3 Star Rating It has been quite a long time since my last visit so I’m quite excited to have hot pot here tonight to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Unfortunately the experience is far from satisfactory. We do not particularly enjoy the interactions with the server who seems to be quite rude. We asked about the options for the soup base and he bluntly replied you can choose any hot pot base but we will charge each of them individually. We understand this is your pricing however it’s how they communicate is the big issue - body language and tonality are rude and impolite. For the restaurant, it looks more or less the same, or older, than before. Really hate their parking system to allow cars to over-parked to block other cars. When we leave they need to ask other customers to move their car so to free up the space to exit. In terms of food, we ordered the chicken soup base with lobster. The soup base is salty, I probably used up two days of sodium intake in tonight’s dinner. They put both the chicken and lobster to the pot before serving to the table. It forces us to quickly consume the food or take them out of pot before eating where the food would get cold. In any event, this traditional hot pot place has their loyal returning customers however I’m not one of them. Quite disappointed on the $$$ to the value. Not worth it.

5 Star Rating We didn’t have many good dining experiences in Canada. When we went to Deluxe for dim sum, the server had a bad attitude, didn’t check on us often, and didn’t help us exchange plates at all, it felt like she was forced to work that day or look down on us because we don’t wear luxury brands. We gave tips so we were upset about that experience. Because of that, we were hesitant to dine out again. However, this place gave us the best experience of our Canada trip! The servers were funny and friendly. Our server checked on us frequently despite being busy and was very polite. The food was also really delicious. They offer so many different soups that we’ve never seen at hot pot places in Seattle! We will definitely come back and recommend it to our Seattle friends!

5 Star Rating Very authentic and delicious congee soup base hot pot! The manager recommended us to stew beef first. But we like the fresh and sweet flavor from seafood so we put seafood first. It's so good!!! Plums chicken wings are great, too. Service is excellent! The only shortage is the high price but it's reasonable considering its quality.

5 Star Rating Excellent place! Landmark Hotpot House impressed me with incredibly delicious food and outstanding service. It was my very first hotpot experience, where the dishes are cooked right at the table, and I absolutely loved it! The seafood, meat, and vegetables were extremely fresh, beautifully presented, and the interactive cooking process made dinner especially memorable and enjoyable. The staff was attentive, responsive, and friendly—I felt very comfortable throughout. I will definitely return and bring my friends to try this amazing experience! Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates delicious food and excellent service!

5 Star Rating We couldn’t decide on what to eat and just randomly chose to come here. This was our first time coming to this restaurant. We came here at around 3:30pm on a weekday. The food was fantastic! Everything came out quickly. Everything came out piping hot! Service wasn’t the best but was good enough for us. Prices were reasonable for what they give and for the portions they give. It was a great overall first visit experience. We will definitely be back to try other items on their menu.

5 Star Rating If you’re a sushi lover in Vancouver, let me put you onto a hidden gem: TonTon Sushi. This spot is seriously underrated on Google Reviews, and I have no idea why! Located just a one-minute walk from King Edward Canada Line Station, it’s an easy find—and trust me, it’s worth the trip. I stopped by for the first time tonight, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place is clean, organized, and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The service? Top-notch. Our server was not only incredibly friendly but also super knowledgeable about the menu—exactly what you want when navigating a great sushi selection. Now, let’s talk about the food—because wow. Every bite was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. Even the deep-fried dishes were perfectly crispy, light, and not greasy at all (which, if you know, you know—that’s a big deal). They also offer some rare and high-quality items, which was a pleasant surprise. We went for the sampler sushi plate with Bluefin tuna, scallops, shrimp, and yellowtail—every piece was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. And the best part? The pricing is totally reasonable for the quality you’re getting. Bottom line: I loved this place and highly recommend it. If you’re craving amazing Japanese food, TonTon Sushi should be on your list. #Vancouver #food #japan #sushi #canada

5 Star Rating Very delicious xiao long bao and pan fried buns! The soup is rich and full of flavour and you can tell everything is fresh and made in-house. The pork is super juicy and tender. We also got free porridge while waiting! Very recommended spot for dumplings and we’ll be sure to come back.

5 Star Rating i was up in vancouver for a day trip and stumbled upon this newly opened restaurant on maps. the employees were so kind! they gave us free congee to sample (mind you it was a generous portion). the owner even came over to talk to us. you could tell she really wants to connect with community members and make this place a staple in the neighborhood. out of all the dumplings, the tie for the best was between the pan fried pork and celery ones or the sheng jian bao!! the xiao long bao were incredibly soupy but weren’t as steaming hot as the other two. overall, highly recommend! go try it :)

5 Star Rating We took here last night after my daughter finished debate class. My first time to visit this location. Originally I always visited Richmond location. The location is along the Main Street, only a few parking lots along the street, 2hours free. Very bright red color decoration inside. Clean and organized layout. There is food snack section in the left hand inside(candy and bakery ) everything is quiet new, the Staff told me this location just open 1 year. we order Cold noodle and hot beef soup noodle . Taste is as usual. Worthy to go if you love Liang pi(Cold noodle).

3 Star Rating The ingredient quality is top notch but there is one fatal error. Execution. Technicality. There is no seasoning, little flavour and aroma is absent. Our dishes reminded us of the chef maybe cooking for hospital patients - bland. Things came out fast, which is fine for much of these kinds of xian style street food dishes but the blandness is something that can't be forgiven. Service is great, place is clean and simple. Worth trying again? Maybe for convenience's sake as it is located right by a skytrain station and price is considered reasonable.

5 Star Rating This location is directly across the street from King Edward station, making it very convenient for the area. As you enter the building, you are welcomed with a warm environment and friendly staff. I ordered the Tomato, Eggs, and Soybean Pork on Rice. What an absolute delight of a dish! There are some rich, hearty flavours from this meal that made it such a treat to eat. The heaviness and juiciness of the soybean pork is offset by the lightness of the tomato and eggs. However, expect a large portion for either one hungry individual or a half-hungry pair of people. The additional soda included with the price is a nice touch, too. Bonus points as this location has a little market where you can buy snacks, baked goods, and frozen meats.

5 Star Rating I went to this place on a whim with my dad. The atmosphere was unique as one half of the place was a diner and the other half was a take out express lane with confectionery being sold at the pick up spot. As for the food, the beef brisket noodle soup was served with generous portions like a large pho bowl. We shared the bowl as neither of us by ourselves. We also had the beef wrap, which was good, but felt the serving size was a bit overwhelming. Afterwards, I was surprised they have multiple locations across the city and realized I either walked or drove past them. I would return to this location to try their other dishes.
