Lovely meal. Lovely hostess. Enjoyed all my courses at this cute bistro. Hostess was gracious enough to translate the whole menu for me. Wine choices (I had a rose, white and red) - all delicious. Would happily eat here every night! It has that homely feel whilst the food is high quality - with an interesting Asian subplot (my salmon had lemongrass, there was a prawn curry etc), but still classically French. What a combo!

This is an excellent restaurant that clearly demonstrates love and attention to HOMEMADE food. Don't be fooled by its modest appearance and simple menu. Everything from the starters to the dessert and coffee was superb! The menu is short, but all the dishes we ordered were impressive in taste and freshness. Definitely go for a set menu (many variations). Our stew set came with complimentary salad and tagliatelle. I had planned to eat a salad but ended up gorging 3 courses including beef and foie gras! Even the complimentary meringue that comes with coffee is homemade. Service was great and jovial. Will definitely return!

One of the most amazing places in Paris. We came from London especially for this place after having seen it on « C’est meilleur quand c’est bon ». The food is simply amazing, everything is homemade from the almond tuile in your dessert to the crisps that comes with your drinks.
Besides the food being simply divine, the couple who runs it is lovely. They are incredibly nice and welcoming.

A traditional French restaurant which offers classification dishes, it’s small but very cosy. It seems like people dining there are the regular one and they know each other. A gentleman on the next table chatted with us. It was from him that we knew the owner (who is still working in the restaurant) is over 80 years ago. The owner and the staff are all extremely friendly even they don’t really speak English. There is no English menu available but you can always find a way to order and communicate with them. You get a small class of bubble as a welcome drink once seated. I think this place deserves more rating.

Best fois gras in Paris! If I come back to Paris, this restaurant will be one of the reasons. Chef and servers are not fluent in English, but they are humorous and willing to listen to customers. Wines are very affordable. For the dessert, I recommend a chocolate mousse. cash only.

Delicious food, delightful hosts, and well-decorated restaurant made for a wonderful lunch. Prices are definitely reasonable when quantity and quality are factored in (but they are definitely more expensive than what you can find in the neighborhood these days). The "plats du jour" are definitely recommended. No wonder it has been featured in the Michelin guide for so long! Don't skip on the "tarte aux poireaux" for starters and on the homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert!

Great meal 👌 & hands down best service I've ever had anywhere. I loved my meal. My wife disliked her appetizer, so they brought out another for her that she liked very much. You can tell the owner is passionate about his business and we had a sense he was genuine about making us happy customers!

Best dinner we had in Paris! The owner is the one who served us - he was very kind and helpful. The meals were very tasty, the service was fast and prices are very affordable! The menu is not so varied but you can find appetizers, meat, desserts. We will surely come back here next time in Paris!

Cute spot close to our Airbnb so we visited for a drink our first arrival. The owners were incredibly welcoming and kind and wanted to chat even though our french was novice level. We went back for nightcaps during our stay and was welcomed each time. Our cocktails were delicious and prices fair.

Best dining experience on our trip to Paris! The woman who served us (maybe the owner?) was so hospitable and friendly. She really made us feel at home and cared for. The fried calamari was excellent! And what a beautiful outdoor seating area. I’ll be back every time I visit Paris!

Best thai restaurant in Paris, the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Every dish had the perfect flavour balance but starter rolls with mint sauce, the red curry and the sticky mango rice were amazing. We will go back for sure!

This is the first restaurant I went to in Paris. The server was kind and extremely helpful. I asked him to chose an appetizer, entree, wine and dessert for me. He accepted the challenge and I cleared every plate. Everything was absolutely delicious.

An exqusite experience!
From the first second to the last. Excellent, varm and knowledgeable service. Food and drinks are 10+
Looks beautiful and tastes better than ever tasted before. Fresh ingrediens and every little detail is thought through.
The restaurant is prefectly decorated. Modern cool elegance with high end natural materiales mixed up with some few but well chosen Thai cultural artefacts and bright colours. Fantastic ambiance. I would giv it a 10 if I could. Thank you for a Wonderful evening.
Well worth the visit, and we will be back!

Very nice place with modern deco. The food was great! The Pad Thai was top notch. And the presentation was very innovative.
When we arrived at 7pm, we had the entire place all to ourselves, which made it a bit "boring." The bland pop music did not help the atmosphere - and did not fit the cuisine at all. Other guests arrived only towards 8pm.
The waiter was pleasant, but service could be improved - our appetizers arrived, but we had no cutlery and had to ask for it. Empty glasses of wine were not taken out of the table. And the toilets need better looking after.

Great place for couscous, tagine, or a drink or a coffee at the boulevard close to the canal. The food is really tasty, with big portions and very good value for the neighbourhood. The service is special - the owner, Said, and his family will serve you with great warmth and a friendly joke. In the summer, it is a great terrace to watch Parisian life or the sunset from. We lived just around the corner for five months and kept coming back here.

GREAT CHINESE FOOD - GREAT PRICES
Walking around hungry near the Gare Du Lyon train station, we came upon this small, take-away sized family run restaurant. It is clean inside, quiet and no frills if you choose to grab a table. But the food is not ordinary, it is high quality Chinese, Japanese with a good, traditional selection. I had fried rice (riz cantonais), sweet and sour pork, a nim, noodles and mushroom chicken. All of the dishes were high quality. The owners are very friendly and I spoke with them a few minutes after eating to let them know I had found a good place to return to eat. While we were busily eating, several Parisians drifted in quietly, retrieving their white take away bags, so this seems to be a popular Chinese take-away hot spot as well. Paris has countless restaurants, most are good, however there are dozens upon dozens of exceptional Chinese food restaurants littered around Paris and being a Chinese food fanatic, I have made it my mission to hunt, each and every one of them down. This is another notch on my pole. Electrohermit gives Aux Bonheurs two thumbs up and I will be back.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Paris in terms of quality and price. The menu is easy to access and very generous. I recommend the Thai rice and the steam menu.
I recommend it to anyone who wants a delicious, generous and pleasant meal. I really enjoyed speaking with the restaurateurs who were lovely with us.

As a regular, everything is good, but I recommend the plain fried noodles with the crispy chicken in spicy sauce for the Chinese, and for the Japanese my love for the California maki makes me say S8 but the chirashi are very good too

I don't leave reviews often, but I had to for this restaurant. We found this place on a whim and found a hidden gem within Paris. Not only was the food up to the quality of homemade South Korean food, the atmosphere and the service/attention given to us was beyond phenomenal. I will 100% recommend this place to any South Koreans or even any other tourist looking for a hearty/filling restaurant to eat at.
We will visit this place in the future because it's easily our favorite restaurant of all time. The entire atmosphere, service, and food all just reminded me of "home".
