Expected a lot more from the room given the price. Parking is confusing as hell but specific areas are included in the room rate (sometimes) Gift shop had very limited sizes and options - very gimicky. Labelling (like to the conference building and parking types) could be better.

From the valet service, to the Bellman, to the streamlined check in service, we were very impressed. Well organized and courteous team, very professional. Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant, staff and service there was 100 percent as well. Probably the most enjoyable and relaxing visit to the River Rock that we have had. I huge shout out to an amazing team. Thank you
