We were very impressed by the restaurant Wepler in France! The service was outstanding — our waiter, a well-mannered French gentleman, was the epitome of professionalism. Everything was handled with care, respect, and attention to detail. If only all places had such excellent service! The food was also delicious and beautifully presented. This restaurant left us with a truly positive impression. Highly recommended!

It takes my nephew’s visit from the US to discover this gem of a centennial restaurant.
The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, the service impeccable.
The menu is all inclusive end to end from a sumptuous fruit de mer entree to the final coffee capped with a delicious crème brûlée.
I had the delight to finally meet a true confit de canard that melted in your mouth. My compliments to the chef and especially to our friendly server who made the experience more enjoyable. Did I mention a truly remarkable price for such quality meals and service?
We will come back soon!

Disappointing experience.
Although the restaurant was nearly empty, we had to wait almost 10mins to be seated. Then they sat us next to the service area and til so we had to head them talk between themselves and get service items loudly next to us. When there were 90% of the tables empty! Not a nice atmosphere at all.
The food came out 20mins after each dish so I had to sit there and wait for my meal to come while the other had been served.
The duck was not cooked great, overcooked and the thickest fat that hadn’t been rendered down fully. Flavour was nice.
The waiter then kept tapping the bill to tell us to add tip. Even when we confirmed what we were paying, he tapped at the bill again.
So rude.
We ate and left as quick as we could.

Amazing dinner. They prepared my fish - deboning table side. Best part they left the bottle of rum on our table in case we needed more for the rhumbaba.

I came here based on a recommendation by Fodor’s Paris France travel guide as well as Amex Platinum travel offer. We had oysters, fish soup with rouille and crouton, sausage, smoked pork belly sauerkraut, roast chicken. Oysters were fresh, chicken dry, and sausage sauerkraut average. I’m giving service 1-star because the waiter Luciano said “American high tips”. When he brought the credit card machine he asked for 20 euros tips with a smile I don’t mind giving tips for good service which he did provide. However, I was taken aback by such a direct ask which I thought was in poor taste. I pointed to the bill which clearly states that 15% service charge has been added. His action made a negative impression to me that Wepler was tourist trap. I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience where waiter asked me to give him a specific tips amount. Before I left I shared this incident with a manager because I thought the waiter made the restaurant look bad.

The sushi (and other food) is always delicious and the owner is always very polite and attentive. The price is more than reasonable for the quality.
The place is a bit small for eating in but the food is worth it. Or you can take out.
A real local gem.

Excellent authentique Japanese 🇯🇵
The restaurant provides various and well-known Japanese dishes e.g. sushi, sashimi, and bento
The food was as good as the dessert. Unfortunately there's very limited place to eat in.

Incredible fresh Sushi. Really helpful staff, inexpensive and super tasty. Felt like a lot of care was taken and it was presented so well for a take away.
They even gave us a complementary Miso and desert. We will definitely be going back.
Sorry no photos, too busy walloping the lot.

I always visit this place when I am in Paris, it's just good well kept beer. I had a pint of Haras red beer, excellent can't wait to have another, maybe next week
Mostly here during the afternoon when it can be quite quiet, but easy to get served. The staff are very genuine, i was in last week, and the barman was so helpful and kind, I won't identify him in case he would not want me too. What with good staff and good beer, I will continue to enjoy my visits here. Cheers.

If you're looking for an Irish pub atmosphere with exactly the right divey/homey feel but menues and countertops recently wiped down, this is it. Musical taste is great too. Mixed grill is lovely.

Visited Paris from Los Angeles. Our hotel recommended this place. We had dinner there the first night and it was delicious. Their pasta is fresh made by them. We ate at many fancy and expensive restaurants but this place was much better. We returned here our last night. We asked the waiter to bring whatever he recommends and each one was better than the next. We tried the truffle pasta, pasta with pistachio sauce, truffle ravioli, focaccia among other things and vow they were delicious. Highly recommend it. Need to also add that the service was exceptional. Thank you

We stumbled upon this place in Paris and it happened to be our favorite meal out of our whole trip to France! Truffle risotto was the special that day which was delicious and the truffle ravioli was amazing. If you are in the area you definitely need to make a stop here! The staff was so friendly and even gave us limoncello shots at the end! Can’t wait for my next trip to Paris so I can eat here again.

This charming Italian restaurant, without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in Paris, has become our family’s go-to destination for celebrations, from birthdays, anniversaries to casual dinners.
The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfectly complementing the incredible food that never fails to impress. The dishes are authentically Italian, bursting with flavor, and always served with impeccable speed.
The staff are the true heart of this place—polite, friendly, and attentive, making every visit memorable. It’s more than just a restaurant for us, it feels like home. We’ll keep coming back for years to come.

Truly an amazing stop, if your in Paris and in the mood for Italian food, definitely come here. This place’s pasta is some of the tastiest out there. Any dish with truffles is really good. Also, the 4 cheese pasta I ordered had creamy cheese with pasta cooked to perfection. You definitely should stop by here.

Tasty food, quite pricey for what you get but I can’t complain. The service was okay quite busy so not as attentive. I wouldn’t recommend the chocolate cake though!

As I needed to have a quick dinner, Hippopotamus was perfect. The all-day service allowed me to eat early and Hugo was an attentive waiter.
The half chicken was well cooked with roasted potatoes and onions, and the portion was very fine.
It's not the first time I eat there and I highly recommend.

Not too bad chain restaurant, just wished some of the meats could have a thicker cut. For the Rib-Eye, asked for it to be cooked medium-rare, but it came out well-done. I could understand since the steak was very thin, so it wasn’t really anyone’s fault, just wished I knew beforehand and would’ve ordered another steak that can be cooked medium-rare.
Other steaks that my friends had however, delicious.

I always liked that place. Their selection of fresh juice is probably unbeatable, but don't quote me on it (I did say probably). The food I had there ranged from meh to good, but the juice, in terms of quality, freshness and taste was always great. Value could definitely be better, but hey, it's Paris.

Whilst I don’t recommend the good it’s not great I did love the juices and appreciated the staff! Really sweet bunch even those that did not speak the best English. Fresh juices came fast and were delicious. Visited multiple times on the weekend.

Good vibe nice music.
Toilet is bad but every toilet in a club is bad.
We are from the netherlands and we looked for a club but couldn't find one till we found this one. Its nice, we didn't experience any bad vibes from the bouncer like many other reviews on other clubs.

Our BEST meal in France. Food was wonderful and so flavorful. If something sounds exotic or odd, just trust. Nothing on the menu disappoints. Especially recommended the chicken and the beef bourguignon as well as the crayfish appetizer. Service was amazing, and staff were very good at explaining the dishes. Plates also came out with some extra sides. The restaurant itself was very homey and cozy. Traditional French recipes like grandmother would make.

What a warm welcome, what a wonderful atmosphere. From the moment we arrived we were fully looked after by the owner. Multilingual language skills, reliable information about wine and food. The onion soup is worth the long journey, the jus for the chicken made from mustard and a delicate hint of vanilla is an excellent treat for the palate. Accompanied by good quality house wines, red and white, we were thrilled and will come back...

My favorite bar in Paris. A place where you can work during the day or mingle with the diverse clientele in the evening. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is always nice, the choices of wine and beer are quality and it’s open every day! I have been in Paris since 2006 and I can never find the same feeling I get when I am there in any other bar. Try it and you’ll understand :)

Didn't have any food but prosciutto/cheese platters and fresh made baguettes looked decent.
Good service in a rustic environment. Lots of locals which made for a great atmosphere.
