Fatburger is one of my togo burger place in metro vancouver
Its my first time trying the feature flavour milk shake. Ordered small size because I dont want to gain too much weight.
They make fantastic mike shake, so as this one. The feature flavour is mint chocolate. Its silky smooth as the other flavour and the mild mint keep the shake very refreshing. I would get a regular size if i know its this good.
Look forward to my next visit with different kind of feature flavour.

Yummy burgers! But the chicken wings and deep fried pickles were super good! Fast and excellent service. Cesar, the manager very accommodating and personable. Thank you. We will be back for sure.
T Tan - 3 months ago
The burger had enough flavor, buns were toasted right and fries perfectly crispy. I'd recommend you get the fries without seasoning and use your own sauces at the table to dip instead, the Cajun seasoning was too overpowering and salty for me.
The restaurant has a retro diner vibe, and it's clean.
Our order was messed up though, we only wanted changes made to one burger and instead changes were made to both.
The Oreo milkshake is done right, the consistency thick enough and very creamy. You may find it a little sweet though.
Overall, 4/5. I would visit again!

We catered from Fatburger for our Summer Icebreaker, welcoming over 25 attendees. The food was tasty, abundant, and filling, but that’s not all the good things about our experience with them. During pick-up, Fatburger staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a large order, so they offered to carry the boxes to my car. Before it even came to mind, they also asked if I wanted any extra condiments and napkins, and were more than happy to label boxes, bags, and other packaging so we wouldn’t have a hard time distinguishing between items. We were incredibly satisfied with their service, so I highly recommend catering from and eating at Fatburger Lougheed!

We made reservations at Joeys to celebrate my son’s birthday and they had a card on our table wishing him a Happy Birthday. Emma took good care of us during the evening and was very attentive with refilling our waters and my drink. She was nice and friendly. We enjoyed our meals and time at Joeys. Well done!

Overall Great Food and Service, with a Small Training Note
Celebrated my birthday here with my spouse, and the food was phenomenal! The Truffle Parmesan fries were fresh and perfectly crispy, and the Bellini was delicious. My steak was cooked to a precise, tender medium-rare, and the Blackened chicken was incredibly flavorful and enjoyable. The only downside food-wise was the Coke Zero, which was flat and watery.
Our server was wonderful and provided excellent service. However, I noticed online that many guests receive complimentary champagne or dessert for their birthdays. Our server did ask if we wanted champagne and later dessert, but never mentioned it would be a birthday treat from the restaurant, so we declined. We certainly didn't go there looking for freebies, but if a restaurant offers birthday perks, management should train staff to communicate it clearly so all guests are treated equally.
That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will absolutely be back!

I’ve been to many Joey restaurants, but this location truly stands out. I would honestly give it a 1000/10 for exceptional service from the entire team. We visited as a large group, and the attention to detail was incredible, especially when it came to accommodating allergies and specific requests. Everything was handled seamlessly.
What really impressed me was the teamwork. It wasn’t just our server ensuring everything ran smoothly. The entire staff, including the manager, worked together to create such a welcoming experience. We were consistently checked in on, and it genuinely felt like they cared.
On top of that, the food was excellent! Perfectly prepared and served at the right temperature. Overall, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I visited JOEY for my birthday and had such a lovely experience. Our server, Emma, was truly wonderful. She was managing multiple tables with great professionalism, but still made us feel genuinely cared for. She even went the extra mile to make sure the lettering on my crème brûlée cheesecake was perfect, coordinating carefully with the staff member who was doing the writing.
I actually arrived in a bit of a low mood, but her kindness, attention, and friendly small talk completely turned my day around. Whenever we needed anything, she was right there to help or check in. By the end of the meal, I felt really happy and celebrated. Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Excellent pizza, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. They made my pizza exactly the way I wanted it, and it was even better than I expected! It’s always nice when a place pays attention to the little details and gets your order just right. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I prefer Uncle Fatih's Pizza Brentwood when I'm in the area craving pizza. Usually a great selection of ready pies to choose from. A no frills grab pizza to go destination for me.

Uncle Fatih's Pizza is always one of my go-to choices, especially when I have guests. We usually order two XL pizzas for six people, and it's always enough. I really love their pepperoni pizza, and they have lots of unique flavors, so I try a different one almost every time. The only thing I don't enjoy is the chicken wings—they're too greasy for my taste. Overall, a great place for tasty pizza!

As someone who loves pizza, I was genuinely impressed by Uncle at Brentwood. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The crust had the perfect balance of crispness and chewiness, and the toppings were generous without overwhelming the pizza.
The staff were friendly, and the service was quick, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.
I'll definitely be coming back to try more items from the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious pizza in the Brentwood area!

The place is very clean and well-kept, and the location is really convenient for a quick stop. The pizza was bomb! One of my favorite pizza chains! It'll definitely be a regular stop for me :)

One of the best places to get breakfast in Brentwood! I have been here twice. The food was delicious and the portions are seriously generous, literally applicable for the pancakes, burgers, omelettes, and even the fries. I didn’t dare to order a “big breakfast platter” after I was honestly impressed with how large their “large fries” portion size was. First time we went during a weekend morning during a busy time, but the waitress got us seated quickly, which we really appreciated.
The place has that classic breakfast diner atmosphere, with decent and attentive service that makes the experience comfortable and relaxed. There’s also a wide selection of brunch options, so there’s something for everyone.
It can get pretty busy during weekend brunch, but when i revisited on a weekday afternoon it was much quieter. It’s also very child-friendly. we noticed several families with kids dining around us, which makes me think their kids’ menu must be popular too.
I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid brunch in Brentwood area.
Ricky’s had a really satisfying mix of breakfast and comfort food options. We started with the omelettes, and they were excellent. The one i tried “The Works “ was made with three fresh eggs and packed with Black Forest ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and three kinds of cheese, topped with maple bacon. It came with toast and shredded hash browns, id say quite a hearty and classic breakfast plate.
The Southwestern Eggs Benedict was another highlight. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and served on crispy tortillas stuffed with black beans, corn, peppers, and cheese. The ranchero hollandaise added a nice flavor, and it came with well-seasoned red-skin breakfast potatoes with sautéed peppers and onions.
The Spaghetti Bolognese was rich and comforting, with slow-simmered beef and pork in pomodoro sauce, finished with ricotta and Grana Padano. The Homestyle Salisbury Steak was also very satisfying, a juicy ground beef steak smothered in savory onion-mushroom gravy, served with buttery mashed potatoes and garden vegetables.
We also tried Ricky’s Famous Original Burger with crispy skin-on fries. The Alberta beef patty with American cheese was classic and well done, and the toppings worked really well together.
One thing I absolutely loooved was the signature milkshake; it was creamy, indulgent, and definitely worth ordering. However, the molten chocolate lava cake was a bit too sweet for our taste, and we ended up leaving it after a few bites.

M’y daughter ordered me some food and had it delivered via Uber Eats. She lives in Ottawa, Ontario….this was a Xmas / New Years little present 💝
Mighty mushroom burger was delicious!
The tomato basil soup was piping hot and delicious (glad the soup was hot ).
Salad wasn’t as described but still very festive and tasty.
Also got a vanilla milk shake 👌 and a piece of cheesecake 🥰
All in, food was great and I will be visiting in person in the near future!!!

I got the fish and chips, the fish was battered well so it was crispy and not too thick, it really satisfied my craving. Absolute favourite is the tiramisu, delicious, a good balance of bitter espresso and sweet cake. My complaint would be that it was hard to get the staff's attention due to where we were sitting (and maybe the decoration arc). Other than that everything is pretty good
Phebe - 8 months ago
Food: The most incredibly bland looks-like-it's-mass-produced main menu breakfast. Surprising how soulless it was actually, more like a school cafeteria or hospital would serve. (Their summer special pulled pork brekkie bowl was really delicious though, which is why I gave an extra star!! Very pleased with that, otherwise I would've been upset.)
The interior design/ decorations are copy + paste chain.
They didn't make it clear that their "validated parking" is only up to $2. A clear sign and/or host disclosure would be necessary.. Frustrating

➡️Phenominal💯 sushi restaurant‼️⬅️We stopped in here for a dinner and had THE BEST sushi of any restaurant we have been in! Their Miso soup-BAR NONE is THE VERY BEST around, as well✅️✅️✳️✳️‼️ That is quite a statement- but I have heard from others who also think the selection of sushi, and all was SUPER‼️) Their attention to detail plating, and serving, their incredible amount of menu choices and flavourful sushi types that we've never seen before, makes a great place to go or order from🔙🔜‼️ Prices are VERY fair, portions are generous✳️✅️ We also had THE BEST tempura from here✴️. Even the dipping sauce with the tempura has their own flavour✅️ We WILL be back‼️This is ONE place where you don't feel like ALL you are getting is rice rolls-THIS is flavour on the outside ALSO- fresh fish, or spinach, coconut flakes, etc-oh SO GOOD -and the rice wrap is NOT too thick like some places. I don't think you could possibly be disappointed✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✴️‼️Kudos here‼️

What happened, Sushi Yoi?! I have been a loyal customer for 8+ years, but the last 2 orders have been pretty. Today, we got yam rolls and they were so cheap. See the video - this cost $11.
Gave 2 stars because my partners salmon tempura roll was good. Yakisoba was generous but lacked flavor - had to add our own.

Had great sushi consistently from here in the past. We decided to try the Chicken Udon and the Tofu Teriyaki Rice Bowl tonight. Turned out to be a bad choice. The chicken udon was incredibly slimy and the chicken was overcooked and rubbery, the noodles were mushy. The tofu teriyaki was meh. Neither dish had much on the way of veggies.

I had a great time at this Japanese restaurant on first occasion on March 24th, 2024 and second occasion on November 2nd, 2025 to celebrated my friends' belated birthday celebration with rest of my friends. The bento I ordered was so delicious 😋. The waiter were very friendly and attentive so that made us feel welcome. The place was very clean and well-decorated.

Came here on the weekend during the FIFA games and had a really good time. The food and drinks were great, especially the caramelized French toast for brunch, and they have some awesome veggie options like the falafel burger and bowls. The staff was super friendly, though the service was understandably a bit slower since the place was completely packed out for the matches. We sat up on the 3rd floor patio which is okay, but honestly, I much prefer the ground floor seating because the layout and atmosphere just feel a lot nicer and have a better energy down there. It is still a solid spot to hang out in Brentwood for casual drinks and good food, just try to look for a table downstairs if you can get one!

The menu has a ton of food and drink options which is great. The food is very tasty, and the atmosphere is great. This place is 3 levels! I haven’t been to the top patio but it seems very nice. Great atmosphere to watch the World Cup games with a huge bar on the first floor.
Rajan Grewal - 2 months ago
We were seated very quickly without a reservation. Carmela was a great server, very kind, but the kitchen would not make a half-pepperoni, half margherita pizza like we requested - not her fault. Matilda's chocolate cake is delicious but I would prefer it without the shaved chocolate on top. The atmosphere was pleasant despite the World Cup game that was going on. We will come back for sure.
Gilliard Lopes - 2 months ago
Food was genuinely outstanding and easily the highlight of the entire experience. Every dish we ordered came out fresh, flavorful, and really well made, which is what saved the night and why I’m still giving a positive rating overall. When we first arrived, the place was extremely loud because a game was on, and it was hard to even settle in at first, but to be fair the manager did come over and let us know it would be ending in about 5 minutes, which I appreciated because at least there was some communication. Once things calmed down, we were hoping for a smooth dining experience, but unfortunately the service had too many small issues that kept adding up. One of the drinks we ordered was supposed to come with lychee burst pearls, which was one of the reasons we picked it, but when it arrived there were no pearls in it at all. Nobody mentioned they were unavailable beforehand, and only after I asked was I told they were out. Another drink came without a straw and again I had to ask instead of it already being provided. We also ordered a kids meal, and normally those come with a complimentary drink and dessert, but the server never mentioned that at all, never asked what drink we wanted for the child, and didn’t explain the included dessert either. I had to bring it up myself, and only then were options given, which honestly felt like something that should automatically be part of the service, especially when dining with a child. It wasn’t one huge problem, but constant little things being missed made the service feel inattentive and careless. On top of that, while there were smiles on faces, the energy felt off at times. It seemed like the manager and server had a conversation about us at one point and made a face, which created an awkward and uncomfortable feeling. I can’t say exactly what was meant by it, but it did not feel welcoming and it definitely changed the mood for us. Hospitality is not only about smiling, it is also about making guests feel comfortable, looked after, and respected, and that part felt lacking here. The reason this is still 4 stars is because the kitchen absolutely delivered and the food was really, really good. If I was rating food alone it would be higher. I would still go to Tap & Barrel again because I enjoy the menu and quality, but based on this experience I would choose a different location next time.

Tap & Barrel Brentwood was the perfect place for our World Cup watch party with friends. The atmosphere was electric from the moment we walked in. Every goal, save, and close call had the entire restaurant cheering, making it feel like we were watching the match in a stadium rather than a restaurant. The energy from fellow fans added so much excitement to the experience.
The service was excellent despite how busy it was. Our server stayed friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the game, making sure our drinks were topped up and checking in regularly without interrupting the fun. It’s never easy serving a packed crowd during a major sporting event, but the staff handled it with professionalism and a smile.
The food was equally impressive. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and well presented. The menu offered plenty of choices, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed. The portions were satisfying, and the quality matched the price. Pairing our meals with a few cold drinks while watching the match made the afternoon even more enjoyable.
One thing I especially appreciated was the number of TVs and the clear sightlines throughout the restaurant. No matter where you were seated, you could easily follow the action without missing an important moment. The sound was loud enough to create excitement while still allowing conversations with friends.
Overall, Tap & Barrel Brentwood delivered exactly what we were looking for: great food, refreshing drinks, excellent service, and an unforgettable atmosphere for watching the World Cup. Whether you’re meeting friends for game day, grabbing dinner after work, or simply looking for a lively place to enjoy good food, this location is an easy recommendation. We’ll definitely be back for future matches and casual nights out. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent time at La Tacqueria! Food is authentic and delicious and service is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful! Me and my sister had the chicharrones with guac and the birria tacos; we both loved every bite! Staff was very happy to go over all the drink options and our margaritas were fantastic! I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Vancouver. Highly recommend!!

If you’re visiting Vancouver and only have time for one mexican spot, make it La Taqueria.
We came in debating between the cheese fondue and the baby back ribs, and thankfully our server steered us toward the ribs. That recommendation alone deserves recognition because what arrived at our table was one of the most memorable dishes I’ve had in a very long time.
The Baja taco and beef taco were both delicious 🤤 fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for from a place known for tacos. But the baby back ribs completely stole the spotlight. The moment they arrived, all attention shifted to them.
The sauce was extraordinary. Rich and buttery with a gentle kick of spice, but what really impressed me was how layered the flavor was. You could actually taste the individual spices instead of just getting generic heat. I could swear there was cumin in there, and it paired beautifully with the pork. Every bite revealed something new.
The ribs themselves were cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy, and clearly slow-cooked with incredible care. They practically melted apart while still maintaining enough texture to feel substantial. As someone who normally isn’t a fan of bones in meat, I didn’t care in the slightest..I was too busy enjoying every bite. We even joked that, “This pig definitely had friends,” because the quality of the meat was that noticeable.
The presentation was beautiful, the carrots added brightness and balance, and the whole dish felt thoughtfully composed rather than overly heavy.
And I can’t finish this review without mentioning the jalapeño margarita, which remains one of my favorite cocktails in the city. The perfect combination of citrus, heat, and refreshment.
The tacos were excellent. The margarita was excellent. But the baby back ribs were unforgettable.
Some dishes are good. Some dishes make you want to come back. These ribs are the reason we’ll be returning to La Taqueria. ❤️🔥🍖🌮

Great food. Even the chips and guac hit the spot. We got a couple of items (sorry no pictures) but all of those were great. My beef burrito was filling, cheesy and good. It was our friend's birthday and the staff put on a lil show with churros - that was wonderful 🙏🏻💙

I was a bit hesitant to come here because parking is a nightmare and this is a chain, but I’m happy to be wrong. This is the epitome of service! We have a young child and they thoughtfully sat us away from most of the tables.
The child had some plain kids cheese quesadillas, which were not on the menu, but suggested by the server. B and I shared the Tuna Tartare and the Queso Fundido Mixto, and they were great. The tuna was a perfect blend of spice and acid. Each bite was light and had a bit of crunch and softness. The queso was very rich, salty, cheesy, and fatty- but in a good way. The meat was tender but still had chew. Balanced perfectly with the plain tortillas.
Halfway through the meal, B finished his beer and wanted another. He was looking around to find someone, and the bartender noticed, and flagged a server down to take our order. This is what I mean by the epitome of service. When it’s not your job but you’re helping your colleagues out.
Took a chance coming here, but so glad we did. We finished with the freshly fried churros and it was perfect. Will definitely return!

A slightly strange experience.
The coffee is above average and the croissants are good, so there is really nothing wrong with the food.
But the whole place feels a little like a production line. You queue, order, move along, work out where to wait, then collect your coffee. Each person seems responsible for one small part of the process, and once that part is done, you cease to be their concern.
Nobody is rude, and everything more or less works. Yet somehow you feel completely disconnected as a customer, as though the system cares rather more about moving the order along than the person who made it.
Good coffee, good croissants. Efficient enough. Hospitality, however, seems to have been assigned to another department.

My Mum and I had regular drip coffees with cream, two chicken sausage rolls which were nicely baked on the outside, the chicken was in small bits, easy to eat and had some spice to it and we thought they were delicious!
The set up is a bit odd, as you walk in past the coffee area in the middle toward the back to place your food/drink order. You can see the pastries, sausage rolls, quiche and other food items there. The staff were friendly, helpful and it’s a clean area, good seating options, great service :)
The pricing was a bit high the for what we paid it came out to $30.00 (Canadian dollars) and that was the only disappointment. Otherwise great spot for breakfast, lunch. Thanks team!

First time visit. Decided to grab a few goodies passing by after seeing the reviews. Here was my experience:
- Service was friendly but didn't enforce entry/exit pathway causing congestion at the front
- Great recommendations as I couldn't decide.. Everything looked really good
- Loved the Pistachio Croissant Doughnut (Burst of flavor inside)
- Almond Croissant had excellent crunch yet fluffy and loaded with almonds
*Staff made a basic mistake of not taping down the cheesecake in the box.. Luckily it did make it home somewhat intact*
*Great Overall*

Small victory never disappoints. The store smells just as delicious as the drinks taste. I usually get a coffee, but today I decided to get a matcha, and I definitely will get it again. The matcha is bright green and tastes heavenly. The coffee is also good, and you can see the baristas making the fresh espresso in front of you. The pastries look amazing, even though I have not tried them yet. If you haven't gone, there is lots to do in the area, as it is right in the middle of Brentwood Mall.
If you are looking to study or do work here, I do not recommend it, but it is a good cafe to sit for a drink and chat.

This place has some of the best baked goods I’ve had, but I don’t know how I feel about the rest of the food. I had the Eggs & Romesco on toast and the bread was very hard and difficult to cut into. The taste was okay but nothing amazing. I also got the Strawberry Cloud Matcha, which was decent but not sure how the high quality the matcha powder was. And the strawberry foam was underwhelming, didn’t have much taste to it. The only reason I’ll return is the Brioche Honey Butter Toast, I can easily eat 10 of those - it’s SO good. The Pistachio Croissant Doughnut was also really yummy, the pistachio filling was really creamy with a great flavour. So yes to the baked goods, not really a fan of the other items I had. The coffee looks a lot better, so I’ll try that next time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
We had a wonderful experience at Earls and were genuinely impressed by both the food and the overall atmosphere.
Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The calamari was perfectly crispy while remaining tender inside, paired with a delicious dipping sauce. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested—juicy, flavorful, and incredibly tender. The Surf & Turf was definitely a highlight of the meal, featuring a perfectly grilled steak topped with sweet, succulent lobster. The garlic mashed potatoes, broccolini, and accompanying sauces were all excellent and complemented the main dishes perfectly.
The patio provided a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal on a beautiful day. We especially appreciated that Earls is pet-friendly, allowing us to enjoy the experience alongside our French Bulldog, who was warmly welcomed as well.
The service was professional, attentive, and friendly from start to finish. The staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.
From the quality of the food to the excellent service and inviting atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Earls to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
Highly recommended.

Earls is always a great choice. My girlfriend and I made a last minute decision to come here tonight after seeing the incredible atmosphere at Earls Brentwood during the FIFA World Cup. We were hoping for a great patio experience while still enjoying the games, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very kind and very accommodating when we first arrived.
And of course, Alina was an absolute pleasure to have as our server. She was attentive, kind, engaging, and professional, with a wonderful personality and excellent communication. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made our evening that much more enjoyable.
Her hard work and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Alina, for making our evening so memorable.

Had an amazing brunch experience at Earls Kitchen + Bar today! The service was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience even better — a special shoutout to Tiana for being so welcoming and taking such great care of us throughout the meal.
We started with the Breakfast Tacos, Tomato + Feta Shakshuka, and Chorizo Chilaquiles — every dish was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The shakshuka was rich and comforting, while the chilaquiles had the perfect balance of spice and texture.
For drinks, the Coconut Mango Cooler was incredibly refreshing and the Italian Spritz was light, crisp, and perfect for brunch vibes.
And the desserts absolutely sealed the deal — the Sweet Treat and Crème Brûlée Cheesecake were the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal.
Great food, great atmosphere, and genuinely excellent service. Definitely one of the best brunch spots we’ve been to lately!

Earls Brentwood is always a vibe, but our recent visit was truly next freakin level! We had a reservation and were seated instantly despite how busy the restaurant was. I love the energy of this location! It’s buzzing and high energy, yet it somehow feels cozy and private at the table, making it the perfect spot for a great conversation.
The real highlight of the night was Kate. She is an absolute rockstar! Not only is she the sweetest human ever (see our photo!), but her service was flawless. She guided us through the menu with such expertise and went totally above and beyond to make sure every single thing was perfect. If you want the best experience here, you have to ask for her!
The food was just as incredible as the service. We both ordered the Truffle Tortellini. One with a perfectly grilled chicken breast and It was rich, savory, and cooked to absolute perfection. For dessert, the Crème Brûlée was a total showstopper. The presentation with fresh strawberries and shaved coconut was stunning, and the top had that iconic, satisfying crack that every dessert lover dreams of (check the video!). It was easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
I also love that they have a dedicated takeout window now, which is such a smart move for the Brentwood area. Whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go, this spot is a winner. Thank you, Kate, for making our night so special!!!

We went to Earls Brentwood to celebrate my graduation and had an amazing experience! Our server, Ben, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the celebration feel extra special. The food was delicious; we shared the steak tacos and calamari, and enjoyed a bottle of white wine with our meal. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Earls Brentwood to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Rec Room Amazing Brentwood and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the Summer Bundle offered great value.
What truly made our visit special was the outstanding service from Luka. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire celebration. He made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcomed and well taken care of.

We visited Rec Room Brentwood on June 5 and had an excellent experience, so we decided to come back on June 12. While we expected good service again, we were pleasantly surprised that our second visit was even better than the first!
Luka assisted us again, and his consistency and attention to detail truly stood out. What impressed us the most was that he recognized us immediately when he came to our table to take our orders. Considering we had only visited once before, that level of attentiveness was remarkable. It made us feel valued and added a personal touch to our experience. His friendly, accommodating, and professional service shows that he genuinely pays attention to his guests.
We were also pleased when Manager Tyson stopped by our table to thank us for coming back. He took the time to greet us personally and shared information about the Summer Bundle promotion, which offers great value. It's wonderful to see a manager who is equally attentive and engaged with customers.
The combination of outstanding service from Luka and Tyson made our visit memorable. Great food, great entertainment, excellent customer service, and fantastic value for money. We will definitely be returning often and will be bringing our relatives and friends with us.

The Rec Room in Vancouver is an absolute blast! The arcade section is the main attraction, featuring a mix of classic games like skee-ball and basketball, alongside newer interactive and VR-style games. It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends and family. The drinks are good at the restaurant but the food came after an hour.

I had a great experience at the Rec Room in Brentwood Mall! The $40 for 3 hours unlimited play is such a great deal. Even if you come with a few friends, you don’t need to worry about the budget at all.
There is a 30-second wait between each child’s turn, but it doesn’t affect the fun. The kids were still very happy playing together!
Overall, it’s a really fun and affordable place. Thumbs up! 👍
