Wonderful, delicious and healthy food. Run by Victor who is the owner. A very likeable person who's working hard to make the business a success. Started about 2 months ago. Falafel were good. The combos are also good. It's fast food but well made.
I wish Victor great success. And pray that one day he will own the whole building with fine dining arab restaurant.

Lovely place! Has great Lebanese food. Really very tasty and very cheap as well. We just used it as a take away. Not really much space inside to sit and eat and enjoy the food. Everything I got from there was delicious

Tucked inside the Galeria Menescal this small gem produces delights straight from 1001 nights. Go for their esfihas and the burekas. But everything else is also delicious. Pity about how small the place is. Try to avoid it at lunch hours as it gets too crowded.

I think for the restaurants of this price-range that go by “galeterias” this one was the best we tried. Good food, good service, and we could still keep it somehow budget. I’d definitely come back.

Great service, meat is grilled over a wood fed bbq, leaving a great taste. The chicken is great and try the pão com alho and chicken hearts. Picanha is great too. Highly recommend

Good food but rather on the expensive side for what's being offered. Higher end restaurants down the block charge the same price for their food, so heads up.

I find these “by the kilo” restaurants practical, but not very creative. But they meet the need for food that is not fast food. Location easily accessible via public transport.

What a great spot! Hidden away on the extents of Siqueira Campos, this looks like an eclectic Spanish tapas travel destination, serving up a wide variety of unique seafood and other meats and vegetables, along with a full bar. This is a top spot for sure!

Hands down the best place for seafood in the Copacabana! Proper locals place where guests are very welcome. Open since 1957 these guys certainly know what they’re doing. First class service and out of this world fish dishes which you can see before you choose! We had the octopus salad, crab and smoked salmon. Delicious. The beer is a fresh as it fetes tastes like straight from the brewery! Can’t wait to go back

The best small plates and tapas in Rio! This restaurant is a thrill to eat at because the plates are small, you order lots and it is brought quickly. Your bill is taped to your table and every beer you get, they just cross out a number (an efficient way to keep track). We loved coming here for food, drinks and to watch sports!
Blake Cronyn - 6 months ago
Top notch "buteco" serving probably the best seafood you can have in town at its price range. Also most likely significantly better than pricier restaurants. I saw some reviews complaining for being overpriced, which sounds odd to me. I had a lot of amazing seafood (more than I could eat) and 2 beers and paid US$24!.. In NY, for comparison, this would have been the price of the beers only! Even in Rio their price is extremely fair!!..

Fantastic!...DO NOT MISS. small tapas plates and tons of them, at the counter that you can look at before you order. Ceviche, fresh oysters and pickled garlic are not be missed. Service is super fast. We thoroughly enjoyed this place and if you are looking for casual, friendly, inexpensive place....put this on your list.

They have a wonderful cheese bread, parmesan cheese spreads, black olives, dry tomato, and salami, I love them with seasoned sticks, it's a great snack, and the coxinha is also wonderful, it's not fried, with dry potato dough, I love it, I miss it.
Very good service, the staff are really cute, the place is cute, great to sit for a moment, have a coffee (I SUPER recommend it with dulce de leche, it's delicious), with some cheese bread, there's the common ones, stuffed ones, they are all good, there is something for all tastes, I recommend you visit, it is located inside Shopping Cidade Copacabana, close to the Siqueira Campos metro, and if I'm not mistaken they have another store in Ipanema.

Excellent service. It's the perfect place for those who like quality products. We notice the care with which the products are chosen for sale, the cheese bread is the flagship, but the other cheeses, sausages, sweets (milk, pumpkin, etc...), coffee beans/ground and other delicacies are unmissable. My wife and I always go there to shop when we go to get a haircut at the Bastidores salon, which is in the same gallery.

I have been a customer for many years. Great store selling Minas Gerais products such as cheeses, sausages, dulce de leche, jams, beers, etc... It is also possible to buy Minas Gerais kitchen utensils such as pans and agate mugs. I recommend it, without a doubt.

The place is very small, with few tables.
The food at the buffet is very still and ends up looking a bit strange.
Outside it says that 100g costs R$4.99, but the scale shows R$6.49.
Better restaurants offer cheaper food.

Excellent service, good prices and very delicious food..
If you pay 15 in low season and 17 in summer, it's an all-you-can-eat buffet and/or per kilo... and the waiters are very friendly.

All dishes are well served. Food is quite tasty. The restaurant is small and there isn’t much of an ambience, but there is no better place to stretch your dollar. It is worth it! Good inexpensive food and all employees treat you well. It is not purely Arabian food, there is a touch of Brazil in it, which makes it even better... in my humble opinion.

Very friendly Lebanese food restaurant in the antique mall in Copacabana. The prices are good and the food is super tasty. Excellent service and very polite. I ordered a falafel sandwich (R$10), a Combo 1, with rice with lentils, tabbouleh and kafta (R$20) and I also enjoyed a walnut aleteria (R$8). I highly recommend it to anyone looking for Arabic cuisine in Copacabana!
