I ordered pizza for my child's birthday party today. I usually prefer pickup, but since i was short on time, I ordered through Uber. Despite that, I received a delicious and perfect pizza with no missing orders!:) While I was preparing pizza for the guests, i noticed a "Happy Birthday" message written on the box, which was so touching and made everyone happy! The pizza was incredibly delicious, and we had a wonderful birthday party :) Thank you so much!

I want to give a big compliment to Freshslice. I had a great experience there. Joyce gave me very good service. She is a nice girl, very friendly, and full of energy. I noticed she is really dedicated to her job and works very hard. She made me feel welcome and happy as a customer. Her co-workers were also kind and worked well as a team. It’s a great place to buy halal meat and asian foods (Pakistani and Indian items). Shoaib bhai is a down to earth guy, I recommend this place over Al-Salaam meat because Shoaib understand what Indian and Pakistani people eat and how should the meat get cut.

Alhamdulillah this is my go to place for halal meats. The prices are so affordable. The gentleman and his wife are so nice, polite and humble. Excellent customer service. Some of the items are even tax free. They will also give you free bag if you want one. May Allah bless them and grow their business even more.

Good grocery store for Indian/Pakistani food, spices etc. I bought some frozen foods from here that weren’t great, I ended up tossing them but I’m glad to have this place so close for spices and dry goods

A very good sushi experience! Every dish was full of flavor. The seating is limited to a few booths and tables. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy reasonably priced Japanese cuisine.

It's a decent sushi place. The food quality is decent, presentation is great, and service is very good. It's a small place and nearby to the Joyce sky train station. Parking available along the street side.

Super fresh sushi, large portions, and amazing prices! Nice and thick slices of fish. Don't let the exterior and interior decor fool you. This is one of those hole-in-the-wall places that doesn't look fancy at all, but the sushi is amazing! Limited seating makes takeaway a very attractive option.

Nice little sushi corner in Joyce area! Good sushi and customer service. The place is pretty small but it's good for a quick lunch/dinner. I believe it is Korean owned. I just ordered the California combo and it was decent.

It is one of my best places for sushi in the Vancouver Area. Great staff, even close to the their end of working hour in my experience. Very fresh foods with a great taste. I haven't been here in a few years. Ordered spicy beef & a pepperoni slice. Spicy Beef slice was underwhelming & cold. They don't warm up slices when you order. Pepperoni was pretty tasty. Good cheese coverage. Ordered another pepperoni slice to go. Crust is thinner now. Just a few years ago, 2 slices & a pop was 4 Bucks. Now the combo is 9$ Seating is cramped. Cafeteria style table & seats. People must have been much thinner when this pizza place first opened. Lol Guy serving slices was friendly.

This place is comparable to freshslice, definitely "fresher" and less greasy. The boss was okay, no smiles coming from him but no attitude either. Just okay $3 per slice is a good price. It's thick crust, not thin so that's more filling too. The dining atmosphere isn't the greatest, unless you enjoy quiet spots. However, during lunch hour this place will get pretty busy and there isn't much of a view from inside the store. However, it is cozy though. Bear in mind there isn't much eating inside, and it can get tight in there. Not sure about the parking, but it is super convenient for skytrain transit.

The best spot for pizza in the neighbourhood, and definitely my top 3 pizza slices in the whole city. I absolutely LOVE how the crust is soft and doughy and never dry. They’re pretty generous with topping, and always have a good selection to choose from. My faves are the spicy beef and the bacon mushroom. Hawaiian and sausage are pretty good too! The owner and team are always welcoming and friendly. You can tell this is a place that cares for its customers and the community.

I went there to have Coxinha, they fried it right away, it looked soooo good, good size and fair price. But the filling wasn’t that good, they use some seasoning that it’s too strong and not good at all, unfortunately. Also had a beef empanada it was good. They have a variety of Latin American products, the prices are ok, some are more expensive compared to other Latin American stores.

I ordered a Tres Leches cake from Panaderia Latina Bakery for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! The cake was incredibly moist, perfectly milky, and just melted in our mouths. You can find tortillas, arepas, tajadas, pupusas, achiote, tamales, frijoles molidos, tostones fritos, and yuca. It's a fantastic spot, and the fresh Chilean empanadas are absolutely delicious!

I have been coming here for years, they have the best Chilean meat empanadas. And the chacarreros are full of flavour. Amazing variety of Latin American products. Fair prices, also the desserts are so delicious. The Torta mil hojas is moist and not too sweet. The bread is delicious. The staff is very friendly. Feels like an original tienda from back home.

This bakery has come a long way in the past 5 years. Well stocked up on groceries, so much variety at reasonable prices. Baked goods are authentic and the quality is better than what you find in Chile. People are very friendly and helpful, speaking English and Spanish. The store is a little small and can get crowded. Street parking is available, limited but always something available in the vicinity.

I had a great experience at Subway recently! The food was fresh, just the way I like it, but what really stood out was the staff. The workers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have been a regular customer here, at least 3-4 times every week, since July 2023. In that time, I've gotten to know various staff by name. They're a young team, and there's not a lot of turn-over. I can't think of a single staff member who isn't fast, helpful, polite, and hard-working. It's a busy location, and they sometimes are a bit overwhelmed, but you'll never get faster or more courteous service at any Subway. In fact, last year there was one situation with one worker. Long story short, he was a total dick, and one time it turned into a situation. I didn't expect the management or the owners to take my complaint seriously, but they did. They confirmed somehow what I'd said to them, it was simple and honest and direct, and it was a pretty impressive experience because they really handled it fairly and honestly, which was really nice to see. They're a franchise but they're also a great local business, 24 hours, close to the train and they're a good member of this tightly-knit little community called Collingwood. They really give you quality, personal service at fast-food prices. What more can anyone want!

The Subway near Joyce Skytrain Station is my regular spot for a great sub sandwiches, no matter the time of day. Being open 24/7 is a huge plus and they always serve fresh & tasty. What really makes this location stand out is ARSH, the supervisor. He’s incredibly kind, hardworking and always makes sure customers are happy. Whether it’s his fast service or the way he goes out of his way to get everything just right, you can tell he really serves. Arsh, you’re doing an amazing job. keep up the fantastic work, man! The girl that helped me was very friendly and enthusiastic. She suggested I try the crispy onions on my chicken teriyaki sub. I'd never had them before but will have them on all my subs from now on. When I go back in a few days I hope the same girl is there so I can get her name and thank her in person for such great service!

Open 24/7 which makes this place a danger to my wallet and health. The burgers here are always so juicy and the staff are pretty quick when it comes to pumping out orders. No washroom though so you've been warned.

The food is inconsistent. Some days the BBQ is fresh. Other times. It's like the crunchy roasted pork was kept in the fridge for days then reheated: the skin is rubbery. It's not worth ordering the two meat rice dish. They give as little meat as possible. Better to chance getting the single meat dish.

Nice seating, good spacing, no waiting. They have bar seats, because it's in the name. The char siu is tough and dry. The bbq pork had crispy skin. Overall seating is okay, the rice is good, but it had too much soy sauce in it. I felt like I was swimming in a soy sauce pool. In the future soy sauce on the side would be excellent. The iced milk tea is smooth, meets the standard. And it's only +$1 addition to the meal.

This place is such a convenient and affordable Hong Kong style cafe! Randomly decided to walk in and see how the bubble tea was and was superseded at how great the prices were! I just got a regular Taro slush with pearls bubble tea this time around but I want to come back to see how the food is. They also have a bar which is fun. This is definitely more of a casual spot for friends than a first date location though.

Have been to this location many times and the chicken is always consistently juicy and fresh. I got the half and half; soy garlic and yangnyeom fried chicken with shake fries. The portion of the fries was quite little so I recommend skipping those. But the chicken portion is pretty decent .

Alright. My sister in law lives around the corner and we went to get some of the chicken! We got the Half and Half of Soy Garlic and Buldak (spicy)... whoooaaa. those were so good! All the kids grabbed the food before I could take a picture lol. Price was good. Service was pretty fast. Staff was friendly and even tried to help with some of the ingredients (since my kids have some food allergies).

I had called beforehand and they said my food would be ready in 20 minutes but when I got there after 20 minutes I was told to wait another 5 minutes. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes! This is frustrating because I had called in advance and when I finally got my food I was asked to pay again even though I had already paid. At least the chicken was fresh and really good.

Amazing little chicko chicken, I've had many korean fried chicken orders in the past few weeks, this is by far the best, it's fried to order and always piping hot. The sauce soaks into the chicken and dissolves in your mouth. The textures are perfect with this place and I am so happy I discovered it! The soy garlic is amazing if you want no spice and the yangyoem sauce is great for a bit of spice!

First time ordering from them. The food are good but the portion was so small. One example is the daing. I didnt expect it to be this small for almost $11cad. 😅 i was shocked by the portion of the food they delivered. Maybe this is my first and last!
