Excellent Stay – Amazing Staff!
Had a great experience at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Yassir at the front desk—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He made check out smooth and always greeted us with a smile. Would definitely come back!

Really great place to stay. A short walk from Gare du Nord with lots of local bars and amenities. Close to the metro and easy to navigate around Paris. The hotel itself is great, the rooms were so comfy with great water pressure and comfortable beds. The staff are excellent, really friendly and helpful. A fantastic touch is the cold water taps and coffee they offer in the lobby, ideal when it’s 30 degrees out and you need to fill up your water bottle! Overall a great place to stay, will stay here again when I’m next in Paris!

We booked two rooms for one night prior to our departure from Paris for the family, both rooms were adjacent and suitable for our needs. Close to many Cafes and Restaurants but located on a reasonably quiet street. Hotel staff provided great service, we dropped our luggage off early and returned to check in later only to find it had already been taken to our rooms up three level of stairs and they insisted on bringing it back down also. They were also very accomodating on late checkout as we had a late flight to catch. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel was ok. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant staff were a bit abrupt. As so didn't seem to replenish breakfast items when they ran out. We were there for 3 nights and every morning we went to breakfast at 9 but the bacon was always gone and never replenished. The breakfast room is very small and people bumping in to one and other. They do have a nice courtyard that you can have your breakfast in. But if the weather was a bit cool or raining well need I say more. Staff were very slow to clean tables so you were waiting for a clean table. The hotel is two buildings the back building is 4 floors 8 flights of stairs. We were on the 2nd floor so the stairs took its toll on my breathing. The main building has a lift. The room was very small but was OK as we were out all day we only slept there. While the the room was OK it definitely was not one of the rooms in the booking site page. The area around the hotel is very noisy but we were in the back of hotel so it was quiet. One or two nice restaurants around the hotel so that was a plus. Would I go back. Most probably yes I would. The reception staff are very nice and helpful.

Stayed here with our business group of 33 people. The Hotel is fantastic value for money, especially considering it’s located a nice and safe area just a few minutes from Gar du Est.
The building is full air conditioned which made our stay during summer very comfortable. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and nicely decorated.
A big thanks to Laetitia Blanco and all the staff for being so helpful and accommodating for our large group.
I can only recommend Hotel Kabanel.

Nice candy store in the train station. Lots of choices, including ice cream cones. A good place to pick up a gift box of custom chocolates. Expensive, though. Would be 5 stars if the price was a little better.

I decided to eat at this restaurant as there was a fashion event I attended across the street. They did not disappoint in any way. I had a delicious and lovely dining experience. The staff was happy, attentive, knowledgable, and excited about their venue. I ordered the steak and it was delicious with the sauce. The starter was also tasty and a great dinner. They were plated well, and the atmosphere was quite welcoming and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend, and visit this establishment again to taste the other dishes!

We stumbled upon Les Enfants Perdus by chance and were so glad we did. This charming spot near Canal Saint Martin felt like a hidden treasure. The duck was an absolute showstopper, the ceviche was delicious, and the fresh, warm basket of bread was a perfect start. Our waitress was sweet and welcoming, and the whole experience felt relaxed and special. The food is genuinely excellent—I highly recommend it!

Restaurant with fantastic vibe located in beautiful neighbourhood. Staffs are super chill and welcoming, very attentive even though the place was crowded. Food was served in a timely manner. The steaks were exactly medium rare as we ordered, which many other restaurants too often failed to achieve. Everything from starters to main dishes to desserts were delicious, one of the best we have tried in Paris.

Cute restaurant, friendly staff. Food is plated beautifully and tastes good, but maybe the kitchen is trying too hard. Like my son enjoyed the duck but not the sauce served with it. And the veloute was good, but maybe a little too busy with all of the add-ins.

Great restaurant offering an ample terrace and tasty food. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Cozy and calm, ideal for a break and conveniently located close to the Gare de l'Est train station.

The venue is perfect for a sunny brunch. The brunch dishes were very good with a special mention for the Pancakes and French Toast. However, not only the service was slightly unpleasant, there was a smell manure/compost (which could have been due to the heat) which made the atmosphere disappointing. We didn’t ask to change tables because other guests around us noticed the same issue. I would still recommend the Café A, since it’s an enjoyable location and set up.

Simple restaurant with a super easy to follow menu. Staff were friendly and service was very fast. Food was absolutely delicious and well priced for the quality. My boyfriend and I were very happy with our meal and would happily go again.

Compared to all you can eat, this restaurant is cheaper and the slices of salmon are thicker as well, more delicious and overal more appealing. For 2 persons and a full belly you don't have to spend 30+ euros

First time in Paris and me and my best friend were craving sushi. We were very impressed with the quick delivery and the food tasted great! The white wine I ordered was very cold which was a huge plus. Delivery driver was nice as well. We only have a couple days left here but we already decided we want to order from this restaurant again.

Stopped here as last bar before hotel. Bar person and 2 locals gave us advice on the, which looked like home brew, flavoured rums. Vanilla one was lovely. Had Cointreau, which tasted excellent due to the bar person knowing how to serve it.

Small humble restaurant that serves delicious Japanese food. Menu selection were great and mostly reasonable price. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended to drop by to this restaurant if you’re around Gare D Lest.

We randomly pop in and glad to have a wide range of choices, we ordered fried noodles and rice as my parent was poorly so prefer hot food and the gentleman is so thoughtful to arrange her some warm drink. We are pleased to have this family feel Japanese bistro. We keep seeing lots of take away order and bet they are very popular around the area. Thanks!

Excellent little Japanese restaurant / sushi bar - clean and neat inside - in a diner-style layout. Great range of menu options - and food was fresh and tasty and the service efficient - prices are reasonable - and I’m sure this is one of the best place to eat near the station - give it a try

We visited with our 6 year old twins. The staff were brilliant and very patient! Our daughters milk tooth fell out (it was very wobbly and ready to come out). The waiter was lovely and gave us a little mini takeaway box so we could keep it safe!
The sushi, temaki, omelette maki, tempura and brochettes were amazing! We also had miso soup, gyoza (ravioli) and Edamame which our children helped us devour! We've eaten in many Japanese restaurants with and without our children and this is definately one we'd return to when in the area!

A very typical Burger King restaurant in Paris. There were a lot of clients but I didn't wait for long. The dinning room is clean enough.
The best part is this screen showing departures and arrivals. Very considerate as this burger king is just next to Gare de l'Est.

Good location with extra seating upstairs. Purchasing items on the screens can be done in English or French which is useful. The tea however came with no milk, when asked for milk was told by staff there is no milk!
The sink in the toilet doesn't work!
