A last minute decision and smaller, and cheaper, rooms were all gone so the only option was to get residents suite, which included two bedrooms and large living area. And wow, it was something else 🤩. I will add that I was extra lucky to get upgraded to a city view after chatting to the check in staff. All interaction with the staff was also a pleasure. Always helpful and knowledgeable having a quick and informative reply. Would love to come back here soon.

Rooms need attention as they are very old. I could smell the dampness & old smoke smell in the carpet. The rest of the Casino is good. There are lots of great food spots. Staff are friendly.

Only walked through on the way to and from Wicked, but the staff were VERY friendly and helpful, well groomed and proactive. The inside of the foyer was beautiful. And a large casual food court right outside the theatre! Also attached to the tram.
