Always looked forward to eating Chipotle, however it wasn’t the same today. The portion are 2/3 of what it used to be, and they ran out of lettuce. I told the staff that I’m willing to wait until they restock but they told me that they’re completely out for the day. Lettuce being one of the most important ingredients of Chipotle shouldn’t be out of stock. Or if for some reason they are out, then they should at least put a memo or tell the customers beforehand, so they can decide to not order. That wasn’t the case today, and I’m left with a small portion meal where I paid the same price. Service is still good as usual and the atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast food restaurant in metrotown. Edit: I like how they responded to my complaint, I have added 2 more stars for the quick and adequate response.

Absolutely great service! Better than most units in Vancouver. Place is clean, organized, and staff is super friendly and generous with the ingredients. Great bang for the buck as usual in Chipotle restaurants.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Pizza Garden (Metrotown location) today around noon and had an amazing experience. We ordered a half-and-half pizza — half Spicy Veggie and half Margherita — and it was soo delicious and perfectly made. The crust, sauce, and toppings were all fresh and full of flavor. A special thank you to the pizza maker Bahadur for making such an incredible pizza 👏 Truly outstanding work! The rest of the staff were also very friendly and treated us really well. We also used the 25% off first-time order offer from the app, which saved us some money, and I really appreciated that they did not compromise on taste or ingredients at all. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend Pizza Garden Metrotown to others!

One of the best pizzas in the city! The dough is always fresh and perfectly baked, and the toppings are high quality and very flavorful. The customer service is also excellent. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and fast. You can really tell they care about both the food and the customers. Definitely one of my favorite pizza places in Vancouver. Highly recommended :))

Absolutely loved this pizza. I really wish I remembered which ones we had, but me and a friend each bought a half and half 18" pizza, And ate the entire thing each. We were greeted by a wonderful girl who served us attentively and timely, organized us using the same box for the 2nd pizza after killing the first one. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Id say come here for a pizza if you like good dough, wood fired, thin crust, quality toppings and well topped. Im very impressed 👌 Also they have tons and tons of "By-the-slice" options. 9.5/10 Also, the menu pictured is nowhere near a complete list =) check them out online!

We ordered a few pizzas here for a small gathering. It was my first time eating their pizza and I was impressed. Food: 5/5 - a great selection of pizzas ranging from the lactose intolerant cheese people to the hearty meat lovers to the vegetarians. They fit the bill for all pizza lovers. I recently celebrated a family birthday dinner at Earls in Station Square, and it was a great experience. We had such a good experience from start to finish. Jo was our server and set the tone right away friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without hovering. He took the time to explain the menu, made great suggestions, and checked in often enough that we felt taken care of but never rushed. Our drinks were always refilled and everything came out exactly as ordered. Biensa, was just as great and really helped keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Tables were cleared quickly, food came out hot, and the pacing of the meal felt perfect. Overall, the service made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s not often you notice how good the service is until it’s this consistent. Would absolutely come back and hope to be served by them again! 10/10!

The boba here is pretty good, and I keep seeing these negative reviews about one particular employee who everyone is complaining has bad manners? I had him serve me today and it seems like he's just a little shy and awkward, but he was overall very nice, when he handed me my drink he made sure that what I ordered was what I wanted (because I was also very clearly awkward as hell and I sorta humbled out my order without thinking) and was very gentle when handing me my drink. The boba itself was sooo good! I offered the guava boba and it tasted so fresh and just really yummy! I recommend coming here 100% just for the drinks alone.

I can’t not leave a review because I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed by this branch, whether it’s dine in or takeout. Steve’s is hands down the BEST poke bar, Metrotown the best branch. Never skimped out on the ingredients, always fresh, gets you your money’s worth, has the best seasonal flavors (I get mad at how some of them are only here for a limited time), just absolutely overall phenomenal. You guys make me so happy. I hope Steve never goes bald.

FIRST TIME. I ordered a Traditional Poke served island style. 4 scoops of Poke (2 Shoyu Ahi & 2 Spicy Ahi) served on a hot bed of rice with furikake seasoning, green onion, sesame seeds and Steve’s Shoyu sauce. Tasted great! This will be in my diet going forward!

Amazing, polite customer service and very generous portions! $18-$20 per bowl, very fresh, tasty ingredients and sauces. Everything will be served cold. There will be cross-contamination between toppings in case you have allergies, but they are knowledgeable about what ingredients contain which allergens.

The Missus and I grabbed a chicken shawarma each at Basha for a quick mall food dinner. We thought the chicken could have been more flavourful but was happy with the price to quantity ratio. There was a large eating area and Basha was located relatively close to the mall entrance for easy access.

This place used to be better. I have been coming here in the last few years every once in a while. The portion size (protein part) decreased and the flavour not as good as I remember. Last time I had the beef wrap and it was very small and the meat was more like slow cooked and not much flavour so the sauces compensate. Not coming again.
