Fairview Mall Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 Star Rating

5 Star Rating Good to see CF Fairview mall is thriving. It is very spacious, well maintained, and all the shops are open. Food options are remarkable. You have the usual fast food at the food court, but at the other side of the wing you have plenty of Chinese restaurant. T&T supermarket is here too Very coinvent location, ample parking for everyone. There is access to bus line and subway.

4 Star Rating CF Fairview Mall is a well-maintained and thoughtfully updated shopping centre that caters to a wide range of needs. The mall has a clean layout, easy navigation, and a good mix of retail stores, services, and dining options. Anchors like The Bay, Winners, Sephora, and Marshall’s make it convenient for both quick errands and relaxed shopping trips. One of the highlights is the newly renovated section where the former Sears was located. The addition of T&T Supermarket and the modern Asian food hall has really enhanced the mall’s overall atmosphere and variety. The mall is directly connected to Don Mills subway station, which makes it very accessible by public transit, and there’s also plenty of free parking. The food court is clean and spacious, though the dining options could be more diverse outside the new Asian wing. While the mall may not be as large or high-end as some others in Toronto, it offers a comfortable and reliable shopping experience. It rarely feels overcrowded, and the recent upgrades have made it brighter and more welcoming. The only issue I noticed is that the elevator is not clearly marked and can be difficult to locate, especially for first-time visitors or those with strollers or accessibility needs. I’m also adding a video to help others understand the location better. Overall, Fairview Mall is a great spot for regular shopping, quick meals, or spending a few hours with family or friends. A solid 4-star experience it could be 5 star if they resolve the elevator issue.

4 Star Rating Fairview Mall was smaller than we expected. Just an L shaped mall. Doesn't branch out like STC. There's a lot more Asian stores/restaurants here. If you're looking for business casual clothes, Fairview Mall has quite a few stores that sell these type of clothes and shoes. There's Hudson's Bay (they'll be gone by end of June 2025 I hear), RW&CO, H&M, Mango, Oak + Fort, Uniqlo, Aldo, Call It Spring, Steve Madden, Marshalls, Browns, Jack & Jones, and SoftMoc. These were the ones we went into. However, some of the places listed were either way to expensive or the "business casual" clothes and shoes that I saw on their website, didn't exist in store. Hudson's Bay closing sale netted is some good deals with the business casual clothes we were looking for. Uniqlo had some business casual clothes, but the sizes were a bit too small. Marshalls had cheaper priced belts (~$16 to ~$25 range). Stopped by T&T Supermarket for a snack break (the bakery seems to sometimes get discounts and clearance sales). The washrooms in this mall will lock once the mall reaches closing time. The employees of the mall will literally pull out some sort of metal gate that locks you from going into the washroom. So make sure you use the washroom before the mall closes. Overall, it's a good mall. There's plenty of variety of food (lots of Asian options). There's way more business casual type clothes and shoes stores here than at STC (from what I could see). However, if you're looking for dress shoes for kids, cause you don't fit into the dress shoes/business casual shoes that you want... From our hunt, we didn't find any stores in the mall that sells kids dress shoes.

5 Star Rating I was just walking through Fairview Mall when Aida approached me at the WOW Mobile kiosk. She offered me a deal I didn’t even know I needed, none of the other stores could come close to what she gave me. Honestly, she’s probably going to be your favorite salesperson at Fairview. If you’re looking for a great plan, definitely go talk to Aida❤️
