We went for dinner with a reservation and were seated right away. The staff were super friendly and even went out of their way to accommodate our drinks, even those not on the menu.
The food was top-notch and the dessert was amazing. We had a great time and truly enjoyed ourselves.
Definitely recommend!
They also had a live singer who sang all our favorite songs beautifully.

Excellent dishes and service. Historic, sure bet in this area. Right next to the opera, Galléries Lafayette and Le Printemps. I love the decor, the classic dishes, service, high-end vibes. You can also drop in for tea or apéro. They serve late dinners, so perfect spot after a show, even if you arrive after 10-11pm.

Café de la Paix offers a truly beautiful setting: elegant, historic, and full of Parisian charm. The soupe à l’oignon was excellent, rich in flavor and perfectly comforting. I wasn’t as impressed by the main course, which felt a bit less inspired, but the atmosphere and the quality of the service made the visit well worth it. A classic spot to enjoy a taste of old Paris.

The decor is beautiful and the food is great. We just stopped for a quick lunch. Be warned, this place is very expensive, but it is historic. I recommend going for a coffee. The brunch will set you back 120 euros

The Café de la Paix is a Parisian classic.
While it is certainly not the cheapest spot in the city, the experience justifies the price.
The staff is warm and welcoming, the setting is absolutely stunning, and the dishes are both refined and delicious.
A place where history, elegance, and hospitality meet perfectly.

Everything was pretty good. Meat was fine, I would say not medium but medium rare but it was fine for me. Fries were just ok. However, dessert was really delicious, lots of hot chocolate on top and you can pour more if you would like to. Service and atmosphere were nice. Overall, I would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at this French restaurant! The food was exceptionally good—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Our waiter, Alexandre, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place!

I recently returned to this restaurant after a year, and while it was a very satisfying meal, it wasn't quite as perfect as my last visit.
The oysters, which I believe are now not in season, were a bit smaller and less plump than before. However, the snails were delicious and quite meaty. This restaurant has a bit of history to it, which you can feel in the atmosphere. The service was good ; the staff was polite and accommodating.
This time, I was seated at a window table upstairs, and the seats felt uncomfortably low compared to the table. Despite a few minor points, it was still a great first meal in France right after landing, and I left happy.

We were a big group of 7 so reserved a table for dinner in advance. The restaurant was very nice to keep us a table upstairs as requested. We chose this restaurant to introduce French bistro traditional food to our visitors for its nice Belle Epoque style decoration. The interior was spacious with enough space in between tables so that you can eat and talk with your proper space. Food was properly done. The menu of the day option was really good value for money. All the waiters were very friendly and helpful gentlemen. Worth a try for your Paris visit.

We happened upon this restaurant after full day of sightseeing & shopping—it was the perfect way to end our day. The Normandy oyster platter was so fresh & chilled, loved the razor clams & foie gras was devine. The servers & staff were wonderful too! Merci!

Overall, it was a positive experience. The food was good and the meat was well cooked. The antipasti stood out, with some absolutely divine cheeses. However, the knives definitely need sharpening, as this would improve the experience. It would also be important to include allergen information on the menu for better clarity and customer safety.

Medium-rare steak is a masterpiece.
The perfect sear gives way to a juicy, uniformly pink interior. It’s incredibly tender with a rich, beefy flavor, seasoned just right. The texture and taste are exceptional.
An absolutely superb steak.

A cozy restaurant on one of the main streets just right in the Heart of Paris.
The food quality (especially the steak) is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes and high quality of meals. The service is also satisfactorily acceptable.

We both ordered the Haché Montagnard. This was delicious. However, we ordered well done meat and it was quite pink. We should probably have been more specific and said “no pink at all” since it is France and not the USA. Otherwise no complaints at all.

We held a small event in the downstairs area followed by a lunch in the semi-private dining room. The restaurant was busy but our host and the rest of the waiting staff were very accommodating including finding extra space and bringing lunch out early for those people that needed to rush off. The food and wine served was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

We took friends out for a birthday dinner here and the meal was kind of a disaster. We were seated in a semi-covered courtyard, with music blaring to the point where we couldn’t hear one another. And near us was a table with two smokers whose smoke kept wafting over our table. We requested that they turn the music down, which they did. It was still loud, but we could converse. But, a half hour later they’d turned it back up.
And when one of our party (a Parisian woman) complained to them (nicely) about the smokers, the waiter pointed to the fact that we were sort of outside and therefore smoking was permitted. To make matters worse, the food was mediocre and the service was pleasant, but not great. Needless to say, none of us will be returning to that restaurant.

Starbucks on Boulevard des Capucines is one of the prettiest Starbucks stores in Paris. It’s located inside a converted 17th-century courtyard, and the interior is stunning and unlike any other Starbucks in the city.
The staff member who served me was really enthusiastic and friendly. She appeared to have not only great knowledge about the coffee and the menu, but she seemed so happy to be there and helped make my experience a better one.
I ordered an Iced Toffee Nut Latte, the coffee did taste slightly weak, and it was far too milky for my liking, but I liked how they served it in a regular glass, compared to paper/plastic
I did find it to be very busy, even visiting at mid-day on a Monday, it was difficult to find a table, and the few free tables were unclean with crumbs/spillages/empty cups.
One of the best-looking Starbucks locations in the city, with a super-friendly barista, although beverage quality and cleanliness could be improved.

I was recommended to visit this Starbucks on Boulevard des Capucines in Paris—not so much for the coffee (it’s Starbucks, after all) but for its stunning interior design. Housed in a 19th-century former bank building, it features ornate ceilings, marble columns, and grand chandeliers, making it one of the most beautiful Starbucks locations in the world.
The coffee is exactly what you’d expect from Starbucks, but I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of pastries, far more than what I usually see in the U.S. It was a bit warm inside during my visit, but the atmosphere and architecture more than made up for it. A must-see stop for coffee lovers and anyone who appreciates historic Parisian elegance.

Another ever so tlstarbucks ...starbucks! Menu currently set to all your fall favorites as it is October!
The drinks are nice and hot or cold if preferred with their refressing taste. And the staff are very friendly and welcoming!
The customers however, oi vey. Everyone could use a little kindness. Understandably it is a beautifully architecture building thats thats no excuse to be upset over the crowd or rude to the staff. Been multi times here and unfortunately the customers all seem overly hostile. Kudos to the staff for holding their joy and kindness despite the customers grumpiness.
Swing by for a coffee and look around but be wary of the atmospheres

Date 13/10/2025: This SB outlet is most beautiful Starbucks around the globe. 5 stars decoration. But the cafe Latte lacks the aromatic taste and Barista must be trained to communicate with customers in minimum English. When we enquire why 3 cafe latte was made instead of 4, the barista keeps smiling with us. When we requested for the receipt to articulate our request he said bye bye to us,🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

I'm not a Starbucks fan, but this one is truly one of the most beautiful Starbucks in the world, and since I was in the neighborhood, I didn't want to pass it up. It's so beautiful that most of the time is crowded, so you'll struggle to get a table. Once that's done, you can enjoy your coffee, which tastes the same in almost every country. We accompanied it with a delicious slice of pie. I recommend not skipping this visit.

We had an amazing dinner at Gandhi Ji’s, The food was absolutely delicious the garlic naan was soft and full of flavor, the butter chicken rich and creamy, and the chicken masala perfectly spiced. The chutneys were fresh and authentic, and everything tasted homemade in the best way.
The owner even came out personally to check that everything was good. such a kind and genuine touch. The best Indian meals we’ve had in Paris.

This restaurant made me genuinely ask myself if italian cuisine is better than Asian’s. My conclusion is YES. The xiao long bao were astonishing, noodles, beans, meats were like a simphony in my mouth, not exaggerating. Highly suggest to visit

Absolutely lovely! The hospitality, food and ambiance was great. We tried the pork xia long bao, popcorn chicken, crispy duck breast and steamed rice.
Everything we ate was delicious, the broth in the xia long bao was flavorful and the crispy duck breast was divine. Would 100% come back and recommend to others.

I liked the open kitchen where the lady was making dumplings. It seems that the restaurant is owned and operated by an elderly couple, who were very nice.
We ordered various dishes. Among those, I liked the Yangzhou fried rice. The dumplings were not good; I just couldn't understand why they were sweet. The Sichuan spicy fried chicken was also not spicy, but sweet. We arrived one hour before closing time, so maybe they were tired and provided subpar dishes. At least, that’s what I want to believe.

Eat here and I’m pretty sure they (both food and service) won’t let you down! 😇
The plates are beautiful too! (Near the opera so you can come here easily )

Food was excellent, and the co-owner was the server who talked to us as they had just opened doors at 1900H. Loved the explanation of the food and the wine, ended up with us just getting the bottle after tasting. We were given tap water and bread with butter to start, and the food was delicious 😋 Would recommend this diner, quieter than those along the main road.

We stumbled into Mamou one evening and found the restaurant completely empty, which made us wonder if we had made a mistake. Turns out it’s in a mostly business neighborhood and tends to be busiest during the day. But from the moment we sat down, the experience turned around completely.
Gauthier, our waiter, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He seated us in a lovely corner of the restaurant and immediately put us at ease with his thoughtful recommendations. As soon as the food started arriving, our doubts disappeared. Everything was delicious. We shared several entrées and mains, including the tartare de bœuf, the quasi de veau, and the moules. Every single dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The dessert was just as impressive.
By the end of the meal, we were smiling, full, and completely won over. It felt like our own private fine dining experience. Amazing service, great ambiance, and truly outstanding food. 10 out of 10, we’d absolutely come back
