Incredible meal at lunch today. The food and service was unbelievable. Our head waiter Matteo was the best and sweetest. 💕✨ He had such good humor and professionalism and knowledge about every detail of the cuisine and it made my time there feel welcomed. I wanted to thank him personally as we were leaving but I think he had gone on break. Please tell him how much I enjoyed the experience. The food and wine were heavenly. The new pastry chef has a fantastical sense of flavor and texture and playfulness that comes out in his creations. His use of Menton citrus with chocolate was particularly delicious. The fish courses and pigeon were out of this world. I have been to Bristol many times, but today was the most incredible. The countless peony arrangements throughout were also exceptionally beautiful.

I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel seamlessly blends modern luxury with timeless elegance, offering a truly unforgettable stay.
Dining at Le Bristol's restaurant was a highlight of my visit. The culinary experience was nothing short of superb. Each dish was crafted with precision and creativity, but the standout for me was the onion soup. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, setting a high standard for any future culinary endeavors.
Overall, Le Bristol offers an unparalleled experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Paris. It's more than just a hotel; it's a destination in itself.

This place is amazing and well-deserving of their 3 Michelin stars for a hotel (not to mention the other 4 stars at their restaurants). The service is impeccable and the rooms are breathtaking. The location allows for easy walks to the best shopping as well as sights in Paris.

Aligned with the level of expected service, and even more. Incredibly attentive personnel. A beautiful experience. Only comment for improvement: you can't tip to show your appreciation. It's not about "superior classy clients" that matters, it's about allowing them to recognize the power of saying thank you by tipping too.

Expensive and noisy. A lot of people during week days lunch. It's good and tasty, but for 4 times less money, and more quiet, I prefer to go to Monoprix, and to eat at my office.

We came here as it was one of the few places we found open on Christmas, and we were pleasantly surprised. We got two pastries as well as hot chocolate and they were all delicious! The hot chocolate was especially one of the best I had in paris. The service was good and the staff was very friendly - we had an easy time there inspite of a small language barrier. Overall, an amazing experience

We have just tasted two different types of eclairs which were eclairs with chocolate and eclair with coffee. Both of them were the most qualified eclairs I’ve ever tasted which were mild in taste and definitely you feel like eating more and more. I can honestly say that I fell in love with this taste!

To be fair, their desserts and hot chocolate are amazing. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t live up to the expectations. The desserts were served on a saucer instead of cake plate.

Beautiful place, the atmosphere is ravishing and refined. Loved it. The pastries I tried did unfortunately not move me. The opera and the roulé noisettes were good, but somehow too creamy. Taste was masked by the amout of cream.

Quickly served with a lovely menu that changes daily. It tasted fresh even though it was warmed up to serve. Nice size desserts to go with it and it all tastes great!
Only downside I would say is that it's a shame they use so much disposable plastic, I would think real cutlery and more sustainable dishes would be a big improvement!

The atmosphere is relaxed, and above all the team is super welcoming and warm. Frankly, it's nice to eat good food without fuss. I recommend 100%!

An Unforgettable Dinner at Epicure
Last night, we had a truly exceptional gastronomic experience at Epicure. The ambiance was sophisticated and elegant, and the service was incredibly attentive and professional.
The dishes exceeded all our expectations:
• Green asparagus – Fresh and perfectly prepared, a delightful way to start the meal.
• Brittany spider crab – Delicately seasoned with a fantastic texture that highlighted the flavors of the sea.
• Blue lobster from Côte d’Opale – Simply divine, juicy, and perfectly complemented by its accompanying sauce.
• Sisteron lamb – Tender and flavorful, with a side dish that enhanced its rich character.
• Seasonal aged cheeses – A refined selection showcasing the best of French cheese culture.
• Tahitian vanilla and assorted ice creams and sorbets – The desserts were true works of art, providing a perfect finale to the evening.
The highlight of the evening was the outstanding wine selection and expert pairings, especially the Mosel “Wehlener Sonnenuhr” Grosses Gewächs 2012 and Côtes du Roussillon Villages “Les Myrs” Domaine Danjou-Banessy wines.
Overall, Epicure is more than just a restaurant—it’s a culinary journey that indulges all the senses. If you’re looking for an unforgettable fine dining experience in Paris, this place is an absolute must-visit! We can’t wait to return.

We stayed at this hotel and had a privilege to have breakfast at this Michelin 3 star restaurant for breakfast. The space is very elegant, service is top notch. There was not many people when we dine in, very quiet and pleasant
The food is excellent; their pastry really stand out, especially the hazelnut danish is very delicious. The egg are perfectly cooked and runny.

It's my mom's birthday, and we are in Paris, so we decided to try a Michelin ***. We did the lunch tasting menu. I'm not into fine dining, but Epicure did make me think twice.
Food - "Exquisite" is the word. Every dish looks like a beautiful abstract painting. Multiple layers of flavors unfold into a harmony when tasting each course. Admittedly, there were 1-2 courses that we didn't enjoy as much, but the others were almost heavenly.
Service - Out of the world. During the three hours, the staff team took the best care of us. Warm welcome upon entrance, gently serving and introducing each course, recommending wines, answering my many questions on ingredients, changing utensils between each course, cleaning and tidying up the table every other ~15mins... In short, they make you feel like you are the most important person during that 3h. Sounds cliche, but who doesn't want to be treated like a king/queen?
Idea - Jewel in the crown. Right off the bat, I figured the tasting menu was trying to tell a story, about walking by the seaside, tasting the treasures of sea, earth, and sky. It was beautiful.
It was expensive and extravagant, we might not do it again for a while. But it was a meal that we might remember for a while.

Edit: I’ve now visited twice. The first time Eric Frechon was head chef, and now it’s Arnaud Faye. Both visits were amazing, but the latest was even better. A few tips:
1) Order à la carte. You still get the amuse-bouches and petits fours, but with satisfying portion sizes of exactly what you want.
2) Go for lunch. If the weather is nice you can request to eat outside in the beautiful courtyard, or you can bring your coffee+tea outside at the end of the meal.
Second visit (May 2025, Chef Arnaud Faye) - The white asparagus with morelles and vanilla was a stand-out dish. Traditional feel, but a brand new flavor for me. The langoustine came in a light, yet satisfying seafood broth—better than the foamy sauce from our previous visit. The Bresse chicken is no longer cooked in a pig’s bladder but roasted instead, with crisp, golden skin. Though less dramatic visually, it tasted even better—and cost €120 less. The bread and butter also improved: a crusty sourdough boule with tarragon butter. Service was outstanding—warm, funny, and professional. Shout-out to Maxime. The wine list was outrageous. We got to try ’07 Leflaive Bâtard-Montrachet by the glass, as well as ‘04 Corton-Charlemagne, and ’12 Clos Rougeard, all reasonably priced. Best meal of my life, and I can’t wait to return.
First visit (August 2024, Chef Eric Frechon) - Crab, langoustine, and Bresse hen. Champagne and Mersault. Honestly the best meal of my life. Just purely delicious French food. Huge wine list with bottles at a very fair price (at least by USA standards). Lots of 'freebie' courses even when you order a la carte. Shout-out to Raphaelle and Axel for the memorable and attentive service.

We were so welcomed and pampered by every member of Epicure. We had dined here before. They thoughtfully set up a table for us to enjoy the restaurant’s view from a different angle. The delightful interactions with such a graceful Epicure team throughout the dining experience were truly unforgettable. Each piece served was a culinary masterpiece. The portions were generous. The lobster appetizer was an absolute epic experience in every aspect. We relished every bite of the cheese course once more. Thank you so much again for hosting us in such an incredible, elegant, warm and Parisian way.

Went here with my wife two and a half years ago and are waiting to get back due to the food (amazing), atmosphere (laid back/relaxed) and service: Julian. Julian was phenomenal. And, my daughter had been there twice and Julian has remembered her and she loved her experience there as well. I love French food, and Italian, and Corsican is the best of both worlds. Just go.

We enjoyed our dinner there. It was 5 of us with different expectations but we all left the place satisfied.
The service was great and the food was delicious. Wine was a bit expensive and nothing to rave about. They have a limited menu but there's something for everyone, including vegetarian folks.
It is a small establishment so recommend making a reservation.

Located inside Le Bristol Hotel, this is an elegant chic brasserie with a Michelin star (as of 2024). The cuisine is traditional French with modern twists and touches reflected both in the recipes, garnishes and plate arrangements. Service is very attentive and friendly, accustomed to international clientele. Elegant and vibrant atmosphere with modern decoration and tableware. The pâté en croute is spectacular. Leave space for their excellent desserts.

We visited awhile back but I really need now finally to provide some feedback. The food was excellent (of course; I could never imagine how flavoursome pigeon and cabbage could be) but I wanted in particular to comment on the service. Patrice and Viktor looked after us so well and made us feel so welcome. I really want to single out Patrice for going out of his way to arrange something special for us which was such a surprise and a delight. I will always remember our time there fondly because of this. Hoping to visit again this year after a long hiatus.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends. Food was delicious and definitely the reason for their Michelin star. The artichoke soup was wonderful especially with the foie gras, while a little more foie would have benefited the dish, the one bite I had with it was perfection. The pigeon was also perfection as was the lobster bisque.
We had younger children with us and they were very accommodating, They had a special kids menu, and when that wasn't enough even allowed us to go off menu for one of our more pickier eaters.
While the staff was very friendly, the service was a little lacking such as not re-placing a napkin when someone would temporarily leave the table, but this is commensurate with a one star establishment.
All in all a great meal and evening.

Lovely restaurant with a fun and immersive concept. Our waiter did a great job with presenting the “Discovery Menu” and leaving us to enjoy the wine and the pairing before revealing the wine. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a more adventurous side and willing to be open to taking delicious wines and incredible food.
They also have an a la carte menu for those less adventurous 😉

This was the BEST dinner we had in Paris. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the service was outstanding. Philippe the chef/sommelier/owner was there over looking all the details. The people dining there appeared to be locals, another testament to the quality of the place. We selected the set menu with wine pairings. He asked us what our like and dislikes were in order for select the dinner. Every selection he made for us was like he read our minds. The wine pairings were exceptional, he even gave us a second pour of one of our favorites. As good as dinner was, the highlight of the evening was when he gave us a personal tour of his wine cellar located under the restaurant. Wow, after many years of collecting, he had quite a cellar. Many coming with stories he shared with us. Thank you Philippe for a memorable evening in Paris

We dined out six nights while in Paris and this is by far the best restaurant we ate at. Dishes were prepared with passion and thoughtfully served. Each plate has its own story and the ingredients are coming from local farms. One can taste the difference. Love the place that serve Michelin star food and are not pretentious. Octopus for appetizer and Rose fish were amazing. This is a must stop for us in the future. Thank you. 🙏

Excellent restaurant!
Been twice already in 2 months with friends, the verdict was unanimous!
Classy decor, spacious seating, and excellent staff.
The waiter suggested the chef prepare for us a mix of entrées to try several dishes, and all were delicious from the tuna carpaccio (exquisite👌), the fried mozzarella balls, the truffled artichokes…
The main courses were equally delicious and very copious.
I had the coeur de filet; a savory tender meat, nicely seasoned, and with an exotic cream sauce. Even the home made potato wedges were tasty.
The Milanese escalope, linguine with impressive meatballs… every item was worth it!
A wide election of Italian wines complements perfectly the menu. The Montepulciano Amaranta was utter perfection!
Don’t miss out on a savory Italian cuisine in the heart of Paris😍

Although the place was literally full we were kindly greeted and seated at a window table (without prior reservation).
Our waiter was prompt and eloquent and the food was just in the spot.
The enflamed souffle was a pleasant surprise, so simple and so good.
Will definitely return the next time we are in Paris.

I was looking for a place with delicious ris de veau, and this place was it! The sweetbreads was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The sauce complemented the sweetbreads perfectly, with a hint of lemon. Dessert here is also good. I just wish they had duck with orange sauce here, then I would come more often! Relaxing atmosphere and attentive staff. I will definitely go back.
