5 Star Rating Really enjoyed our breakfast here, the interior and ambiance were lovely. Coffee was rich and aromatic. Our dishes came promptly, service was nice. I really loved the sausages on my skewer, it paired nicely with the eggs, making it a perfect breakfast combo. My bf enjoyed his dish as well, would come back for sure!

2 Star Rating Overrated, overpriced. My friend had allergies, when ordering he told about his allergies but they still did not take his allergies into account and brought the stuff he was allergic to. Also, waiter has a slightly condescending attitude to my friend as well. Also, my chocolate lavender mocha had no chocolate and no lavender was basically coffee with milk And very interesting how highly reviewed this place is, i wonder why 🤔 Reply to the owner's reply: Its good that you are listening to customers, thats a big plus already! I am happy to give feedback, not sure how to reach out directly so I am going to write it here - its just not really good/just okay. How to not be just okay? How to improve? - Either drop the prices significantly! (You are absolutely not worth this price, nowhere near in fact) or make things way more interesting or create a lot more value for the current prices, and also improve the service as well, otherwise in my eyes you don't stand out at all. How to create more value? Bigger portions, make the foods more interesting/exotic/unique experience. Just more value overall significantly more. Note that I have travelled all over the world and have been at some of the best restaurants so my particular standards are high so if and when you do changes I am happy to come again and try again, and I can update the review accordingly.

5 Star Rating Delicious weekend brunch that I'd definitely come back for! I'm not a massive brunch fan, because I feel like most places do a Shakshuka and Eggs Benedict, and they can taste very similar from place to place. Chambar had a range of cool brunch options that would've been just as at home on the dinner menu (including slight twists on Shakshuka and a smoked trout waffle benedict). Large portion sizes, and great quality, so although it's a little more expensive than some other brunch options around, I think you get your money's worth! I'm probably priced out of eating a couple of courses at dinner, but would love to give that a go

4 Star Rating They are known for their mussels which were good but I was just as happy with my bison cheek and black trumpet ravioli! Hubby's mussels in tomato coconut cream was a different spin on mussels he hadn't tried before and found good. They're a solid choice for dining downtown!

The flavors all blend perfectly. Well done to the chef's. Great tasting coffee. I loved the little creamer they give you with your coffee. Loved the setup.

5 Star Rating Moxies on West Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver, adjacent to Sandman Hotel, is an impressively beautiful multi-sectional restaurant serving a wonderful array of culinary art, as well as great takes on some standards. Service here is outstandingly friendly and prompt. I ordered the Chipotle Mango Chicken and was very pleased with my choice; many great flavors in every bite. Located within a short walk from both Rogers Arena and BC Place, this is a great choice before and/or after your event. Highly recommended.

5 Star Rating Atmosphere was amazing on the patio, not too loud or quiet. You can hear the music just fine. BUT👏THE👏FOOD👏 it was cooked to perfection, the bread and the lasagna was amazing ❤️. The lasagna is quite filling so if you order it you should keep that in mind. (Spoiler the lasagna is better than Costco lasagna the real ones know 🤫) Honestly great place.

5 Star Rating We stayed at the Georgian and wanted to check out this place for dinner, and glad we did! Our dinner was amazing, the ambiance was romantic and had a nice, low volume jazz music play in the background. We started with drinks, and bread, then I had the beet & steak salad, and my bf had one of the pizzas (can't remember the name). For dessert, we had chocolate gelato. Service was nice and prompt. If you're in the area and craving Italian cuisine, I highly recommend this place!

5 Star Rating Frankie's is a gem! From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. While the entire experience was delightful, a couple of standouts truly impressed. The Old Fashioned was exceptional – easily one of the best I've ever had, expertly balanced and boasting a rich flavor profile. As for the food, the Tuscan Beef Cavatelli was simply excellent. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the beef was hearty, flavorful, and satisfying. If you're looking for a fantastic Italian meal and a top-notch cocktail in Vancouver, Frankie's should definitely be on your list.

5 Star Rating We were surprised how much we liked the cooking class. It’s an entire experienc. We learned a few new techniques, some recipes we can borrow from for our own home cooking, and enjoyed a great three course meal with fellow Vancouverites. Part of the experience was operating in a commercial kitchen. Maybe I’m a little jealous now. In any case, highly recommended.

5 Star Rating Looks like a hidden gem close to the train station Stadium-Chinatown! We saw the line up close by for the other restaurant for brunch and decided to skip it. The Dirty Apron was quiet, no cooking class going on, but the café side had a few customers. We ordered the BLT and the breakfast sandwich with smoked salmon, both were fantastic! Balanced, simple but freshly made with quality ingredients. I loved the little touch of lemon zest on the cheese cream, pairs perfectly with the smoked salmon, crunchy red onion, runny egg and creamy avocado. Prices are fair for the sandwiches. Grocery and frozen items seem to be fancy, on the more expensive side. I wish for a combo or bigger meal. We saw they have a delicatessen at the airport!

5 Star Rating Probably the most tasty and hence one of the best food we had in our entire 4 weeks in Canada! We had the Ancho Chili Roast Beef vegetarian (you have to try this!), the grilled Hummus & Avocado Sandwich, the Japanese Potato Salad (day offer. great taste!), a smoothie, cappuccino, tea and coffee. The service and staff was so nice and were looking greatly after us. This place has a cooking class too next door and also it offers self-made food (in the fridge) and some other food items you can purchase. Prices were very fair and we will definitely recommend anyone coming to Vancouver to eat here and enjoy!

5 Star Rating I grew up in Vancouver. Originally eating at the commercial station location long time ago. I’ve moved away to Alberta but always have fond memories and uncle fatihs has always been my go to! To my surprise after 10 years they have many locations! Florida and I were starving and looking for pizza after a night of escape rooms. Of course I looked for my nearest fatihs! Florida got the spicy chicken and I went with my fav blue cheese and beef! The sauce was always my favorite. And this time a special little surprise from my now favorite pizza guy shub! 😙🩷 What a great surprise for my birthday 🥳! Thanks for the great pizza and I’ll Definitely be back

5 Star Rating I’ve been eating pretty regularly at this location for a while now. The pizzas great and everyone is always super friendly. The other day however, a worker I recognized named Shub took my order and when I asked for sauce he asked my name. Without me asking or anything, he writes my name on the pizza in sauce, and even put a little crown. I tried to tip him $5, but he took it out of the tip jar and told me that my business was enough. So excellent service, excellent food, you can definitely expect me to be coming back a lot. Thank you Shub!

4 Star Rating We stumbled upon this place by chance and decided to give it a try. The decor and atmosphere were great, definitely a pleasant and inviting space . We ordered the Grilled Sampler Platter for two ($60), but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. The grilled chicken had a strong burnt, bitter taste that overpowered everything else. On the positive side, the lamb, shrimp, and broccoli were well-cooked and enjoyable. However, considering the portion size and the price, we felt it didn’t offer good value overall

4 Star Rating Very nice experience — both the food and service was good! The restaurant has a dark, warm atmosphere and is perfect for a little get together. Would highly recommend getting multiple plates to share. The brussels sprouts were the highlight of the night. I only wish that it had come with more hummus as the base. The cauliflower with the dips (tahini and a hot sauce) was also great and the lamb kofta was nice and soft. The halloumi skewers tasted good but I’m confused on how it was $20 for only two skewers, each containing only a couple of pieces of cheese. Had the knafeh and mahalabia for dessert and both were thoroughly enjoyed — neither were too sweet which was great and the nuts on top really elevated each of the dishes.

The place is beautiful and stylish, with large industrial-style tables and a big counter where you can eat and interact with the friendly restaurant staff. 5 Star Rating Gastown. Rain-slick streets, brick and iron bones, ghosts of longshoremen and loggers still echoing between the bars and boutiques. We were hungry—the kind of hunger that makes you suspicious, sharp-eyed, almost primal. And then we saw it. Meat & Bread. No frills. No lies. Just truth, on a breadboard and attitude. A ciabatta roll—deceptively modest—split open to reveal roast pork so tender it should be illegal. A slab of crackling that didn’t just crunch—it detonated. And salsa verde, bright and bold, like a punch in the face from someone you respect. The mustard? A sidekick with a knife tucked in his boot. This isn’t some overhyped foodie temple. It’s a sandwich shop. But walk in hungry, walk out changed. You came looking for lunch. You leave a believer.

5 Star Rating I hosted a 60 person birthday party here, and Alan and Melissa (super sweet sibling owners) went above and beyond in accommodating my friends and I! I started chatting with them a couple months in advance, and Alan made a custom menu on their website so guests could pre-order. Melissa helped create a custom birthday cocktail (we had an impromptu tasting session!) with lychee slushee, lychee juice poppers and botanical vodka. She also let me go wild with custom cheesecake flavours for my birthday cake, and the cake decoration was STUNNING. They let us come super early to decorate (they said we could’ve come the night before if we wanted!), and the restaurant buy-out was way more reasonably priced than other downtown restaurant, especially for a 70-80 person capacity space! AND they stay open super late - Alan was super gracious and let us keep chatting with our remaining guests until 2.45am :D They put a lot of thought and care into their hospitality, and it shows. Super friendly, and I got lots of compliments from my guests on how cute the space was. The central location in Chinatown, especially next to the skytrain was really convenient for our guests. Oh and they let us come back the next day to take down the decorations (so we didn’t have to worry about doing that straight after partying :D) Alan also helped me stream a photo slideshow on the TV, and tweaked the lighting and volume settings. Even with 60 people it didn’t feel too loud - it’s nice having the booths and different sections for people to sit/walk around. I highly recommend hosting parties/events here! Was super happy to support such a warm and friendly local business 🥰

5 Star Rating Truely a hidden gem and needs more attention as it should be. Staff are super nice and friendly. We can feel the passion and love through the food which is pretty surprising cause my bf and I just randomly picked this place on gg map. Thay have a variety of food choice from bubble tea, ice cream, waffles, cheesecakes to burgers, soups and sandwich. Highly recommend their signature Apple Cheesecake. We also tried the Oreo waffles, pull pork and chicken strips which was AMAZING. Definitely need to come back to try out more 😋

5 Star Rating recently visited there, and I was absolutely blown away! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The coffee is top-notch – rich, flavorful, and expertly brewed. I also had the chicken pesto, which was delicious and perfectly crafted. The staff is friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for great coffee, amazing food, and a warm vibe. Will definitely be back soon!

5 Star Rating I had such a wonderful experience here! The Bun was delightful, soft and freshly baked, topped with just the right touch of Nutella, and paired with fresh banana slices. The coffee was rich and aromatic, a perfect match for the dessert. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

4 Star Rating If you’re looking for a healthy and light breakfast or brunch but don’t feel like cooking, this is a great spot to consider. The food is pre-made, which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars — I prefer meals prepared fresh upon ordering. However, it’s still a solid option in the area, and I might return for another quick meal solution.
