The hotel is across the street from the Louvre! Easy walk to a lot of places. I didn't rate the welcome because we arrived as part of a large group, which is always difficult for everyone. We liked our room, but several of the electric plugs did not work, and a repair person was not able to fix that. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean. We enjoyed beautiful two-story windows that opened onto one of two squares inside the hotel property. Our king bed was comfy and the room had two bathrooms. One upstairs in the sitting room, and the other downstairs in the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was good, and included a cappuccino machine. If you ask for 'American coffee', they will bring it. The concierge was really helpful!

fantastic location, excellent and friendly staff, relaxing pool area for a swim in between sightseeing. room was clean, bed was comfortable and all together for Paris standards spacious and well equipped. negative: the room is quite dark (I didn't mind, I'd rather have a dark room than noisy street) and the walls are very thin. you can hear people walking down the hall, talking in other rooms etc. nonetheless I'd book again!

From the welcome to our departure the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The family room was spacious and very comfortable for our family of four (with teen daughters). The maid service was excellent - supplies always refreshed. Any request ( for an iron etc.) was done in a timely fashion. The concierge was exceptional! We would stay here again and will recommend to family and friends when they visit Paris. Great location- close to major attractions and historic sites. Thank you for making our stay in Paris a memorable one.

Wonderful hotel and location. My 2 daughters and I were there this last summer and it was lovely. The staff were great. Always very nice and helpful. Our room was perfect. We had a junior sweet and it was 2 stories. A king upstairs and a queen pullout downstairs. A absolutely huge room, especially by European standars. The bed and the pillows were heavenly. I have a bad back and was really concerned but I slept great every night. We were there for 11 nights and never a problem. The location was a perfect walking distance to so many attractions and very close to public transportation. I would love to go back again today if I could but I certainly hope to stay again in the future!

Very average hotel at a 5 Star price. Was recommended by an acquaintance because of its location. Rooms are very average. Staff is perfunctory but not overly cordial. Staff came into my room on two occasions without announcing themselves. Restaurant and Bar very below average. Although this hotel is priced the same as the Sofitel a few blocks away. Just know that to get good location at this price you will sacrifice many other amenities. I have stayed at other hotels in Paris for less price and better experience .

It's very popular so obviously there is always a line. Lucky we went In odd hours so didn't wait long. It's beautiful. Good is ok but very pricey. Portion sizes are decent. Went for the Hot chocolate mainly but left kinda disappointed. Especially the way they poured it. Didn't even get the chance to record it. And this was the first place I visited after landing in Paris so it was not a good start.

I went for a breakfast on Monday morning at 0830. There wasn't a long queue and I only needed to wait for around 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. I ordered a croissant with scrambled eggs and bacon (€16), a Mocha (€8.5), and a citron tart (€10.50). I loved the croissant as I could taste the butter and it was crsipy on the outside and soft on the inside. The bacon was cooked just right that it didn't feel oily nor dry. I personally liked the Mocha more since it included coffee and their signature chocolate in one drink, you could still taste the richness of their chocolate, which balanced very well with the bitterness of the coffee. I enjoyed the citron tart as well, it was not overly acidic. From the cross-section, you could the beautiful tart included a few ingredients then just simply a custard. The staff members were friendly to tourists who didn't know French. While the price range was a bit high, I think it reflects well with the quality of the food given. I would love to come again the next time I visit Paris.

Exceptional food, iced tea and hot chocolate. The Quiche was very good. Planned on only hitting the gift shop but the restaurant was so beautiful we ate there as well. Very glad we did. Service was very good once they acknowledged us and started with us. Was a longer wait than it should have been to get a server.

The hot chocolate and desserts were amazing! I missed the croissants this time, so I’ll definitely try them next visit. We waited about 15-20 minutes for a seat, but the ambience and service made it worth it. Really good experience overall.

When you want to find a place for tea break, this might be one of the options in Paris. But I would recommend to make reservations in advance. We are lucky to just waiting for 15 min then we manage to get a seat. We ordered the recommended Mont Blanc (dessert made by chestnut puree, whipping cream and meringue). It taste good. Food: 4 stars Environment: 4 stars Worth to try: 4 stars Value of money: 4 stars

Hands down the best ramen broth I have ever had. The tonkotsu ramen broth was so rich! The spot also gives vibes of a genuine Noodle Shop from Japan. Not only is the food delicious but it is probably one of the cheapest options in the area. I paid around $68 for three ramen and 3 drinks.

My friends and I stopped here for lunch. Cozy and authentic vibes. The food was served instantly and the servers were super friendly. Highly recommend the spicy chicken rice bowl, the vegetarian noodles and the ramen (to which I added a marinated egg). Will definitely come back here

Just left and had to leave a review. I don’t work in but know the restaurant industry and the (open) kitchen was spotless when I arrived. These pictures are halfway into lunch service and everything is still very clean. A clean kitchen is a mark of professionalism. The machines in use have warning labels in Japanese; which mean they were clearly imported from Japan which is an indicator of the authenticity of the place. In terms of atmosphere it was small and cramped.. just like in Japan. It just added to the experience. Most of the employees and the woman working the register were clearly Japanese. I had tonkotsu ramen, which is usually a disappointment in restaurants in Europe because they never get the broth right. Here the broth clearly tasted of pork hocks and was very gelatinous, with full body which indicates that it was in fact the real deal. It was delicious. They used arugula as one of the toppings which, to me, is a good sign. It’s not “traditional” and as such many restaurants in Europe that are trying to sell the “idea” of traditional ramen shy away from it, but it’s common as a contemporary topping in Japan itself. Ramen and a coke came just under 20 euro; but they have more affordable combos on the menu. Overall very happy, probably the best ramen I’ve had in Europe.

The place definitely feels like visiting a Japanese place. The owner is warm and welcoming. The food reminds me of the times when you’re hungry in Japan and just want a nice bowl. Katsu don was my choice.

Absolutely delicious. Hoastess is very pleasant and friendly and servers are attentive and kind. It's definitely a local favorite, because I was the only tourist in the whole place all night. Lively, but still cozy enough to have conversations. Food is also great, can't go wrong with any of the choices.

Starter and tartart are perfect and so nice but onion soup not much taste at all BUT so hot, love it ! Baked potato is cool too. Staffs are nice but can see they are short of people as only 2 people service while place Which not easy and also took a bit longer to get all. Table distance is really TOO close as it is like 3” distance so you can hear others clearly. It is very noisy over there. Price is ok and recommended but not in busy time a lot

Manon was an absolutely fabulous server- kind, patient with my questions and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting this quaint wine bar. I had the beef tartare which was delicious and a very large portion. Highly recommend.

Honestly, it was just a random place I stopped by, but it wasn’t just an ordinary bagel sandwich — the flavor balance was insane, the ingredients were unbelievably fresh, the service was quick and friendly, and the shop was clean and super cute!

Great bagel spot. Awesome choice of toppings, and great speciality selection bagels. You can also make a combo with either cookies or chips and a drink. Service was very friendly and extremely patient and helpful, seeing as how I am from Canada and know only a few words in French; the workers tried their best to help us figure out what all the sauces and spreads were comprised of. Prices are not cheap, but are not expensive either, so kind of in between, but absolutely worth it. Enjoy !!

Great lunch spot with excellent staff. Very English-friendly, welcoming, and accommodating with children, which made ordering easy and comfortable. The smoothie and cappuccino were both excellent. The menu worked well for a mixed lunch, with breakfast options, kid-friendly food, and lighter choices. The food was fresh and presented nicely. The breakfast plate, fries, and drinks were all solid, and the portions were good. The only small note is that the crepe was a bit tougher than expected, but overall it was still a good meal with strong service and a comfortable atmosphere.

Too much sweetness in the drinks event though we asked to pay more attention to the quantity of sugar added, the pâtisserie tasted like it was from a week ago. The prices are high for the location near to les tuileries but the food doesn't deserve it. If there's one thing positive is the café gourmand was not bad after all. If you like a quite place for a quality time/discussion, that's not the right place for you.

Arrived by chance Sunday lunchtime, was seating quickly with no waiting. The place was well staffed with efficient waiters. The place was very busy but that didn't delay any service. We had the croque monsieur, which was nice if not a bit dry. Food price is reasonable for location and Paris, I thought the drinks were a bit high. Overall a good place to stop and eat

Then came the fish — and I mean it when I say it’s the best fish I’ve ever had. Perfectly seared, delicately seasoned with lime zest and a touch of spice, and paired with a saffron rice and ratatouille that balanced every bite. Awesome little hole in the wall place. Great service from both the waiter and the chef who cooks out in the open and told us about the specials as we walked in. A delightful surprise for our first night in Paris. The duck was amazing and we saw someone else who got the steak au poivre, which looked unreal as well.

It’s taken me two years to write this review, but it should not downplay the exceptional culinary experience we had. We walked in without a reservation, and though the maître d’ hesitated to seat us upon arrival, Chef Hugo stepped in and offered to seat us at a table next to his kitchen. I was overjoyed to be able to watch him perform his craft in such an intimate setting. He literally pulled out the cuts of meat from the fridge to show us what we would shortly be enjoying. The food was delicious, as expected. I highly recommend getting reservations in advance and requesting a table next to the chef’s kitchen. You will not be disappointed.

If you want to eat authentic French home cooking, this is a great choice. The chef's food was very delicious and the price was very reasonable. What was especially impressive was the manager's service. Even though we didn't make a reservation, we were surprised and happy that he continuously provided us with good seats and excellent service. Our best meal we had on our trip to France. Be sure to reserve in advance because this intimate restaurant will book up. The chef and his amazing staff make the experience hard to beat because of their consumer first mindset. The food is sourced personally by the chef who truly cares about quality and flavor. The wine selection is deep and is priced very well. Overall everything is was was delicious and we wish we could have eaten there everyday.
