Would recommend this hotel over and over again to anyone needing a hotel on the west side of Paris. The room is dated but VERY clean. I would recommend clean over dated.
The professional staff truly understands customer service. Hotel breakfast is not the best but who wound eat at a hotel when you have over 15,000 restaurants in Paris to chose from. It fine for a quick bite. Love the Nespresso machine in the lobby and hotel room.
This hotel is 4.7 star hotel.

Great hotel with excellent location 1 block from Arc de Triumph. For the most desk staff helpful. Housekeeping is something else - had to complain twice about getting room cleaned. We stayed here 5 nights. For the price paid - expect better service.

We were very disappointed to find out that the 'courtyard view' was in fact a building site. The windows were blocked out with sheer blinds as there was no view. We were told that the noise wouldn't start until 10am but it started at 8:30am.
We were told by the receptionist that we could be moved to a better room (street view) the following day but that this would cost us some money. We were never offered this opportunity and don't see why we should have had to pay any way.
The room was very small. The tap was broken and had to be turned off carefully. The door to the fridge cupboard was not hung correctly.
Staff were pleasant. Great location near the metro and good restaurants.
Dirty towels were left outside our room during the evening and overnight into the morning.
We were very disappointed that what was supposed to be a 5 start hotel, felt more like a poor 4 star and we were very upset about the building work. If we had known this we would NOT have stayed at this hotel.

For the price this hotel is not worth it. Definitely not a 5 star hotel either. We were in the executive suite. Our ceiling was leaking all night and woke us up. The sink sprayed in our faces each time we turned it on. Our door fob stopped working so for a day we had to go to the desk and they would use a key to open our room. To make up for these issues they gave us a one person champagne no money back! I got charged twice for our stay as well and they are saying they only charged me once. They had great staff and great breakfast.

We went here for the first time and immediately were greeted by a nice lady. They had plenty of space (we went around 6 pm)! The food looked good and tasted even better! The overall environment was great and very cozy!
Would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a space to dine or even just get a drink (near the Arc the Triomphe) to go here!

A late review!
We had a table for New Year eve and couldn't have expected the whole evening to get any better!!
Excellent set menu, super tasty drinks attentive service!
And the entertainment! Everyone up, dancing to the music, the waiters joining in, drinks all around, celebration in paris on the most magically of the year.
We were all ushered out for the fireworks just before 12, with a private direct view of the arc de triomphe. It couldn't get any better.
Some of our friends who were in Paris also joined us as were having such a blast, and they were so accommodating. Met a load of new international people, all had good fun and drinks around.
I would recommend this place to anyone who visits paris on new years. 10/10 worth it.

First came here in 2023 but only for drinks and the atmosphere was lovely and calm but a very nice place.
We came back and had food this time and it again did not disappoint, burger was perfect and the masala fries were phenomenal. Beer nice and cold and very welcoming staff and still a lovely place, definitely added to the permanent list when we return to Paris.

We had an amazing experience at Sir Winston, right by the Arc de Triomphe. The food was absolutely delicious —I had the beef samosa and crispy chicken, both were perfect, and my partner loved the lamb curry with garlic naan. The cocktails were just as great!
The atmosphere downstairs was dimly lit, super aesthetic, and romantic—exactly what we wanted for our last night in Paris. The staff were all friendly, especially our waiter Theo, who was amazing and so attentive.
Hands down the best restaurant we visited in Paris. Highly recommend!

Good atmosphere. Good food too. Our favourites: the crispy chicken and onions bhaji with mint sauce. The signature to share dish was big! And the naan bread together with the samosas make great appetizers. The restaurant is beautiful too. To go again definitely.

Service was lacking attention. Given it’s a bar seating, it should be easy to attend us, however there was a lag in time on returning back. We asked for an additional drink menu and were told only we could only see it for a minute as they need to give it to another guest. We ordered wine but when our glasses were empty, we had to get their attention for them to pour another glass (kept wine behind the counter). They did end it on a positive note by surprising us with an anniversary dessert.
As always, food and presentation is exceptional!

The restaurant had a friendly and vibrant atmosphere, with refined cuisine in a relaxed yet elegant setting. Every dish was delicious, and even the simplest elements, like the bread and mashed potatoes, were crafted with remarkable care and quality. The service was outstanding. The manager followed up at just the right moments with such subtle attentiveness. I would love to come back and discover more from the menu in the next time I’m in Paris.

An absolute wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine pairings, the food is beautiful, delicious, the complexity of the flavors delight with every bite, the ambiance is very chic. I went with my 8 year old daughter, a friend and her 8 year old son and they loved the food on the kid’s menu and had fun playing foosball in between courses in the lobby area. 10/10 recommend eating here if in Paris.

Nice show and good dinner, with the dancers making part of the show in between the tables. Brazilian festive ambiance, and the scene open for the customers to dance after the show. Excellent moments for me.

Incredible service and cuisine! I highly recommend this charming Italian restaurant. The beautiful photos on the wall by none other than Jean Daniel Lorieux make the experience extraordinary.
Mia Macfarlane - 2 months ago
Very expensive, underwhelming lunch. Food was marginal with an average presentation. Bread and butter was sub-par (esp. for France). Short pour on wines by the glass. Service was basic and impersonal. room atmosphere felt sterile and had odd modern art bold
ly depicting women. Altogether, a poor choice for our last meal in Paris.
p.s. After reading the owner's response, we were shocked by their arrogant rudeness suggesting our standards are aligned with McDonald's!! I am trained in the culinary arts and have dined in many fine restaurants around the world. We are always happy to pay top dollar for quality food and service. This place was marginal at best, and their remarks are evidence of their unrefined character.

Spectacular food, splendid room. Wine list was a bit of a surprise with more great French wines than Italian ones. Service was good, just not great, as Italian restaurants typically provide more warmth and personal touches.

We came here many times in our week long trip to Paris. We had the best service and they even remembered our faces each time we walked in! The drinks are amazing and the location is perfect right next to the arch de triumph! our favorite server Ahmed, was always so kind!

Saw this place and took a chance as a spur of the moment thing. Our waiter, Sajon, was excellent and gave us some lovely recommendations! Made us feel right at home in Paris! Absolutely loved the pasta! I completely recommend trying this restaurant out!

Ahmed was the perfect waiter! My friend and I stayed in Paris for a week and Café Latéral was down the street from our hotel so we visited frequently. We often saw the same staff and everyone was so friendly. Drinks were amazing and I will definitely miss this place!

I've come here a few times for lunch and never thought about leaving a review until now! As someone who lives in Paris, I don't come to this area often around the Arc de Triomphe or Champs-Elysées, as generally it's so touristy but this place is my exception and it's great to meet up with friends. Recently renovated, it's a bright and cheery place, just like the service - very welcoming and swift, perfect for lunch.
Food great - I've often gone for their vegetarian option, like vegetable curry. Salads tasty and this butternut roasted with tons of goodies and topped with parmesan and pomegranate was just the perfect lunch finished with their brioche perdue. I forgot to snap the last time, as was enjoying so much.

First and foremost, the overall service was exceeding expectation. The table side service was the best I can remember.
The turbot was great, as expected, but their house sauce was something to die for. The Oeuf Christian Dior was just heavenly. The rest of the food were perfect but the Turbot and the Eggs brought the house down. I need to come back just for the Egg.

Amazing experience at Prunier Victor Hugo !
First, the location is outstanding : the building is listed. The atmosphere project you years ago into a preserve beautiful design , with a super cozy setting and Parisian chic.
Then, the food is Wow. Yannick Alleno signed the menu, and the chef Hendry Mezah is executing it to perfection..His passsion for product, his aesthetic taste makes the experience unique.
Last the service is perfect as you can expect in such a high end restaurant.
A must visit place for foodies while in Paris.
Check the pics.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant on a recent trip to Paris. The food exceeded our expectations and despite the price of the wine we were extremely happy with the quality of it! If you have a chance, go to this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food divine and the wine amazing. It’s worth the money for a special occasion.

Excellent…. Excellent … excellent
One of the best lunch I ever had.
The Chef Alleno who took this legendary and old institution refreshed the ambiance and the dishes.
Also something extremely rare nowadays in Paris :the team who work in this restaurant are one of the most friendly and most professional you can imagine. Really a great job 👏🏼
First time but certainly not the last .

Super cool vibe, amazing food and outstanding service! Will go here again for sure. If you are unsure about what caviars to try, ask! The staff is very knowledgeable and quite willing to recommend if you aren't sure what you'd like and/or if you are new to the caviar scene. Impressive wine & champagne list.

Read a lot of controversial information about the place before heading. All in a all it is a good place to spend the night if you are over 45. The band was exceptional with a lot of non Cuban, rather English songs. The food is ok. I was expecting a much better drinks, although both the mojito and the margaritas were enjoyable ( but can be much better). The crowed is an above 50 one. There is still a dance floor like good old days. IT IS NOT A CIGAR LOUNGE: you can buy a cigar but cannot enjoy it inside ( nor outside because there is no venue outside). However, we did have some good time, all in all.
