After reading the reviews and looking for a go to Chinese food restaurant. I gave Kyle's a try. I'm sure glad I did. Ordered a dinner for two with a side of fried rice. Great tasting, good value. Highly recommend this. Living in NewWestminster, it's worth the trip or a drop by on my way from work. Definitely will be back again and again.

The restaurant definitely feels like a blast from the past, it kinda smells like commercial so cigarettes and weed which is not my favourite and it's kinda drafty but it adds to the experience and me and my friends are kinda crazy so 5 stars. The food is also decent, they have a big variety and it's pretty good. Overall I think it's a fun experience to come with friends. I really like their deep fried prawns. And I want to try their brunch here too. The photos are from 2 separate times we went.

This place was a quick find near my work, and turns out they’re great for the price you pay! great portions and great authentic taste and very quick service (I went there for my lunch break and did not have much time to waste, not only was I done with food and payment - I also had some extra time until my break ended!) I did not have cash so the lady upfront let me me with interac etransfer! would definitely recommend!

I've been going to this place for 16 years, and I've never been disappointed, its one of those places where the food is immaculate but its real value is really in the soul of the establishment and its owners. They dont hesitate to give little ones crackers and such, and its a haven for all people, won't stand for racism (which is the bare minimum but there are people like that, and I know for a fact kyles doesn't stand for that) . All the staff are very nice, and they have a massive menu with just about anything you could want, including an incredible breakfast deal from 8-11 am. I love kyles and it for sure gets 5 stars

Excellent food and very nice service. Lady who took my order and made it took care and did a great job. Came for the 9" classix club Thursday deal $8.50 plus tax. Great sandwich. Toasted to perfection. Would greatly recommend amongst the many fast food joints on this stretch of Commercial Dr.

This place right here is the pizza joint you want and need in your life. Great little spot, super accessible. Great and imaginative pizza options. Definitely give the Mac and cheese slice a try. You also have to give the sauces a try. Great and bumping atmosphere always. Super friendly staff and always make you feel like it’s home.

I love this place and the All-Turkish All-Star staff! Very friendly and always smiling! The Pizza is great and warms up very quickly. For Vancouver's prices these days it's decently priced. My only wish is they stayed open longer, but either way, If I'm passing through the area when they're open I'm almost guaranteed to get a slice or 3.

*Edit #2 The prices went down! oh wait... The slices got smaller. Now instead of cutting each pizza into 8, they're cut into 10. *Edit #1 I wrote the review below 5 years ago but sadly, the experience isn't as good anymore. The price of a slice has gone up 60% in that time. Is inflation really at 12%? To add to that, you're now promoted with a request for a 15% tip when paying with a card. Come on, get real. You are handing me a slice of pizza. We are interacting for 30 seconds. It is NOT appropriate to request the same tip that we give for table service in a restaurant, when a skilled worked spends time ensuring your experience is a good one. I'll give 25 cents on a slice of pizza, 50 cents on two, because with the volume this place cranks out, they'd be getting $10+ an hour in tips at that rate. Asking for $1.20 as the MINIMUM tip is insane. Don't start me on the 20% tip option. It's an insult to real servers and bartenders out there. * Original Review: Consistently good for a reasonable price

I was going to Commercial Broadway Station and saw this pizza places and it’s absolutely delicious and not thin like other places! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quick great bite. Staff greeted me with a pleasant smile and explained the different kinds. They also sell by the slice. Many vegetarian options!

Very good pizza! Not the best, but definitely good. I ordered from Uber Eats, and Fatih's was open late, so I reluctantly ordered from them. My pizza was a solid 4 out of five stars, and I'll probably order from them again. The pizza sauce could use more garlic, as it was hard to tell if it even had any - tasted more like straight tomato paste, but was okay. And the topp8ngs were too expensive. I paid about ten dollars more than the pizza was worth for what I received, but still enjoyed it. One other thing: it came with a wonderful side of green pesto dipping sauce that kicked the whole flavor profile up another notch or two; so if you love pesto, you won't be disappointed by the one Uncle Fatih's offers. Would be a better value though if they didn't change extra for it. Okay, so one more 'one other thing': never on my entire life have I seen a pizza with seaame seeds as a garnish/topping. Zoon in on the photo and you will see sesame seeds sprinkled all around the periphery of this pizza. I didn't see sesame seeds listed as an ingredient, let alone as an option - don't know if they could be an allergy risk for some folks. In my case however, I LOVED the seeds; they contributed to the overall flavor profile of the pizza in a way only a sesame seed affictionado would truly appreciate! In a nutshell: very good pizza, but overpriced. GO UNCLE FATIH'S!

After a little mix-up with the toppings, the store kindly sent me three pizzas until everything was just right. I was able to point out where things went a bit awry to the delivery person. Moving forward, we can team up to get it perfect the first time around—saving us both some hassle! And just a quick tip: if you order something labeled "vegan" but still want dairy cheese on it, be sure to make a note in your order. That way, they won’t assume it’s completely vegan and leave off the cheese entirely.

The food is always delicious and fresh. High turnover at that location. Nice seating area to eat. Recommend the garlic sauce on any of the pizza! The gentleman working there was so sweet to me and my daughter! My daughter just got her vaccines so he made our day better.

Really cool place! We got a table for four right away. They have a great beer list and cocktails if beer isn't your thing. We got a pizza with half mushrooms and half pepperoni. The pizza is massive and the one fed the four of us easily. We also got some fries that were great. The service was awesome and friendly and it was a nice day so all the garage doors were open. Excited to be back!

St. Augustine’s Apizza is one of the best spots on Commercial Drive for a fun night out! Whether you’re with a small group or a big crew, the energy is always great, the staff are friendly and on it, and the pizza is hands down the best bar pie in Vancouver. Crispy, cheesy, packed with flavour, it’s the real deal. Add in a huge beer selection (even non-alcoholic beer) and games on the TVs, and you’ve got the perfect hangout spot. This restaurant is a shell of it's former self. The tap list being mostly parallel 49 beers makes it no longer a Mecca for Craft Beer fanatics. The food menu is very minimal aside from the pizzas. Those are admittedly pretty great but an awkward size. Too big for one person and a bit small for 2 people. This used to be one of my favourite pubs in Vancouver. One of only 2 places with a huge, great tap list that let's you design your own flights but now what experience is no longer available in Vancouver.

Just had lunch here and I loved it!! This tiny place is such a gem. The sushi bento box I had was super yummy, perfectly portioned, and fairly priced. The service was fast, and the server nice and friendly. I'll be back for more! 🍱🍣🍙🎌

We really enjoyed our meal here - so many options to choose from. We ordered gluten free options and they were delicious - it’s rare to get this kind of sushi gluten free. The staff were attentive and the price was very reasonable.

It was such a nice day, and I wanted to eat on the patio. For all you dog owners it's perfect. The staff loves dogs and you can tie them out front. There's also plenty of parking all around. We ordered the chefs house special aburi, wow very delicious, great start. Then the crazy boy roll, very good. Then the salmon and mango salad. That salad didn’t meet my expectations but it was still good 😊. Finally we ordered some ikura nigiri and Hamachi nigiri, very fresh. And last the negitoro aburi, WOW DOUBLE WOW... The negitoro is delicious! I totally recommend this dish to any negitoro lover! I would love to come back again and try other items 😁

Food was good for the price. Now it is really hard to find sushi places for this affordable price. One thing though, my salmon poke don, I wanted the veggies to be fresh but it was almost all picked like cucumbers, radishes and even green beans. So it was too sour. But other than that, it was good!

Cool local sushi shop on Commercial drive. The owner is super friendly and nice, have fun chatting with him if he’s not too busy. There’s sometimes some special things that aren’t on menu to ask for. Their menu is quite extensive, and while more known for takeout and delivery, they have some seats available for dine in as well. Pricing is very good and you get a lot for what you pay for. The food is good and the fish is fresh! Definitely a new go to sushi place for me. Give it a try if you’re in the area or looking for takeout or delivery.

I ordered takoyaki on DoorDash, but it had no flavor at all. There wasn’t enough sauce or bonito flakes, and the octopus was practically nonexistent. I had to add some Kewpie mayo from my fridge just to get any taste.

Best service, location, food and everything! We went there for early dinner and everything was great and tasty! I love their Miso Soup and veggies tempura 🍤 amazing!!! The service was friendly and welcoming, we were happy and enjoyed to be there! Must try their green tea cheesecake, love it. 100% will be there again soon! ❤️

My wife and I eat sushi regularly enough to know when it's not good. I'm not saying we're experts, but we know enough. The restaurant is tiny. But the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a restaurant named "Naruto". Yes I know that the character from the show is named after the pink and white piece in ramen, but they like anime as well so I'd wager it has a double meaning. The staff, in our experience, was very friendly, very professional. The prices were reasonable. I'm very happy with our experience. Keep up the great work Naruto sushi! We'll be back! 😂

I came here for the first time since the switch to burrow not know it was began and vegetarian. Everything is delicious! I tried three different tacos, their hibiscus lemonade, and the key lime pie and it was all really enjoyable. The happy hour has great prices and I noticed it got very busy when it turned to dinner time on a Monday. Their key lime pie was really good but it was more like a cheesecake (I definitely enjoyed it plus it had a nice thick crust!)

If you are looking for healthy option this vegan mexican restaurant is a must try. My favorite is the Ronny Russel and the vegan desserts are incredible. Had the chocolate chunk cake our waitress, Naomi recommended...wow was so awesome . As usual...she is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. The owners are very blessed to have great staff such as her.

I went to The Burrow a few days ago, not realizing it was a vegetarian/vegan spot. I was honestly surprised when I saw the menu had no meat at all. Still, I decided to give it a shot ...... and wow, the food was amazing. I tried three different tacos and a hibiscus margarita, and everything hit the spot. Turns out there's no harm in trying out vegan places once in a while. I’ll definitely be back. Also, the staff was super nice.

Very delicious food and very friendly progressive staff. The restaurant had a very welcoming and friendly vibe. Large and very filling portions, we had gotten an appetizer as well as a main dish each and the appetizer alone filled us up. We also got a classic lime margarita to share and it was perfectly balanced, one of the best margaritas I've had as of late especially considering the fair prices. All together with a cocktail, an appetizer, and 2 mains the bill only came out to about $70.

Chongqing has been around for ages. I remember back when I was younger, I use to travel to their original location on West Broadway. Since that location has closed, this was my first time back in years. I decided to order the peeking duck 2 course. They also have half orders but I decided on full order. I didn't mind taking home extras. But for a couple to save money and just have enough to fill your bellies, half order would do the trick. Our first course was with the rice crepes. It comes with condiments. The hoisin sauce, cucumbers, and onions. It's a no brainer, build it and it eat. The second course was the duck lettuce wraps. Again, fill the stuffing onto the lettuce. They prepped the peeking duck beautifully. It was savory and crispy. I enjoyed every bite. The lettuce wrap was refreshing with the crisp cold lettuce.

Haven't been here in very long time but glad we did. Was eating across the street at The Burrow for dinner and since still hungry we thought to come by for soup. Our server was very kind and nice. She looks like a famous actress but couldn't remember the name. Anyways very yummy Chinese soups we had but look forward coming again soon.

One of the best we had. Authenticity 5/5 Food quality 5/5 (The amount of diversity in their ingredients are crazy) Food quantity 6/5 the portions were massive! The price is really good for its portions. Service 5/5 it’s not the friendliest to some customers they don’t really smile and suck up to you, but that’s how we like it. They’re fast and they do take care of you like legit Chinese aunties and uncles. We will be def going back. Thank you for the great food!

All of the chain is pretty good and this exact place is really good too. Very clean (tables, floor, windows all is nice), smells good, staff is friendly. Location of the store is pretty convenient. By the way place is pretty popular, was lucky to order before mass of people came.

Food is fine, but poor cleanliness. I was there the afternoon of July 13/25 and the tables were all filthy- crumbs & wrappers on all the tables- the worst part was there were no customers, but the staff was too lazy to clean the tables even though it was empty.

Tasty foods with various proteins. I took one teriyaki chicken sub and one veg sub. The representative who was there, made it nice and tasty. Well maintained area and following covid precautions well. Even my friends made many changes and confused her, she has made the changes with no hesitation. I really appreciate her for her patience. Thank you fr the food and ur great service :)
