Visited this location yesterday evening and there was just one girl working who did great job in costumer service. She perfectly served us our order. However, it was line up there, store must gets busy so she definitely needs someone to help her out. Owner should look into this. Again, I wanna praise that girl for working so hard and to handle everything alone. Kudos to her!

I recently visited Tim Hortons and was served by girl.She was very friendly, polite, and made my experience really pleasant. My order was prepared quickly and exactly how I asked for it. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm and professional. Great customer service like this makes me want to come back again.

I ordered coffee and breakfast from this Tim Hortons before going to college, and everything was perfect today. I also ordered a brownsugar iced latte, and it was exactly right not too sweet, not too strong it was made and served by Navneet kaur. Also All the staff is perfect have smile on the face every time I come and serve with joy. The taste was perfect and well balanced. Everything was made just the way I like it. I really love this store and the consistency. Highly recommended 👍

Located inside the train station, this place offered a nice place to have a bite to eat while we waited for the train. Anant works here, and she is kind, friendly, and professional. The seating area is very clean. Food was good...it's fast food so...ya know. Truly, the 2 things that made me want to recommend this was the quiet spot in the station and the kindness of Avant.

Friendly staff. Quick Service. nice talking staff(Kabir). not a lot of people, a lot of seats are available. Atmosphere is nice is bright and it feels nice to sit down in the terminal

Most A&W's are nice, this one seems to be a bit better. Food tastes right, staff are friendly (Anante is ray of sunshine), surprisingly clean based on the location. Good choice for a quick bite if you're around the area.

Love ❤️ this A & W location at Pacific central Station terminal . The atmosphere is travel vibe and in this beautiful historic building . Lots of places to sit . The staff are friendly and good service. Lots of verity including vegetarian . The washrooms are located at front of the building entrance . I posted the list of hours here in a picture they close early here compared to other locations stay open late . This restaurant does have customer wifi and plugs to charge your electronics .

The donair fingers pita wrap I got was really decent for the price, the meat was juicy and had good seasoning. Aside from the fact there my order was messed up, service was quick and friendly. Their food is quite affordable compared to most other places dining out, but that comes with the quality you're getting as well. Overall 4/5, would grab again.

A great late-night option for wraps and platters, my personal preference. Chicken/Lamb/Beef platters are $18.49 each, and my portion was happily hefty when I picked it up in person versus ordering via DoorDash/Uber Eats. It comes with Greek salad, 2x domaldes, 2 potatoes, rice, and a heap of meat that gets covered in 2 sauces of your choice. I also ordered a side tabbouleh that I wish was more dominant with parsley, but it’s still decent, and quite filling with the extra quinoa. The location was super clean, and the customer service was sincerely warm and friendly. Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews, but in my opinion, if you enter with a smile, you’ll get served with smiles in return. Thanks for feeding me!

We had an amazing experience thanks to Tejbir and Navjot! They were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The wraps they made were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The service was excellent from start to finish. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back and hope to be served by them again:)

Great sushi and we were not expecting it to be this good since it is a small place in the train station. We have picky kids and they even said it was the best sushi they have had in Vancouver. The man working the restaurant was super kind and talented. Worth the wait- highly recommend!

First off I'd like to say that I am a man of all cuisines but Japanese food has a special place in my heart! I was driving westbound on Terminal Ave approaching Main St. when the snarled traffic diverted me onto Station St.The words 'Sushi' and the hard to see open neon sign caught my attention like a squirrel to a dog. So I did it! I went right after work at 445pm and slithered my way through the Train terminal as Ekki Sushi was located inside Pacific Central station. The station itself was bare, and there were signs directing you to the restaurant. The restaurant is located on the right side of the station, a bit hidden so there were a few signs pointing to the little shop. There's a table partition at the entrance of the restaurant with menus and a bottle of hand sanitizer. The chef comes out and takes my order, he's a nice young gentleman. I ordered Salmon Poke and a California roll and he said 15 minutes. I head out to my car and wait. Come 5pm I try going back into the station *tug & yank* hmm seems like the doors are locked (presumably for safety purposes), and a printed sign says 'please dial xxx' to open the door, and so I do! Phew, thought I had been late to pickup my order and the station locked me out! So I head in following my nose and sitting at the partition was my food ready and waiting. I thank the chef and I head out for another 'trunk meal'. Unbeknownst to me the chef snuck in a bowl of miso soup *thank you very much* I quickly open my food and was amazed at the detail and attention to my poke...then how my California rolls were so perfectly shaped and proportionately made. I ate it all and washed it down with the soup, PERIOD! The poke bowl was at the perfect temperature with all the 'new school' toppings without going over board. The fish was soft and a bit chewy texture, salmon. The California roll was tasty as it's well proportioned (none of those gargantuan Cali rolls *I'm looking at you Samurai Sushi*). Overall, this place is a true hidden gem. At first I thought the prices I saw online was what I'll be paying, but upon comparison the menu I saw was larger and contained more options. TLDR; poke bowl was delicious. California roll was delicious. Washed down with miso soup, too was delisioso! Will return.

Nothing special about the portions or the flavors. Price was only acceptable due to the 32% off discount on Fantuan. We pre-ordered for 5:00 - 5:30pm delivery. The restaurant started preparing the food around 3:30/3:45pm. Our food was ready for delivery around 4:00pm. Unfortunately, because our food was not scheduled for delivery until 5pm, so, our food just sat there for at least an hour before it was picked up by our delivery person. Delivery took another 30 minutes or so. So, by the time we got our food, the hot food was cold, cold food was room temperature. Most unsettling was that they packed one of our sushi with the hot udon and the sushi was warm. From a food safe point of view. I would not order from this restaurant again. Two stars only because we didn’t actually get food poisoned. Edit: delivery app followed up and said the restaurant might not have known when the delivery period was and started the order too early due to a system error. With this clarification I will give them benefit of doubt and revise to 3 stars.

Eat here with Family, there was plenty of different food options for all of us. Everything came out hot and fresh. The food was excellent and very tasty, well presented. It has a sports bar feel mixed with the Irish pub decor. The beer was also cold and very good just as I would expect. Great brunch options.

First time back here since the name change and it was great! I am a fan of the dark oak woodwork and different seating options. The server was really friendly and helpful when we asked about the menu and drink items. The cheese pull from the French onion soup was easily over a foot long 😋 The fish tacos were very tasty with the coating on the fish being nice and crunchy and the pickled onions had the right mix of flavor. The chicken and corn tacos had a great sauce and the cabbage slaw added a great texture and flavor. The baby yorkies were soo good....I really liked how minty the mimosa was and the lime margarita was tasty as well.

Wow. Went here for the Canada vs Qatar game. Made a reso. For being right next to the stadium it was not packed (I hope this place survives). Great service. Great food. They had pints of Guiness in for $8 during the game and I got a burger with no bacon or cheese for $15 and fries. Unreal value. Would highly recommend for watching the game. For happy hour. Lots of TVs. Huge space. Yeah top top place. And staff was great and very fast when it start to get packed. Was an Irish bar before, nothing novel about the concept, so I hope they stick around as the burger was very good and yeah. $8 for a pint of Guinness. I was over the moon! Ha

I know what everyone is thinking... Another Irish bar, right? Trust me, this place is still brand new, and not as busy yet, but this bar is going places!! Some of the best service I've had in ages, and the food menu is insane!! Had their wings to start... Filling and tasty, and like $10 on Mondays! I then had the steak and mushroom stew... Sooo tasty, and really filling! Lots of stuff to do here coming up (karaoke Thursdays, for example). Drinks are reasonably priced as well. The only downside is that it's still brand new, and not that busy, but I'm quite sure that will change in short order! I'll definitely be back!

Checked out this new Irish pub and restaurant and honestly loved it! The food was really good tasty and with good portion sizes (finally!). Drinks were on point too, super refreshing and well made. The vibe was chill, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Really great “hidden gem” cafe right here on Main St. Came in and ordered a green tea so I could do some work on my laptop. They close super late (9pm) - which was perfect. Super friendly staff - Simran recommended a very nice green tea Will come back again!

Advertized a $15 for a protein shake and wrap deal. Purchased two shakes and a wrap and was charged full price for all 3 items. I strongly suggest double checking your own tab for the deals they advertize as they will not naturally give them to you - you will have to fight for them. Food was decent. Interesting and tasted good. Even after bringing up the issue with the charges and not receiving the prices listed on their billboard. Nothing was changed. Be wary, signs, words and actions do not add up.

I recently visited Bodega On Main with friends and had a great experience. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for sharing dishes. We ordered a variety of plates to share. The Paella Mixta (saffron) was excellent, with generous seafood and perfectly cooked rice. The Garlic Prawns (Gambas al Ajillo) were a standout, especially when dipping the bread into the garlic olive oil, which was my wife’s favorite part of the meal. I personally really enjoyed the Tomahawk Ibérico. It was grilled very well, tender, and had no gamey taste at all. The Steamed Mussels and Pulpo a la Parilla were also well prepared and flavorful. The drinks were just okay compared to the food, which was definitely the highlight. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience with delicious food. I would happily come back again.

1st time eating here. Loved the vibe in the restaurant. The prawns in the ceviche were fresh and bouncy, in a perfect marinade. The beef tongue was very tender with tomatoes and capers. Sangria and churros was nice and fresh, that vanilla marscapone cream was yum. Our server Ruby was sweet and very attentive. Would definitely visit again.

Bodega on Main is a tapas style restaurant that's about a 3 minute walk from the train station. It's easy to get to and is on a main street, so there's a good amount of parking right around the corner. Inside, they have probably 3 dozen tables plus some bar seating as well. Their menu is a good size, with prices being pretty good for their portion sizes. The staff here are amazing - super friendly and funny, very good at recommending food, quick with drinks and service, and just overall great people. Now the food... I could recommend almost every dish on the menu, and yes we probably had at least 1 plate of almost two-thirds of the menu. Patatas bravas, tortilla espanola, olivas, marconas, pimientos de padron (1 in 4 has crazy seeds), gambas al ajillo, mejillones, chorizo iberico, chorizo a la parrillapincho moruno, costilloas de res, and chuletillas de cordero we're all absolutely delicious. I recommend making a reservation since they get busy often, kitchen closes at 11:30pm so get there earlier to take advantage of the food and service.

Loved the Paella at Bodega. The food was outstanding and the service was great. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us as we were on our way to the airport on a tight schedule. Will definitely be back to Bodega next time we are in Vancouver. Great job to the staff and Chef. Thank you for the great dining experience.

Excellent seafood paella with a generous portion and plenty of seafood. Adding a few scallops or clams would make it even better. The real star of the meal, though, was the homemade hot sauce. It was unbelievably delicious😭 I actually wanted to know what brand it was so I could buy some, only to learn it’s made in-house. I’ll definitely be back for that amazing hot sauce alone!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was so fresh, flavorful and wholesome, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared without being overly heavy or greasy and we felt so good after the meal which is honestly rare when eating out. They also have some really good vegetarian options. The sugar-free banana bread was delicious too. The restaurant felt cozy and cute and the whole experience just felt really warm and wholesome. Definitely a place we'd come back to! ❤️

I’ve been a couple of times, and honestly, the food is really good. What stood out the most were the machetes and quesabirrias; the flavors are very original. I also tried the cacao drinks and they were really good too. They have a unique twist compared to what’s usually available around here and taste great. The service was also good. The staff were friendly and attentive. It’s a great place to try something different and well-made. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Cute spot with really nice decor and friendly service, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. I ordered the pastor huaraches and found the pork to be quite dry, and the corn tortilla base was very thick and lacking flavour. For $23, it definitely didn’t feel worth the price, especially when there are so many more flavourful and affordable Mexican options in Vancouver. Even my friend’s drink and dessert were just okay, she didn’t end up finishing the dessert. Overall, a great atmosphere, but the food didn’t live up to the mark for me.

Had an amazing experience at Machete, I haven’t had such beautiful and delicious authentic Mexican food since being in Mexico. I’m happy that it’s not TexMex and actual real food! The flavours are exactly what I’d expect in Mexico from good restaurants and the best hidden street vendors. The machete huitlachoche quesadilla was huge and amazing and the yucca fries were delicious. Every aspect from the art, to the layout and the clay decanters took me out of the dreary city of Vancouver and into a vibrance of Mexico. The hot chocolate was smooth, frothy with a great blend of spice that tantalized the taste buds. I highly recommend coming here… unless of course you’re looking garbage food like Taco Bell

Our 3rd time at Torofuku. We came for the Father’s Day set menu. Every dish was creative, high on flavour, and nice presentation. Out waitress “Angel” was conversational and welcoming, and the courses arrived in a good flow. Overall, we were very happy, and we’ll be back again. Thanks!

Went during Dine Out Vancouver and their Valentine’s weekend special. Definitely recommend making a reservation. The area is a bit rough, so be vigilant. The food was okay. Portions were quite good, and we had leftovers to take home. I wouldn’t get the I Love Dumplings again or the Chicken and Crack Rice. However, their Signature Beef Noodle Soup, Kale Salad, and Tamarind Collins were great I would definitely order those again.

I chose Torafuku for my birthday because it’s one of my favourite restaurants, and my family of five decided to try the summer tasting menu (with wine pairings for three of us). Overall, it was a good meal, but it didn’t quite live up to the high standard I’ve come to expect from Torafuku. I’d probably return—but would stick to the à la carte menu next time. The chef’s selected amuse-bouches were a great start, especially the shiitake mushroom in kochujang sauce, which had amazing texture and flavour. The fried egg salad was huge, and the dressing was a little too tart on its own, although it balanced out when eaten with the egg. Unfortunately, one of our two shared salads had a runny egg while the other was fully cooked, which felt inconsistent. The foie and toast was creative and delicious, though I think the portion could have been half the size. The crudo featured fresh fish, but the rhubarb aguachile and vinaigrette overpowered its delicate flavour. The summer vegetables were one of my favourite dishes—the XO sauce added a wonderful kick. For the mains, the crab & uni pasta was enjoyable overall, but the uni was surprisingly bitter. The wagyu flatiron had a beautiful crust, but the meat itself was much tougher than expected and didn’t deliver the tenderness I’d associate with wagyu. Dessert was mixed. The Basque cheesecake was excellent, but the sticky rice in the mango sticky rice was undercooked. The wine pairing was thoughtfully chosen overall, although the yuzu sake paired with dessert was both overly sweet and overly sour—the first pairing I’ve ever left unfinished. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, but it felt inconsistent. We noticed another table with the same tasting menu having their plates and cutlery changed automatically between courses, while we had to ask after the heavily dressed salad. It’s a small detail, but it did leave us feeling a little overlooked. We also ordered a simple butter-and-cheese pasta for our child. It arrived quite late and, despite our request, included Chinese sausage. The portion was also surprisingly small. The atmosphere was comfortable with great noise control, making it an enjoyable place to celebrate a birthday. The tasting menu was generous and definitely good value—we even took leftovers home—but at about 2.5 hours, the meal felt longer than it needed to be. Torafuku remains a restaurant I enjoy and will continue to recommend, but this particular summer tasting menu felt uneven. There were some standout dishes and creative ideas, but enough inconsistencies that I’d choose their excellent à la carte menu on my next visit.

TLDR: don't skip out on the brussel sprouts! We went to Torafuku for their 2025 tasting menu + a side of brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts were nice, tangy, and crispy. We loved them. The rest of the tasting menu items were fresh and nicely portioned. Our favourites were the cold scallops that came with some dicely cut fruit as well as the fish. The fried chicken was also very juicy and crispy. We didn't particularly like the duck pate, but that just comes down to personal taste; it was still nicely made though.

We came here on for a birthday celebration. The service was amazing. The staff was attentive and gave really solid recommendations. I can tell they take pride in this restaurant. They have a small menu but its also because they change up the menu seasonally. We ended up ordering the tasting menu because it had everything we wanted to try. Each dish was plated beautifully. Not only did it look good it tasted really yummy too. I really appreciate the attention to detail. I personally enjoyed the appies more than the main course. We shared the citrus salad, pork belly, wagyu croquette and scallops. The lasagna and pasta was a bit on the heavy side, but still very tasty. Just because we were celebrating a birthday they brought out all 3 desserts for us. The Basque cheesecake was my favorite.
