice night out.

5 Star Rating Best place to get lunch in the PATH, best soup I’ve had in the city when it comes to casual options. The tomato/pepper and the crab bisque are excellent. Don’t let the lower reviews fool you, esp when it comes to delivery services. Uber/Dashers will always have trouble finding this place because it’s in the PATH. You’re better off coming here on your own. Prices are worth it considering how delicious and fast it is.

5 Star Rating Before I tried it I used to wonder why anyone would line up for soup. It seemed a little cliche, playing out just like the Seinfeld episode for which the restaurant is named. But then I tried it and fully understood. I went back the next day and have since gone back several times. Although the line up might seem long, it does move at a fast pace (after all it doesn’t take long for the team to scoop the soup into a bowl). You can avoid the line entirely by ordering in advance with the Ritual app. Try it once and you’ll be hooked!

5 Star Rating "En route to Union Station, I stumbled upon an unexpected culinary delight. This modest establishment, nestled discreetly along the path, boasted a remarkable selection of house-made soups – no fewer than ten! After much deliberation, I narrowed my choices to three, and to my delight, the affable staff graciously indulged my request for a tasting. The lobster bisque ultimately captivated my palate. Striking a masterful balance, it delivered rich, nuanced flavors of the sea without succumbing to the common pitfall of an overly fishy character. This is a testament to the chef's culinary prowess. While the confines necessitated a hallway repast – a table and chair were fortunately provided – the experience itself was nothing short of delightful. Toronto's culinary scene promises much, and I eagerly await the opportunity to further explore its hidden gems upon my return."

3 Star Rating I was excited to finally try Chipotle after months of seeing videos online. I was in a hurry and needed to eat dinner quickly so that I could take the train home. First thing I noticed was how unclean the location was. My friend and I ended up eating at Union Station because it was much cleaner. The seating at the restaurant is weird to begin with. Secondly, was the service. I did receive the food I had ordered and it was delicious. I appreciated the amount of food received in the bowl. I hope that in the future, this particular location improves on cleanliness and service.

2 Star Rating I wanted to try a traditional steakhouse but Bardis was old school in all the wrong ways. The food was very underwhelming. Our salad was topped with bottled Kraft Italian dressing and our calamari was definitely those pre-cooked frozen ones restaurants just had to put in the deep fryer. The steak was not a great cut even though we get their most expensive one. The decor and ambiance was like walking into a steakhouse from the 70s, and nothing had been cleaned or updated since then. Even the washrooms which are in the basement smelled like wet carpet. With the city having tons of wonderful steakhouses, this is one of the last I'd recommend.
