I travel a lot but my stay at this hotel was the most special and exceptional one!!! The service is 100 out of 10! Everyone is so attentive, friendly and helpful, I haven’t heard a single “no” to my requests. I celebrated my birthday there, upon arrival to the room there was a card, a gift and a balloon from the hotel staff to celebrate my day. The room was cleaned twice per day, and the sheets changed daily. I am beyond satisfied with my stay. The location is outstanding and so safe! We were walking on the streets at 4 am- very quiet and safe. The breakfast was so good too, compliments to the chef and the staff! Such a great variety of food and fruit! The champagne served with breakfast made it feel like a true vacation! Would definitely go back to Castille when in Paris! Thank you again for making our stay so memorable.

We had another lovely stay at the Castille. Our room was very comfortable. The staff are helpful and attentive. The breakfast was brilliant! The gym is small but adequate. The location is excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at Castille hotel and had a wonderful experience overall.
The location is absolutely top-notch right in the heart of central Paris, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and exploring. The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness was truly impressive.
The reception and bar staff were genuinely amazing-warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options and delicious freshly baked madeleines that stood out.
The only downside was the breakfast hosting staff, who were a bit unfriendly and not particularly considerate of the diverse cultural backgrounds of the guests. Given that the hotel is located in a major tourist area, a bit more kindness and understanding would go a long way.
Despite this, I would definitely stay here again. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and the overall experience was excellent.

A cute boutique hotel, that needs some upgrades with flooring, bathroom and hard beds. The excellent customer service of the staff made it so much better! Everyone was absolutely amazing. Which made the broken tissue holder, the TV that didn’t work at all, the WiFi that never worked, the horribly hard croissant, the very small rooms, and the dents/holes in the room better to deal with. The location was also great, in the center of everything and easy access to Uber and walking. Nothing was more than 30/40 minute walk in great weather.

I had a wonderful stay at the Bedford Hotel in Paris. Everything was perfect, the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The attention to detail truly made the experience special.
What stood out the most was the kindness of the team. Everyone was welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It made me feel completely at home.
I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

This hotel was a safe haven! We left another hotel and needed somewhere else to stay, I was so happy Hotel Bedford was available for the rest of our trip.
It’s in a prime location, the building has high ceilings almost feels like an American style building inside. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It has a large elevator and big hallway.
Our room although only the comfort room was 30 square metres which was so much space for luggage and getting ready each morning. Some treats left in our room along with a mini bar. Room service each day was pristine.
I would give this hotel 5 stars apart from a couple of minor things, the lack of slippers and a robe in the rooms. It would be nice to include those but maybe the suites have some. The shower could be renovated to a walk in and softer toilet roll.
Other than that I would high recommend this hotel for your stay in the city, we will return!

I stayed here for 6 days and I really loved the location. It’s very quiet and everything you need is close by. The room size is quite large compared to most hotels in Europe.
However, the price is very high, the housekeeping service is not at the expected level, and there were no slippers or complimentary water available in the room.
Ruqayyah Albannay - 6 months ago
I really liked the location, it was quiet but still quite close to the main sightseeing places. Very clean, and quite spacious for Paris. There is a beautiful restaurant and a bar, we had some drinks in the bar, the service was great. Next time I am definitely staying there again. On the video and photos you can see some view from the hotel room windows, lobby and inner garden of the hotel.

An incredible experience at Lucas Carton.
Every dish was calculated to the perfection. The sauces were delicious.
The taste was subtil and innovative.
We took the course with 7 dishes and we were nicely full at the end.

Amazing restaurant. Generous with flavors and the quality and amount of foods. Great sommelier and staff. The chef Hugo Bourny is talented and came and spoke to us during the meal. We had a great experience. We had the 7 courses. Our table voted for the venison, the langoustines (with caviar) and the scallops (with shiitake). Very innovative. Be prepared for an adventure and keep an open mind when you come.

I had a highly satisfying experience at this restaurant. The impressive interior design, beautiful decor, and well-balanced dishes stood out, along with the professional service provided by the staff. The experimental desserts were also intriguing. The wine selection was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. The sommelier's service was slightly underwhelming, but overall, it was a solid Michelin one-star experience. I would be happy to return.

A Saturday night in Paris and the 5-course tasting menu for two with a bottle of wine. French fine dining at its best with all the classical touches - a good excuse to dress up and drink fancy wine. Remembered for dishes I don’t normally enjoy but loved. Masterful use of mushrooms, beetroot and asparagus. Perfectly cooked mains, craft and technique everywhere. The ambiance was a little quieter and the service a little colder than we are used to.
Michael Boszko - a year ago
Excellent food. We ordered the a la carte menu. The dishes were perfectly made. We ordered the scallops and lobster. It was amazing. I also ordered the potato pie as starter which I truly enjoyed.
The desserts - especially the chocolate one - that's probably one of the most memorable chocolate desserts I've had in a while. The perfect combination.
Highly recommend. It wasn't very busy but service was quite slow. It looked like the staff were still in training so most of what we asked about the dishes, they had to keep going back to the kitchen to ask.

Charming restaurant in a quiet square behind the Opera. My wife and I had a wonderful meal here in mid September, sitting outside to enjoy the late summer weather. The owner is very friendly and charming and the pasta dishes were fantastic. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this Italian restaurant! The vibe was cozy, the staff were super welcoming, and the food was bursting with flavor. You can tell everything is made with passion and fresh ingredients. Such a great place to enjoy good food and a relaxed atmosphere – I’ll definitely be back!
Izabela - 7 months ago
The food was so delicious here. It’s predominately Italian food but done very well. The pizzas are huge and pasta’s just the right serving.
The restarting is set in a small quiet courtyard which made it perfect for families with children as they could run around opposite the restarting without risk of being run over by a vehicle or scooter.
The outdoor area is full of majority smokers however tables are far enough apart to not impact you too greatly if you don’t like it.

We found this place on Google Maps and were very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant isn’t fancy, but the food is excellent. We ordered two starters and two main courses — we especially enjoyed the pork cheeks and the sausage with lentils — and had French beers to drink.
The staff is friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and if we ever go back to Paris, we will definitely come back here!

Foremost, you haven’t truly experienced dining in Paris until you visit Les Bacchantes. First-class service paired with exceptional food and an outstanding wine selection. Adel and his staff are not only amazing—they exceed every expectation. They treat you like family and make you feel completely at home. My wife and I will always be grateful for the experience we had and look forward to returning on our next trip to Paris.

Very delicious small restaurant close to the Opera. French traditional food with extraordinary good taste. You should try the eggs cooked in cream with foie gras, stew of lamb and flan à la louche.
Florian Dyck - 5 months ago
If you ever find yourself wandering through the 9ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, Les Bacchantes is a gem you shouldn’t miss. From the moment you step through the door, you sense the warm, authentic character of a truly typical French bistro — cozy lighting, tasteful rustic décor, and quietly confident charm.
But what really makes this place shine is the food. Every dish we tried was beautifully composed, with ingredients that tasted fresh, seasonal, and sincerely cared for. The service matched the quality of the cuisine — attentive but not overbearing, friendly without being intrusive. They clearly know their menu and the produce — they answered our questions with enthusiasm and pride.
We sampled several courses: a starter that showcased delicate flavors, a main that offered generous portions with finesse, and a dessert that was delightfully satisfying without being heavy. The balance between traditional roots and light, modern touches impressed me. Each bite felt genuine, like the signature of a kitchen you could trust.
The timing between courses was perfect — never rushed, never languid. The staff checked in just often enough to make us feel looked after, but also gave us space to enjoy the meal, relax, and linger over conversation.
In short, Les Bacchantes delivers what many restaurants promise but few consistently achieve: authentic character, excellent food, and seamless service. If you’re in Paris and long for a dining experience that feels true and memorable — not a tourist trap or a staged “experience” — this is a place to reserve a table. Highly recommended.

i loveee the food and the ambiance is very romantic. The only thing I didn’t like was how close the tables were next to each other at the back of the restaurant. I understand wanting to fit more people in but we were shoulder to shoulder. We got the black truffle with the duck confit and it was absolutely delicious. We also got the black truffle beef filet with fries and it was also heavenly. They cooked it perfectly medium rare and you can enjoy the flavor with each bite. The moisture was well preserved with both. Amazing. Only deducting because of the space but asides from that, it really is great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you’re a truffle lover, Maison de la Truffe in Paris is truly paradise! From the moment you walk by, the intoxicating aroma of truffle fills the air and sets the tone for what’s inside. The restaurant itself has a cozy yet elegant Parisian ambience — warm lighting, classy interiors, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger.
We tried several dishes and each one was outstanding:
• Risotto with Truffle: Absolutely incredible! They are so generous with the truffle — you can taste and smell it in every bite. Creamy but not overwhelming, perfectly seasoned, and that black truffle on top? Simple, aromatic, and delicious
• Pizza Ham & Brie with Truffle: The dough is on the thicker side, but still soft and not heavy at all. The pork ham was fresh, salty, and high quality. Combined with the brie and truffle, it created such a beautiful complexity of flavors. You can even add fresh white truffle on top for free, which makes it extra special
• Fettuccine with Pan-Fried Duck Foie Gras & Black Truffle: This dish completely blew me away. The al dente pasta with creamy sauce was already delicious, but the addition of foie gras (just +1€) brought it to another level. Rich, luxurious, and perfectly balanced by the earthy truffle — truly a symphony of flavors. One of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had in Paris
Beyond the food, the service was excellent — quick, attentive, and very friendly. The staff clearly know their menu well and make great recommendations.
Maison de la Truffe isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience for anyone who adores truffle. From truffle-infused oils to fresh truffle shavings on your plate, every detail is thoughtful and indulgent. Definitely one of my best dinners in Paris. Highly recommended!
Sienna Paramitha - 8 months ago
My 2nd time here and I was not disappointed. My son was with me and we both ordered an entree and main dish and it was more than enough food. Nice selection of wine, cheese and the truffe oil is the best I’ve ever had!
Staff friendly and professional.
Better to make a reservation.

During my visit to Paris, I went specially to Maison de la Truffe to buy fresh French truffles — and it was absolutely worth it! I also picked up a beautiful truffle slicer. The quality is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining how to store and enjoy the truffles. A must-visit for any food lover or truffle enthusiast!
Deniss Smirnov - 7 months ago
Another noteworthy dish at La Maison de la Truffe is the gazpacho. The refreshing chilled tomato soup is bursting with fresh and vibrant flavors. The gazpacho is expertly crafted, with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. It is a perfect choice for a hot summer day or as an appetizer to awaken the palate, there was one slight miss. The cucumber sorbet, although unique and refreshing, was a little too sweet for my taste. The sweetness overpowered the natural freshness of the cucumber, resulting in a slightly imbalanced flavor profile. However, this small hiccup did not detract from the overall dining experience.
Lastly, I must commend La Maison de la Truffe for their impeccable use of truffles throughout the menu. The truffles were consistently on point, elevating each dish they appeared in. Whether it was shaved over pasta, infused in sauces, or delicately incorporated into desserts, the truffles added a distinct and luxurious touch that truly set this restaurant apart.

Where do I start….
My fiancé took me here for bday lunch, the first strange thing was that it was empty. We were the only ones and it was very awkward to be Michelin starred restaurant. We had a lunch offer they had and it was disappointing. Not a single dish stood up. Usually when you go to Michelin restaurant you have an experience of tasting unexpected flavors and combinations. Here it was boring. We could have gone to a nice French brasserie and get better flavors. Also everything was burnt and I get it might look cool but I don’t like eating burnt bread crust. Desert in orange was nice but again, nothing new, it reminded of lindt dark chocolate with orange. We also got a truffle offer for extra dish which was basically vermicelli with milk and truffle. Like what? And it was 45€ each.
Also if you charge 30€ for an average champagne it’s better to inform beforehand. In total it was 390 for 2. We could have gone to a way better place for this money and eat much better food.
Maybe the dinner menu is better but I would never know and would never return.

Excellent service, cozy atmosphere just a few tables. Presentation of the dishes is definitely at a Michelin Star level. The taste of the dishes was good, but from the whole menu just 1 really stood out for me, asparagus with coal, the rest were just as expected but without surprising my taste buds. Also the butter with vegetable coal was excellent! Fixed menu 200€, glass of champagne 30€. Overall very pleasant experience.
