5 Star Rating A memorable and unique experience! Beautiful service to the private dining room, it felt very special and personalised. We enjoyed a selection of starters mains and deserts. All of which were delicious - and many gluten free options too. Not only were they presented and tasted excellent, but much of the food service is done at the table which adds to the experience. The snails and the scallops were particularly good. The server was also kind enough to provide gluten free bread for me. The experience is worth the cost for fine private dining in a very luxurious and unique environment.

4 Star Rating Great atmosphere with beautiful live music. The food was impeccable and I had one of the best Chateaubriands of my life. However, drink prices were surprisingly high. A single glass of wine cost almost as much as a whole bottle elsewhere. Worth visiting but keep an eye on the drinks menu

5 Star Rating This restaurant is not just a place for dinner; it’s a whole experience. The elegance, history, and interior design come together in a truly unique way. We tried the snails, truffle pasta, and profiterole—each dish was perfect. And their butter with the bread? It’s something truly unique and delicious. Highly recommend!

4 Star Rating The beef Wellington is probably the best I’ve had. The meat is so tender and tasteful its mind blowing. The champagne, wine and dessert choices are great. Especially that chocolate soufflé 🤤 and the creme brûlée is definitely the biggest one I’ve seen 🤣 love the ambiance and setting. Service is polite and cocktails top notch too. I think i was missing that extra “mind blowing-ness” on the other main dishes too but the food overall is outstanding

5 Star Rating An unforgettable dining experience at Allard a truly classic and historic Parisian restaurant. We loved the Homard bleu rafraîchi, the Escargots en coquilles, the Filet de bœuf doré, sauce aux poivres, and the Turbot façon Dugléré. Every dish was full of distinctive flavors, and the service was simply excellent. A timeless Parisian gem that I highly recommend

5 Star Rating had a wonderful dinner at Allard that truly lived up to its reputation. I started with the scallop appetizer, which was fresh, delicate, and a perfect introduction to the meal. For my main, I chose the roast chicken—absolutely incredible. It was savory, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully balanced. The atmosphere was warm and timeless, making it a memorable dining experience. I’m already planning to return with a group so we can try the famous duck, which I’ve heard amazing things about. Allard is a true Parisian classic, and I can’t recommend it enough.

4 Star Rating First it depends what you expect. For michelin starred food it was good but not better than others. There were no obvious mistakes to be made out. Food was balanced and tasted very nice. At points it could need a bit more flavour (e.g. thicker onion soup, better sauce reduction etc) but that could also be preferred taste. Very french classical indeed but there will be no surprises in the food they serve.

5 Star Rating We were a bit surprised to find such a charming place, with fantastic food so close to the Notre Dame, but this is Paris, not London, so maybe we shouldn't have been! Massive shout out to the brilliant woman running the floor (I am going to assume she owns the joint) who happily took pity on my school boy French and chatted to us so amusingly in English. She also suggested the tiramisu for dessert - and if you taste it, you will understand why. I still ordered (as well) the crème brulee which was also a sensation. She was less happy about my asking for some butter and in fairness the bread was so good it didn't really need it. But y'know, butter.

5 Star Rating The cozy atmosphere and wonderful service made this dining experience a true highlight to our trip. The food was delicious and fresh. It was a hearty, homemade French meal. My husband had baked fish and I had a ratatouille quiche. This did not feel like a space where many tourists visit. It was a wonderful find for us and gave us a chance to experience French cuisine not too far from our hotel. The server and chef were gracious. It is a place we hope to return to someday.

Garlicky onion soup, house made bread, salad and a glass of wine sitting by the windows and the heater was a perfect lunch after an hour wait to enter Ste. 5 Star Rating My wife picked this michelin for lunch. Started with a nice soup that is slightly sour carrying a taste of tom yum, followed by starters of fish and lobster that were impeccably cooked and presented. Our mains were cuttlefish, duck and fish. I love they made my cuttlefish like noodles which are fresh and cooked nicely, the duck is medium rare and tender like heaven. My daughter's fish is equally perfectly made, she's thrilled as a fish lover. The desserts are refreshingly light, and I like them not filling and not too sweet akin to other typical French desserts.

4 Star Rating Customer service was excellent. Warm and friendly. Waiters were attentive and pleasant. Nice deco, clean resto. The food was good, but to be honest, it’s not the best Indian food that I have. A little bit bland compared to some other restaurants I have been but, still very flavorful because Indian food is naturally quite flavorful, so the curry sauces were just a tad less what I was expecting. The soup in the entrée was quite delicious. I was expecting the samosas to be a little better, but hey, I still ate them because they weren’t bad. They served us some nice cumin crackers (not on the menu, included in the service, so no additional charge) with some sauces, which included pepper sauce. I think it would be a good idea to leave these sauces on the table during the main course, for guests who wish to add some to their dish. 19euros for a 3 course meal (reasonable price for that area). Just wish we had a few more choices in that formula. Overall it was a nice experience.

2 Star Rating We came to the restaurant for a late dinner around 10 PM. The place operates as a piano bar, with a live pianist and a singer who moves around the restaurant and performs near the tables. While this concept might appeal to some, it may not suit everyone – especially when the singer approaches your table while you're in the middle of chewing your food. We ordered two burgers and a steak. Unfortunately, the food was rather disappointing. The burgers were dry, served in equally dry buns, and lacked flavor. The steak, although requested medium, arrived lukewarm and overcooked to well-done. Overall, while the atmosphere may appeal to fans of live music and performance dining, the food did not meet expectations. It’s a place that might work for the experience, but not necessarily for the meal itself.

5 Star Rating Truly enjoyed my evening here. The service was superb - so fast and thoughtful. The waiter saw me struggling to get service on my phone and immediately connected me to the Wifi! Very rare indeed. The band were highly skilled. I’ve been watching live Jazz bands around the World and I knew immediately they were top notch. I just wish that other guests were more respectful to the musicians and staff. We encountered some very rude people who kept talking so loudly over the musicians and seemed interested in only recording videos for their social media (??) I thought they were also very rude to the kind waiter when they asked loudly “MENUUUUU. You know MENU?”. The waiter was most professional in dealing with them. The food and wine was fantastic. My friend had the chicken fingers - so crispy and juicy. I had the charcuterie and the cheese was so yummy. A most comfortable place. Clean and with AC. Highly recommend this lovely spot. My friend and I really enjoyed ending our night out here. We felt safe and welcomed - most important for female travellers. I hope to come here again soon.

5 Star Rating We came to Monk for a late dinner and since it was pouring rain outside we decided to take a table deep inside the restaurant. From our table we could see the water running down the cobblestone street and hear the thunders but we were warm and protected from the wind and cold. We had the hamburger without the cheese and beef tab with French fries. Both portions were big enough to satisfy the strong appetite. The beef was very tender and juicy. It was served with a tiny dish with caramelized onions and a small garden salad. The service was quick and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The prices are reasonable too. It was interesting to hear Freddy Mercury, Queens, The Weekend and Ariana Grande as a background music in France. We also ordered a warm chocolate dessert with a vanilla ice cream, but couldn’t finish it. It was very good, only we overestimated our abilities. 😊 We had our very late dinner and when we left around 11:00 pm and there were still people in the restaurant. I definitely recommend you to try this place.

5 Star Rating This restaurant is terrific! We first ate here in 1983, when it was in a different location and with the original owners. Today, it's just as good as we remember. We were celebrating my birthday and we started with French onion soup (superb) plus 6 escargots, which we're excellent. For dinner, my wife had tuna with vegetables, both cooked perfectly, and I had a frog burger, which was excellent. For dessert, caramel rice pudding with hazelnuts. The service is excellent and the food quality is unsurpassed. You won't be disappointed.

5 Star Rating So fun, highlight of our very full trip, just so cozy and throw back, food delish. Great prices all around. Band was to vacation Thursday so we caught them on Tuesday! Top notch! Yummy!

5 Star Rating This was our last restaurant in France after touring the country for 10 days. On the balance of what we've tried and eaten (including three 1-Star restaurants), this probably ranks in the top 5, comfortably.
