The good things about this hotel are the staff and the breakfast. All staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. The location is also great.
But the hotel needs renovation. The room was a disaster.
- The shower head holder was broken and they tried to “fix” it with some black cord. I don’t think it is too expensive to just install a new shower holder.
- The door to the bathroom did not close.
- Tiles in the bathroom were cracked.
- The corridor and elevator had weird smell.
It is a shame that so nice employees have to work in such a messy environment.
And this hotel is definitely not 3 stars.

This is a little travel friendly hotel in a great area in Paris. The staff was BEYOND friendly and accommodating, they were able to hold out bags there while we explored and even brought them up to the room for us, very kind and helpful! It looked like the breakfast offered was also awesome (no time for me to actually try it), and although the hotel is clearly old and a bit worn it is at least clean and quiet. The bed looked a little wonky but was actually comfortable. Right across the street from a super cool market.

The hotel was the worst three-star experience I've had. While its proximity to the train station and the friendly staff were positives, our room was a disaster. With only one socket located far from the bed, we had to request an extension cord. Moreover, the room lacked adequate sockets for the electric boiler and study lamp on the table. Despite having these amenities, it was surprising that there were no sockets nearby to plug them in. The toilet door couldn't close properly, forcing us to leave it ajar. The broken, unadjustable shower made showering difficult. Additionally, noise insulation was terrible, with the cleaning lady's long and loud phone conversation by the door waking us up on the first day. Furthermore, even the towels on the floor weren't changed regularly.

The staff were really helpful and nice all the time. It is well located and near the metro and train station. The room was nice and clean, the noise from outside was ok taking into consideration is near a busy avenue.
Ivonne Robledo Casados - 3 months ago
The rooms doesn't look like the pictures. On the two days we put the sing "do not disturb" on the door, and in the last day the cleaning lady was in our room without permission. We know this because she left a cleaning cloth on the floor of our room without noticing. Only when we arrive at the airport we found out that someone had stolen my husband's airpods that he left inside his travel bag.
Its really a shame that this happened, because we were thinking in coming back, but after this we can't, of course.
The people at the reception are very friendly and they have coffe / tea / water 24/24h available at the reception, which is very good. Breakfast is ok, eventhouht you don't have a lot of diversity.

Under the Les Halles belly -3 location…the host is very patient in helping me selection and try-tasting…without hurrying us, she help us pack many packages for gifts. I would patron this location again. Jeff de Bruges chocolates has been our favorite for a while….great service at this shop!

Nice candy store in the train station. Lots of choices, including ice cream cones. A good place to pick up a gift box of custom chocolates. Expensive, though. Would be 5 stars if the price was a little better.

Les Enfants Perdus is a hidden gem! The salmon and lasagna were amazing. Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Great ambiance and service too. Highly recommend

The service was great super accommodating and lovely, very efficient too. They have a great selection of orange wine which is why we went there. Pépin is our favourite. The food was almost perfect, however, when I got home a couple of hours later I began to feel violently ill. Undoubtedly food poisoning! It couldn’t have been anything we eaten that day as I am very particular about the quality of food. We had the white fish it was seemingly fresh, served with steamed broccoli. At such price we expected something a bit more elegant and refreshing with the fish. The steak was ordered signon however once it arrived it was unevenly cooked on the very well done side. Was dry. The location by the canal is great.

The food and service were wonderful for the most part. Where we went wrong, was when my wife found a hair in her food- she picked it out and ignored it. We’re not generally fussy people. We have both worked in food service, and generally take the “a hair won’t kill us attitude” depending on the circumstances. However, later that night after going to bed, my wife became violently ill every hour and half hour on the dot. Unmistakably, she had food poisoning. It wasn’t the dodgy kebabs we had the days prior, but our nice meal out that did it. Wash your hands, put on a hat. Do your food prep better. Because otherwise Les Enfants served a near perfect meal.

One of the best restaurants I have been to recently. We were a table of 7 and all dishes ordered were excellent. Menu catering for all with a great combination of ingredients. The waitress was really friendly and attentive in spite of being busy. Would definitely recommend!! I usually do not take the time to write a review.

We went there for drinks during Pride (La Turbulence). Great experience. The outside space is perfect, as is the inside/dance floor. Staff was polite throughout the evening, the music and sound system top notch. Only less positive point: the number of toilettes is obscenely low. Other than that, highly recommended!

Beautiful day in Paris with sunshine and this place was perfect to have brunch and talk business! Very original menu and delicious as well! 5 min walking from Gare de l’Est
Try the desert with white chocolate mousse, fruits and popping something :)
The place is within the premises of the Maison d’architecture

A hip little cafe that's hidden away near Gare de l'Est. This area is not known for its modern or interesting eateries, so this was a nice surprise to find. A very different and modern menu, swish cocktails and craft beer on tap. The food was a bit pricey, but delicious.

Very good vegetarian options, really interesting combination of tastes and flavours. Good service. Very nice environment in the garden.

Really nice restaurant/bar with a superb terrace/garden in the heart if Paris. It's best to reserve in advance on their website. Highly recommend the big eggs muffin and the pavlova. Couple of negative points, it was hard to get the attention of a staff member due to there being lots of people, and I'm almost sure the whipped cream came from a can, maybe I'm wrong.

First time in Paris and me and my best friend were craving sushi. We were very impressed with the quick delivery and the food tasted great! The white wine I ordered was very cold which was a huge plus. Delivery driver was nice as well. We only have a couple days left here but we already decided we want to order from this restaurant again.

We went for a city trip to Paris and found this restaurant by accident.
It’s very clean, the service was outstanding and the food was very delicious. The plates were decorated with a lot of attention to detail.
I think it’s a little insider tip, because you get a high quality for “lower” prices.
Best sushi restaurant I’ve been to so far!!!

Very nice mauritian specialty food place. Friendly service and good pricing. I had the "rougaille ourite" and lentils on rice and it was very tasty. The pickled chili that came along was very good as well. My friends and family ordered briani and fried noodles and they said it was good too. Would definitely go back when i come back to Paris.

Excellent little Japanese restaurant / sushi bar - clean and neat inside - in a diner-style layout. Great range of menu options - and food was fresh and tasty and the service efficient - prices are reasonable - and I’m sure this is one of the best place to eat near the station - give it a try

We randomly pop in and glad to have a wide range of choices, we ordered fried noodles and rice as my parent was poorly so prefer hot food and the gentleman is so thoughtful to arrange her some warm drink. We are pleased to have this family feel Japanese bistro. We keep seeing lots of take away order and bet they are very popular around the area. Thanks!
