We stayed in room 305 (Executive Room). The view was very nice, which was definitely a positive aspect of the stay.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel, especially considering the premium price. The room had several noticeable issues: marks and cracks on the walls and ceiling, unfinished-looking decorative elements, mismatched bedside lamps, and a room that was uncomfortably cold upon arrival. Additionally, the bed was two single mattresses pushed together, rather than a proper double bed, which is disappointing at this level.
After raising these concerns, the hotel did make efforts to improve the situation. The temperature issue was resolved, matching bedside lamps were added, and the staff offered complimentary breakfasts and a bottle of champagne as an apology, which we appreciated. The staff was polite and responsive.
That said, while the service tried to compensate, the physical condition of the room itself feels closer to a 3-star hotel than a true 5-star property. We will be attaching photos to illustrate the issues mentioned.
Overall, nice view and courteous staff, but the room quality does not align with the standards advertised and the price.

• Exceptional location: The hotel is at 3 Avenue Mac Mahon, 75017 Paris, just a few minutes’ walk from both the Arc de Triomphe and the famed Champs-Élysées boulevard. Guests repeatedly praise how convenient it is for sightseeing and shopping.
• Strong service and cleanliness: Recent guest reviews highlight very clean rooms and attentive, friendly staff. For instance: “Super nice room and clean… very nice staff.”
• Boutique luxury feel: Though labelled a 5-star, the hotel has a somewhat boutique atmosphere (around 40 rooms according to some listings), which helps it feel more intimate than some larger chain hotels.
• Good amenities: Free WiFi, a bar/lounge, and centrally placed for transport (Charles-de-Gaulle–Étoile metro nearby) are noted as benefits.

The location is great, directly behind the Arc de Triomphe and minutes away from Champs Elysees. The rooms are nicely decorated. The breakfast is pretty good. The drink prices at the bar downstairs are very competitive for Paris. The room price was pretty low compared to comparable hotels.
Now for the not so nice aspects: this is by no means a 5* hotel. There is no SPA, in the evening only 1 person is at the front desk, therefore no valet or concierge to help with the luggage. The front desk guys were friendly, but not professional. The hotel advertises valet parking but there was none when we arrived (09:00 PM) so I parked my car myself in the parking garage where they told me they had a flat rate. 2 days later I asked them to charge it on the room as I was checking out, the answer was that they had no valet service at the moment (it was 11 A.M.) and there will be a problem with me exiting with their card. So I was sent again to get my car alone, and pay directly over there, which was more expensive than the flat rate (including valet service) of the hotel. One day the keys did not work so we could not enter the room. I went down and asked for new keys but I was told without even checking that the door reader was broken so we had to wait for someone else to come with us and open the door with a traditional key. This was completely BS as the key of the cleaning lady was working fine, small issue but shows the service level in general.
In summary: a decent hotel in a great location, just don't expect anything near 5*.

They were so welcoming as we quickly had to change hotels in the area as the other was not good. We had a room on the fifth floor one of the executive rooms and had a great balcony with a fun view of the Arc. Nice having the windows open and listening to busy street below. I am from New York so it reminded me a bit of home. They have a work out facility in the basement which is nice.

We recently stayed at Maison Albar for four days and had an absolutely wonderful experience ! I highly recommend Maison Albar .
All the staff were wonderful and helpful . The restaurant staff went as far as helping my elderly mother up to our room in my absence. The lovely gentleman in the restaurant also went out of his way every morning to make sure my children and my mother had exactly what they needed.
Our room was clean, of a good standard and We had a beautiful view of the arc de triomphe from our window. The hotel is very close to the Arc de Triomphe and just a short walk from The Champs-Élysées. There are also numerous eateries nearby.
Last but not least, a huge thank you to the manager, Nourzed, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect !

Our food was excellent. Drinks were on-point. And the atmosphere was so comfortable on a cold, rainy day, we could’ve stayed all day and all night. Incredibly warm and inviting.

Nice place. Food was good. Ordered the lamb curry with add on salad. Remember this is Paris - for Asians - the favor in Asia would be stronger. The lamb is tender but came w 3 little pieces.

We had a great time at Sir Winston in Paris! I tried the Croustillant de Saumon d’Écosse (with lemon sauce, spinach, sumac, feta, and sesame) and the Potatoes from Sir Winston with cheddar cream and fresh herbs — both were really good and nicely presented. The vibes are great, relaxed yet lively, and the cocktails are excellent. I especially loved their Espresso Martini — one of the best I’ve had in Paris. Definitely a nice spot for dinner or drinks with friends! 🍸✨

We went here for the first time and immediately were greeted by a nice lady. They had plenty of space (we went around 6 pm)! The food looked good and tasted even better! The overall environment was great and very cozy!
Would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a space to dine or even just get a drink (near the Arc the Triomphe) to go here!

Very cosy restaurant with super friendly staff, fair prices and a great location.
First of all, I recommend booking a table in advance. This is easily done through their website.
We started with dahl croquettes and for the main course we chose the chicken tikka massala. While it was a perfectly cooked piece of meat with great flavors, it didn't have enough sauce, so some bites were "dry" with just rice and chicken.
The naan is also absolutely delicious.m and would highly recommend it as a extra side dish for the main course.

I have visited different L'Atelier locations and this one was disappointing. The location in Saint Germain was a completely different and much better experience.
We went here on February 22,2026, to celebrate our anniversary. It is located below a few shops so you have to go downstairs to reach the restaurant and there are no tables, sitting is limited to countertop space. The decor is the classic Robuchon black/red so no surprises there. We went at 9pm and the place was rather empty, this should have given us a clue that this was not a popular location.
We ordered both full menus, one vegetarian (110euro) and the other including meat options (220euro). We decided on these thinking we would get a culinary experience that would be special and tasty, however, for what we got and the quality of the dishes we should have eaten pretty much any where else in Paris and be better off.
The dishes are notoriously small, so don't expect to come here and be full at the end of the course. We ended up filling up on the bread basket because we were hungry after the meal. The bread was ok, the butter was overly salted with large salt grains. But this was also a problem with some of the dishes - too much salt or not enough.
There was not one dish that we would say, WOW, this is well made, inspired and with memorable flavor. The majority of the dishes were more about the visuals than the flavor and that is very sad. It reflects the entire experience, it is an illusion. The maitre'd is wonderful at selling the dishes and raising the expectations but when you actually taste them and they fall flat. It felt like it was a sales pitch to convince us the food was great, when it wasn't.
I even let the maitre'd know the dishes were uninspired and disappointing, he was nice to let us know we could have something else. But they gave us another dish that was subpar so we decided to eat whatever and get it over with.
The meal lasted 3 hours! There was no reason for this because the place was empty. The chefs were shooting the breeze, we saw a few eating and standing around chatting. Not sure why it had to take so long, the dishes were not complex and most were pre-made. This waiting was frustrating because it only made the experience worse, being hungry and waiting endlessly for little kibbles of food is not a good experience. Especially since we didn't know if at least the next dish would be good.
We do not recommend this location. It is overpriced for what you get and the food is not up to the standards that Robuchon is known for.

It’s always been a dream of mine to dine at a Michelin star restaurant. If you’re going to do it, you might as well go big. I did. So did they. This isn’t a meal, it’s a journey. It’s a culinary adventure where each meal tells the story of its ingredients, not in words, but the feeling you get as your palette tries to find words but fails. The simplicity and elegance of sea bream carpaccio to the amazing beef tartare and pork cheek to the surprise mashed potatoes the late chef was famous for, his legacy is intact in the expert hands of Chef ÉRIC BOUCHENOIRE and his brigade. You get to sit at the bar of the open kitchen and, literally, watch them cook. It’s a symphony as you watch each culinary artist hone their technique and perfect their art. It was one of the finest meals and experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Chef and team.

We are familiar w this brand of restaurant and of course, coming to Paris, if possible we definitely want to try, and its definitely didn't disappoint! What a treat for Christmas day! (Open on Christmas day in Paris!)
Amazing food, fr the start to finish, every dish is a explosion in your mouth w flavor and texture! Id like that this particular location have a la cart option & tasting menu as well. So you can try whichever dish you wish!
Staffs was very friendly, nice & accommodating! Even give free French fried to my Lil one 🤩
Thank you for working on Christmas

Probably the best meal we’ve ever had. Definitely won’t be able to eat anything again for the rest of our lives. Yes it was that good.
Plus, a great shout out for the service, especially our server Alexis who got our vibe from the first second and was warm, funny and extremely professional, as well as the sommelier Jean Batiste.
All in all a ver Unique and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much!

This was my first Michelin star restaurant experience. I'm really impressed. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their craft. I don't speak much French but I didn't have any problems communicating. Everyone either spoke English or was able to understand what my group and I wanted. The experience is truly something I think everyone should try if they're able. From the sommelier and cicerone, to the presentation of the dishes, to the atmosphere itself, the entire experience is beautifully done. I found it to be surprisingly affordable for everything we got.
The only negative I have is when we were offered coffee with our dessert, the waiter forgot to bring the espresso my wife ordered. I ended up saying something after we finished and it was brought out. In a normal restaurant I wouldn't mind, but since this is a Michelin star restaurant I felt like I should bring it up.

Very expensive, underwhelming lunch. Food was marginal with an average presentation. Bread and butter was sub-par (esp. for France). Short pour on wines by the glass. Service was basic and impersonal. room atmosphere felt sterile and had odd modern art bold
ly depicting women. Altogether, a poor choice for our last meal in Paris.
p.s. After reading the owner's response, we were shocked by their arrogant rudeness suggesting our standards are aligned with McDonald's!! I am trained in the culinary arts and have dined in many fine restaurants around the world. We are always happy to pay top dollar for quality food and service. This place was marginal at best, and their remarks are evidence of their unrefined character.

Spectacular food, splendid room. Wine list was a bit of a surprise with more great French wines than Italian ones. Service was good, just not great, as Italian restaurants typically provide more warmth and personal touches.

We ended up here randomly for breakfast on Christmas Day, as many other places were closed—and what a lovely surprise it turned out to be.
The omelette was a solid 10/10, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The croissant was truly exceptional: unbelievably soft and buttery on the inside, yet beautifully crunchy on the outside.
On top of that, the staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly, with service delivered with a smile. A great find and a place I’d happily return

I had a very enjoyable breakfast here at Café Latéral🇫🇷💯❤️The inclosed patio area has a view of L’Arc de Triomphe and has great food, great service and is overall a very enjoyable place to have breakfast. I only went once so far but will return for diner sometime. I had the petit dejeuner Anglaise and it was perfect.

Come for the wine, wifi and great service. But the food especially appetizers were not good. Whoever recommended the onion soup in a previous review has literally never had onion soup. Basically vegetable broth in a cup for €14 and the cambert is realllly basic. Just don’t eat near the Arch de triomphe or get the things smothered in butter like escargot is just impossible to get wrong

We had a quick oysters and caviar with some wine. The staff was lovely to accommodate us. Oysters were very fresh and delicious with house made tartare with truffle sauce. Caviar also one of greatest - we got the Saint James. The room style is great - art deco every detail is thought. Totally recommend for fancy date night.

Amazing experience at Prunier Victor Hugo !
First, the location is outstanding : the building is listed. The atmosphere project you years ago into a preserve beautiful design , with a super cozy setting and Parisian chic.
Then, the food is Wow. Yannick Alleno signed the menu, and the chef Hendry Mezah is executing it to perfection..His passsion for product, his aesthetic taste makes the experience unique.
Last the service is perfect as you can expect in such a high end restaurant.
A must visit place for foodies while in Paris.
Check the pics.

First and foremost, the overall service was exceeding expectation. The table side service was the best I can remember.
The turbot was great, as expected, but their house sauce was something to die for. The Oeuf Christian Dior was just heavenly. The rest of the food were perfect but the Turbot and the Eggs brought the house down. I need to come back just for the Egg.

We dined Monday 27th October. So glad we booked this little gem. For our last night in Paris, the restaurant had a small intimate feel. Food was very good, the standout was the foie gras. We also tried the sea bass tartare, braised beouf and scorpion fish, finished the evening with a Valrhona soufflé . The lady running the front was very welcoming and personable. We will be back.

Great dine in experience. The food was good and it is quite a popular place, we manage to get a table without making reservation for lunch after visited Arc De Triomphe. We took the lunch set, which you can either go for 2 combinations or full lunch set. Advise for advance booking to avoid long waiting time.
