Cruising along the Seine is absolutely worth it - the views of Paris from the river are stunning and the atmosphere on board is lovely. However, the service could be much better. We felt rushed through the meal, which took away from the relaxed dining experience. The price is fair for what you get, but the included water is just one small bottle for two people, which isn't enough. All other drinks are charged extra, as stated. There's also a photographer on board who takes pictures without mentioning that they cost extra - at the end, it turned out to be €20 per photo, which was an unpleasant surprise. The food was decent - we had beef and chocolate mousse. The main dish had more vegetables than meat, which might not suit everyone, but the taste was good. Overall, a beautiful experience thanks to the scenery and ambiance, but the service and transparency about extra costs could definitely improve.

Saw this dinner cruise on social media and was intrigued. We was served by Nelson this evening and he was amazing. He brought the energy and the dance moves from the moment we walked through the door.
The sights were beautiful and the food was magnificent. Couldn’t fault anything with the experience and they made our anniversary special. We also got some amazing professional photographer from the lady who was working on 26/12/25 (I didn’t catch her name) the photos we got will keep the experience in memory alive.
Thank you for a great night, we would highly recommend!!

So the Seine conspired against us - river levels were too high for us to travel under some of the bridges which meant views of the Eiffel Tower etc were not possible. This was explained prior to boarding but we decided to go anyway.
The decision was justified. Everyone faces out - so if you miss something on the way out then you see it on the way back! We were shown to our seats at the front of the boat and asked for our menu choices - the food was absolutely fantastic! Despite the limited views and the extremely fast flowing river, we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relax time. There was music but no relentless commentary and the only “extra” was for some none pressured photos if you wanted (we didn’t)
A wonderful way to spend the evening!

The experience started off on the wrong foot. The meeting instructions were unclear — we followed the address provided and took an Uber there, only to realize it was not the correct location. Clearer communication would help, such as specifying that guests should meet directly at the Bir-Hakeim Bridge rather than providing a different address. We weren’t the only ones affected; several others were also confused by the directions. Fortunately, we eventually made it to the right place.
The boat itself is very nice, and we appreciated that most tables were positioned to face the water. The waiting staff were pleasant, but the service was clearly understaffed. This was surprising, considering they knew in advance exactly how many guests would be on board. It took about 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive — quite long for a 90-minute cruise. Later, the staff seemed rushed, and at one point the boat even had to slow down because it was nearing the dock before all drink payments had been processed.
As for the food, it was underwhelming. I chose the fish as my main course, which came with wild rice and a drizzle of soy sauce — and that was it. The presentation and flavor were both quite plain, and the dessert was equally mediocre.
While the views along the Seine were beautiful — especially of the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks — the overall dining experience did not live up to expectations.

The dinner was a great experience, definitely recommend it. The food was delicious, the service was great and the ship was very nice. You enjoyed almost 2 hours cruise to see the city from an unique perspective and a great atmosphere.
You can also go to the upper part of the boat which is open but you have a perfect view from the dining area. Of course, there are windows and the glare is normal, so if you expect perfect pictures through a window, you need to think better and reconsider your decisions. Maybe don't book a dinner cruise but an open boat.
Our waiters Ilayda & Enzo were amazing! Thanks!

One of my favorite restaurants in central Paris. The meat was juicy and had a lot of flavor. The Ramen was perfectly seasoned. I even enjoyed my beer! The vibe inside is very modern and wasn't crowded. Prices are high, which is to be expected since youre close to the eiffel tower. Still, I strongly recommend a visit.

Luckily, we don't need to wait on the Tuesday lunch. Excellent food, tasty dishes with attractive presentation. Great Japanese food fusion with French style.

Good experience, food is great. Amazing mix between French and Japanese cuisine…
I would have given a 4/5 starts but
the chef’s attitude toward his assistant was unacceptable, we witnessed several times slaps and kicks - that is not normal and should be reported, we felt really sorry for that assistant.

🍷After confinement, me, 3 times phoned , 1 directly went to their front door, to make reservations, and 2/4 were successfully made. Very popular and hard to make reservations. This is no wonder, because their cost performance is great. As Japanese, my stomach is tiny, so it is quite tough to eat all the course. 1 st plate and dessert are both attractive, and it’s quite difficult to choose one of them. Yes! Their desserts are very very tasty.
I’m a big fan of appetizers, so I thought I’d rather choose their appetizer and dessert, because they are so deliciouly cooked.
In my opinion, Japanese teppan yaki is more rough and wild but at this place the chef adds all the delicate French trimmings to teppanyaki.
The chef is Japanese, but more French visitors than Japanese come to this restaurant.
In Paris, fish are not bad, but the way French prepare fish is not as good as Japanese. This is the reason why ,in Paris ,cooked fish doesn’t smell good or its texture isn’t good. Many Paris restaurants’ fish menu disappointed me. But please trust this chef. You can have Japanese real( not fake) sushi level fish.
If you’re Japanese like me, try raw fish menu here.( Oh, sorry, but heated menu eaten by the other groups looked also good. 悩ましい)。
Lunchtime wine costs generous, which makes me fonder of this restaurant.

🍽Under confinment, this restaurant has been doing take out dishes. One menu is a hamburger.
This hamburger is extremely addictive. This is a sophisticated restaurant, so maybe normally hamburgers are not in their field. And I avoided posting comments here.
But, as it were, thanks to the confinment I luckily encountered this hamburger! This hamburger period will finish on June 4!
This is truly the worst news of this month for me. I decided to post this comment, because poeple should not miss this occasion.
This hamburger will be a phantom burger in the future and I’m sure you’ll be proud of having eaten this hamburger in the future.
I certainly will miss this burger.😢
(Sophisticated finely grilled beef one, looking like hundreds of shirimp stuffed shirimp one....tremendously yammy).
Appendix -I found out that after confinement they renew takeout menu and will continue to tekeouts!
Sadly, the humbergers became phantom menus, but I’m very much excited to have their renewaled dishes!
The desserts are extremely tasty and wonderful!
The other day, I tasted pineapple and mango dessert and japanese miso mousse, which is extraordinary.
You’ll be amazed at how Chef create these desserts.
Additionally, ex President applauses this restaurant so much.

Loved it. Food and atmosphere excellent. I had the Salade Cesar with Poulet Crousillant, Parmesan, avocat, and Cesar salad dressing. That was very yummy.
One of my grandsons had the French onion soup..he described it as delicious. That’s another favorite of mine but when we were there it was so hot I didnt want to order it but would have in cooler weather!!
Highly recommend this restaurant.

Not far from the Eiffel Tower, the restaurant was fully booked in the evening. The service from the waiters was excellent, and the food was prepared very quickly with a nice presentation. However, I don’t think I would come back again — I feel I could cook something tastier at home, even as a beginner. Overall, it’s a place where you can have a decent meal, but not truly enjoy the finest French cuisine.

After checking out the Eiffel Tower, we were looking to have lunch on our way back to the hotel and found this lovely restaurant. We decided to dine. The food was excellent, and it was my first time trying Escargot, which was alright. The service was fantastic, and our waiter was so funny and friendly. The place was nice, although we felt the table-to-table was so close. Overall, we had a great lunch at this restaurant.

Highly recommend reservations. We had a group of 12 and I was able to get reservations a few hours before. I want to give a shout out to our server. He was patient and kind and I appreciated you. I was managing 11 people who didn't know what they wanted or ordering.
Everything was fantastic.

L’Abreuvoir is the best. The omelette was perfectly cooked—fluffy, rich, and made with clearly high-quality ingredients. The burger was equally impressive: juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection with excellent flavor balance. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and professional. A fantastic dining experience overall, and definitely a place I’d happily return to. Highly recommended.

We had reservations quite late on a Monday but the place was packed, giving the restaurant a really cool and buzzing atmosphere.
The choice of blonde and lighter beers available was excellent, and the food was similarly great. There was lots of choice and frankly, everything looked and tasted amazing, including the dessert.

Second time here, and yet to be more. Great traditional French food, less than 50+ euro per person. A vibrant and luminous place for casual reunions with friends and family. Amazingly generous proportions, actually for a girl, one main course is big enough , I need to stand up to make some space for dessert 🥹 it is always very successful, so for being sure to have a table, better book it first.

I recommend visiting this cozy restaurant for it's perfectly prepared breakfasts and delicious coffee!
The quiet atmosphere was exactly what we needed after several days of buzzing restaurants.
Did I mention they have the BEST coffee?!
The tables were a bit bigger and the chairs were inviting!
They didn't realize we were waiting (that is the reason behind the 4 stars).

I booked this dinner cruise for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint!! The directions were easy to follow to get to the location. We were greeted warmly and immediately down to our table with a beautiful view! The staff member who attended us was professional, friendly, and met our every need. She even personalized the surprise treat they brought out for my husband's birthday! The photographer took some really fun pictures and captured this priceless experience!! The last dinner cruise we did had a large group who were out to have a good time and in so doing, damaged the experience for the rest of us. This was a beautiful and delightful contrast to that experience and left us eager for our next dinner cruise! We will recommend this to our friends as a must do experience!!

This was probably the best dinner cruise at night I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend doing Capitaine Fracaisse dinner cruise at night where you can see the Eiffel Tower shining bright next to you on the Seine River. My family and I had the best French cuisine experience in Europe. They offered foie gras, smoke salmon as appetizers, Champagne, a whole bottle of rose wine, steak with stacked/layered potatoes. Simply the best experience I’ve had in Paris. You can even take your wine bottle home if you don’t finish it. I highly recommend this dinner cruise in Paris with Capitaine Fracaisse. I will definitely return again and again the next time I’m in Paris. Tres bien!

An amazing. magical and memorable dining experience for me and my family. Booking straigforwarda and user friendly with VIATOR app eventhough short notice. Easy to find the meeting place for cruise checknin. Starter was the mouth watering egg & caviar, mains was steak and desert both fabulous. We were served by Mohammed or Momo who made all the experience even more memorable. Never before have I seen someone who is very pleasant, professional and genuinely making a huge effort to make us guests happy & satisfied. Kudos to Momo, all the staff of Le Capitaine Fracasse and the captain for making dining cruise (830pm to New year) amazing, fabulous and very memorable. Highly recommended definitely!!!💯💪🥰❤️🥳🎊🎉😎👍💫😊

Such a perfect evening. We had 2 hours cruise with 3 course meal, wine and welcoming drink on arrival. Upon arrival we got allocated a table in the middle, which was quite sad, as we were hoping for a table by the window due special celebration. However upon having a conversation with a host, we were moved to a free window seat table, which was really lovely. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food and amazing views. We would definitely highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

If you have kids and want to take a break near the Eiffel Tower with plenty of room for strollers (had 2: Nuna trvl lx and Bombi) and have good food, this is the place for you. The staff was super friendly especially Theo and felt welcomed. We went for lunch and the food was great. I was between the burger and pulled beef. Theo recommended the pulled beef. It was definitely the better choice because it was fork tender and had great flavor. I wanted to order a second plate. I paired it with the mashed potato puree. My husband got the chicken Caesar salad and my 4 year old had the chicken supreme with pasta. We will be coming back the next time we visit Paris.

I really liked this restaurant with friendly & kind staff and romantic atmosphere. Interior designed very cozy and spacious. Staff arranged a table next to window which has a view of Eiffel Tower. We were full with deserts before our dinner but they made a surprise us with a mixed desert plate from house (for our anniversary celebration with a candle on). It was very kind. Thanks to all amazing staff members who made it very special. I really recommend this restaurant to everyone.
By the way, they serve very delicious french bread with olive, rosemary cashew nuts and butter. They were really deliciious!

Food was horrendous for the price offered. They were also missing prawns on my dish and no one noticed until we realised. They offered compensation of 50% off the dish but this is definitely not quality service! It's fine to be missing ingredients, but at least tell the guest before they order! Also, what's with the weird presentation of the fried seafood basket?
Only thing good about this place is the location and atmosphere.

We stayed in Pullman Eiffel Tower hotel for 3 nights and we had breakfasts and dinners in the Frame restaurant which is located on the ground floor. Great restaurant , very beautiful modern decor and atmosphere, good quality food and the best service! The presentations of food was amazing ,beef burger , also vegetarian burger , pasta, salads, deserts, great choice of champagne, soft drinks, big variety of tea. The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. They were attentive without being intrusive. Big thank you to Mohon at breakfast time, his service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty, and tea and coffee arrived promptly! Anais , Celine, Mohon were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast if you staying in Pullman hotel and for dinner time when you can enjoy a nice food and fantastic view of Eiffel Tower and light show in the beginning of every hour in the night.

We came to Frame for the Sunday Brunch with high expectations and it did not dissappoint! Amadou served our table with much politeness and grace, he is the perfect host. The variety of food was extraordinary and well looked after. Both savory and sweet dishes to choose from. We started with oysters and snacks to move on to salads and steak. We closed the brunch off with some sweets. All accompanied by some Champagne (Laurent-Perrier) and some wine (great wine menu ❤️)

Not great, not terrible.
Service was just okay, the waitress looked either bored or annoyed, hard to tell, but were polite.
The sushi was just okay, once again neither great nor terrible.
The house cocktail was not very good, It tasted watered down.
The price was very correct though and the salad and soup were decent enough.
The restaurant itself is kinda cute but the atmosphere was absent. The restaurant was silent, no music or anything. Just the noise of chatter and some baby crying in the distance.
I don't think it would be my first pick for sushi but I'd go back for take-out maybe.
