5 Star Rating My friend and I love to try different dining experiences and Infinity did not disappoint! Of course the rotating view of Sydney is spectacular, especially at sunset and as the lights of the city come on. The food was absolutely delicious - visually gorgeous and exciting to eat! We tried the special oyster with a chef crafted edible shell, which was amazing… and my food highlights were the spice and bite of the scallops, the bread and cultured butter surprisingly!, the hand cut chips, the Snowy River trout and the blood orange sorbet with sherbet… def recommend going with a friend and sharing dishes! Alexander was an amazing host, knew each dish so well and helped us understand the menu so we could choose, and was perfectly attentive and helpful. I would definitely try Infinity again, especially as the new season menu is able to be available!

5 Star Rating Our experience at Infinity was superior to anything I had experienced before. From the minute you walk in and see the rotating restaurant and the moody interior you’re immersed. The table was tactile and beautiful. Wool placemats, Noritake crockery, Philip Starck cutlery felt elegant and elevated. The food was mind blowing. The potato and duck liver fritter was a highlight along with the nostalgic nod of Mark Bests cooking with the grilled sea foam oysters. For mains we had the Duck and the risotto which were both incredible, with a salt a vinegar potato chip on the side! Desert we had the blood orange curd with sherbet and the cheese. There was not a single thing we would have changed! The service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. Greetings by every person we walked past and our server Sandro could make the saddest person feel immense joy with his energy and liveliness. This experience is one of the best we’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend Infinity by Mark Best more!

4 Star Rating My partner and I dined at Infinity by Mark Best at Sky Tower or as it used to be called Centrepoint Tower on Friday night. As soon as we stepped into the elevator to take the ride up to the top it brought back so many memories going to the Tower as part of a school excursion and then taking my kids when they were young and here we are back again after more than 15 years. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator we were greeted by one of the wait staff and were promptly taken to our table right in front of one of the large windows. The decor seemed retro, and the space itself perhaps a little dated, but I guess its to be expected considering construction began on the tower in 1970. All that is immediately forgotten however as soon as you notice the amazing view in front of you and it all comes rushing back how incredible this building actually is and how beautiful the city of Sydney is with the harbour at the forefront and the mountains in the distance. The view was sublime from the moment we arrived, the sunset during the meal and finally the night lights as the dinner concluded. In terms of the food we started with half a dozen freshly shucked oysters and a couple of dry Martini's and everything was excellent. The oysters were super fresh and very nicely presented. We then progressed to the entrees, I had the squid risotto and my partner had the scallops, both dishes excellent. For mains we both had the duck and it was perfectly cooked and the salt and vinegar hand cut chips were a perfect accompaniment to the dish. During the meal the wait staff were great, very knowledgeable about the menu and responsive to any requests. We also asked the Sommelier to suggest matching wines and were very impressed by her recommendations. Finally it was time for desert and unfortunately this is the reason why I did not give 5 stars for this review. My partner ordered the profiteroles with lemon myrtle and found the lemon flavour too over powering and I had the chocolate ganach with cumquats and the chocolate flavour was too strong, the dish seemed unbalanced and the cumquats had many seeds, perhaps they could have been presented sliced rather than whole with the seeds removed. All in all a lovely meal except for the deserts, great service and amazing view, at over $600 for two people perhaps slightly over priced considering other incredible restaurants in Sydney. We are truly spoilt in this city for choice. If you're looking for a unique experience to impress friends, a romantic night with a special someone or business associates then I would certainly recommend Infinity by Mark Best.

5 Star Rating I had a wonderful time. Just wanted to highlight that the staffs- especially Katie and Nana made the night memorable. I really appreciate that Katie made me feel welcomed. The warm hospitality given by the staff truly made the dinner and birthday celebration amazing. Overall, I would rate this establishment worth visiting. The food had the right amount of gastronomy, thought and simplicity. It was a balancing act executed well. The temperance drinks were lovely; really enjoyed the mocktails as they incorporated Australian native herbs. What’s not to love?! Dining with the best view in Sydney, truly a blessing! (Albeit we could not catch a nice view of the Sydney Opera House. Just a wee bit.) Please keep up the good work, everyone. :) Highly recommend this place if you are into fine dining.

Food was very good thanks to the customized advice from Mattia that perfectly suited our taste. Furthermore, the wine recommendations from Mattia allowed us to drink perfectly matched wines with our dishes. Thank you again for this incredible night.

5 Star Rating I've dined here before so know you'll always get a varied and great wine list. What impressed me with a recent visit (after too long of a gap between visits) is how good the food is - compliments to the chef. Some real stand outs including the terrine, fried scamorza, schnitzel, steak and peppercorn sauce. Even the bread was so tasty. The Madeleines are the cherry on top and are so good. Look forward to visiting again.

5 Star Rating The best burger ever! We went for lunch a couple of weeks ago after a shopping trip before flying home. Fix was just round the corner from David Jones and across the road from St James station. We didn’t make a reservation, and were seated immediately. The staff were friendly and brought us water. I chose the steamed market fish with greens, sweet potato and lemon caper butter, the fish was barramundi. It was beautifully cooked, it was so moist, the sweet potato and lemon caper butter were smooth buttery and added a lovely citrus sharpness, and the greens were beautifully cooked. My husband opted for the wagyu burger, he devoured it and proclaimed it was the best burger he had ever had! It was so moist and tender and just melted in the mouth. We ordered a portion of the chips with chicken salt, that we picked at, this would be our only criticism, the chips were crunchy and well cooked but the chicken salt was a little over salty for our taste. We chose a bottle of the Domaine de L’ille ‘Porquerolles” Provence rose to accompany our lunch, which was delicious. If we come back to Sydney we would definitely come back to Fix Wine Bar.

4 Star Rating The wines on offer are always great. It's even better at happy hour prices, whether it's a white, red or rosé. They even have food on happy hour too. The service is casual and knowledgeable, who can be relied upon for a recommendation. This place is an institution and known for their extensive wine collection. So worth stopping in for the wines.

4 Star Rating It’s a set menu offering not ala carte. Interesting tasting entree with flavors and textures. The squid ink pasta was great with the panko. Tho portion was a little small. My slow cooked lamb shoulder was not bad. They gave customers truffles to takeaway in a cute bag. And they were YUMMYYY! Fiancé booked to celebrate our engagement on the day but we didn’t get any special surprises. The ambiance was just dark with dark blinds and shelf of wines, pretty simple.

5 Star Rating Wonderful restaurant that's tucked away on the second floor of the strand arcade. Very private and relaxing atmosphere with a polite waiter team. The food was fabulous. I tried the Sydney Rock Oysters with a Tasmanian White Riesling, which was divine. For the main I had the Roman Cow's Milk Riccota Ravioli, it was delicious and not too rich. My only gripe is they don't give you any salt/pepper or extra cheese/chilli flakes on the table and no bread on the side either. For an Italian place, those table additions usually come standard. Nevertheless, it's a lovely spot to relax and enjoy dining with some privacy away from the hustle of the city. Penelope was my waitress and she was so professional and welcoming. Hope to return soon, grazie!

4 Star Rating I visited Sky Eye Seafood Buffet tonight, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food itself was decent — they offered a selection of seafood including prawns, oysters, mussels, and a few hot dishes. It wasn’t an extremely large variety, but what they had was fresh enough and enjoyable. If you’re expecting a huge spread like some of the bigger hotel buffets, this one is a bit simpler. What really made the visit worthwhile was the atmosphere. The view from the restaurant is impressive, especially at night with the city lights and skyline right outside the window. It gives the whole place a relaxed, elevated feeling that makes the dining experience much better. The environment is clean, comfortable, and feels quite modern. Even though the food selection wasn’t extensive, the combination of seafood, a peaceful setting, and a great night view made it a memorable experience. I’d say it’s a good place to go if you want a calm buffet with nice scenery rather than a massive food variety. Overall, I enjoyed the night and the atmosphere definitely lifted the whole experience.

5 Star Rating UTSAB and BIBEK were wonderful hostesses. They made sure that we had clean plates and table at all times. They made my birthday very special. They are kind, helpful and provided great service. Food cons: The roast beef was toooo tough. You only get 1 set of crackers for the table for the crab. Cheese platter has small variety. Dessert section needs names of the desserts. Everything else was great.

3 Star Rating We were so excited for this meal, the company, the staff, and the view, were fabulous. Sadly the food was not good, the meat was so tough it couldn't be chewed, the fish and salmon were very dry, the vegetables were not very nice either, we were very disappointed in the food. We did enjoy the prawns, oysters and muscles, my friend bought a coffee, it was undrinkable, as it was burnt. The presentation of the food was lovely.

5 Star Rating Had a lovely dinner at Bambini Trust Restaurant with a group of four friends. We booked online and tried to change the time by messaging them but were unable to confirm our booking. However, the staff were so accommodating and gladly found us a table. The place has a somewhat fancy vibe. Definitely lives up to the reputation (one hat). Food was absolutely delicious—classic, flavourful Italian dishes that hit the spot. Ordered whiskey sour and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had so far. Our waitress was a gem—so friendly and even taught us how to pronounce some Italian words properly. The tiramisu was divine… like, forget-your-name good. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s on the main road, but the warm, not-too-noisy ambiance more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this spot if you’re after great Italian food and a charming night out.

5 Star Rating We have been coming to Bambini since it opened in the late 90s and our last dinner was just as good as the first – and every single meal in between. I had the rainbow trout special; others had the confit duck à l'orange and John Dory. We shared pâté, zucchini flowers and scallops for entrées, and tiramisu and crème caramel with quince for dessert. The strawberry gin cocktails were a hit as were the glasses of pinot noir under Coravin. An unlikely recommendation of Bordeaux was perfect with my trout. Service was top tier and the dark wood-toned atmosphere only seems to get better with every passing year. A Sydney institution in a city not known for its long-lived restaurants. Tells you all you need to know. Enjoy!
