Title: Wonderful Stay in an Amazing Location
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating—they even gave us a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.
I don’t agree with some reviews about the lobby being too small—it was a good size with a comfortable waiting area, and the staff was courteous enough to send our luggage up so we didn’t have to carry it ourselves. Yes, the elevator is small (about the size of a cupboard), but it’s functional, and given that it’s a heritage building, this is expected. If you’re claustrophobic, taking the stairs is a good option.
The staff truly made our stay memorable, and the neighborhood was simply amazing. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you to the hotel team for a wonderful experience!

I stayed for two nights to celebrate my engagement with my now fiancée. The location is great and the hotel, although pretty small, is quaint and nice.
But the service is terrible. The main hostess is very rude. They didn’t even allow me to leave my bag before going to the airport “for security reasons” and because I “just stayed two nights”.
Expensive and rude, although nice. Would not recommend.

Great space and very attentive staff, good breakfast and location excellent for many attractions and public transport
Only small issue: couldn't find the bedside outlet for mobile phone (reception helped - it's a wall plug in and another guest had moved it) and Internet signal not strong. Room staff very good. Would come again!

Staying at Hôtel Le Relais Saint-Germain was nothing short of magical! Nestled in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this charming boutique hotel transports you to a world of elegance, history, and romance.
We were lucky enough to stay in one of the attic rooms (Casanova) and the view was absolutely breathtaking! From our windows, we could see the rooftops of Paris stretching into the distance, capturing the true essence of the city’s charm. Waking up to this stunning panorama made every morning feel like a dream.
The room itself was beautifully designed, blending classic Parisian elegance with modern comfort. The wooden beams, antique furnishings, and plush bedding created a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. It felt like stepping back in time while still enjoying all the modern amenities we needed.
And of course, the staff was exceptional, always warm, welcoming, and eager to make our stay special. If you’re looking for a place that captures the true romance of Paris, with incredible views, history, and charm, look no further than Le Relais Saint-Germain. We can’t wait to return!

Staying at this hotel for one night was an interesting experience. While the room was spacious by Parisian standards, the tiny toilet, uncomfortable shower, and very narrow corridors made our stay less comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast area was quite small, and the staff did not seem particularly welcoming.
The decoration was distinctly Parisian, which added a charming touch, but the busyness of the room’s design might feel overwhelming for those seeking to relax after a hectic day. However, the best aspects were the excellent location, which was convenient and easily accessible, and the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night’s sleep.

My best dining experience in Paris. Every bite was pure ecstasy. Revolutionary beef tenderloin melts in your mouth, recipe perfected over 400+ years. Duck breast was succulent and potatoes were moist with gravy. Such a rich history in that restaurant with figures such as Napoleon and Thomas Jefferson being regulars. Would recommend nobody miss this place on their next visit to Paris.

Great experience. We heard from friends that the visit was worth it since it’s the oldest cafe/restaurant in Paris and it really was. We ordered the steak and duck. The dishes were simply delicious and the staff very friendly. Would definitely go back. Worth it visiting!

Wanted to eat at a classic French restaurant with a beautiful interior. Stopped by in the afternoon to make reservations, hostess was extremely helpful, came back at 7pm and realized they stay open most of the day, restaurant was very busy downstairs and a long line to check-in. But fortunately, due to having reservations, they let us pick the best table next to the street level window. Service was fast and efficient, the wines by the glass list was excellent and they opened a new bottle for me and offered to pour as much or as little as I wanted and only pay for that much. What a great idea.
Lobster ravioli was classic French, small portion with huge flavor, excellent. The sea bass was also classic and delicious. The millefeuille was a modern take on the classic, basically a canoe shaped croissant filled with dabs of cream. Not what I was hoping for. Then when our plates were just finished, the bill shows up unasked for, first time in over 30 days in France! The service before was very good and we had at least 3 different servers, not your mom and pop kind of place. But after receiving the bill so quickly, I was asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave, once again a first!

Le Procope was really impressed by the food, the charming ambience, and the beautiful, historic location. It’s a place full of character and definitely worth seeing.
However, I have to mention that the restaurant was extremely hot during our visit. There was no air conditioning, and the lack of ventilation made it very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the heat made it hard to enjoy the meal, and we weren’t even able to finish our food because of how overwhelming it was.
It’s a real shame, because the experience had so much potential. I hope the restaurant considers improving the ventilation or adding cooling options, especially during warmer months.

The food was excellent, and we were warmly welcomed by everyone — the two beautiful and handsome managers who confirmed our reservation at the entrance, the friendly Asian server who took our order, and the tall, well-mannered staff member who served us.
They all made our first dinner in Paris a truly wonderful experience.
After a long flight, we were exhausted on our first day and didn’t even have the energy to dress properly, but we were still able to enjoy a satisfying meal and return to our accommodation feeling happy and ready for tomorrow.
Thank you so much!

The ambience was amazing, with a live piano and singer when we were there. Giving a lot of jazz vibes. Food was amazing, I recommend the truffle bruschetta, it’s a must! Sadly the pasta was a bit bland and overcooked to my taste, and the dessert also is quite okay. But overall, it’s a good experience.

This place is amazing! As a solo diner they accommodated me with a table in the bar on two separate nights. The hostess was so kind and sweet and could see that I didn’t want to be put off in the back of the restaurant somewhere. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had and the service was also impeccable. I will return for sure next time I am in Paris. Oh, and the piano was the icing on the cake, such a great vibe!

The line was long, but we were inside in just 39 minutes. With good weather and great company, the time flew by!
Since it’s a one-dish restaurant, there wasn’t much to decide — and within 10 minutes, we were enjoying a delicious entrecôte.
I really loved both the food and the concept. The fresh salad gets your appetite going, and the fries with the entrecôte were just perfect — not to mention the Bordeaux wine!
We honestly had no room left for dessert, but everything looked amazing.
If you don’t mind a little wait, this place is absolutely worth it!

Loved my experience here. Our server Camille was wonderful. The value for money I think was also very good considering you receive second helpings of everything (steak, chips and even the salad which she kindly did for me). Fast service despite how busy the restaurant was. I ordered medium steak as no medium rare option, but recommend ordering rare if you prefer it to be pink. Also would advise getting in the queue 60minutes prior to their opening time to ensure you are in the first sitting. Definitely worth the wait.
Emilie England - 2 weeks ago
Our server Elena was adorable; she was so welcoming, funny, and overall a good server.
The steak frites are, of course, very good. The portion of steak you get is approximately 6 oz, broken up into two servings to keep the food warm. I swear back in the day the steak was unlimited, but it’s been many years since my last visit. While it would have been nice to have a bit more steak, the price for what you get is still a good value.

This is a tourist thing but a great experience. Waiting in line for 40 minutes was fun as we chatted to the people around us. Inside the place is buzzing with black-dressed waitresses with bun hair does swiftly complete the servicing. The salad and steak and chips meal is really good and you get a double plate. We ordered medium rare and it was perfect. We also had dessert which was absolutely not necessary as we were full but so glad we did. Just delicious. Only bad thing apart from the wait is there are only 2 toilets and the line can be long there too!
G Mac - a month ago
I went to the restaurant 45 mins before it opened at 12pm, and there were 10 people waited in line already! The steak is cooked right and the sauce is amazing! I loved the crispy French fries! I had dessert and coffee after the meal. Service is good and speedy. A great culture experience and amazing tasty food to enjoy on my first day arriving Paris! Thank you very much!

the brunch is generous with quality products. the buffet is restocked regularly which allows customers arriving after 1:30 p.m. to be able to enjoy all the sweet products, pastries, drinks... the service is impeccable, no false notes... the room lacks charm and warmth for a 5⭐️... the price of €68 is a bit
excessive but by looking carefully on the net you can find a reduction which allows you to return to a correct price..
on the other hand, a real rant for this employee contribution (obligatory 5% tip)... isn't the service included in France..??. this is very limited for an establishment of your category... .. Where does this fashion of making tipping obligatory come from... .. US derivatives or just a way to increase the average basket per customer / the Olympic Games effect... .. but this new line on the bill leaves me perplexed...

Lacking in service, but the best food compared to other Frog's.
This Frog, lacked in service in comparison to others. We entered and had to wait for a bit, including waiting for the manager to speak to an employee before serving a table (of which there were a few available). The floors were noticeably sticky as well, with a stale beer/ light vomit smell.
The food however, was the best I've had compared to other chains. I'm not only taking about the temperature but also the actual taste. It's strange how the same exact dish can taste so different in the same chain. The only thing I would say is that the mac and cheese side for one dish, was piping hot, whereas the other one was stone cold.

Les Éditeurs in Paris offers a lovely atmosphere with its beautiful, charming Parisian decor—perfect for a cozy meal. The service is great, with friendly and human interactions that made us feel welcome.
As for the food, it was good overall. The seared tuna, cheese burger, chicken cooking were well-executed. However, the fries were a letdown—they were too hard and not very enjoyable. The mocktails were fine.
Overall, it’s a nice spot with good food and a fantastic ambiance.

Food is a joke, service inattentive, location is cute. // Update (since the restaurant asked for it): The photo shows a tuna tataki starter for 18€ and no, I haven’t eaten half of it already. Taste was poor, too. The service never checked on me and it took me forever to get the cheque, even though the restaurant wasn’t packed. Overall an experience I really cannot recommend.

This was one of my favourite restaurants during my Paris trip. The interior is stunning, open, airy and inviting filled with plants. It’s a French fusion restaurant with touches of Asian and Japanese flavours. Reservations are a must here as it’s a very busy restaurant especially during nights. The service is impeccable honestly one of the best we’ve experience in Paris. The waiter is very attentive, friendly and overall makes you feel like you’re lifelong friends.
We had a party of 4 and ordered quite a few dishes to try out. The salmon dishes were all amazing, fish was fresh and of quality. Two of my favourite was definitely the poke bowl and scallops. Every dish has dynamic flavouring, however the only one that was lacklustre was the dish. We felt it was a little bland and lacking in complexity. The desserts were all amazing as well, not too sweet and the perfect ending. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I was recently visiting Paris and a friend had recommended this restaurant to me and told me to try the French onion soup. Highly recommended!

Great experience!
The atmosphere is mostly cozy, though occasionally marred by loud music and wait times during busy hours. Don’t forget to book before.
While the food presentation and taste are commendable, it is a bit pricey (around €80-100 per person). But worth a visit for a distinct Parisian experience!
