The coffee here is absolutely amazing — rich, smooth, and full of flavor! You can really taste the quality in every sip. The staff member's name MIHO is super friendly, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. Highly recommend this place for both the coffee and the wonderful service!

We had a slice of tiramisu cheesecake with matcha latte and they were so good and warming for this weather!
The tiramisu cheesecake is a 10/10, a must-try item and they go well with a bit of cream served together! The matcha latte was thick(in an amazing way) and tasty.
Also, Maria is a lovely barista who was attentive to our requests and even gave us great customer service and a sweet smile! Definitely coming back here 💃 ✨️✨️

A nice place to slow down in the city.
TREES offers hot drinks in different sizes and various types of cheesecake.
The cappuccino was very good and large and the cheesecakes we tried (Oreo, Blueberry, Lime and Nuts) were very tasty and sweet. The atmosphere in the café is pleasant and quiet.

Absolutely love this place for great coffee, delicious desserts, and the option to grab a quick bite! They always have something fresh like sandwiches and wraps, which makes it a perfect spot for a casual stop.
We had the Ham Swiss Croissant, Ham and Cheese Baguette, Oreo Cheesecake, and—of course—coffee. Everything was fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. Highly recommend!

I love this Trees location. I was surprised on night when hubby and I wanted a late night snack that they were open until late with live music. Get the mango match smoothie, it's so yummy 😄.

This was a hidden gem in Gastown. Tucked in a quaint corner away from the main hustle and bustle, you transport to a beautiful spectacle of charm and architecture after a flight of stairs down through an alley. The food was some of the best I've ever tasted and the service from the team and our server, Carlos, was simply impeccable.

On New Year’s Eve, before the countdown, I was strolling around Gastown checking out the Steam Clock when I passed by Trees Organic Coffee and decided to stop in.
Wow!their new Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake is absolutely delicious! The hazelnut chocolate flavor is super rich, the cheesecake is smooth and not overly sweet, and paired with a cup of organic coffee, it was perfect.
The atmosphere is cozy with those retro brick walls, the location is very convenient (just a short walk from Canada Place), and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to dessert lovers!

A special cafe in Vancouver. We stopped by for desserts after dinner that night. Their ice cream flavors were really nice. We had a Cookies Cream ice cream and a White Chocolate Raspberry ice cream too. The flavors were really fresh and the staff was really nice. She was kind enough to give us a taster and helped us have a great dining experience there.

Tried the gelato at Trees Organic Coffee in Gastown and it was excellent. We had the black sesame and tiramisu flavors—both were rich, smooth, and full of flavor. The black sesame was perfectly balanced and unique, and the tiramisu was creamy and indulgent without being too sweet.
The lady at the counter was really nice and friendly. A great spot to stop for gelato while exploring Gastown. Would definitely recommend.

Trees Organic Coffee in Gastown is hands down one of my favorite spots for cheesecake in Vancouver, and their Tiramisu Cheesecake is an absolute standout. It’s rich and creamy with just the right balance of espresso and cocoa, layered perfectly without being overly sweet. The texture is smooth, decadent, and pairs beautifully with a cup of their fresh coffee.
The Gastown location itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe with a nice mix of locals and tourists—it’s the perfect place to relax with dessert after exploring the area. Friendly service and a laid-back atmosphere make the experience even better.
If you’re a cheesecake lover, you can’t miss this place.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived at our table, the staff made us feel special with a birthday card.
The view is absolutely stunning. Being at the top of Vancouver, you get a breathtaking 360° view of the city that makes the entire dining experience feel extra special. Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the appetizers to the main courses, and everything was beautifully presented.
What impressed me the most was the surprise at the end of our meal. Even though we were already very full and did not order dessert, the restaurant brought us a crème brûlée with Happy Birthday written on it and candles lit, right at our table. It was completely unexpected and incredibly thoughtful.
This is definitely a must-visit restaurant if you are in Vancouver, especially for a special occasion.

Dining at the Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant was a truly memorable experience, combining great food, exceptional service, and one of the most impressive views in the city. From the moment I was seated, the panoramic scenery stood out—watching Vancouver slowly unfold beneath you is something special and adds a unique charm to the entire meal.
I ordered the Spaghetti al Salmone Affumicato, and the flavor was outstanding. The smoked salmon was rich and perfectly balanced, bringing a delicate smokiness that paired beautifully with the creamy sauce. The pasta was cooked just right, and every bite felt elegant yet comforting. It’s one of those dishes that surprises you with how refined and well-executed it is.
The restaurant also offers a solid selection of wines and beers, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your meal. The service deserves special mention—truly first-class. Attentive, professional, and warm, the staff made the experience feel smooth and elevated without being stiff or overly formal.
My only personal detail is that I felt a bit dizzy at times due to the revolving motion of the restaurant. I understand that this rotation is part of the concept and the magic of the place, but perhaps it could move just a little slower. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Top of Vancouver delivers great food, top-tier service, and unforgettable views—definitely a must-visit.

We celebrated our anniversary at this phenomenal restaurant. Dinner on a rainy Monday evening was perfect here. They were kind enough to cater to our needs, giving us the window seat and being so hospitable to us. The view is astounding, viewing the entire city from there (different views each time as the restaurant slowly revolves) It's indeed a beautiful experience.
Shout out to Eddie who was a fantastic host - super energetic, enthusiastic and empathetic to our needs. He made sure we were well served and ensured supreme customer service.
We ordered French fries, Latte, Mafalda Corta Bolognese for the pasta - which was really nice.
Additionally we ordered the Roasted Chilean Sea Bass - the best dish on the seafood menu: cooked to perfection. This one is a must try, unique dish. We had the Stuffed Mushroom Caps too - their signature Appetizer which was superb as well.
They were kind enough to honor our anniversary too with a kind gesture of a cheesecake with a candle. We felt special and were grateful to be celebrated by them. Their staff wished us the best on our anniversary numerous times - we felt appreciated!
Everyone must visit this restaurant at least once for the unique experience and extraordinary customer service. We were delighted with our experience here and look forward to coming back soon.
They also have happy hours 7 days a week between 3 pm and 5 pm where the menus are flexible and customers can have more choices to pick from.

Beautiful experience and great food!
The panoramic view you can enjoy from up there is truly the highlight, but everything else was excellent as well. Maybe the dessert was a bit too sweet and a little hard to understand because of the many different flavors, but still very good!
We really appreciated the anniversary wishes on the table, the message on the dessert, and the fact that every server who came to our table for the first time wished us a happy anniversary.
The price is absolutely fair and justified for the location and the quality of the food.

We just had a big group of 22 people having happy hour for Christmas celebration today. We were excited to come, and we left feeling very satisfied.
Food was skilfully crafted. We had chicken wings, chicken tender, fries, and bolognese. Everything was beautifully presented, thoughtfully well balanced flavour, turning something ordinary into exceptional. Pictures could not do the justice, as it was quite dim.
Our server was efficient and professional, making our time even more enjoyable.
Happy hour from 3-5 pm was not a bad deal. Just preparing great food took some time, but totally worth it. We had a lot to chat, so it felt we did not have enough time.
The only complaint was why haven’t we come before? But it is okay, as we want to come back already.

Absolutely outstanding tasting menu experience in Vancouver! The restaurant has a beautiful setting and lovely atmosphere, with incredibly thoughtful and attentive service from start to finish—wine recommendation was perfect.
The tasting menu is creative and delicious, with stunning plating.
I loved that they display each dish’s fresh ingredients on the table. The kitchen tour with the chef explaining the space and philosophy was also a special highlight.
One of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had!

Arguably 1st or 2nd best dining experience we have ever had.
From the amuse bouche to dessert each course was a work or art you almost felt bad about eating, that is until you took your first bite of each. At which point you couldn't wait for the next one.
Service was impeccable, right from being greeted until we left. Staff were very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
We will definitely be back.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made my parents and me feel genuinely welcome. A special mention to our server, William, who was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, taking the time to walk us through each dish with care and passion. He was truly excited each time! 🤣
I had been wanting to treat my mom to a truly special dinner for her birthday, and choosing Five Sails and their tasting menu turned out to be the perfect decision, exceeding my expecatations. The food was outstanding, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. My only regret was not opting for the wine pairing, which I’ll absolutely be doing next time.
Chef Alex elevated the evening even further by inviting us into the kitchen, giving us a glimpse behind the scenes and offering a refreshing palate-cleansing bite. That personal touch made the night feel even more meaningful.
All in all, it was a memorable and heartfelt dining experience. Will definitely be returning for future special occasions :)

It’s the first time trying out the iconic Five Sails Restaurant after living here most of my lifetimes, thanks to the Dine Out event. Unbeatable view, detailed food, and heartwarming services. Esther took care of me and mom very well! She introduced each wine selection to us with passion and knowledge. Haven’t received such comforting service and greeting styles in Vancouver for quite a while now. It was an amazing night spent at Five Sails.

The view during the day may be better. There wasnt much to see from the awkward lounge seats in the back. The seating is very awkward where you sit next to your dinner mate instead of sitting facing them. The servers come to talk to you and serve you from the front. The service itself was good, but the awkward atmosphere made it uncomfortable.
Food for the dine out menu was very good. The filet mignon was excellent. I dont know how the lean cut of meat actually tastes so juicy. The presentation of the food was very good. They also offered additional amuse bouche.
The honey bread tastes like fresh asian bakery bread. Was so good.
Tuna crudo was a bit disappointing. It used to have a crispy side, but this one had radishes for the crunch and it wasnt as good.
Dessert tasted great. A bit small, but taste was good.

We were incredibly disappointed at this place. Despite reading positive reviews about their burgers, we couldn’t believe how that could be possible. Perhaps we had unrealistic expectations, but the burger bun was absolutely old and kept breaking. The Caesar salad was disgusting, and I couldn’t tell if it had pecans or walnuts on it, but it certainly didn’t complement the salad. The burger itself had a processed cheese taste. I would definitely rank this place much lower than other cheap burger joints.

My husband and I had a fantastic evening here. The Cuban cocktails were top-notch, as was the Cuban sandwich (it had another name on the menu, but I can't remember it). I just have to thank the cameraman for his great service, and the chef and bartender; they did an excellent job. This is coming from a Cuban who loved spending a little time on her beautiful island. Also, thank you for the music. 🥰

I often come to Gastown in search of good food, and usually I’m never disappointed — but this time was the exception. We were just looking for a quick bite before heading downtown to catch a musical. The food was… okay, nothing too exciting. The burger ranked somewhere between McDonald’s and A&W. Maybe this place is more about the drinks than the food. Either way, it did the job of filling us up!

Some fantastic vibes, this place has got. The place has got some seriously well thought out decor and menus. It was a journey going through the menu and just looking around the place and the people. Oh and the smells! The cheeseburger randomly spawned at the table next to us and the aromas practically forced us to order one. The drinks were well made and came in fun glassware too!

We made a reservation here for a group of 6. Great location and the interior decor is lovely. Service was prompt and cocktails were very good. One of our party has celiac disease and they were highly accommodating as they have a gluten free deep fryer and were able to modify almost the entirety of the menu for gluten allergy. Would definitely recommend

Whenever I walk from Yaletown to Canada Place I pass this chocolate and hot chocolate café, and since I have a serious sweet tooth I finally went in to try it. I am very picky about hot chocolate and I love it thick, creamy, and rich. This one was exactly the way I like it. The temperature was spot on and it stayed hot during my walk. It made the whole stroll to Canada Place even more enjoyable. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the visit feel warm and welcoming. I would give them the best rating and I would definitely go back again.

I was searching for real hot chocolate in Vancouver, but unfortunately I still can’t find the kind we have in Europe. The hot chocolate here was good, but it didn’t have the real, rich European taste I was looking for. It wasn’t bad, and it was better than other places, but it still wasn’t the real hot chocolate.

Delicious hot chocolate and traditional fondue!
I tried them in Vancouver for the first time, and the service was very friendly.
However, when I decided to buy something from their shop, I noticed what other reviews had mentioned — it feels like they use a different chocolate for the products they sell. And yes, that turned out to be true. I bought a cashew caramel in chocolate for $25, but it wasn’t good.
If you want to enjoy their chocolate, I’d recommend sticking to what they serve inside the café.

I’ve walked past Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar in Waterfront Station so many times but never had the chance to try it until recently, when I received a gift card over Christmas. We decided to check it out on a Friday night, and I’m so glad we did.
The restaurant wasn’t very busy, with only a handful of tables filled, but honestly that made the experience even better. The vibe and atmosphere were really nice, modern, cozy, and relaxed and the service was excellent from start to finish.
We started with espresso martinis, which were a great way to kick things off. For food, we ordered the brisket arancini, vegan dumplings, fish tacos, and truffle fries to share, and everything was delicious. The flavors were on point, and each dish felt well thought out. For our next round of drinks, we tried the strawberry grapefruit margarita, which was amazing, easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while and definitely a standout.
For our main, we shared the brisket dinner, and it did not disappoint. The brisket was incredibly juicy and tender, the mashed potatoes were smooth and comforting, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the broccolini tied everything together perfectly. It was honestly such a satisfying dish that we didn’t even have room for dessert.
To finish the night, I had a sangria while my friend ordered the spiced margarita, both were excellent and a great way to end the meal.
Overall, I really loved this place. The food was amazing, the drinks were well crafted, the service was great, and the atmosphere was inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’m so happy I finally tried it after walking by so many times. Highly recommend!

For those seeking a restaurant where you don't have to stray too far from a skytrain station, Rogue is your place. It is literally situated as part of Waterfront Station so you can dine and dash with ease.
An impressive eatery just in terms of the sheer size of the restaurant, Rogue can certainly accommodate quite a few customers.
I was surprised to see such opulent decor; the chandeliers are a sight to behold and the floor to ceiling curtains harken back to theater ones. It's almost too classy for a place that serves relatively mainstream offerings in the form of burgers, standard appetizers and the requisite plant based items. There are also drinks galore on offer, for you drink enthusiasts out there.
This is one of the only places I've seen which offer Tomato Soup, so I definitely jumped on it. It wasn't spectacular but it did the job in quelling my tomato soup craving.
They unfortunately discontinued my favorite Lobster Mac and Cheese dish, so I was torn between the Salmon Risotto and the Steak Frites. The latter won out.
I totally surrendered to the Steak and was very glad I did. It was so tender, and the demi glace was a tasty compliment. I appreciate that the side item was beans since asparagus is overdone to death. And I swapped out truffle fries for yam fries, which had an interesting kick of an aioli sauce to go with it.
I haven't been to this location in ages so I was pleased that the quality hadn't diminished.
If you feel like going Rogue on your usual eateries, head over here.

Food was great. Had the Prawn and Chorizo Jambalaya. Had some heat 🔥👍🏻
Good selection of beers on tap. Enjoying dry-January and had a can of the Steamworks Hazy IPA. One of the better non-alcoholic beers I’ve had.
Location is convenient if you are taking the Sky train to Waterfront station. Then less than 20 minute walk to BC Place or Roger’s Arena… if going for a game 😉
Will be back!

The food? Seriously good and every bite was a win. And the beers? We were feeling adventurous and asked for something sour. The server’s recommendations were top-notch; she clearly knew her stuff and steered us right. A real highlight.
Now, here’s the "but," and it's a real shame... the cleanliness needs a major step up. Our first small plate came out with a bit of grime on it. We politely asked for a new one, and the replacement was in the same condition. Then, my Aperol Spritz glass arrived with a little something stuck on the rim, the stem was so sticky it was leaking, and it left a ring on the menu. We ended up just not using the second plate and I drank my cocktail with a straw to avoid making another fuss. Since our waitress was so lovely and busy, we didn't want to trouble her a third plate replacement.
Final verdict? I’ll definitely be back for those flavors and that stellar beer advice. But I’ll be crossing my fingers that they’ve tightened up the ops in the back because this spot is too good to be let down by something so basic.

Loved this place. The bibimbap was really good, full of flavor and super satisfying. The bulgogi sushi was amazing such a good combo and honestly addictive. And the takoyaki? Hands down the best I’ve had, crispy outside, soft inside, just perfect. The service made it even better. Our Korean server was so sweet and genuinely happy that we liked the food, you could tell it meant a lot to her. That kind of energy just makes the whole experience better. Would 100% come back.

I recently visited Momo Sushi in Gastown, BC, and overall I had a really enjoyable experience. The location itself is great, right in the heart of Gastown, making it a convenient stop whether you’re exploring the area or just craving sushi. The restaurant has a nice, casual vibe and feels comfortable for both dine-in and takeout.
The highlight of my meal was definitely the Dynamite Roll. It was packed with flavor, crispy on the outside, and perfectly balanced with the spicy sauce. You could tell it was freshly made, and it ended up being one of the best dynamite rolls I’ve had in a while. The Godzilla Roll was also excellent — generous portions, great texture, and a really satisfying combination of ingredients. Both of these rolls alone made the visit worth it.
Unfortunately, the Unagi Roll was a letdown. It arrived noticeably cold, which really took away from the flavor and texture of the eel. Unagi is usually warm, soft, and slightly sweet, but this one tasted off and just wasn’t enjoyable at all. It stood out in a bad way compared to how good the other rolls were.
Service was decent and the food came out fairly quickly, which I appreciated. Prices were reasonable for the quality and location.
Overall, Momo Sushi delivers some really strong rolls, especially the dynamite and Godzilla rolls. If they improve consistency on items like the unagi roll, this place could easily be a 5-star spot. I’d still come back and try more items from the menu.

Had lunch at Momo Sushi today and it was such a solid experience!
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — you can tell they care about quality.
The staff were super friendly and the place had that cozy, chill Gastown vibe.
Definitely one of the best sushi spots I’ve tried in Vancouver — simple, clean, and worth coming back for. 🍣🔥
