Pacific Centre Mall Reviews
Rated out of 5![]()
Honestly one of the best shopping spots in downtown Vancouver. The mall is modern, clean, and very well laid out, making it easy to walk through and explore.
There’s a great mix of stores—from high-end brands to everyday essentials—so you can find pretty much everything in one place. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and everything feels well maintained.
The location is also super convenient, right in the heart of downtown and connected to transit, which makes it easy to get to.
Overall, a really enjoyable shopping experience. Definitely one of my go-to places in Vancouver!

Pacific Centre is a great downtown shopping spot with a solid mix of brands, food options, and easy access to transit. It’s busy, but the layout makes it easy to get around. Always a reliable stop when I’m in the area.

This shopping mall is conveniently located and offers a wide variety of shops, including the upscale Holt Renfrew department store. The food court also provides plenty of dining options to choose from, catering to different tastes.
However, one major downside is the parking. The rates are extremely high—around $10 per hour. We spent just two hours there and ended up being charged $20.80, which made the overall shopping experience feel quite costly. Additionally, many of the stores available here can also be found in other malls or shopping areas, so there’s not much that sets it apart in terms of uniqueness.
While the mall is clean and convenient, the expensive parking may be a deterrent for some shoppers.

Pacific Centre is a convenient shopping destination in downtown Vancouver with a wide range of stores, but it lacks a standout attraction to truly draw people in. While the mall offers many shopping options, the overall atmosphere feels dated and in need of renovation. The food court is overpriced and not particularly impressive, and the presence of drug-addicted individuals inside can make the experience uncomfortable at times. Parking is another downside—it’s extremely expensive, which adds to the overall cost of a visit. On a positive note, the staff at the Roots store are friendly and helpful, offering great customer service. Overall, Pacific Centre has potential, but it falls short in delivering a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.

If you’re shopping in downtown Vancouver, CF Pacific Centre is easily one of the most convenient and stylish places to go. Located right in the heart of the city, this mall stretches across multiple blocks and connects directly to transit, making it incredibly easy to access—especially on rainy Vancouver days.
What really stands out is the variety of stores. From high-end brands like Holt Renfrew and luxury boutiques to popular retailers like Apple and Sephora, there’s something for every kind of shopper. Whether you’re browsing casually or looking to splurge, the selection feels curated and modern.
The mall itself has a sleek, clean design, with much of it located underground, which gives it a unique vibe compared to typical malls. It’s well-maintained, easy to navigate, and has a solid food court with plenty of quick dining options when you need a break.
That said, it can get quite busy—especially on weekends—and parking can be a bit pricey. But honestly, that’s expected for such a central and popular location.
Overall, CF Pacific Centre is a go-to shopping destination in Vancouver. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, it offers a premium downtown shopping experience that’s hard to beat.
