Comforting spot for lunch with better health food store grocery selection than most in the country
Avery White - 6 months ago
Not a restaurant, but a very good healthy food small store.
Despite of being small, I have found items that are not available anywhere else in Rio.
Prices of items I'm familiar with are better than elsewhere.
Has a cozy feeling too.

Because of lack of service and attitude of some of the employees I couldn’t give five stars , BUT , the food is good and cheap … sorting lunch they are always out of pizza slices and instead of the logical thing to order another pizza from kitchen when one gets low , they never do that and you have to wait 10 minutes at least. Seems logical to keep sales going fast and smooth but the employees (some) behind the counter are always huddled together chatting and act as if you’re bothering them by spending money to go towards their paychecks.

All you can pizza with many different flavors of pizza. I must have eaten ten pieces of ten different flavors. They had ok desserts and free refills on sodas. They had a salad bar with meats and macaroni dishes too, but we only wanted pizza.

Expensive, but Parmê has one of the best Cheesecake I've ever tried and the other pie options are not bad at all. It offers full-pie pre-orders and delivery service.
The pizzas from Parmê are very tasty, with a thin pizza dough and the option of adding catupiry cheese-filled borders. The "Parmê Pizza" flavor is a great option.
Parmê has a delicious chicken Lasagna Alla Matricciana!
I used to attend this place pretty often and it's always crowded! You'll have to wait for your food number for a while.
Unfortunately, it got way more expensive today than before and some things are ridiculously expensive now, but the food is still pretty good.
Largo do Machado has two separate units in the same mall (food caster/all-you-can-eat and a menu orders one). This is the best Parmê of town.

The food here is a staple in Rio. Large portions and cold draft pils. Place gives off a nice vibe and its very traditional in rio. The only thing that put me off was the beef croquette which is super bland and the touristy price but i would still recommend and i would still come back here. Overall its good place to visit and would def come back but if you want the same experience with better food go to bar lagoa.

The beer was nice and cold. Service was OK, he waiters was very kind. The food otherwise was disappointing: expensive and although in a big amount, don't worth the price (that's my opinion only).

What a wonderful place and food!! This is real daily Brazilian food. Nothing fancy but great taste and prices.
The portions are enormous so you can easily share dishes and everything tastes like home made.
They have a very big menu so you can definitely find whatever you're craving. The service is fast and very friendly.
We couldn't finish all the food and they put it to go without any problem.
The only minus is that the place is crowded no matter the day or time because of how popular it is.
Delicious and a must go!! 🤩

Traditional place with old-school service by professional waiters in white jackets. This place has been around for a long time for a reason. They do what they do very well. The atmosphere hasn't changed so if you're looking for a great experience in a place that takes it reputation seriously and delivers authenticity, this is the place!

I puedes the breaded shrimp with rice (camaro milenesa com arroz a griega). Overall it was ok in terms of flavors, something like a homemade meal. The portion of rice was huge like for 3 persons.
The value for money wasn't so good for this restaurant. There are other restaurants that offer a similar or the same plate but give better portions or flavor for the same or less price. I believe this spot is just a staple in the neighborhood having been around for about a century.

It used to be a good restaurant I used to go some years ago, despite the high prices... but the food was really tasty, the staff was nice and the service was fast.
Now I'm really disappointed with almost everything!
The manager doesn't seem to care more than the waiters if their clients are being well served and the prices skyrocketed.
We waited over half an hour for the bill that would never come, even though I asked multiple times for more than one waiter and I had to walk into the bar area to ask the manager himself to let me pay.
I asked the waiter who came up with my bill to remove the service fee from it and he simply ignored and sent another waiter to charge me to avoid doing what I asked. Complete lack of respect with clients.
The only good side about this restaurant is the chef, who's really good. But the servings are ridiculously small.

Be careful. I asked the waiter to pack the leftovers from lunch for me to take but at home I noticed that there were half the amount of the food.

Amazing food, nice to have something a little different in Rio. We went on a Sunday when they were short staffed and one guy was waiting on the entire restaurant, he did an amazing job and also managed to keep the vibes high.

This restaurant is a staple. Not only does it have traditional Brazilian food, but it has traditional Portuguese cuisine. Their Bolinhos de Bacalhau (Cod fish balls) are to die for. It's a pleasant atmosphere with GREAT service, and delicious food. If you are looking for a unique experience, definitely give this restaurant a shot. Just watch out for some of the street vendors, although the serves will shoo them away typically.

A really simple gallery, but is the best place for ice cold iced tea (matte).
The best "mate" in town .
Ernesto Barreto - 8 years ago
There are a not so big variety of stores at this gallery (Drops being my favorite), but there are a big variety of professional services through the other floors of the building, including many doctors.
But the mall could be much better organized and some times you can't find updated information on services floor locations...

Five stars for only one reason. Maybe one and a half. The best cheap Middle Eastern food in the entire metropolitan region at Sírio-Libanesa Rotisserie. And what a friend swears is the best mani-pedi he's gotten at a reasonable price right across the hall.
Alan P Kurti - 8 years ago
Superb gallery, in front of the tube Estacao Largo do Machado which is a getway to the Christ and Floresta da Tijuca. Condor gallery offers a great range of shops, non turistic, - from food to fashion, providing different services at reasonable prices.A visit to the second floor is highly advisable! From Camisetaria Cecilia Brandao selling original t shirts, skirts and dresses to other exclusive boutiques selling clothing, shoes and bags. There is a handy waxing saloon - Pello menos using special egyptian wax, it has a pioneer technique with excellent customer services - no waiting time! It can be a little bit expensive - around 20 pounds but it is worth it! On the first floor almost obligatory pitstop at Rotisseria Sirio-Libanesa serving delicious Lebanese food at good price. Enjoy it!
L H Silva-Clark (Tupinambah) - 8 years ago
Even if the Condor is a fantastic name for the giant of South America. This shopping center is a conglomeration of things you are looking for. Several smaller food places are there. Famous for the area are the 3 small Lebanese spots. Exchange money, buy Açai, kids or women clothes, Parfums or just small present. Above the center you find all kinds of medics, laboratories and eye or plastic surgeon advisors.

Vale a pena conferir.

Here's a 5-line review of Vezpa Pizza in Rio de Janeiro:
Vezpa is Rio's go-to spot for quick, New York-style pizza served by the slice.
It has a "cool" and casual vibe, perfect for grabbing a fast bite in busy areas like Ipanema or Lapa.
They offer a great mix of classic toppings (like pepperoni) and creative local flavors.
You'll also find interesting vegetarian, vegan, and even sweet dessert pizzas on the menu.
It's a reliable, convenient, and fairly priced option for a delicious and speedy pizza fix.
