5 Star Rating Arrived for a 11AM Dim Sum with a party of 4 on a weekday. Ordering is done through the server and the dish arrives relatively fast. The space is very spacious and has plenty of tables. It can get lively over the course of the day. They do also sell their own frozen products at the front. Dishes were tasty and the Deep Fried Squid had a bit of a kick to it. The restaurant is a bit of a walk as it is on the 3rd floor of a parking lot which was a bit of a surprise and detached from the mall next to it.

5 Star Rating Service can be improved with more patient and less direct servers, but food wise, everything was delicious. Make sure that if you’re going on the weekend, to get a reservation beforehand, otherwise you’d have to wait for a while to get a seat. We ordered 5 dim sum dishes and a fried rice to share among 4 females and spent around $90+. All seating were at round tables with actual tablecloths. The menu is extensive but some usual favourites like the xiaolongbao is not available. The special fried rice was really good as they had a thick sauce on top that really complimented the rice. Another favourite was this tofu skin shrimp combo that was filled with tasty goodness. Everything had tons of flavour. Parking is at the mall and is free. If you park in the tower, you can check in to allow for free parking while dining at the restaurant.

5 Star Rating Probably one of the best tasting dim sum restaurants I went since I moved to North America 14 years ago. Every food had layers of tastes and aroma. The temperature and textures of the foods were great when they were served. I had hundreds of good shrimp dumplings, but this one ranks the top. Rich in flavor and aroma, precisely cooked skin and shrimp. All foods were seasoned perfectly, so you don't even need soy sauce for them. It always makes me happy to find a restaurant that I can actually enjoy the taste of the ingredients, not salt and sugar. Mushroom dumpling with truffle fills your nose with the aroma with the first bite. I don't usually like overwhelming truffle oil taste, but this one was balanced well. The texture of skin and mushrooms were delightful, too. My wife mentioned that the egg tart was definitely better than ones from Spain. For the service, maybe the front desk doesn't feel very welcoming. Although, all the servers were very attentive and nice. If you are getting a bad service, I would reflect whether you are nice to them or not.

2 Star Rating Initial rating for dim sum, it was fine. However, after dinner experience, we were pretty disappointed at the food quality. The sweet pork fried too dry, the geoduck cooked over and was like chewing gum, the curry beef brisket had no curry favour at all, the onion just put in the pot separately.

5 Star Rating Food was spectacular and service was absolutely amazing! Service: the staff were super sweet and accommodating. There was no wait time for me (I went at around 12:40 pm). Atmosphere: Dimly lit and quiet chatter. Food: Amazing! We ordered the spaghetti bolognese, fries, and the Spinach & Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo. The bolognese was flavorful and the noodles were chewy. The Alfredo lacked a little bit of flavor but I loved the noodles. The garlic bread inclusions with the pasta were also very nice!

5 Star Rating It was wonderful to be back at White Spot after moving out east, where there are no locations nearby. The Richmond Shopping Centre spot (Restaurant No. 3 Rd) did not disappoint! The breakfast was fantastic—especially the shredded hash browns, which were perfectly crispy and delicious. The service was excellent, thanks to Patricia, who was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot for a leisurely breakfast. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by for a great meal and top-notch service! This review captures the joy of returning to White Spot, the amazing breakfast (with a shoutout to those shredded hash browns), and Patricia’s great service—all while recommending it to others!

3 Star Rating We came here for a dinner with another family on Sunday night. The food quality was fine, just like at other White Spots. Kids had their Pirate Packs while we ordered the Legendary Burger and Chicken Tenders. Endless sides as usual in case you're hungry! Once we sat down, the servers were good too. But since they didn't have a lot of servers, we had to wait 20 mins to get seated for a table of 8. You also can't make reservations here unlike other White Spot locations. And this was at 5pm .. the start of the dinner rush. So be prepared to wait! We liked how it was inside Richmond Centre, across from Cactus Club, so we could stroll around after the meal. But parking was hard to find so plan accordingly.

4 Star Rating The steamed meat dumpling is very good. The soup inside the dumpling is hot and tasty. The meat inside the dumpling is fresh and wonderfully marinated. The fried bread dough stick is the best I ever tasted in the world. So crispy. But the best part is that it is not heavy at all. The stick is larger than normal, but the dough is lighter than usual. It is like........ I just could not find the right words to describe it. This is definitely a "must have." The dessert is also good. Just take 20 minutes to make it, so order it at the beginning, and they will make it accordingly.

3 Star Rating I enjoyed the atmosphere until a situation arose. The staff was misleading about the pricing. They charged us somewhere around CA$100 for the Peking Duck. We only asked for the duck but were given a two course meal so the restaurant could up charge us. Very scummy business practice! Food tasted good until the receipt came. We won’t be coming back.

3 Star Rating this place shouldnt be famous for their 小籠包(steamed dumplings) but for their 奶油龍蝦伊麵/ lobster cream based sause noodles cuz O MY GOSH ITS THE BEST ONE IVE HAD AT A RESTAURANT in a LOOONNG TIME. tell me why the lobster was so sweet (in a fresh seafood way) and the noodles were cooked to perfection, soaked in the sauce that has the lobster's juices in it, making it addictive to eat. even the onions were fried well and browned before being put into this dish, making this dish a solid 5/5 however their other stuff was mid- their fried taro duck tasted normal- just the classic five spice flavoured duck with not rly seasoned taro paste, accompanied with a sauce that tastes like diluted oyster sauce and dark soy. 3/5 their famous 小籠包 had the right amount of fat to meat ratio, right amount of soup, and the right texture. it just tastes normal but a bit above avrg 3.5/5 however their eggplant dish tasted like panda express with half the sugar... however it isnt drowning in oil at the least 1/5 overall 3.9/5

4 Star Rating Their version of wuxi style (black vinegar) spare ribs is excellent and probably the most famous dish here. Ribs are lightly breaded and fried and the sauce isn't too sweet, it kind of reminded me of Cantonese preserved plum ribs but more tart. All the other Shanghaiese classics like beef pancake, lion's head and xlb are also solid. All dumplings and dimsum are made to order (even the fried items) and shouldn't be missed. Many tables also order the lobster claypot vermicelli noodle and fried taro duck. At night, Cantonese-style seafood dishes are popular.

Not to salty or anything of the sort! The 2nd dish was SAUTÉED SEASONAL VEGGIE. With garlic and a savory sauce that was a delight! The final dish was SAUTÉED CUMIN FRIED LAMB! medium spiced and the salt was on point. Not to spicy or hot , but perfect the way it should be. I also had GREEN TEA on the side! Will be back, have been here like a half a dozen times, NEVER DISAPPOINTED always HAPPY & SATISFYING!

3 Star Rating There is free limited spot parking in the back. You have to park there and tell the server your car number. Otherwise parking in front is paid. Heard good things about this place so thought I'd try it. Tried some dishes people mentioned. Hot and sour soup - not standard. No wood ear, bamboo, etc. Taste was ok. Mongolian beef - everybody seems to rave about this but it was nothing special. Quite salty. Bei fung tong chicken wings - presentation is very nice. Lots of fried garlic pieces to take home and mix with rice. Chicken didnt have much seasoning but it was crispy and very juicy. Cumin lamb fried noodles - quite standard. Tasty but can get this dish elsewhere for cheaper. Overall nothing really stood out in terms of taste. We went on Sunday during lunch time and it was just us and another table. I would try other dishes next time.

5 Star Rating Cactus Club Richmond – A Fantastic Dining Experience My recent visit to Cactus Club Richmond was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we experienced outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. There was very little wait time to get a table, which was a pleasant surprise. A gentleman warmly greeted us and guided us to our table, setting the tone for a great evening. Our server, Lianne (if I remember correctly), was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We ordered sushi, fries, coffee, and a margarita, and every dish exceeded expectations. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, the fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the margarita was perfectly balanced. The food quality was fantastic, making every bite enjoyable. Despite the high-quality food and service, the prices were reasonable, making the experience even more worthwhile. The ambiance was lively yet relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a great meal. Whether you’re visiting for a casual dinner or a special occasion, Cactus Club Richmond delivers both in service and taste. Overall, this visit left a lasting impression, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious food and great hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

5 Star Rating Cactus club has been and is one of my favourite places to eat at in Vancouver and Richmond. I celebrated my birthday and the attention we received was lovely. I ordered my favourite dish, grilled salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes, my son a Feenie burger. The truffle fries were absolutely delicious too they even melted in my mouth. Price wise, it’s not an inexpensive place, but the quality, taste and service makes it worth the while.

5 Star Rating We come to this Cactus Club quite often, but this is the first time we had such an outstanding server! Sharlene truly made our dinner memorable!! It started when my daughter’s steak came out a little too rare. Another server kindly took the plate back. While we were waiting, Sharlene noticed my daughter didn’t have any food yet and came over to ask about it. I explained the steak was undercooked and without hesitation, Sharlene returned shortly after with my daughter’s fries and salad so she could munch on something while waiting! She was so thoughtful! She later brought back the steak and made sure it was cooked right. Then to top it all off, she offered a complimentary dessert to make up for the wait and let my daughter choose between crème brûlée or cheesecake! My daughter chose the cheesecake and was so happy! I totally forgot to take a picture of my daughter’s steak! The food was good, classic Cactus Club quality, but Sharlene’s care and attention to detail made the experience exceptional! Her service was warm, proactive and so genuine!!

5 Star Rating Absolutely outstanding experience at Cactus Club Cafe! From the moment we sat down, we were greeted with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Our server, Emilee, though new, handled everything like a seasoned pro—friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Dinner was excellent—every dish arrived perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You could tell the kitchen takes pride in quality and flavor. But what truly made the evening memorable was the exceptional service. Emilee’s confidence and charm, combined with Anna May’s support and experience, made us feel completely taken care of. 5 Star Rating Subway in Richmond Centre offers a quick and convenient option for fresh, made-to-order sandwiches. The staff are generally friendly and efficient, helping keep the lines moving during busy hours. The ingredients are usually fresh, and you can customize your sub to your liking. 5 Star Rating Subway spots in Richmond can be a bit of a mixed bag. Some locations stand out with friendly staff who make an effort, fresh ingredients, and clean spaces that make grabbing a sub quick and easy. But not every experience is the same—others have been let down by stale bread, skimpy toppings, or slow service. It really depends on which store you visit, so while you might get a solid meal at one, the next could leave you wishing you'd gone somewhere else.

4 Star Rating I went upstairs after a Lego event downstairs. It was my first time eating at their renovated food court upstairs. I saw on their digital menu that they are offering a manager special “Mama burger combo for $7.99” That’s unheard of during these times. I gladly lined up. Service was extra friendly and organized. The thing was it was ALMOST a 5 star. I was just surprised the mama burger seemed to have shrunk a touch… it’s not what I remembered. However, the quality is top notch. Normally this combo is $14. Still an excellent deal. 😬👍

5 Star Rating Hurray, we found a new gem inside the Richmond Public Market. Wonder Wok—is no doubt a game changer in Chinese set plates located in the food court! Their unique, quality ingredients and dishes really set them apart, and the friendly staff make the experience even better. I always didn’t like eating in this type of fast food serving style as I thought they’re just about the same everywhere (lack of uniqueness and same cooking style), no but not here. It’s like the quality dining in a Chinese fine dining restaurant. For just $15, you get a large tray or a set meal with rice plus three sides and free soup. Good deal! Definitely my new go-to favourite for a food court Chinese cuisine!

5 Star Rating A food stall in Richmond Public Market, which has dozens of other food stalls offering tempting options. What attracted me to Wonder Wok was the mountain of fried goods on the window of the buffet. I ordered 3 items with carb option, which was the best value for the price. First of all, for the carb, get the chow mein. It's perfectly cooked, with charred taste, not too oily. The deep fried squid tentacles was great, along with popcorn chicken, perfect if you are craving for fried food. I also liked the pork riblets with squash and black bean sauce. My wife adored the eggplant with fish balls, as well as honey garlic pork. The order came with soup or tea, and I opted for the soup, which I did not regret. The soup was simple broth, refreshing for after meal. While I only visited a few times, I'd dare to say that Wonder Wok is my favourite stall in the market as we speak.

4 Star Rating Took advantage of their unlimited topping for $8.88 promotion and for a chain restaurant, the pizza was pretty good, though it looks like they skimp on the amount of topping they put on the pizza. The ones on display in the counter sure looks like it has more toppings than the pizzas I got. The wings were also really good, not soggy like other pizza places. The staff was really nice and friendly.

5 Star Rating Such nice staff. My card declined twice and I insisted on paying but they still gave me a free pizza slice (but I ended up figuring it out and paying for it after), and they gave me an extra coupon as well! Very impressed with the service and their kindness.

4 Star Rating The pizza was amazing. The crust and the whole pizza was crunchy, warm and tasty too! I do recommend this restaurant if you want a nice meal for your lunch or dinner. The only reason I put 4 stars for this restaurant, is because the slices weren't very consistent with the sizes and toppings.

5 Star Rating Very extensive canton style dessert. Everything we ordered tasted really good. I especially love their rice balls 😋 (both black sesame and durian filling options are great). They are handmade, chewy texture, and such big size. The ladies working there are very efficient and friendly too. Will definitely go back again

5 Star Rating A good spot for a late night Chinese dessert. For Vancouver, I think the price value is decent. Cash only, service is hit or miss, I got great service when I was there once, the other times were pretty meh. Vouching for their taro tapioca pearl dessert, so good!!

5 Star Rating Really like this dessert shop—delicious, generous portions, and affordable. I added a whole durian, my favorite mango sago, and the fish balls were great too!

5 Star Rating Here’s a review of my recent visit to Bubble Fruity 🍧: Wide Variety of Desserts 🍮🍰: Bubble Fruity offers a vast array of desserts, from traditional Chinese treats (hot/cold) 🥢 to snacks like fried noodles 🍜, toasts, and sandwiches 🥪. Fresh and High-Quality Ingredients 🥭🍓: They create delicious and refreshing desserts using only the freshest ingredients 🌱! Ambiance 🍵: This dessert house has a Hong Kong-style atmosphere 🇭🇰. The place is often packed, but it’s a great spot for hangouts and dates 💕. Friendly and Attentive Service 😊: The staff are super friendly, attentive, and happy to help with any customization options you might need 🥰. However, there are a few things to note: Long Wait Times ⏳: Popular items like snow ice 🍧 and waffle sandwiches 🧇 can have long wait times, especially during peak hours. Prices 💰: Some desserts may be a bit pricier than others in the area, but trust me, the quality justifies the cost! 💸 Unannounced Holiday 🛫: They were closed for the whole month, which makes sense since it’s a home business 🏠—everyone needs a break! 🌴 Menu Highlights 🌟: Hot Black Sesame Paste 🍧 Hot Tofu Pudding 🍮 Conclusion 🎉: Bubble Fruity Dessert House in Richmond is a must-visit for dessert lovers! With a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and a Hong Kong-style atmosphere, it’s a great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth 🍭. Be prepared for potential wait times ⏰, but the quality and taste make it well worth the visit! 😋
