Disappointed by service but appreciate one staff member’s kindness!!
My partner and I booked both the Anger Room and an escape room experience. Unfortunately, our visit didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped. We tried calling ahead several times to let the staff know we were running late due to rush hour traffic. The first two calls went unanswered, and on the third try, a lady finally picked up. Her response was a dismissive “You’re gonna be late? sigh OK,” before hanging up mid-conversation while we were still speaking — which immediately left a poor impression.
When we arrived, the same staff member seemed rushed and uninterested, even though there were no other bookings after us. She went through the instructions quickly, didn’t give us time to ask questions, and skipped the introductory video for the escape room entirely. Her attitude made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
During the escape room, one of the necessary tools was stuck behind a drawer and appeared to be malfunctioning, preventing us from progressing. We mentioned it afterward, but the same staff member only said “sorry” and didn’t make any effort to address the issue.
Thankfully, a male staff member who had just started his shift noticed we were unhappy and took the time to listen and apologize sincerely. He even offered us two complimentary tickets for another game, which was very kind and appreciated — even though the issue wasn’t his fault.
Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional attitude and lack of care from the initial staff member. However, I truly appreciate the male staff’s understanding and professionalism in how he handled the situation.

The experience was amazing! We had so much fun. I’d just recommend going with more than five friends if you choose a level-4 difficulty game.

This was our first time trying an escape room, and it turned out to be a really fun experience—even though we didn’t manage to escape in the end! Reservations are highly recommended. The website may show multiple time slots available, but it seems some rooms or scenes are shared, so if another group starts before you, you might have to wait until they finish.
We played Master of Elements, which was quite challenging for beginners like us. We used up all our time and hints by the second room, but the staff member at the front desk was incredibly kind and even extended our time by almost an hour. We made some progress but still couldn’t escape, yet it was such a memorable experience overall. We’ll definitely be back to try more escape rooms in the future!

We did the Master of Elements with a group of 4. It was pretty fun (although a little pricey at $39)! The rooms were aesthetically designed well and had puzzles and mechanisms that were quite intricate. We also really appreciated Amy's service! We booked a room that was labelled 3 stars on the website but was actually 4.5 stars difficulty. We were hesitant about our choice but after telling Amy, she gave us 3 extra clues and even extended our playtime since no one came after us. She was really helpful!
