5 Star Rating The restaurant definitely feels like a blast from the past, it kinda smells like commercial so cigarettes and weed which is not my favourite and it's kinda drafty but it adds to the experience and me and my friends are kinda crazy so 5 stars. The food is also decent, they have a big variety and it's pretty good. Overall I think it's a fun experience to come with friends. I really like their deep fried prawns. And I want to try their brunch here too. The photos are from 2 separate times we went.

I did not have cash so the lady upfront let me me with interac etransfer! would definitely recommend!

5 Star Rating A little pizza shop on Commercial, in the the skytrain station. I went in for a snack and had a slice of ground meat pizza. And, I say, it was really good. And because I was there on a Tuesday, it cost only $2. Pizza was fresh, hot and soft. It is a popular place. People were coming and going constantly. The staff were friendly and smiling. I definitely recommend their pizza.

4 Star Rating Very good pizza! Not the best, but definitely good. I ordered from Uber Eats, and Fatih's was open late, so I reluctantly ordered from them. My pizza was a solid 4 out of five stars, and I'll probably order from them again. The pizza sauce could use more garlic, as it was hard to tell if it even had any - tasted more like straight tomato paste, but was okay. And the topp8ngs were too expensive. I paid about ten dollars more than the pizza was worth for what I received, but still enjoyed it. One other thing: it came with a wonderful side of green pesto dipping sauce that kicked the whole flavor profile up another notch or two; so if you love pesto, you won't be disappointed by the one Uncle Fatih's offers. Would be a better value though if they didn't change extra for it. Okay, so one more 'one other thing': never on my entire life have I seen a pizza with seaame seeds as a garnish/topping. Zoon in on the photo and you will see sesame seeds sprinkled all around the periphery of this pizza. I didn't see sesame seeds listed as an ingredient, let alone as an option - don't know if they could be an allergy risk for some folks. In my case however, I LOVED the seeds; they contributed to the overall flavor profile of the pizza in a way only a sesame seed affictionado would truly appreciate! In a nutshell: very good pizza, but overpriced. GO UNCLE FATIH'S!

5 Star Rating Really cool place! We got a table for four right away. They have a great beer list and cocktails if beer isn't your thing. We got a pizza with half mushrooms and half pepperoni. The pizza is massive and the one fed the four of us easily. We also got some fries that were great. The service was awesome and friendly and it was a nice day so all the garage doors were open. Excited to be back!

5 Star Rating First of all, the wide variety of beers and how good they taste is absolutely the best part. However, the food was a bit disappointing. Why do they pour so much sauce on the chicken wings? The seasoning was overpowering, it got all over my hands, and they didn’t even provide utensils, which left me rather puzzled. I visited twice, and both times the wings were drenched in sauce. Another thing I didn’t quite appreciate was the POS system, where the tip options were arranged in reverse order (starting from the highest), almost as if they were hoping tipsy customers would accidentally choose a higher amount. That said, the reason I still gave a five-star rating is because of the part-time staff working on Wednesday nights—specifically, a blonde woman with a British accent who seemed sensitive to the heat. She was incredibly kind and warm, even to me as an Asian who isn’t very fluent in English, and she recommended a beer that turned out to be truly excellent.

That salad didn’t meet my expectations but it was still good 😊. Finally we ordered some ikura nigiri and Hamachi nigiri, very fresh. And last the negitoro aburi, WOW DOUBLE WOW... 5 Star Rating Cool local sushi shop on Commercial drive. The owner is super friendly and nice, have fun chatting with him if he’s not too busy. There’s sometimes some special things that aren’t on menu to ask for. Their menu is quite extensive, and while more known for takeout and delivery, they have some seats available for dine in as well. Pricing is very good and you get a lot for what you pay for. The food is good and the fish is fresh! Definitely a new go to sushi place for me. 5 Star Rating I've been here a few times and the food is really good. Their burritos are delicious. I had a plantcurious coupon, so I went out for dinner. It's such a cozy restaurant and I love how almost everything can be veganized. The low lighting and wooden tables, and murals of animals make this place. Ordered some delicious vegan "chicken" wings in sticky garlic sauce, so good. They come with a side of ranch sauce. Also ordered vegan queso cheesy dip made with cashews, to die for! Comes with warm tortilla chips. I could eat it by myself, it's that good. Nice portion too. Decided to get a small bowl of tortilla soup, which I've never had here. Came with strips of tortilla on top and some slices of avocado. The soup was thick and very spicy to my palette. I didn't enjoy it that much, needed something to combat the heat on top of it, like vegan sour cream and cheese. We also got their house salad which was really good. Definitely a great spot to go.

5 Star Rating Something exciting is happening at The Burrow. There is a new owner and a fresh new look. Don't worry, the menu is still the same. In fact, it's probably better. I met the new owner, Ray. He was working alongside everyone else making sure we all had a great time. As usual, the place was packed but Ray made sure we got our margaritas, "best in Vancouver" BTW. The chicken wings are the highlight of the menu and they did not disappoint. See again soon Ray :)

2 Star Rating I essentially paid $17.50 for a cabbage burrito. Such a disappointment for a meal that only cost $11 a few short years ago and was made much better. My first few bites were ALL cabbage (see first photo). I figured the burrito was just made poorly and imbalanced, but nearing the halfway point it was still very cabbage-heavy and I had to start removing some of the excess (see second photo - this is maybe a third of the total cabbage in the burrito) To top it off, I paid an extra $1.50 for real guac (which used to be included by default) and I’m not sure there was even any inside. If there was any, it was imperceptible. Waste of money. Unfortunately I think this will be my last time going there after 14 years. The burritos cost 50% more and are made terribly with more cheap filler. This goes beyond reasonable inflation excuse - if you’re going to jack up prices, at least continue to make a decent product. It just wasn’t good, and I’ve been a lot more satisfied with Mucho Burrito…

I tried three different tacos, their hibiscus lemonade, and the key lime pie and it was all really enjoyable. The happy hour has great prices and I noticed it got very busy when it turned to dinner time on a Monday. Their key lime pie was really good but it was more like a cheesecake (I definitely enjoyed it plus it had a nice thick crust!)

5 Star Rating We had such a wonderful experience! Both main dishes were absolutely amazing, the flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was beautiful. Even before taking the first bite, we could already see we were getting our money’s worth. As for the taste, the Mongolian beef was incredible… the meat was so tender it practically melted in the mouth, full of flavor. The pineapple beef was also fantastic; the vegetables were large, fresh, and very nourishing. Everything was delicious and well-balanced, and the veggie spring rolls were great too. Highly Recommended !! we’ll definitely be ordering again and again!

2 Star Rating The service here is absolutely terrible. I went yesterday with my girlfriend, and we had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The waitress offered no recommendations, no suggestions—nothing that resembles proper customer service. The food was okay, but definitely not worthy of high praise. The portions are large, but quantity does not make up for the lack of quality. On top of that, the service during the meal was rude and careless. The waitress practically threw the plates onto the table, mixed them up, and I ended up with the wrong dish. To make matters worse, I left an $8 tip, and the waitress responded by tossing the receipt and fortune cookies at me without a word. Completely disrespectful. The attitude of the staff was awful, and the service overall was unacceptable. As Latinos, my girlfriend and I often feel treated poorly at Chinese restaurants, and unfortunately, this place was no exception. Without question, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chinese restaurant.

5 Star Rating If you’re looking for a truly exceptional dining experience, this restaurant is an absolute gem. My parents have been loyal customers since the 1980s, making the trip from Seattle almost every week to indulge in what they believe is the best Chinese food ever. Now, as an adult, I make it a point to join them, and the experience never disappoints. The consistency is unmatched — every visit guarantees the same high-quality, mouthwatering dishes that have kept us coming back for decades. The flavors are bold, authentic, and perfectly balanced, and there’s a sense of comfort knowing you’re always in for a fantastic meal. It’s rare to find a place that has maintained such excellence over the years, and this restaurant has truly earned its reputation. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, you can count on the fact that every meal here will be just as amazing as the last. Simply put, it’s the best Chinese food you’ll ever have!

3 Star Rating I walked passed the food truck and was excited to try Turkish food. I've never had it before. I've had different middle eastern cuisine though. I asked what I should order and was told the kofte is the most popular. So I ordered it and the messy burger. In my opinion it took too long as I waited 30minutes for my order and I found the food very bland and not flavorful. The kofte had no real taste and the messy burger was just ketchup and ground beef.
