Great experience at Buddha-Bar Paris. The music was really nice, definitely better than many other places, with a great vibe throughout the night. The food was good, the service was attentive and pleasant, and one thing I really appreciated was how spacious the tables are compared to most spots in Paris. Overall, a very enjoyable atmosphere with good music, good food, and comfort. Would definitely recommend.

A friend of mine recommended this place. And thought we had to go. Wow!!! This place is amazing. The cocktails are so good. Stayed for some food, which was really good as well. Such a gem in Paris. My French is not perfect… And the staff is wonderful. Once again, check out their specialty cocktail menu. Amazing.

We had a wonderful date night at this very beautiful restaurant. The sake, food, service and employees were lovely. Great vibes, music and ambience. Great part of our trip to Paris. Thank you!

During our staying in Paris this week, we had a wonderful dinner at Buddha-Bar with our kids. The atmosphere was exceptionally vibrant yet cozy, the staff very polite, the food was flavorful and beautifully presented. The kids loved every bite and especially loved the lively music and décor. A great and unforgettable experience for all our family that we will treasure among the exceptional memories of this special holiday!

When I go to Paris I always try to do dying at the Buddha Bar. This experience was as spectacular as all the others.
An incredibly cool venue, excellent food great cocktails and the service was world class.
Note this is not a inexpensive restaurant. Cocktails were in the $30usd range. While we had more cocktails than the average diner our bill for two people was approximately $400USD
It definitely should be on your bucket list if you're visiting Paris.

An incredible experience at Lucas Carton.
Every dish was calculated to the perfection. The sauces were delicious.
The taste was subtil and innovative.
We took the course with 7 dishes and we were nicely full at the end.

I had a highly satisfying experience at this restaurant. The impressive interior design, beautiful decor, and well-balanced dishes stood out, along with the professional service provided by the staff. The experimental desserts were also intriguing. The wine selection was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. The sommelier's service was slightly underwhelming, but overall, it was a solid Michelin one-star experience. I would be happy to return.

A Saturday night in Paris and the 5-course tasting menu for two with a bottle of wine. French fine dining at its best with all the classical touches - a good excuse to dress up and drink fancy wine. Remembered for dishes I don’t normally enjoy but loved. Masterful use of mushrooms, beetroot and asparagus. Perfectly cooked mains, craft and technique everywhere. The ambiance was a little quieter and the service a little colder than we are used to.

Excellent food. We ordered the a la carte menu. The dishes were perfectly made. We ordered the scallops and lobster. It was amazing. I also ordered the potato pie as starter which I truly enjoyed.
The desserts - especially the chocolate one - that's probably one of the most memorable chocolate desserts I've had in a while. The perfect combination.
Highly recommend. It wasn't very busy but service was quite slow. It looked like the staff were still in training so most of what we asked about the dishes, they had to keep going back to the kitchen to ask.

Dining at this restaurant was completely unplanned, but we were absolutely thrilled with the experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic — even though it’s only a one-Michelin-star restaurant, everything felt above and beyond expectations. The staff was incredibly thoughtful; when I mentioned it was my birthday, the chef generously brought out a delicious cake and came out to celebrate with me. I’m so happy we had the chance to dine here — it truly made for a memorable meal!

did our research before we left America and it's not disappointed. The Fois Gras was so good! Great combo with both fig and onion jam. The two slices of meat is smoked duck, all together just so good, they even gave us mini baguettes. Those dessert souffles; we had Grand Marnier souffle, Hazelnut Souffle and pear and Chocolate souffle, also an apple with apple liquor....they were all just tasteful. However, the space is kind of tied but with good food, we forgot about the cramp environment.

the souffles were absolutely delicious!! we enjoyed 3 different souffles, both savory & sweet. they were incredibly light, full of flavor, & cooked to a light souffle perfection. the accompanying sauces were equally as flavorful.
we were placed in the back room (seemed like all kids + american tourists were placed back there); so it was quite loud vs being able to enjoy a quiet dinner for 2. the waiter rushed us a bit as well, coming back numerous times to ask, "are you ready to order?" we would have preferred to have more time to review the menu offering, while enjoying our wine.
we do hope to return again & give it another try since the food was outstanding (hoping the back room was just coincidence & the waiter was having an off night). merci beaucoup!
we hope to return again & give it another try since the souffles were outstanding (hoping the back room was just coincidence & the waiter was having an off night). there are many more souffles to explore, along w/the seasonal varieties. merci beaucoup!

I had never had a soufflé before and it was one of my goals to taste authentic cuisine whilst in Paris.
We had the "LE MENU TOUT SOUFFLÉ (All Soufflé menu)" for 40€ each. It is a lot of soufflé for one sitting but was a great idea to sample this dish.
I had:
Entrée
* Petit soufflé épinards & fromage ail & fines herbes & salade verte de saison
(small spinach & cheese with garlic & herbs souffle & green salad)
The green salad serving was small but trust me you won't need a bigger serving because your belly will be filled with the mains and dessert.
Savoury soufflé Mains
* Soufflé Henri IV, soufflé au fromage & sauce volaille aux champignons
(cheese souffle with chicken & mushrooms sauce)
Dessert
* Soufflé crème brûlée cœur chocolat blanc (creme brulee souffle with white chocolate heart)
Honestly I could have just had the dessert. The tartness of the berries balanced out by the sweet white chocolate was divine.
As I had a dining companion I also got to taste their dish selection.
He had:
Entrée
* Petit soufflé roquefort & poires caramélisées & salade verte de saison (small blue cheese & caramelized pears souffle & green salad)
Even though I'm not keen on blue cheese this would be my choice instead of the spinach one. It was more flavoursome over all.
Savoury soufflé Mains
* Soufflé bœuf bourguignon (beef bourguignon souffle)
Dessert
* Soufflé chocolat & sa sauce chocolat (chocolate souffle)
This was yummy but very rich in chocolatey goodness. After eating so much other souffle it was just too heavy for my stomach to bear. (🙀 as a chocoholic I can't believe I had to say that)
We were walk-ins as it was a last minute dinner option. No wait time for us. We were seated straight away in the front dining area. Cosy but not noisy so we could hold a conversation without having to yell at each other.
The waitstaff were polite and efficient.
Overall a great experience and would definitely dine here again but maybe just for the dessert soufflé 😁

I love this spot and have visited numerous times over the past few years. Yes, it is on the 'touristy' side but it is not a trap...far from it.
The service is excellent from the moment you walk in. I came at the start of dinner service so everyone was putting in their orders around same time. It was a very timely experience, didn't feel there was a long wait or rushed at all. TIP: Do look at the dessert menu as you would need to place the dessert order at same time as your mains.
I enjoyed the foie gras terrine with small foie gras souffle the most. It's rich but not overly so that you couldn't finish the plate.
The plating of my scallops could use some finesse, but scallops were cooked perfectly to medium.
Then finally, I went with pear & chocolate for dessert. If you're a huge chocolate lover, the sauce is amazing.
The dining space is small but relatively on the quiet side even with all tables around me occupied. Reservations are highly recommended!

We had dinner on our sixth & thirtieth nights in Paris. Everything was so fabulous we booked a second night here we had open. We started with onion soup, mini cheese soufflé and salad that we shared, we both had the Henri IV soufflé for the entree and we shared the Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert. The soufflés are beyond delicious and light as air. We highly recommended this restaurant when in Paris, it’s a must. Reservations are highly recommended, the experience and the staff are just amazing given what they do in the space that’s interesting and cozy comfortable?
Bon Appetit!

A quiet and cozy café-restaurant, in a courtyard with some shops.
You can eat on the terrace, inside on the first floor or on the second floor. We got to the quiet second floor.
We enjoyed hot cocoa served in a silver jug and delicious warm chocolate cake and eclairs.
The service was excellent. We will come here again.
Highly recommended.

We stopped here by chance & it’s with no doubt one of the best restaurants! We were a bit hungry & ordered 2 appetizers & one main dish. The coconut soup is so good 😋 and the spring rolls is different than any other spring rolls in the world! I tried a lot but they know how to make the best🤤 the shrimp risotto is another level!
For dessert we got the chocolate eclair & let me tell you it’s lighter than air 🤍
Highly recommend this place
The service is top notch and the place itself is cozy
We came here again before leaving Paris, we had the same appetizers but changed the main & the dessert. For main we had pasta 🤤 & for dessert we had the cheesecake yum 😋 the best cheesecake

Beautiful place hidden in a cute little nook just off the madeleine. Perfect place for a coffee and dessert during your walk in downtown Paris. A little bit on the expensive side but overall worth it.

We dropped in for drinks one evening and regretted not being early enough for food. An error we rectified the following evening.
Good quality food, a lovely atmosphere and delightful service. It’s the perfect place for drinks or an early supper - beware though - they close at 8:30 as a result of the gates of the shopping Mall being locked.
Final shout out to the manager who sprinted up the road to re-unite my wife and her phone. We’d managed to get quite a distance before he noticed and it would have been very easy for him to give in. He didn’t and we will be eternally grateful.

This was a random spot we stopped by between Dior and Chanel. Overall, the food wasn’t bad. I especially enjoyed the avocado tuna and the carpaccio de bœuf. I wasn’t a big fan of the beef tartare, which tasted a bit bland to me. The waiter was friendly and the place was nice too.

This was hands down our best restaurant experience! The drinks and food were delicious and reasonably priced for the quality! The service was good. But what made this place so special is the AMBIANCE! The live jazz at night was spectacular and the Belle époque design was breathtaking! The bar upstairs had a DJ and was such a great vibe! A dream date truly!

Visiting Maxim’s had been long on both my list and that of my guests, so we chose it for a Sunday lunch to celebrate my birthday.
Without question, the décor is absolutely outstanding. From the moment you step inside, you feel transported back to the 1920s–30s, beautifully complemented by period music that completes the atmosphere. The setting alone makes the experience feel special and memorable.
The food was also very good. I started with oysters with caviar, which were absolutely magical and highly recommended. For the main course, I chose the duck, which was well prepared and enjoyable, though not particularly exceptional.
Unfortunately, the service was a significant disappointment. We waited a long time for our food to arrive, my order was mixed up twice, and after asking for water four times, it finally arrived about 30 minutes later. To make matters worse, the bill did not add up, as an unexplained extra charge appeared.
It was also my birthday celebration, which had been clearly indicated during the reservation process. However, this was not acknowledged upon arrival, and I had to double-check whether the note had even been received.
I do believe the staff were doing their best, but the restaurant was clearly understaffed that day. This is something management should seriously review, as the level of service did not match the reputation, price point, or otherwise beautiful experience Maxim’s is known for.

First time in this beautiful statue of Paris Top Resto & Entertainment. The place was fully packed during the Paris Fashion Week on a Tuesday. What an atmosphere. Friendly staff and high quality service to start with. Beautiful classic wine list and dishes. Live pianists on stage really made the experience even better. Lovely duck liver salad 🥗, Thon Rouge and Filet de Boeuf au Poivre. Be sure you get a table to watch the performance. I couldn’t see the stage. But can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful evening

Maxim’s is one of those really rare places where I actually enjoy trying unusual and unexpected recipes. The dishes might sound strange at first, but they are incredibly tasty, the kind of food that stays on your mind and makes you crave it again right after leaving.
The atmosphere is classic and timeless, exactly what you’d expect from a Parisian icon. A special mention to our waitress, who looked like Brigitte Bardot, she was genuinely smiley, warm, and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Honestly, just writing this review is making me hungry again. A place I’ll always come back to.

First time at Chez Monsieur and what an experience: great food & service!
Recommended by our hotel and it was fantastic choice.
I went with my father who has eaten a lot in Paris over 25 years and he puts Chez Monsieur at the top of his Parisian restaurant experiences.
The French onion soup was incredible followed by the fillet steak and finished with a chocolate fondant. Simple food cooked to perfection and would highly recommend it complimented by very professional service
Can’t wait to got back!

Nice ambience and friendly staff. Initial service was speedy but fell off considerably after main course as place filled up some but was not full crowded. Seemed more teamwork could have helped the primary server. Onion soup was very flavorful with minimal cheese. The foie gras was served quite cold so flavor took some time to come forward. Fish of the day was skate/ very large portion but could have used more flavor. Duck breast was excellent with tasty sauce. Overall, a solid dinner

you’re in the mood for cocktails done with real craft (not just content), Les Ambassadeurs delivers. The cocktail program is exceptional—the mixologists were outstanding, and the bar team struck that rare balance of high professionalism and genuinely personable service.
The ambience is chic and sophisticated in a way that feels timeless, not try-hard. This is a place that clearly values class more than your Instagram handle, and it shows in every detail—from the pacing to the polish.
I’d return in a heartbeat.

Loved our visit. We arrived just before the pianist started at 8 pm. The bar’s decor is stunning. The drinks menu was varied and the cocktails we chose were delicious. We were served some nibbles to go with our drinks which was appreciated. Would visit again for a special occasion as it is pricey but worth the money.

What to say! A true gem. A spirit of good old times. Great band. Music maybe a little, just a little too loud but you can still talk. Recommend sitting at the bar. There are no online reservations but waiting time is under 10 minutes. Staff is super professional and will guide you and explain everything about the cocktail they prepare for you. Music is not that Jazzy - more like current popular hits but maybe depends on the day. We went there on Friday. It was packed. Ambient is great. Food excellent although we did not go for food - but were nicely surprised with small cheeseburgers and grilled cheese with caviar. Art Deco vibe totally. Definitely will go back for more of all of it

Found this place after a failed dinner reservation at Maxims. It has a great atmosphere and the service was great. I had the duck confit avg it was spectacular..order bread to soak up the sauce. They have a wide variety of wines which we tried 2 bottles of. Had the salted caramel crepe and brioche for dessert, both were delicious! Prices were good for the quality of food and service.

It is amazing experience environment and food. We had the duck confit, steak (medium-rare) , onion soup and vanilla ice cream & chocolate & cake and it was superb. Every food item was excellent the best duck confit and potatoes, the best fries and steak and sauce and onion soup that warms the soul. The dessert was icing on our cake. The live music is amazing and added a nice dinner vibe. Our servers were very friendly welcoming and spoke english to us.

Even though the atmosphere was buzzing with chatter and laughter, the food truly stole the show. The onion soup was a masterpiece—rich and flavorful, captured the essence of the authentic recipe perfectly. For my main dish, I chose the Vol-au-vent with chicken, and it did not disappoint! The combination of tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and a delectable sauce was simply divine, each bite a delightful harmony of flavors. And those French fries! They were outstanding—thin, crispy, and perfectly salted, exactly how I love them.

We had a wonderful dinner at Maison Blossom, located inside the Sofitel Hotel. A friend invited us, and it turned out to be a great recommendation.
If you're driving, just be aware that the street in front of the restaurant doesn’t allow parking. Fortunately, there’s a large underground parking garage near the Place de la Concorde—just about a five-minute walk away. The short walk takes you past the U.S. Embassy, which makes for a nice, quiet stroll.
The restaurant is beautifully designed, with both indoor seating and a lovely garden area. Since it wasn’t crowded, the atmosphere was calm and perfect for chatting with friends over dinner.
The menu isn’t extensive, but the food was excellent. Each dish was beautifully plated and full of flavor. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the evening.
If you’re exploring this area and looking for a peaceful, elegant place to enjoy a relaxing dinner, I highly recommend Maison Blossom. It’s much more comfortable and enjoyable than squeezing into an overly busy, trendy spot.
