5 Star Rating absolutely magnificent! went here with my boyfriend for my birthday dinner and had a great time. we ordered the salmon heart, beef with mashed potatoes (which were crazy smooth and tasty), cod with squash, and for dessert we had the profiteroles. service was immaculate, mentioned it was my birthday and we got a complimentary ice cream with a little candle 🥰 really recommend if you’re looking for a fancy fine dining experience

5 Star Rating If there were 6 stars, that would be more appropriate. The food was exquisite, and the service was top notch. We had the cassoulet which was so very delicious and I can't wait to try making it at home - so much flavor. We had the foie gras which was absolutely decadent and delicious. Beautiful restaurant and fantastic service. Oh and they served little chocolates from Alain Ducasse which were the best we had in Paris. Magnifique!

5 Star Rating This bistro has a Michelin star for a reason! I dined solo and it was a fantastic experience. The escargot was fabulous, as was the cassoulet. The staff were so lovely and very attentive. They even gave me an espresso with a madeleine after my meal, which was the perfect end to the night.

3 Star Rating Benoit a Parian Bistro in Paris. I booked this restaurant on my final day in Paris on a Sunday for me and my wife. I read recommendations on the Michelin guide and it was highly recommended. Do I agree with the recommendation? Sadly not. We walked in, and it is a beautiful bistro style restaurant with a French European feel to it. I loved the architecture and style. The plates and ornaments were beautiful and the staff were welcoming and friendly. However the food was average and I've got no idea why we were sat upstairs when there was free space on the ground floor. We ordered the- Duck fooe grass Gourmet veal casserole with sweet breads Seared beef tenderloin Dessert- French cheese. We liked the food, it was simple but authentic French and that was what we came and paid for. The cheese dessert however was too simple and personally a waste of money. Just a bunch of small cuts of cheese simply put on a plate. We didn't finish the cheese, sadly was wasted. The other food was delicious and I highly recommend the veal sweet bread casserole. We probably wouldn't visit again, but it is a nice place to get an authentic French bistro feel.

5 Star Rating A hidden gem in Paris. From the warm and attentive service to the beautifully prepared dishes, everything at Bienot feels thoughtful and genuine. The flavors are refined yet comforting, with each plate showcasing a balance of creativity and tradition. The ambiance is intimate without being pretentious, making it the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. A true Parisian experience that lingers long after the last bite.

4 Star Rating One of the best parts of our first day in Paris. Simple charcuterie mixed board for lunch was PERFECT. Mix of great bread with ham, terrine de porc, truffle brie, compté, smoked sausage...quintessential Parisian eating. Service was quite slow (they forgot one of our coffee orders) but the dining experience was still amazing. Especially if you sit outside facing the beautiful square

5 Star Rating We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance because their dessert menu caught our eye, so we decided to sit down. We ordered a chocolate cake with ice cream, crème brûlée, and cheesecake. Even though it was a random choice, everything was absolutely incredible. The desserts were delicious, and the service was excellent and especially impressive considering it was close to closing time. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try.

2 Star Rating While the waitstaff are lovely and courteous, the food tonight was slow. It took an hour for our soup to arrive. The bathrooms lacked toilet paper. I was mortified to have brought guests here. Again, the staff I met were wonderful. The food was fine. Even delicious. But the experience was slow. They seated us in a sideroom while the beautiful main room remained empty. Why did the kitchen take so long di it was so empty? I live in Paris and New York City, and I can tell bad management when I see it. Update: they told us there was a problem in the kitchen....

Even if you’re not into Metal music, it’s worth booking a table for dinner here. You’ll often see people in suits walking out after having eaten in the restaurant, while rockers enjoy a beer. 5 Star Rating I visited Le Paradis du Fruit at Les Halles with my mom, and while the atmosphere was quite busy and crowded, the food and drinks were genuinely good. It’s located in a convenient spot right by the Forum des Halles, which makes it easy to reach while exploring central Paris. As a vegetarian, I found that the menu didn’t offer a lot of options for vegetarians or vegans, which was a little disappointing — but the few things I did order were delicious. I had fries (frites), Cajun-style green beans (haricots verts cajun), and my mom had chicken (poulet) — she really enjoyed it. The highlight for me was the spicy mayo that came with the fries — super flavorful! My mom ordered a margarita, which she said was very strong and very good, and I got a mojito mocktail, which was refreshing and well-made. If you’re looking for a casual bite with tasty sides and good cocktails in a central Paris location, this place delivers. Just be aware it can be a little hectic inside if you’re looking for something quiet or cozy.

4 Star Rating Atmosphere and service is awsome. The waiter was very kind and helpful. The music is great, some points are not good to see the show but still I liked it. I see people always complaining about the bouncer but who cares it works like that in any single bar, club and nightlife in Paris. At this point you should either give 1 star to Paris nightlife in general or already understand how the bouncer work. They usually look for the same things drunkenness, clothes, group number. And last but not least, is very expensive I mean I am a student and I do not have the money to spent in such costly pints. A student discount would be appreciated.

4 Star Rating Temple Rock Tavern – Where Music and Pints Collide Some nights in Paris aren’t about sophistication or subtlety; they’re about letting loose, raising a glass, and enjoying life’s raw, unpolished pleasures. Our evening at the Temple Rock Tavern was one of those nights. Tucked into Rue des Lombards, this Irish-inspired pub delivered exactly what it promised: good beer, loud music, and an atmosphere where strangers feel like old friends. We arrived just as the night’s band was taking the stage—a local group whose charisma matched their talent. Their energy filled the room, spilling over into the crowd, which seemed more than ready to play along. It’s worth noting that the success of an evening here relies heavily on the audience, and we were fortunate to share the space with a lively, welcoming group. The beer selection was impressive, with something for everyone. I would personally recommend the Paix-Dieu, a strong and flavorful choice that fit the vibe of the night perfectly. But here’s where a note of caution comes in: the prices. Before the band starts, a round for four—including pints and draught beers—might cost you between €20 and €35. Once the music begins, however, the prices climb sharply to €35–€55. It’s a significant leap, and one worth planning around. The service was friendly and efficient, despite the growing crowd. The bar staff handled the surge of orders with skill, and while the atmosphere grew raucous, it never felt chaotic. The wooden interiors, the dim lighting, and the long bar lent the space a timeless quality, making it easy to lose track of the hours as the music and conversation flowed. Temple Rock Tavern is not about fine dining or hushed conversation—it’s about immersion. The music, the beer, the crowd—it’s all part of a single, unrelenting pulse that defines the place. Whether it’s the playlist, the band, or the people around you, every night here is shaped by the energy of the moment. Rating: 4/5 A great spot for a fun, lively night out in Paris, the Temple Rock Tavern captures the spirit of an Irish pub with a Parisian twist. While the price hike during live music hours might sting, the overall experience is worth it—especially if you arrive early, grab a good beer, and let the night unfold.
