3 Star Rating Dim sum was good but the Har Gow and siew mai was luke warm. some of the dishes didn’t taste very fresh instead it felt like it was reheated. but overall flavour was great. the deep fried taro dumpling made my friend and i feeling quite sick and nauseous after eating it, not sure why. My family regularly likes to dine here. Server was quite rude and impatient when we were paying the bill, asked us to choose a tip % and then never said thank you or anything.

5 Star Rating This is my absolute favorite dim sum place in the WORLD! I love this place so much and I have been coming here consistently for the past 10 years and the quality remains excellent. My favorites are the sui mai, truffle dumplings, shrimp cheong fan, and prawn with fish maw. This place is a must try if you’re in British Columbia; it’s one of my favorite restaurants in the world!

3 Star Rating Ordered a large lobster and it was shown to us, 3 lbs but we don’t think we got that lobster. Didn’t get the two full claws, only had one or two small pieces of the lobster tail. The photo was taken after two of us had a small serving of two pieces each. Suspect the lobster is not the one that was shown to us. Mostly shells. Ordered another dish of stir fry cubed beef tenderloin but beef was tenderized with tenderizer not the texture we are expecting.

3 Star Rating Dropped by for a Sunday lunch - place was packed, as most dim sum related places would be. Service was good, however some dishes (pan fried bun) toke a questionable amount of time to arrive. Pan fried bun - long wait to receive, pretty greasy inside - however had a nice crunch to the bun. XLB - standard, the soup within was pretty tasty , watch out for the temperature as usual. Crab Claw - No idea why we decided to have this as lunch, was pretty impulsive - did take some time to arrive , very meaty , so nothing to complain about. Fried Tofu - was the dish highlight, nice crisp with a warm soft interior, spiced to perfection! Wine drunken Chicken - was soft and juicy, however aside from the cooking wine taste, there wasn't anything more to add. I would skip a re-visit , as Richmond is pretty competitive, however it's not bad and worth a shot.

3 Star Rating Located across from a shopping mall, ground floor of a building. Reservation is recommended as it can get busy on weekends. Not too many Dimsum options; although they do make tasty dumplings on site. We were there mainly for Dimsum so it was a bit disappointing to find limited options. Wonton soup was tasty with great broth. Highly recommending their juicy dumplings. Foods are decent not the greatest for a return. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

5 Star Rating One of the best Chinese restaurants in Vancouver! Amazing atmosphere, taste and service. I love the xiao long bao, and especially the crab dish which had so much meat inside. The crab was perfectly cooked, and the sauce didn’t overpower the taste of crabmeat. 10/10. I also recommend the desserts.

2 Star Rating Came here tonight for a birthday dinner with friends. The inside feels a bit run-down, and unfortunately the service was disappointing — our server seemed rude and uninterested in serving guests. The food presentation was nice, but the seasoning was off for some dishes. The lamb was quite good, but the hot and sour soup was extremely salty, and overall most dishes leaned too salty. They do offer limited free parking at the back, but you need to register your license plate inside the restaurant.

4 Star Rating First time dining at their Richmond Centre location! Had their Lemongrass Noodle Salad ($23.75). Solid salad, flavourful with the grilled lemongrass chicken (tender pieces!), cilantro and citrus vinaigrette. We were celebrating a birthday and they were nice enough to provide a complimentary dessert - a choice between the London Fog Creme Brulee or NY Cheesecake. I chose the creme brulee. It was a perfect sweet treat for sharing amongst our group, full from our meal. Service was friendly and efficient. Cactus Club is definitely one of the most consistent chains in the lower mainland.

4 Star Rating This is a good place to go to, with many perks like wide table room, cool cups, and a nice experience. I pretty much liked how clean it is and that how there were many TV's with the FIFA match going on. The food was pretty yummy and that it's open past regular hours in Richmond Center, making the place better for late nights. The only downsides are that they don't have much options to choose from, and that a salad, sushi, and burger + fries is $110 without tips??? The worst part of all is that the amount of tips I get to choose from are higher than overall places. I will still consider this a good place for many people or rich people. Still, not the best place for a dinner, but, I may recommend.

5 Star Rating I go to Cactus Club Cafe quite often and honestly my last few visits had started to feel a bit repetitive since I’ve tried so many dishes across different locations, but tonight at the Richmond location completely changed that for me. The whole experience felt fresh again. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food tasted amazing, and everything came out perfectly. The Soul Revival cocktail was especially outstanding and honestly tasted even better than I remembered, so big hats off to the bartender for making it so well. Our server was also very nice, friendly, and attentive which made the whole dinner even more enjoyable. After feeling a little bored with the place recently, this visit truly felt like a soul revival for my love of Cactus Club again.

I saw on their digital menu that they are offering a manager special “Mama burger combo for $7.99” That’s unheard of during these times. I gladly lined up. Service was extra friendly and organized. The thing was it was ALMOST a 5 star. I was just surprised the mama burger seemed to have shrunk a touch… it’s not what I remembered. However, the quality is top notch. Normally this combo is $14. 4 Star Rating Had an overnight layover and wanted something easy to eat. Spotted this place in Google maps, with decent reviews and decided to give it a shot. First off, the price is very reasonable for unlimited medium pizza. And they don't skimp on toppings. Speaking of which, they have a great selection of toppings, tasted fresh with good flavours with the sauce and crust. It's a multigrain crust which I was hesitant, but honestly tasted great with no noticeable difference in taste. My only negative comment was I thought it was slightly undercooked, the dough was chewy. That said, I would go back again, likely ask for an additional 2 mins in the oven, and try some different toppings.

4 Star Rating Santouka has always been one of my favourite ramen chains, so I was excited to finally check out the Richmond location. This location opened in 2024 and this is my first time here. Whenever I visit a Santouka, my standard order is the Kara Miso Ramen, it's my benchmark bowl and the one I always compare against. The Kara Miso Ramen was exactly what I was hoping for, a rich, creamy pork broth with a nice miso flavour and just enough spice to keep every spoonful interesting. It reminded me why this remains my go-to order after all these years. I also tried the Black Garlic Ramen, which had a deeper, more savoury flavour thanks to the black garlic oil. The aburi chashu added a nice smoky touch and made for a great contrast to the Kara Miso. As a side, we ordered the Zangi. Crispy, juicy, and perfect for sharing.

4 Star Rating We're always searching for a hot delicious bowl of ramen on a cold day and glad we stopped by. The black garlic ramen was delicious, but there weren't enough mayu, scallions, or bamboo shoots. The noodle was cooked just right. My partner had the kara miso ramen. He said it was good, but not spicy enough and the regular size bowl was a tad too small for him. Service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. Good ambience. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.

5 Star Rating My husband and I got got the Black Garlic ramen and it was amazing! The broth was so savoury, not too fatty. The chasu was perfectly cooked and we both liked how it was in smaller pieces so that we could have some in every bite. I got mine with an extra egg and we both shared extra green onions, we couldn't have asked for a better bowl! The noodles were bouncy and the broth clung to the noodles nicely. Our drinks were also very nice, I ordered the genmaicha and he had the Japanese cream soda, both were great. The tea had the lovely roasted rice notes along with the comforting green tea and the cream soda wasn't too sweet even with the ice cream. We will definitely be coming back

5 Star Rating Santouka Ramen near Richmond Centre is always consistently amazing! This time I ordered the limited Black Garlic Ramen, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful without being overly heavy. The black garlic added such a deep, aromatic layer — bold, slightly sweet, and incredibly satisfying with every sip. The noodles had the perfect chew and soaked up the broth beautifully. The chashu was tender and soft, and the toppings were well-balanced, making the whole bowl comforting yet refined. The restaurant itself is clean and cozy, and the service was quick and efficient. Perfect spot for a warm, satisfying bowl of ramen. Highly recommend if you love rich, garlicky ramen — I’ll definitely be coming back for this one! 🍜✨

3 Star Rating Hokkaido Ramen Santouka in Richmond carries a lot of hype as a legendary brand from Japan, but the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The ramen was fine but ultimately underwhelming, with a broth that leaned too mild and lacked the depth and richness you’d expect from such a well-known name. Noodles and toppings were decent, but nothing stood out enough to justify the reputation or price, especially in a city with so many strong ramen options.
