absolutely magnificent! went here with my boyfriend for my birthday dinner and had a great time.
we ordered the salmon heart, beef with mashed potatoes (which were crazy smooth and tasty), cod with squash, and for dessert we had the profiteroles.
service was immaculate, mentioned it was my birthday and we got a complimentary ice cream with a little candle 🥰
really recommend if you’re looking for a fancy fine dining experience

If there were 6 stars, that would be more appropriate. The food was exquisite, and the service was top notch. We had the cassoulet which was so very delicious and I can't wait to try making it at home - so much flavor. We had the foie gras which was absolutely decadent and delicious. Beautiful restaurant and fantastic service. Oh and they served little chocolates from Alain Ducasse which were the best we had in Paris. Magnifique!

This bistro has a Michelin star for a reason! I dined solo and it was a fantastic experience. The escargot was fabulous, as was the cassoulet.
The staff were so lovely and very attentive. They even gave me an espresso with a madeleine after my meal, which was the perfect end to the night.

Benoit a Parian Bistro in Paris. I booked this restaurant on my final day in Paris on a Sunday for me and my wife. I read recommendations on the Michelin guide and it was highly recommended. Do I agree with the recommendation? Sadly not.
We walked in, and it is a beautiful bistro style restaurant with a French European feel to it. I loved the architecture and style. The plates and ornaments were beautiful and the staff were welcoming and friendly. However the food was average and I've got no idea why we were sat upstairs when there was free space on the ground floor.
We ordered the-
Duck fooe grass
Gourmet veal casserole with sweet breads
Seared beef tenderloin
Dessert- French cheese.
We liked the food, it was simple but authentic French and that was what we came and paid for. The cheese dessert however was too simple and personally a waste of money. Just a bunch of small cuts of cheese simply put on a plate. We didn't finish the cheese, sadly was wasted. The other food was delicious and I highly recommend the veal sweet bread casserole.
We probably wouldn't visit again, but it is a nice place to get an authentic French bistro feel.

A hidden gem in Paris. From the warm and attentive service to the beautifully prepared dishes, everything at Bienot feels thoughtful and genuine. The flavors are refined yet comforting, with each plate showcasing a balance of creativity and tradition. The ambiance is intimate without being pretentious, making it the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. A true Parisian experience that lingers long after the last bite.

Great place to get compose-it-yourself salad at the foot of the Tour St Jacques. Lots of ingredients to choose from to put on top of a self selected base.

After walking for a whole day, I walked into this cafe because of yelp review. And it is great. Great cheese cake. They don't have English menu but the waitress was very helpful with the translation.

We came here by the reciews from yelp and it was what we were expecting to be. Amazing coffee and most important the best server we met in Paris ,Valentine. She was very politr and kind ,gavr ys the best service

You pick a base (variety of salads, baguette pizza or flatbread), then you pick your toppings. It's all kinds of things you'd expect at a salad bar. My salad was big and filling, and exactly how I wanted.

Lovely view of the fountain!
But tables were too close to one another and you couldn't enjoy a proper meal.
Moreover, the crêpes were a bit dry and slightly burnt, the filling was not very satisfying.. but for 12€ it was okay.

Our friend who is from Paris told us we couldn't go to Paris without going to his favorite creperie, this place. Just wow! He was right, this place was so delicious and the best crepes we've ever had. We each ordered one savory and one sweet crepe, as recommended by our friend, and had some beers to go with our meal. We loved everything about this place from the outdoor seating to the service to the food. We had a wonderful time and will come back when we visit again. Highly recommended!!

Everything in this place is nice. Indoor has a great atmosphere. We had salmon gallete and crepe to eat in the afternoon, which was very good and tasty. All food and drink prices are inexpensive. Great outdoor seating and has a great view outside.

We spent a few days in Paris and we didn't find this place until the last day and we really regretted not finding it sooner
They have a very good menu and their selection of crepes and galettes is very good
The prices are very reasonable and they are located across the street from a small playground which was a nice addition to watch the children play

It was just random spot on our walk around Paris center. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, food is delicious and they have English menu😁 those buckwheat crepes were amazing! ( I had Norvegian with salmon and my hubby ham & cheese).

I been to this place three different times. Their happy hour is so affordable. Great drinks, great appetizers for best prices. Their green peppers, potatoes and paella were the best.
vijayaf - 7 months ago
The paella was so dissappointing. It was served with a common plate instead of classical iron plate, and the paella was obviously already made for quite long as it was not hot at all. The taste is as same as the pealla I bought at Picard(frozen food chain store).
The tapas were ok. The only advantage is that this restaurant is open at the afternoon.

One of the better paella!
Nice tapas!
Although the QR code doesn’t work for English menu, the staff is very helpful!
Will definitely come back again!
*Left my scrub suit behind , she even came for me. Kudos to her!

It's still a very cool metal bar. The music is all kinds of metal, there are decorations all over the place and the best: Beer and food is awesome! The meat quality is superb and prices reasonable for the food. Friendly staff and free refill of your potato wedges ( if you ask for it) included.

Metal, mais pas trop… 😜
I took my husband here on his first trip to Paris. The food is so good and the meat was the best he’d had since coming over from the US.
Even if you’re not into Metal music, it’s worth booking a table for dinner here.
You’ll often see people in suits walking out after having eaten in the restaurant, while rockers enjoy a beer.
There’s also a metal club downstairs where you can have a great time dancing the night away

If you're a traveling goth or metalhead, and you find yourself in Paris, you'll feel entirely at home here. The drinks are amazing, the food is fantastic, and I've not heard a bad song played.

The ultimate place to enjoy excellent food and a drink by the Centre Pompidou. Many have a sip while enjoying the people watching. Was pleasantly surprised to find really good and reasonably priced food options here as well. The salad was crisp and fresh, nem tasty and warm, and the verveine tea with assorted desserts perfectly done. Service was attentive and well timed. Highly recommend.

It had been a very long time since I last returned to Café Beaubourg, and I was curious to rediscover the place. I had noticed that the rating on this platform was not particularly high (below 4), but I still wanted to make up my own mind. Overall, I was personally welcomed and served quite well, which allowed me to enjoy my break.
However, I observed a situation that I found rather unfortunate. Two Asian tourists sat at a table close to mine and waited for more than fifteen minutes without anyone approaching them, even though there were only about a dozen people seated on the terrace at that time (Sunday, August 17th, around 4 pm). Discouraged, they eventually left without ordering. I am not sure whether the young waiter with mid-length curly hair simply did not notice them, but the end result was that they left with a negative impression.
I find this regrettable because, beyond the restaurant’s reputation, it also affects the image of Paris for visitors. This iconic location deserves a level of service that matches its history and charm. I hope my feedback will be taken as a constructive remark to help improve the experience for all guests.

AMAZING hot chocolate!! And you get to pour your own chocolate, so you get the choose the amount. It wasn't too sweet, just divine!
I got the Déjeuner du Boulanger (Baker's Breakfast) and every bit of it was delicious! It came with a soup, salad and tartine and you can add a dessert (I chose the Liege waffle). My favorite part was the tomato and cauliflower soup, surprising to me because I usually don't like tomato soups (in the US at least). It had an amazing consistency, was really flavorful and the perfect amount of acidity, and was paired with a lovely piece of baguette. I'm probably going to come back for dinner just to have the soup again before it changes (and also gonna try the miso salmon, looks so good!). The Liege waffle was fluffy and delicious!
And Emily and Malha, the servers, were really helpful, kind, and responsive, thank you both!
Minor sensitivity warning: Likely due to the high ceilings and the shape of the room, while they keep the music down, the whole place can get a bit noisy from casual conversation. If you have sensitive hearing, I highly recommend bringing your ear protectors to eat here.

Super cute brunch spot, Sarah was my server and she was so kind and wonderful! I got the breakfast bowl and mini pancakes. The breakfast bowl was good, but not the best -not a lot of flavor but the mini pancakes were soo good!!

They prepare a whole sea bass fried with garlic and spices that is phenomenal! We added some vegetable fried rice which was a perfect companion. And for desert we had the sticky rice and mango which was delicious. I had read reviews that indicated bad service but our experience was the opposite, our waiter was very friendly and efficient. This was a good option to change the French cousins in Paris.
I do recommend this Thai restaurant.

The restaurant looks great from the outside and has some charm. The waiter was very nice, and helpful. The food however was like a joke with a bad punch line. The fish was terrible and should never have been served.i would never serve the sea bass to someone I like. The pizza was bread and sauce, with no flavor or seasoning. There was absolutely nothing redeeming about this menu. We paid left and went to a different restaurant for dinner. I spit out the fish and didn’t touch it again. This place is clearly a charming looking tourist trap with an embarrassing kitchen. Do your self a favor and skip it.

It was our first escargot which we liked. We tried the Onion soup, chicken salad, lasagna, and a 4 cheese pizza. The soup was ok as well as the salad. The lasagna was really good!

Absolutely one of my favorite places we ate during our European 2023 vacation! The food was delicious without being too pricey, best coffee we tried while in Paris, and the stew was amazing. The atmosphere was lovely.
We knew a little French, and the waiter met us halfway without any trouble -- they were friendly and polite, and helped translate any parts we asked for clarity with on the menu.
We sat down for a quiet dinner after a visit to the Notre Dame cathedral, it was right at sunset. The weather was perfect, late summer/early autumn feeling (after some morning rain), and they left their doors open to let in the breeze. A cat wandered in at one point, seemed very friendly with all the customers and employees. It felt idyllic.
