Always looked forward to eating Chipotle, however it wasn’t the same today. The portion are 2/3 of what it used to be, and they ran out of lettuce. I told the staff that I’m willing to wait until they restock but they told me that they’re completely out for the day. Lettuce being one of the most important ingredients of Chipotle shouldn’t be out of stock. Or if for some reason they are out, then they should at least put a memo or tell the customers beforehand, so they can decide to not order. That wasn’t the case today, and I’m left with a small portion meal where I paid the same price. Service is still good as usual and the atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast food restaurant in metrotown. Edit: I like how they responded to my complaint, I have added 2 more stars for the quick and adequate response.

Absolutely great service! Better than most units in Vancouver. Place is clean, organized, and staff is super friendly and generous with the ingredients. Great bang for the buck as usual in Chipotle restaurants.

A solid location to put a Chipotle, high traffic area which means that the service you get is quite underwhelming (if you're ordering online). Portion wise, they tend to always be on the lighter side (even when asking for extra) but the people are friendly and helpful. Overall though, the flavour is there, the cooks are doing a great job and the seasoning is always on point.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Pizza Garden (Metrotown location) today around noon and had an amazing experience. We ordered a half-and-half pizza — half Spicy Veggie and half Margherita — and it was soo delicious and perfectly made. The crust, sauce, and toppings were all fresh and full of flavor. A special thank you to the pizza maker Bahadur for making such an incredible pizza 👏 Truly outstanding work! The rest of the staff were also very friendly and treated us really well. We also used the 25% off first-time order offer from the app, which saved us some money, and I really appreciated that they did not compromise on taste or ingredients at all. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend Pizza Garden Metrotown to others!

We ordered a few pizzas here for a small gathering. It was my first time eating their pizza and I was impressed. Food: 5/5 - a great selection of pizzas ranging from the lactose intolerant cheese people to the hearty meat lovers to the vegetarians. They fit the bill for all pizza lovers. They will even split the pizza order in half for the large sizes. A great way to sample the different types of pizza. Service: 5/5 friendly service Atmosphere: not sure as we did takeout

The atmosphere is nice for a walk in quick bite. The pizza is fresh and tasty. They have Gluten free options. And a dedicated place in the stone oven to cook it. The lady at the front was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been frequenting this location very regularly for over 5 years and I'm sad to report the quality of the to-go slices have dropped significantly in the past two years or so. Using fewer toppings and thinner crust while raising the price per slice is unfortunate. My most recent slices of simple pepperoni was seriously lacking in cheese which they tried to hide with pepperoni slices. I have felt ripped off with my last few visits to this location. Disappointed. Used to be a loyal customer. Will say the staff is always really great. I just love good pizza and this is no longer good. Bye pizza garden.

Had a great time at Earls Station Square! My sister Micka recommended this place for a casual celebration with friends and it was a solid choice. The ambiance was nice and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Our food came out on time and everything was served hot. We ordered the Wagyu aburi sushi, kale mushroom pizza, tortellini with prawns, and the Alfredo with Cajun chicken. All were delicious and well prepared. The pizza was my favorite! Overall, great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend for a casual night out.

I recently celebrated a family birthday dinner at Earls in Station Square, and it was a great experience. We were impressed by the creative menu options, which offered something for everyone in the family, and you could tell each plate was prepared with care. We had such a good experience from start to finish. Jo was our server and set the tone right away friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without hovering. He took the time to explain the menu, made great suggestions, and checked in often enough that we felt taken care of but never rushed. Our drinks were always refilled and everything came out exactly as ordered. Biensa, was just as great and really helped keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Tables were cleared quickly, food came out hot, and the pacing of the meal felt perfect. Overall, the service made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s not often you notice how good the service is until it’s this consistent. Would absolutely come back and hope to be served by them again! 10/10!

Long story short: food was just ok, but Luna the bartender who served me, was exceptional. I went for a late lunch and was seated at the bar as no tables for 1 were available. I was immediately greeted by Luna, the bartender, who took my order (a Bigger Better Burger with regular fries). I did feel that the food was taking a while to come, but because I didn’t check the time, I didn’t complain. Nevertheless, Luna was proactive enough to follow up and let me know that my order was coming. The burger was just ok and could improve a lot - patty was tasty but thin, bun was pretty dry, tomato a bit watery, and the taste of the onion was a little overpowering. Fries were good. When I asked Luna for the bill, she said it had been taken care of, because of how long it took them to prepare it. They missed the mark in the kitchen but made it right in the service. And for that I would come back.

Philly cheese steak made to order. I got the original which was $13+ tax. Bread was really nice and soft and meat had a lot of flavour. The size was not very big - about a regular hot dog style bun. Overall, it was just ok and I almost couldn’t tell there was cheese in the sandwich. Bit overpriced and it’s mostly a self serve seating area.

Really used to enjoy eating here but lately the food portions have gone down dramatically. I bought a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, fries and a drink which cost $24. There was hardly any meat and cheese in the sandwich compared to a couple of years ago. The taste was good they just cheaped out on the portions. For $24 I expected more. It’s a shame since there aren’t many places that have good Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. Don’t think I’ll go back.

Great place to pit stop if you’re at metrotown. Price is a bit on the higher side, but worth the purchase as it’ll keep you full for quite a while. Food: Their Original Philly is gooood. Simple and done well. The New Yorker was pretty good but prefer the Original Philly. The add-on-site are typical menu items. Service: Not much interaction so not much to comment on service. You have to ask for ketchup. No straws provided. No private washroom available. Atmosphere: Nice that they have their own seating area. Calm environment to take a break.

Located right below Metropolis at Metrotown mall's Cineplex theatre (by the stairs). Only 2 tables open for dine-in, but feel free to order take-out or delivery. My order: -Japanese Style Cheesesteak: my personal favourite - juicy sautéed mushrooms & onions, aged cheddar, wasabi mayo and of course premium ribeye steak slices. It’s saucy, and the cheese blend enhances the flavour. -Koagie (Korean Hoagie): Kimchi was good (not too sour or spicy), so I could comfortably eat it. -New Yorker: the classic if you don't want to venture away from a "normal Philly cheesesteak" - topped with fresh tomatoes and lettuce Overall, the hoagie roll was soft on the inside, and a good chewy texture on the outside. I reheated mines in the microwave, and it still tasted good several hours later. These cheeseteaks are more saucy than the traditional cheesesteaks, which I personally enjoyed as every bite was filled with flavour. Very filling - best to share if you want to try different flavours. I also really liked their assortment of cheeses (no fake Cheez-Whiz stuff, sorry if you like that though), I think they use aged cheddar, provolone, and some others in a cheese blend. They definitely don't cheap out, and use a generous portion of tender/sliced prime rib steak. All cheesesteaks are made-to-order on a grill when you place your order. -Onion Rings: skinny-style -Deep Fried Pickles: good thick cut of pickles to breading ratio -ACC Fries (Garlic Butter & Parmesan): classic thick cut fries with a very "potato-y" flavour -White Chocolate Blueberry Milkshake: quite sweet, definitely for people that have a sweet tooth Also, I definitely have to mention the house-made sauces, they're so good for dipping the onion rings, pickles, and fries (cheesesteaks were saucy enough, so I didn't need it there). My personal favourites were the roasted garlic aioli, smoke Chipotle BBQ (not to overpowering or salty), and mustard (real mustard seeds).

Really high quality stuff!!. They made for me super tropical smoothie without ice and it was amazing! The weather is cold and rainy, the smoothie perfectly fits for that day. But not every smoothie place can understand your needs.

I've been a very loyal customer to Steve's Poke for a few years now but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the app & the Metrotown location today. I was hoping to pick up a birthday order for my sister today, using the app and a birthday discount code (as previously offered). However, the most recent app update somehow removed the birthday and there's no option to add your birthday anymore, so the $5 birthday voucher never came up. I called ahead to explain the situation, and they mentioned that I can come in-person to see what they can do. And so, I went in-person and explained the situation again, with one of them who was on the phone with me before and now working front of house. She was nice and respectful but said she needed to check in with 'someone', who was at one of the tables (counting cash?) who could not even be bothered to give me a glance. They apparently tried to look up my account and could not do anything about it. She comes back to me (I'm standing only a couple feet away) and says that she can't do anything but could possibly offer me a drink. The 'manager' at the table who was giving her orders didn't bother looking at me at all which was super unprofessional and made her deliver the bad news. LOL. Then, I went and made my order. Then, I guess the communication of the free drink was not translated over to the other employee working there and I was nearly charged for it when I made my order (I didn't need the drink, so I was pretty fed up at this point). There were also only two other people lined up when I was there, so I was very confused why 4 people in the space could not appropriately address this situation in a meaningful way.

The Missus and I grabbed a chicken shawarma each at Basha for a quick mall food dinner. We thought the chicken could have been more flavourful but was happy with the price to quantity ratio. There was a large eating area and Basha was located relatively close to the mall entrance for easy access.

I went here last week on a weekday since I wanted to get vegan food from a vegan owned place and Chickpea was the only one in the area. I asked for their best burger and was reccommended the “Crispy Chik’n Burger” by Efi which turned out to be really good and crispy. My experience here was great because Efi was really welcoming, friendly and nice!

Super convenient location. Just across the street from the Metrotown bus loop. Really good vegetarian food. The fries were quite greasy and spicier than anticipated and the salad was drowning in dressing but still overall an enjoyable meal. Hope the food truck stays around for a while!

I’ve long loved Chickpea, but I gotta say, it’s pretty handy to have them right at the skytrain entrance/exit. If you have never had their chickpea fries, do yourself a favour. It’s one of the best bites in the city: creamy interior, crispy on the outside, but it’s the dual sauces that really put them over the top! So good! Hot tip: there are nice picnic tables across the street near the old skytrain entrance/exit from Metrotown. Enjoy your meal there.
