4 Star Rating A proper movie date night spot! We went to Everyman Baker Street to see the latest Mission: Impossible and had a good experience. The vibe is super cozy, much better than your typical cinema. The seats are comfy, and it really feels like a boutique, relaxed setting. We ordered pizza, popcorn, and cocktails, all served right to our seats. The food was good but small portion, the cocktails were good and the service was friendly throughout, but not cheap... Definitely one of the best ways to enjoy a film in London. We’ll be back for sure

3 Star Rating I'd agree with others. Not the top Everyman cinema I've been to by a stretch. Limited menu options compared to say Hampstead. I think there's just one screen at Baker Street with the seats very close together. Only a 3 because the staff were great. But in such a prime location you'd think they'd invest more but likely low ROI area due to how small the venue is and having only one screen. I'd go to watch something there again if I were in the area but I'd likely pick the Hampstead Everyman Cinema going forward as it's a lot nicer inside, more spacious and the screen size is much bigger.

3 Star Rating I've been to other Everyman cinemas, the standard of this one is lower, it's pretty run down. Most of the menu was not available with very limited food options - it's like they are surprised by how many people are in on a Saturday evening and don't plan. The screen 2 room feels very narrow and plain, different vibe than the Canary Wharf or Kings Cross. Don't expect functioning toilets. Not worth the price. The only real thing they've got here is great staff!

4 Star Rating Popped in to The Globe with a couple of colleagues midweek and found this historic pub surprisingly peaceful compared to its usually bustling atmosphere. The venue still maintains that authentic British pub charm that's increasingly hard to find in central London. Football matches were on but without overwhelming the space - perfect for keeping an eye on the score while still having a conversation. Reasonable drink prices considering the prime location opposite Baker Street Station. Their selection of independent beers on hand pumps is quite good. The pub was clean and well-maintained. There's a nice outdoor seating area, though we opted to stay inside on this visit. Perfect spot for a relaxed drink if you're near Madame Tussauds or the Sherlock Holmes Museum. I'd definitely return when in the area - particularly for that peaceful midweek atmosphere that's rare to find in such a central location.

3 Star Rating Unlikely to win a prize for the best roast dinner but definitely gets five stars for warm and friendly staff. It’s a chain pub and the roast is good value for money and the dessert offering hits the right notes with classic sticky toffee pudding and lemon tart. Missing stuffing on the chicken roast was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Personally don’t like having to order off an app but appreciate makes it easier for the venue.

5 Star Rating A surprise find. Needed lunch on a trip to London and stumbled upon this pub. A great selection of large and small vegetarian options and quick service. Not overly expensive for London (£45 for 3 People food and drink) and everyone happy with their choices. Will definitely go again if we are this way and hungry.

5 Star Rating The bar service was underwhelming. Having said that, the rest of the experience was spectacular! Exceeded even my highest expectations. You’d have to absolutely hate live theater and Shakespeare to not love this, and even then you’d probably say “okay, that was pretty good.” We got the best seats in the house with the cushion add on. About $100 each. But for just $12 or so you can stand right in front of where we sat. Sure you have to stand for the whole show (3 hours), but at least you get to see it. We will go back to see a show here every time we visit London. Few bucket list items make a repeat showing on the list but this will be one. Pictures taken may 1. So it gives you an idea of the ambiance as the sun sets. Taken from our seats, first tier, first row, middle section. No photography allowed during the show.

5 Star Rating The only place I could spend hours with pals with good, cheap and filling food. Mind you, it won’t be five stars cuisine, but you will leave full and satisfied. However, the people are what make this place shine brighter than then light that reflects of the shard. Drinks are cheaper than any pub within London, and good as well. Excellent options for vegetarians and vegans. The “Full English Breakfast” will supply enough happiness and strength to barrel down Regent Street on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Ramen is filling on a cold day, but I do wish there were more veggies. Overall, JD Wetherspoon is the place to be with your best mates.

5 Star Rating I recently visited The Metropolitan Bar, in London, and it was an absolutely great experience! The highlight of the meal was the classic fish and chips—perfectly crispy batter, fresh fish, and a generous portion that truly satisfied. This dish alone is worth the visit! The selection of ales and beers was impressive, offering something for every taste. From rich, full-bodied ales to crisp lagers, the variety made it easy to find a favorite [Guinness served at the perfect temp° and the proper way]. And at prices that are easily the best in London, it’s hard to beat the value you get here compared to other pubs in the city. What really stood out was the top-notch service. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly despite the busy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy excellent food, a fantastic drink selection, and unbeatable prices with service to match, The Metropolitan Bar should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

5 Star Rating The Metropolitan Bar is such a great wee bar with a really friendly, cozy vibe. The best part? The drinks were incredibly cheap (just like a classic Wetherspoon) and the place was spotlessly clean. On a very busy day in London, it was amazing to find such a tidy pub... definitely a pleasant surprise! Even though there were two sets of football fans in the bar, it was surprisingly relaxed and felt extremely safe. I was honestly blown away! A big shout-out to the staff and doormen, who were doing an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly.

5 Star Rating I recently visited Nando's Baker Street with a couple of friends and had an amazing dining experience! I ordered the Butterfly Chicken, which was cooked to perfection and fell off the bone. The Garlic Bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the Corn on the Cob was grilled to perfection. The Nando's sauces were so tasty , each one having its own different profile making the mouth burst with flavours. The best part? Unlimited drinks! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who ensured our glasses were always full. Overall, I'd highly recommend Nando's Baker Street for anyone craving delicious Portuguese-inspired food in a vibrant atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!" 5/5 stars.

5 Star Rating Incredibly flavorful, juicy and tender chicken thighs. I love all the sauce bottles you can get on the side. And the spice levels. Spicy rice and coleslaw are awesome too. I wouldn’t recommend the wings though as they’re grilled (not fried). Note you have to order via QR code or at the counter. They then bring it to your table number. Location is halal. Be prepared to line up. There is a downstairs section as well, so it’s pretty big.

3 Star Rating It's OK. That's almost all I can say about the food. Not bad and not good. The dried mushrooms didn't work in the katsu curry because they were literally too dry and not even hot. It felt like an inadequate salad dish. So, I wouldn't be in a hurry to repeat the experience. The thing I do not support the most is their use of throwaway packaging and plastics; especially for eat-in customers. Please STOP the plastic waste and damage to the environment.

5 Star Rating I recently visited You Me and Sushi, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. As a regular customer, I had seen some mixed reviews before, but after my recent experience, I can confidently say this place is a gem. From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The server, a kind and courteous South Asian gentleman named DHANDEEP, truly elevated the dining experience. He was not only humble but also extremely attentive to every detail, making sure to cater to my preferences with such grace and professionalism. His warm demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I also appreciated his honesty in informing me about the difference in charges for dine-in and takeaway, which I thought was completely fair, especially given how busy the restaurant was. On top of that, they offer a student discount, which is a nice bonus, making it even more affordable for students like me. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. The entire experience, from the impeccable service to the quality of the dishes, was truly delightful. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great sushi and even better service!

5 Star Rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was my first time trying kosher food, as I was invited to a business lunch, and it was an amazing experience! The restaurant, newly relocated to Marylebone in January 2025 (previously at Lancaster Gate W2), is absolutely beautiful. The upscale decor, white tablecloths, and attentive staff in uniforms really elevate the ambiance. 👌 Prices are on the higher side, starting around £20-£50, but totally worth it for the quality. I started with the tuna tataki, which were absolutely delicious 😍—highly recommend! For my main, I chose the ribeye steak with sides, and everything was perfectly cooked and served on time. The meal was topped off with a delightful dessert 🍰. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommended if you’re looking for top-quality kosher food in the Marylebone area. 👍

2 Star Rating At first glance it appears to be a very fancy place so I had high expectations especially for the price and it’s really just ok. I ordered the burger and the cottage pie. And both were just ok even less than ok for the price. Maybe this is the expectation for kosher food outside of Israel but I expected more for the price. Had it been cheaper maybe I would have given it 3 stars.
