5 Star Rating I just want to give a big shoutout to the amazing staff at the A&W inside Pacific Central Station! Every time I stop by, they’re always friendly, welcoming, and working so hard to serve everyone quickly — even when it’s super busy with travelers coming and going. The place is always clean, the food comes out fresh and hot, and the service is consistently fast and polite. You can tell the team really cares about doing a great job and making sure customers leave happy. Thank you to all the staff here for your hard work and great attitude — it really makes a difference and brightens up the station! Keep it up!

3 Star Rating You'd think because this place is a fast food restaurant, the staff working there have done Food Safe courses. They were making our order without gloves on. One of the staff was handling money, then assembled our burgers without washing their hands. Disgusting. And the staff said that they aren't required to wear gloves. 🤮

5 Star Rating A great late-night option for wraps and platters, my personal preference. Chicken/Lamb/Beef platters are $18.49 each, and my portion was happily hefty when I picked it up in person versus ordering via DoorDash/Uber Eats. It comes with Greek salad, 2x domaldes, 2 potatoes, rice, and a heap of meat that gets covered in 2 sauces of your choice. I also ordered a side tabbouleh that I wish was more dominant with parsley, but it’s still decent, and quite filling with the extra quinoa. The location was super clean, and the customer service was sincerely warm and friendly. Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews, but in my opinion, if you enter with a smile, you’ll get served with smiles in return. Thanks for feeding me!

2 Star Rating Both of the evening guys (I believe names were mentioned multiple times with other customers too) are awesome making the food, except they supposed learn the culture a bit. The atmosphere is horrible as you walk in, would listen their traditional song in super loud volume every night after 10. Not bothered if any customers are either annoyed, have child with them or having a phone call. They don’t make the customers feel anything local, rather they seem to forces customers to listen their culture and absorb!

4 Star Rating First off I'd like to say that I am a man of all cuisines but Japanese food has a special place in my heart! I was driving westbound on Terminal Ave approaching Main St. when the snarled traffic diverted me onto Station St.The words 'Sushi' and the hard to see open neon sign caught my attention like a squirrel to a dog. So I did it! I went right after work at 445pm and slithered my way through the Train terminal as Ekki Sushi was located inside Pacific Central station. The station itself was bare, and there were signs directing you to the restaurant. The restaurant is located on the right side of the station, a bit hidden so there were a few signs pointing to the little shop. There's a table partition at the entrance of the restaurant with menus and a bottle of hand sanitizer. The chef comes out and takes my order, he's a nice young gentleman. I ordered Salmon Poke and a California roll and he said 15 minutes. I head out to my car and wait. Come 5pm I try going back into the station *tug & yank* hmm seems like the doors are locked (presumably for safety purposes), and a printed sign says 'please dial xxx' to open the door, and so I do! Phew, thought I had been late to pickup my order and the station locked me out! So I head in following my nose and sitting at the partition was my food ready and waiting. I thank the chef and I head out for another 'trunk meal'. Unbeknownst to me the chef snuck in a bowl of miso soup *thank you very much* I quickly open my food and was amazed at the detail and attention to my poke...then how my California rolls were so perfectly shaped and proportionately made. I ate it all and washed it down with the soup, PERIOD! The poke bowl was at the perfect temperature with all the 'new school' toppings without going over board. The fish was soft and a bit chewy texture, salmon. The California roll was tasty as it's well proportioned (none of those gargantuan Cali rolls *I'm looking at you Samurai Sushi*). Overall, this place is a true hidden gem. At first I thought the prices I saw online was what I'll be paying, but upon comparison the menu I saw was larger and contained more options. TLDR; poke bowl was delicious. California roll was delicious. Washed down with miso soup, too was delisioso! Will return.

3 Star Rating Nothing special about the portions or the flavors. Price was only acceptable due to the 32% off discount on Fantuan. We pre-ordered for 5:00 - 5:30pm delivery. The restaurant started preparing the food around 3:30/3:45pm. Our food was ready for delivery around 4:00pm. Unfortunately, because our food was not scheduled for delivery until 5pm, so, our food just sat there for at least an hour before it was picked up by our delivery person. Delivery took another 30 minutes or so. So, by the time we got our food, the hot food was cold, cold food was room temperature. Most unsettling was that they packed one of our sushi with the hot udon and the sushi was warm. From a food safe point of view. I would not order from this restaurant again. Two stars only because we didn’t actually get food poisoned. Edit: delivery app followed up and said the restaurant might not have known when the delivery period was and started the order too early due to a system error. With this clarification I will give them benefit of doubt and revise to 3 stars.

5 Star Rating One of the Best Guinness in Vancouver with no twangey aftertaste. Tastes fresh and well poured with a good head. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Food is great but would need a breakfast menu. With a bit of adjusting has the potential to be a great irish bar. If I was rating the Guinness alone it would probably be a 9. Reasonably priced too.

5 Star Rating The portion of the appetizer was incredibly large; one appetizer was enough to fill us up 😅. The atmosphere was also very nice. The waiters were very enthusiastic. The taste of the dishes was also very good, and the Tuna pock is especially delicious. The only hope is that the restaurant could change the recipe of the mojito... 4 Star Rating I think this place got new owners. Pass this on my way to work a lot and tried it. Great coffee. Just can’t get it very often because it took too long to make for me to stop on my way to work without running late. The visibly AI generated banners are a bit off putting and also block the view of the food/interior which might keep people from seeing its offerings. Same with the yellow umbrellas (always a bit confused why it’s there when there’s already an awning). Either way, would still stop by again if I have the time.

5 Star Rating It was a lovely and cozy restaurant. We came here for lunch and ordered their gambas al ajillo (garlic prawn), chuletillas de cordero (lamb chop), tortilla espanola (potato omelette), and creme brûlée. The garlic in the prawn was so strong (I love it!). The spices were well-present in the lamb chop. Their potato omelette was so soft, creamy, and tasty. To close with creme brûlée was the perfect combination.

5 Star Rating A creative twist on a Spanish classic — this Breakfast Paella is a feast for both the eyes and taste buds! 🌞🍳 Perfectly golden saffron rice loaded with juicy shrimp, green peas, and roasted red pepper, all crowned with two poached eggs dusted with paprika. The mix of seafood, spice, and creamy yolk makes every bite rich and satisfying. A bold start to the day that brings a little bit of Spain to your morning table! Morcilla 🇪🇸🖤✨ Rich, savory black sausage paired with crispy golden potatoes and a perfectly fried egg. The smoky flavor of the morcilla melts beautifully with the creamy yolk and soft onions — pure comfort food with Spanish soul. 5 Star Rating I was so pleased to discover this amazing place to cater to my extremely restrictive dietary requirements. I am so grateful to the establishment. It is so rare to find a place that chooses the best tasting and most nourishing ingredients, rather than choosing convenient Cisco food service products. They have huraches served on a large grilled nopales paddle. Hard to find in Vancouver and delicious! I snuck a small piece of the blue hand-ground corn tortilla. It had so many rich layers of flavour! I didn’t know tortilla could taste like that. Eating and drinking from beautiful handmade pottery was charming. The bowl of mexican hot chocolate was huge, creamy and delicious. I could have shared it among 3 people! We also enjoyed a regular taco, yuca fries and sweet plantains, all delicious! Good for keto, vegetarians, GF. I will definitely be back to try more cacao drinks, their meat toppings and their lettuce-wrapped tacos!

4 Star Rating Definitely recommend if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food! This is the closest we’ve found to the real thing — handmade blue corn tortillas, fresh salsas, aguas frescas, and a thoughtful menu. We ordered a Jamaica agua fresca and limonade de coco — both were delicious. We had asada tacos and birria; the birria was good but tasted more like barbacoa since it didn’t come with consomé. The menu includes plenty of dietary-friendly options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. It’s such a cute spot that helped two tourists feel a little piece of home.

5 Star Rating Unexpectedly good. A nice warm homey meal. The kale salad wasn’t that special but gets the fiber in. Beef noodle soup is definitely a highlight because the noodles tasted fresh and not too hard or overcooked. The beef was cooked to a good tenderness not too soft and not too hard. The soft boiled egg was perfectly jammy. The fried chicken in the crispy rice bowl was also amazing I think the crunch is very unique to this restaurant.
