I stumbled upon this place in the middle of my wife shoes shopping spree, it’s in the Galería Menescal between Barra and Sra.copacabana, so far the best Esphiha I have had in Rio. If one gets lucky you may get a plate, and be prepare to eat standing up with your Kibe or Esphia in a napkin….but it’s worth the wait in line and a bit squeezed in this tiny place. Loved the food

Wonderful, delicious and healthy food. Run by Victor who is the owner. A very likeable person who's working hard to make the business a success. Started about 2 months ago. Falafel were good. The combos are also good. It's fast food but well made.
I wish Victor great success. And pray that one day he will own the whole building with fine dining arab restaurant.

Rude and bad service, food was a bit boring and dry. Nice location.

Lovely place! Has great Lebanese food. Really very tasty and very cheap as well. We just used it as a take away. Not really much space inside to sit and eat and enjoy the food. Everything I got from there was delicious

Not bad. Food was decent for lunch. It was cheap. Nice service.

Good food but rather on the expensive side for what's being offered. Higher end restaurants down the block charge the same price for their food, so heads up.

Buffet by weight. Meat dishes were good.

Esquisito.

What a great first meal in Rio.
Cold draft beer and bold, refreshing caipirinhas. We tried lime and strawberry, both fresh and more punchy than what we’re used to. The vinagrete de polvo was outstanding, flavourful, garlicky, and bright. The salmon ceviche had a clean acidity, and the grilled shrimp were deeply seasoned and full of flavour.
It gets very busy and crowded. You do need a bit of patience to place your order, but once it’s in, the food comes out quickly. No complaints there.
The atmosphere is lively, loud, and very Carioca. A fantastic introduction to the city. We’d absolutely go back to try more petiscos. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our dinner here! Maybe even 5 star. Big selection of food. LOVED the simple but delicious black bean soup with pork belly, cheap and filling and tastes great! Also the cold octopus with vinegar and seasoning. And the sardine. The shrimp rice for one person was good and actually enough for two people. Our server was super nice, smiling, patient, and helpful. They have nice drinks here too. Outdoor seating looked fine, but we stayed inside which is comfortable and many seats. Glad we came here and will come back for sure.

I loved this place during my stay in Copacabana, so much that I went there multiple times. I recommend Sardinha frita and carne de sol. The caipirinha is on point too.

A very cute place to have morning coffee and pastry or buy traditional Brazilian food items. Small place with only two tables but very friendly and helpful staff. Quickly became our go to place for breakfast. Also bought Brazilian cheese, crackers, and a type of traditional mango/guava(?) spread. Many other items to choose from. Our favorite pastry was a kind of Brazilian corn bread (much much better than American ones) pictured here.

Delicious traditional Brazilian corn bread(?). We liked them so much, we came here several times for drip coffee and corn bread during our trip to Rio. Very nice people.

From the moment we walked in, Felipe made us feel at home.
A pleasant place with high-quality products at a fair price.
We enjoyed tastings of coffee, arequipe, and other sweets, all delicious, and the service was first-rate.
A good place to buy typical Brazilian products or to spend time sharing a delicious Brazilian coffee.
Thank you, Felipe, for your great service.

Seriously the best Acai we had our entire Brazil trip. We had the traditional.
Best to get it to go, the place is very cramped.

Really reasonably priced, tasty açai with all the toppings you can choose from included. We have frequented this place since our arrival in Rio and would definitely recommend.

Came from Canada for 2 weeks and came here 4 times, we tried other Acai place but flavor, layers and price wise its the best. The owner speak English so it helps also when it comes to ordering. Right down the hill there is a flower shop too that i recommend, for the perfect date.

I'm not sure what happened with the açaí batch they used to make our bowls, but the taste was awful, mouldy and off. My boyfriend and I tried to mention it to the server (it wasn’t our first açaí bowl), and we asked if something had gone wrong. He insisted that this was the normal taste. We decided not to eat it because we were genuinely concerned it might make us sick. That said, the server was very polite and did refund us, which we appreciated!

I've already returned from vacation, but I'm still dreaming about that flavor. Indeed, it's the most delicious acai on Earth.
I'm in Poland and all I dream about is to taste it once again.
Thank you 🙏🏼💕

Brazil has a huge Lebanese diaspora that contributed to making the country what it is today.
As an Arab, I wanted to see what was the Lebanese food like in Brazil.
I met Joe and Michel, the brothers and owners of this establishment. They were so kind and welcoming.
The food was incredible! Thank you for the great food that reminded us of home.
Khalid from Qatar.

Very welcoming and nice staff.
Paid only 37$R for a combination of 5 items, but it was way too much. If you are hungry just go with 4.
The is a variety of food and everything tasted great.
Chances of getting a table is low, so you should come a little bit early or take it to go.

They have small little wraps for R$14 which are very tasty

100% recommend this place! Great Lebanese food with such an amazing price—32 reals for a huge plate of 5 options (you can also have less options for a cheaper prices). I’m so happy that I found this place in the neighborhood.
The owners/staff are the most friendliest people. They welcomed me, introduced themselves and explained all the choices to me. There were regular customers who also chatted with me. You can tell the place has good energy and the food is made with love. It reminded me of those small neighborhood restaurants in NYC.
They speak English too so that’s a plus. I will definitely be a regular customer here!

Perfect place for good and affortable food
I recommend taking a plate with 5 things, and mix it how you like it (only 32real!!)
Man behind counter is such a cutie who will help you chose the best combo
Sadly we found it on our last day in Rio, so we couldn't get back to ask for recipe of veg tomatoe, eggplant and chickpea thingy, which was delicious!
This place deserves more hype🙌

Criatura tosca!
