4 Star Rating A good hotel. The staff are very helpful, we arrived very early and the room is not ready, but she took our luggage and even took our luggage into our room when we got back. The room is small, like any other hotels in Paris. Very clean and comfortable. It has a very good restaurant attached and there is no reason to go anywhere for a good local breakfast!

5 Star Rating The Hôtel Georgette is such a great hotel, being in a fantastic location with lively bars and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and is also a cafe. It can be pretty loud here at night with great night life in the area. This is something I personally love to hear when I’m travelling, so this is a positive for me.

5 Star Rating From the start of my experience, I felt welcomed and taken care of by our host at the lobby. The room was squeaky clean and well stock with towels and toiletries. The staff were friendly and professional, always attentive to make our stay comfortable. I felt hotel Georgette has a unique human touch that I’ve never seen anywhere else. I also loved the decorative flowers on the facade which makes it easy to recognize from afar. Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as it was. I will come back for sure.

4 Star Rating Alexei the young man who works the reception desk has gone above and beyond to assist me with various requests this past weekend during my stay. He is absolutely excellent and I am beyond appreciative for his help and service. I had the #62 top floor suite which was big and spacious, but I should note that the AC situation is not even remotely close to American standards, so just a warning to any US tourists visiting during summer months who require a cold room to sleep. Location is excellent and having the on-site restaurant for room service is also super helpful.

5 Star Rating Despite Google maps description as being "in an understated, modernist space" Auberge Nicolas Flamel is in the oldest house in Paris (1407). The building being exceptional was only the start of an exceptional evening of dining. The attentiveness of the staff (and their patience with my many question asked with my very, very limited French) and the service was perfect. The food was wonderful - I'll refrain from going into any detail that would undoubtedly be insufficient to describe the many components of the meal. Despite my intention to not do so, I did take just a few photos of the dishes as they were served. The preparation was beautiful. It was, no doubt, one of the finest meals that I've had the privilege to enjoy. It was food, not just simply as a well prepared meal, but as art. This is what you come to Paris for, right?

4 Star Rating This was my first experience at a high-end French restaurant and I had the restaurant's lunch tasting menu. It was a wonderful experience and the 2 waiters did their best to make us feel comfortable. The food was quite unique and the presentation was impeccable. 1 comment was that the cutlery, specifically the knife was not sharp which was a bit of a struggle. Luckily most of the food was bite sized so this didn't hinder us too much. Unfortunately when it came time for the bill, the waiter said, "How will you be paying the tip, card or cash?" I was shocked and was unsure how to respond in that moment I just said card and included a €10 tip for the 2 waiters who served us. Upon review of my bill after, it didn't add up to me. The lunch menu is €48 per person (2 persons) and we had one €15 glass of white wine. They totaled it to €120 plus the €10 tip. It really bothered me as this was a splurge for us but it felt like we were taken advantage of when it was time for payment. As this was my first time, I didn't push back or say anything in the moment but I would encourage others to review their bill and question whether or not service is included when pressed for a tip.

4 Star Rating We went to Nicolas Flamel to celebrate my birthday (husband’s treat 😉) and had a wonderful evening. As soon as you step into this building, you can really feel the history it holds. The large wooden columns and old architecture give the place a unique charm and lots of character. The 3-course menu is great value for money. With the amuse-bouche at the start and the chocolates after dessert, it felt more like a 5-course experience. The food was good overall—most dishes were well balanced and full of flavor. My only small note (possibly due to my own menu choices) is that peanuts appeared quite often, which made some dishes feel a bit repetitive to my taste. The service truly stood out. The staff were fantastic: very knowledgeable, welcoming, and most of them speak English. They took the time to explain each dish, and we genuinely felt taken care of throughout the evening. The atmosphere was lovely, with comfortable music in the background—perfect for enjoying dinner and conversation. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would happily come back in the future. A great place for a special occasion!

5 Star Rating One of the best meals and experiences we’ve had. The food was incredible, we chose for the Chef to select our 3 course meal. The ingredients, textures and presentation were what you expect from a Michelin star restaurant. The service was of the highest standard. And the price was exceptionally good value and perfect for a family.

5 Star Rating I love this bar. Visited a couple of times with a friend while I was staying in the Marais. The service was super friendly and there was a great choice of cocktails, wine and beer. We were supposed to go elsewhere for dinner but were trapped by a downpour so had the assiette fromage, which was awesome. The music was great too. Can’t wait to go back! 👍

5 Star Rating Love this place. These sorts of divey type bars are my homes away from homes. No pretense, just good people and good drink. If I were living in Paris I'd need to live nearby hear to make it my local sort of thing. Bartender was playing really good music too. Make sure to look for the mobile in the back on the ground floor - it's suspended from the ceiling. Really cool little piece of art. I took a short film of it but can't upload it here, but there's a pic of it.

5 Star Rating I came here with a couple of friends, and the vibe was instantly warm and cozy. The music was great, the bartender was friendly and approachable, and the drink selection had something for everyone: wine, mixed drinks, beers, and even a few choices from Serbia, which was a pleasant surprise. It was super affordable, especially considering other bars nearby charge far more for their drinks. My favorite feature, though, was the giant notebook in the center of the bar. It’s filled with drawings from previous guests, and it’s the perfect way to pass the time and get creative with friends. Will return!

5 Star Rating I was there for a Sunday lunch. The atmosphere is immersive and you feel really like you were in Morocco. The lights are soft and even if we were sharing the table with other people, the seats were comfortable and spaced enough from each other to preserve privacy. The food was really good: from the starters, the olives, the focaccia bread and the lentil soup were all excellent. Then we took the slow-cooked lamb and the chicken with pears. Both meats were excellents. Every dish had a lot of character and strong identity. We appreciated everything. Totally recommended!

5 Star Rating What a vibe. Being here, I nearly forgot I was still in Paris. The atmosphere is wonderful, really making you feel like you’re spending a summer night in Marrakesh. The lamb tajine surpassed my expectations. The mix between the apricots, lamb and creamy sauce was unexpected yet incredibly delicious. Really a must-have. The seating and table space is a bit tight considering the amount of plates served for the couscous, but the service, atmosphere and food quality more than make up for this slight awkwardness.

5 Star Rating 404 is like stumbling into Marrakech in the middle of Paris. The couscous is simply perfect regardless of what some reviews say. We had the chicken turnovers for starters, highly recommended. Harira was refreshing and just amazing. The tagines feel like a warm hug, and the portions could feed a couple easily. Cozy, lively, and a little chaotic — in the best possible way. Don’t skip dessert, the pastilla is pure magic. The wait staff were super nice and made sure we enjoyed our meal. We've been here 4 times in 16 years and its the same experience.

4 Star Rating I recently visited Andy Wahloo for drinks with friends, and overall, it was a great experience. The ambiance is fantastic, with top-notch music that sets the mood—though it could have been slightly less loud to make conversations easier, especially since it's a bar and not a pub. The outdoor setting is lovely, providing a relaxed and stylish vibe. The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. However, the coat check attendant at the entrance was a bit peculiar—I couldn't quite tell if he was being overly friendly or slightly rude, but it stood out. While I can't confidently comment on whether the prices are expensive or reasonable due to limited experience in this area, the lack of Prosecco on the menu was a slight disappointment. Despite this, I’ll certainly be coming back for the ambiance and the welcoming vibe. A solid spot for a night out with friends!

5 Star Rating What a quirky place ! ❤️ The location in / next to Le Marais is really perfect, it’s in a courtyard of a former home and what’s so fun is that they’ve largely kept the home in tact, as in you eat on a couch or a bed or the ping pong table, it’s a very original design concept. It has its own little speakeasy as well behind the wardrobe (any The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe fans out there?) and the art and deco details make you feel like you’re stepping back in time. We had the full menu and 3 drinks each and spent 100€ each which I’d say is typical for the area (and worth it). The server was attentive and responsive and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend 🤘

3 Star Rating A stunning restaurant — elegant, atmospheric, and full of Parisian charm. Unfortunately, that charm also came with a very authentic Ratatouille experience. While dining, we were treated to the sight of mice confidently roaming the restaurant and heading straight to the kitchen. At first we thought it was a themed experience — perhaps a tribute to French cinema? We appreciate Parisian charm, but animated chefs belong on screen, not under the tables. It’s a shame, because the restaurant itself is genuinely beautiful. Remove the mice, keep the décor! Until then, this felt less like fine dining and more like a very dark remake of Ratatouille.

3 Star Rating It had been a very long time since I last returned to Café Beaubourg, and I was curious to rediscover the place. I had noticed that the rating on this platform was not particularly high (below 4), but I still wanted to make up my own mind. Overall, I was personally welcomed and served quite well, which allowed me to enjoy my break. However, I observed a situation that I found rather unfortunate. Two Asian tourists sat at a table close to mine and waited for more than fifteen minutes without anyone approaching them, even though there were only about a dozen people seated on the terrace at that time (Sunday, August 17th, around 4 pm). Discouraged, they eventually left without ordering. I am not sure whether the young waiter with mid-length curly hair simply did not notice them, but the end result was that they left with a negative impression. I find this regrettable because, beyond the restaurant’s reputation, it also affects the image of Paris for visitors. This iconic location deserves a level of service that matches its history and charm. I hope my feedback will be taken as a constructive remark to help improve the experience for all guests.

5 Star Rating “Dîner Dans Le Noir” is more than a restaurant; it’s an inspiring encounter with incredible professionals. What truly stands out is the team of visually impaired servers. Their confidence, precision, and calm mastery in total darkness are extraordinary. While guests enter a world without visual cues, the staff moves effortlessly, guiding everyone with kindness and absolute professionalism. Their presence transforms the meal into something deeper — a moment of trust, empathy, and rediscovery of the senses. You feel safe, supported, and genuinely impressed by their skill. They make the experience meaningful, emotional, and unforgettable. An absolute must-try when in Paris.

2 Star Rating Went here a few years ago after a friend booked for us, bad idea. I hate gimmick restaurants as it is, but here you waited for ages in a room before entering the actual restaurant, once we entered we were left standing in the dark for about 5 minutes and not shown to our seats. We also had to hold random peoples hands and be led into the restaurant in a que. Dont want to have to hold a strangers hands before eating food, thanks! I and several others just walked out and went somewhere else. I understand they are trying to show how it is to have to live like this as most of the staff are visually disabled. From that perspective its a good idea, however for me the way it is formatted does not work regarding the length of time taken to enter and be seated. Im also not sure how people can be sure of food standards, drink standards and general cleanliness as you cant truly make an informed review. I did not eat here so i left 3 stars for the food.

The staff is super nice (which is completely rare for the city) and Veronique (our guide/waitress) was super nice and attentive with us. I don’t think the experience is for everyone tho. 5 Star Rating A Slice of French Heaven! What an absolutely wonderful experience! We recently enjoyed a truly authentic and delicious French evening, savouring the best of French cheese, charcuterie, and wine in a charming Parisian setting. The quality of the food and drink was exceptional. The cheese board was a masterpiece, featuring a perfectly curated selection of regional cheeses, each one a delight. Paired with the generously portioned charcuterie of the finest French cured meats, and an exquisite French wine recommended by the staff, it was a gastronomic triumph. Every bite and every sip was a moment of pure culinary bliss. Beyond the superb food, the service truly elevated the experience. A huge thank you to Vincent, Alice, Barbara, and Etan for their incredible hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. Their warm and helpful nature made us feel completely welcome and well-cared for throughout the evening. This is a must-visit spot in Paris for anyone looking for a genuine, high-quality, and immensely enjoyable French apéritif or dinner experience. Highly recommended! 5 Star Rating We arrived without a booking on Friday night and the staffs were very helpful with finding us a table, everything was great! The house wine was delicious and the raclette exactly how we expected! I would definitely return!

5 Star Rating The food is simply amazing. The scallop in the risotto is cooked to perfection and melts in the mouth. The beef filet is cooked to our prefer wellness and the sauce complements it. The aligot was super delicious, a good blend of mashed potato and cheese that’s really fragrant! Lastly, the chocolate mousse is delicious and it’s a great dessert recommendation! The service was also prompt and polite, highly recommend to visit this restaurant!

5 Star Rating We were looking for a quick, casual dinner and had a marvellous time here. We sat outside as it was pleasantly warm. All 3 of us (2 adults & one child) enjoyed mashed potato with meat: country sausage, pan fried steak & slow-cooked lamb and it was superb. The adults also had a bottle of red and it went well with our meal. That mashed potato is really excellent and we will certainly be back for more.

5 Star Rating Excellent dining experience! Would recommend! We went for dinner without prior booking but were lucky enough to find a table. Had the duck and the lamb with aligot and thought they were the best we've ever had. Until we had the chocolate mousse which ruined desserts from now on. I'm sure we'll struggle to find anything remotely as good as this. The wine list was great and so was the Armagnac. Staff very friendly too!

5 Star Rating My second time here, and I had a great experience again. The menu is original and delicious, and the service is warm and friendly. It's definitely on the expensive side, but I think it's worth it.
