4 Star Rating fantastic location, excellent and friendly staff, relaxing pool area for a swim in between sightseeing. room was clean, bed was comfortable and all together for Paris standards spacious and well equipped. negative: the room is quite dark (I didn't mind, I'd rather have a dark room than noisy street) and the walls are very thin. you can hear people walking down the hall, talking in other rooms etc. nonetheless I'd book again!

5 Star Rating The hotel is across the street from the Louvre! Easy walk to a lot of places. I didn't rate the welcome because we arrived as part of a large group, which is always difficult for everyone. We liked our room, but several of the electric plugs did not work, and a repair person was not able to fix that. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean. We enjoyed beautiful two-story windows that opened onto one of two squares inside the hotel property. Our king bed was comfy and the room had two bathrooms. One upstairs in the sitting room, and the other downstairs in the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was good, and included a cappuccino machine. If you ask for 'American coffee', they will bring it. The concierge was really helpful!

4 Star Rating Nice hotel and very well located. The swimming pool is also very nice. The design of the rooms is a bit already old and they should make some renovations. Another thing to notice there was a weird smell in the kitchen area during our stay for all the 5 days.

5 Star Rating From the welcome to our departure the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The family room was spacious and very comfortable for our family of four (with teen daughters). The maid service was excellent - supplies always refreshed. Any request ( for an iron etc.) was done in a timely fashion. The concierge was exceptional! We would stay here again and will recommend to family and friends when they visit Paris. Great location- close to major attractions and historic sites. Thank you for making our stay in Paris a memorable one.

5 Star Rating Wonderful hotel and location. My 2 daughters and I were there this last summer and it was lovely. The staff were great. Always very nice and helpful. Our room was perfect. We had a junior sweet and it was 2 stories. A king upstairs and a queen pullout downstairs. A absolutely huge room, especially by European standars. The bed and the pillows were heavenly. I have a bad back and was really concerned but I slept great every night. We were there for 11 nights and never a problem. The location was a perfect walking distance to so many attractions and very close to public transportation. I would love to go back again today if I could but I certainly hope to stay again in the future!

5 Star Rating I am pretty sure the hot chocolate was just a melted chocolate bar, that's how thick and delicious it was. Not for me, but others around me sure enjoyed it. Also, many other confections at the counter to be tried, those were delicious as well. High quality and extremely popular, a 20-minute wait line to get a seat in the early part of a weekday.

5 Star Rating A Parisian Classic Worth the Wait (at least for once ) ! Despite the long queue outside, it moved fairly quickly, and I was soon seated in the bustling café area. I went straight for brunch and, of course, the iconic hot chocolate—rich, velvety, and truly tasty ! The service was attentive and fast , everything I tasted was delicious, though a bit on the pricey side. The atmosphere was lively and a little noisy, but that’s part of the charm in such a legendary spot. Before you leave, don’t miss the boutique—it’s filled with exquisite desserts and gourmet products to take home. Definitely a must-visit in Paris !

5 Star Rating Visited late afternoon, it was worth the wait to get in. Beautiful tea rooms, splendid burgers and chips and the strawberry fraisier was delicious. We got the famous Angelina’s hot chocolate, beautiful rich thick hot chocolate but a little dark for my child. Still lovely! Highly recommend this place

5 Star Rating Well, what a fantastic find and experience, I located this restaurant using the Michelin guide app and it certainly did not disappoint! The appetiser of roasted artichoke on a bed of puréed cauliflower was sublime with the beautiful fragrance of Chevril and other herbs and my main course of poached cod was probably the best fish dish I have ever had across many Michelin starred restaurants! The balance of the flavours and texture and the richness of the broth with the wild rice combined with the saltiness of the cod and the freshness of the poached tomato grilled with Parmesan on top was such an amazing combination and the lightness of the foam sauce is just delicious. This should definitely soon be one star and worth not only a detour but a special journey! Also mate congratulations to the team for being so gracious with a solo diner, friendly attentive and on point. I’ll be back!

5 Star Rating I was at Harry's Bar having a martini. The bartender overheard me talking about wanting to have a steak. He recommended L'Absinthe. What a great tip. The tenderloin lived up to its name. Best I've ever had. The salad was very nice also. An amazing dressing. My waiter recommended a type of vin rouge I'd never tried: delicieux. Then I had an absinthe as my digestif. Very tasty. You should dine here. I also appreciated the fact that they were quite forgiving about my lack of French language skills. It's got a much quieter vibe than many places along that strip of places. Something I appreciated. Go here, you won't regret it.

4 Star Rating This restaurant was a random pick from the Google map, luckily we did so. Love the food there, the sashimi was so fresh which I couldn't forget about the taste till now. The spinach salad was also so fresh and taste good. While the miso fish was a bit too salty and the sushi was just normal. Overall the food was so great, the waiter recommended us a Japanese wine was good also. Just if some windows being opened or air-conditioner was turned on a bit would be more comfy. Would definitely come and visit again :)

3 Star Rating Sushi rice always overcooked, sweet and very mushy, not at all what you’d expect…after we advised the kitchen the only response was a drink on the house, (which we didn’t accept btw). A discount on the sushi itself would have been the correct solution imo. The rest was fine.

5 Star Rating Discovering new japanese restaurants, now in Paris. Very nice location near the Place of Vendome. Decoration very minimalist but it looks good. The quality of the food is excelent, with fresh fish. A little bit spicy for me. Great service, something you can appreciate more in Paris. Expensive, but not to much in comparison with the area. Good recommendation for a nice dinner.

5 Star Rating Best discovery ever! I'm a big fan of Japanese food, and I know a bunch of japanese restaurants in Paris, but mostly little lunch spots or canteen style places and a couple trendier places for a special dinner; but I wanted to try something new as I was celebrating my master's graduation. I made reservation for a group for dinner, and I have to say it was the best decision ever! Such a nice little spot, you'd never know how big it is from the outside, as it seems quite tiny but once you're inside it's very spacious and has even a second floor. The decoration is super clean, minimalistic and very elegantly decorated. There's a fresh fish bar where you can see the chefs cutting the sashimi pieces and preparing the sushi rolls (so you know it's fresh). Make sure to order a couple of starters for the group, and then a main dish as the only downside is the main dishes don't come with sides and you might be hungry. But there are sooo many entrees to chose from anyway that it's nicr to be able to try multiple and share. The taste is amazing, very close to what Japanese food is actually like in Japan, and the staff and service is great! Our waiter even let me take multiple pictures of other plates he was carrying. I'd definitely go for a date, a celebration or a special ocassion or even when you just want to treat yourself. Next time I'll try their set menus 🤤

5 Star Rating It's been at least 8 years since my last visit, and I was so pleased to find the same flavors and service that made me love this place. This cozy Japanese restaurant is ideally located just a short walk from the Louvre and the Tuileries Garden, making it a convenient and rewarding stop if you're exploring the area. I had the ramen with grilled pork and vegetables, along with a half curry rice — both were delicious. Given the quality of the food and the prime location, the prices are truly remarkable. It's rare to find such authenticity and value in the heart of Paris. I’m so happy to see that after all these years, this little gem continues to deliver such a satisfying experience. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Paris again.

4 Star Rating Sapporo ramen 🍜 has consistently good ramen. My go to is miso ramen and a half katsu curry for 19.50 euro. The toppings in the ramen and the broth are perfect. The spicy tori furai don is also a favorite along with the yakisoba. The only item that is not consistent is the gyozo. They do a lot of business and are efficient but I never feel rushed.
