We didn’t have many good dining experiences in Canada. When we went to Deluxe for dim sum, the server had a bad attitude, didn’t check on us often, and didn’t help us exchange plates at all, it felt like she was forced to work that day or look down on us because we don’t wear luxury brands. We gave tips so we were upset about that experience. Because of that, we were hesitant to dine out again. However, this place gave us the best experience of our Canada trip! The servers were funny and friendly. Our server checked on us frequently despite being busy and was very polite. The food was also really delicious. They offer so many different soups that we’ve never seen at hot pot places in Seattle! We will definitely come back and recommend it to our Seattle friends!

Very delicious, healthy, friendly, and fast. The staff explained and helped us choose dishes, the cooking method, and told us some interesting stories about the dish they served.
I would highly recommend this place. Plus, every time we came, we received new compliments (drinks or desserts).
PS: The photo shows another version of pudding with fruit))

It has been quite a long time since my last visit so I’m quite excited to have hot pot here tonight to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Unfortunately the experience is far from satisfactory. We do not particularly enjoy the interactions with the server who seems to be quite rude. We asked about the options for the soup base and he bluntly replied you can choose any hot pot base but we will charge each of them individually. We understand this is your pricing however it’s how they communicate is the big issue - body language and tonality are rude and impolite. For the restaurant, it looks more or less the same, or older, than before. Really hate their parking system to allow cars to over-parked to block other cars. When we leave they need to ask other customers to move their car so to free up the space to exit. In terms of food, we ordered the chicken soup base with lobster. The soup base is salty, I probably used up two days of sodium intake in tonight’s dinner. They put both the chicken and lobster to the pot before serving to the table. It forces us to quickly consume the food or take them out of pot before eating where the food would get cold. In any event, this traditional hot pot place has their loyal returning customers however I’m not one of them. Quite disappointed on the $$$ to the value. Not worth it.

Chicken soup base is amazing! We got half chicken, and a few vegetable dishes which go well either the soup base. The only disappointments were the pork blood and fish tofu.

Had a friendly greeting as soon as I entered. Service was given right away and food was made in a flash. Makes you feel welcome right away, would definitely come back to this location. 10/10

Hands down the best fresh-sliced pizza location in the area! I was so excited when they started renovating the new store a few months back, and today I finally got to order from this location—it did not disappoint! You can tell they put real care into making the pizza. I’ve ordered from other locations before, and they always seemed to just throw everything on the pizza and into the box. But this one is different! It will be my go-to from now on. 🫶🏻

Came here for a meal and had a great experience. The order came out fast, the staff were friendly, and they were attentive about topping up our tea. The food was good and everything tasted fresh.

We couldn’t decide on what to eat and just randomly chose to come here. This was our first time coming to this restaurant. We came here at around 3:30pm on a weekday. The food was fantastic! Everything came out quickly. Everything came out piping hot! Service wasn’t the best but was good enough for us. Prices were reasonable for what they give and for the portions they give. It was a great overall first visit experience. We will definitely be back to try other items on their menu.

From the moment you walk into this sushi place, you're greeted with such warm smiles and cheerful hellos that you can't help but smile back. It's not just the staff—I'll never forget the bright, welcoming smile of the manager as well.
Over the past month, my family and I have already been here three times for sushi. I even have plans to come again later this week by myself. Our whole family loves sushi, but what really amazes me is how we never get tired of it—even after eating it so often.
I used to think it was just me, but last time I was picking up our order, another woman waiting beside me turned and said, “I come here all the time. It's always delicious, and I never get tired of it.” I couldn’t agree more.

I came in today to order a late lunch because I was running late for work and was very hungry. Unfortunately, my Apple Pay kept declining. The staff member who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I explained that I needed to run to my car to get my card, and he reassured me by saying, “Don’t worry, I’ll still go ahead with your order. Take your time.”
His kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and understanding. I hope to see more staff like him—people who are compassionate, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers’ experience.

Been going to Bun and Dumpling pretty often lately. My kids are obsessed 😅They always asked “can we grab xiao long bao?” after school. The xiao long bao are SUPER juicy. I always have to remind them to be careful not to burn their tongues! Soups inside the dumplings are pretty hot.
We usually swing by on weekends too and grab some for brunch. The kids love it, and it’s way better than cooking at home. 😆
For me, I love the pan-fried buns more. The bottoms come out perfectly golden and crispy without being burnt, and they’re packed with super juicy filling. Just like drinking soup. Plus, they’re a really good size for the price (as I remember is $11.99 for 6 BIG pan-fried buns.) Great value and recommend!

i was up in vancouver for a day trip and
stumbled upon this newly opened restaurant on maps. the employees were so kind! they gave us free congee to sample (mind you it was a generous portion). the owner even came over to talk to us. you could tell she really wants to connect with community members and make this place a staple in the neighborhood. out of all the dumplings, the tie for the best was between the pan fried pork and celery ones or the sheng jian bao!! the xiao long bao were incredibly soupy but weren’t as steaming hot as the other two. overall, highly recommend! go try it :)

This is a special spot! We tried about half the menu as I went there with a group of 6, and we just shared everything. Literally everything we tried was awesome! I just included a picture of my receipt because I don’t want to type it all out. The space is small, but good vibes as the staff are really nice. Love seeing the aunties whipping up dumplings!

Super disappointing, I was hoping to eat all the XLBs while they were hot, but it all came out cold - ie. likely been waiting for other dishes to be ready, which completely ruined the experience. I ate right outside the store on the tables as well….
Pork XLB - 5.5/10 - flavour was decent, but the broth was not even warm was cooled completely down, which was not good.
Pork & Shrimp XLB - 5.5/10 - same flavour and texture was decent but the cold/lukewarm broth was so disappointing.
Pork Celery Dumpling - 5.5/10 - cold, not hot, and there L fore experience was not the same.
Pan Fried Pork Bun - 7.4/10 - this was the only dish that came out hot, which meant all the other dishes were waiting for it to be cooked. The thickness of the bun was good, meat was good, there was not a lot of broth compared to most other places.
Disappointing experience overall.

Tried out Bun & Dumpling for a weekday lunch. It’s a takeout spot with two picnic tables and standing room inside. Order and pay at kiosk.
- Soy milk ($2.50) - bland, not much soy flavour
- Pork XLB ($8.99) - decent XLB’s but doesn’t come with any ginger soy dipping sauce
- Pan-fried pork bun ($11.99) - bottom wasn’t crispy, way too doughy
- Chive & pork pan-fried dumplings ($9.99) - good filling

Had a nice meal here! The Tomato Eggs & Soy Bean Pork Noodle was comforting and flavorful, with a really nice home-style taste. The Xibei Chicken Stew with Potatoes was hearty and satisfying, and the hand-pulled noodles went really well with it. The Signature Spicy Braised Beef was tender, rich, and had a good level of spice.
Service was also great!!! Julia was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Really appreciated her warm service. Would definitely come back :)

This has been our family’s favourite Old’xian location. It is just across from the king Edward train station. The traditional chinese burger, cold noddle and the stewed lamb noodle soup are our favourite ones. My kid also likes the Handmade Brown Sugar Glutinous rolls. We have been here many times and each time we were happy with the food and service. Highly recommend it!

The food is really good authentic Xian street food, I was slightly stumped about what to order (because everything looked so good) but our server Julia did a great job at recommending a good selection of their signature to choose from and it was all extremely delicious! My personal favorite was tomato eggs and soy bean pork noodle, which to be honest I probably wouldn’t have ordered if the server didn’t recommend it, but man am I glad I tried it :) The place is also great for its value, me and my friends spend around 15 bucks each and ate a belly full and had leftovers to take home. Would definitely come by again or try out their other locations.

The restaurant is clean and modern. The space is divided between the eating area and a small shop area where they sell snacks, drinks, and the little roujiamo souvenir plush you see on the streets of Xi'an.
The portions are large and filling, and the noodles are very fresh. We had the lamb noodles soup, two chinese burgers, the sesame cold noodle, and a wrap. Having been to Xi'an ourselves, we can say the food tastes authentic. Will recommend and will come again.
