I really enjoyed my stay there, I would definitely come back. The grand, well looked after entrance and hallway set the tone for the rest of the stay. My room was clean,
quiet and comfortable. The bar had a cool ‚secret cocktail bar’ ambience. And the restaurant was exceptional! I had a three course meal and everything was so fresh, perfectly cooked and super tasty. In addition, every staff member I interacted with was friendly and happy to help. What a great hotel.

What can I say, this is a must do place to stay. Wonderful staff from the front desk, concierge, dining, bar, housekeeping, and Starbucks. Everyone wanted to ensure our stay was perfect.
Concierge not only gave great suggestions for local places to check out, but arranged our pick up and transfer to the airport. Wait staff in the bar/restaurant were attentive, without being intrusive, and Tonya at Starbucks was simply Marvelous.
The location is a great starting point for adventures throughout London. If you want a place where your needs are met, historic and enchanting you need to pay a visit and stay a while. It truly is magical in all its holiday splendor.

A wonderful building, staff were amazing. Breakfast was great.
Rooms were very tidy, very comfortable. Shower was one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. A great hotel by any standards.
The building is jaw dropping at times on the inside.
But ..
External sounds were penetrating into the room. From AC units to the subway trains and the people on the street.
However, I can't complain... I slept like a log. So just goes to show how the body adapts.
Lastly, the TV channels didn't work but I wasn't there to watch TV so it didn't bother me. Just something to bear in mind.
Overall I'd definitely stay again.

We had a lovely hotel room here. We opted for the Deluxe Double and had a good amount of space. The view wasnt great but we were on a side that overlooked another building. If your room was at the front then you'd have a great view. We were surprised by how quiet it was. We didn't hear anything outside despite it's busy location, and I don't know if we had any neighbours but we did not hear them!
Breakfast was included for us which included a buffet style English breakfast, but continental options and many more were also available as part of the price.
We booked on the day, having tracked the prices in the build up and it saved us a good chunk of money!
Overall a great experience!

The location of this hotel was excellent for everything we wanted to see. It is right off of Trafalgar Square so we were able to walk to Westminster Abbey, Parliament and Big Ben, and Buckingham palace very easily. We also didn't mind the walk to Tower of London and Hyde park, but could have easily taken public transportation as well. The bed was very comfortable and the restaurant has a beautiful breakfast room. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the meal here in a comfortable and contemporary yet still period feeling venue. Cocktails were great but a slightly limited selection. The food had great portions and was perfect in every way and the waiter was friendly and offered great menu advice.

I have used this restaurant often. 5 star review for the team. However, two very terrible ladies, both from India have us our first unacceptable Experience on July 7, 2024.
The poor treatment we got from the ladies was received from the two bartenders on duty between 12:15-12:20 AM on July 7, 2024.
This incident occurred at the Boyd restaurant and bar, which is situated within Club Quarters.
As we approached the bar, one of the bartenders, a lady, began shaking her head and smiling while informing us that the bar was closed. This was done in a dismissive manner that felt both unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, she then proceeded to walk away, leaving her colleague behind who openly laughed at us.
I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this experience was particularly upsetting. The dismissive and unprofessional behavior displayed by these two individuals is unacceptable and does not align with the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. Their conduct not only tarnished our evening but also left us with a very negative impression of the restaurant and bar.
It is crucial that such staff members do not continue to represent your organization, as their behavior could severely impact the reputation of both the restaurant and the hotel.
Based on this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to the restaurant, and this incident may also affect my continued patronage of the hotel which houses Boyd.

Lovely place to go for a meal and a drink. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is great too. The staff is very helpful and the place is never very full so it's great if you don't know where to go but want a good meal. They have a great wine selection too. I see a lot of people having dinner here before going to see a show. Highly recommended

I had a lunch date there. It’s a beautiful venue. On a sunny summer’s day, it’s the best place for a drink.
We had lunch on the lower deck. It is at the water line and you can feel the movement of the boat.
Had drinks and lunch. They have a well-stocked bar.
I had scallops and they were small scallops. And they were delicious.
Also had the beef short rib which fell off the bone which came with some greens and mashed potatoes. The beef ribs were tasty.
The waiters were attentive.

Went here two nights, first night just drinks on the upper deck, there was a D,J on, the atmosphere was electric, and great wine.
Second night we decided to have evening dinner downstairs in the restaurant we both had the sunday roast i had the lamb and my partner had the beef, both delicious and reasonably priced , great service and again great atmosphere

Stunning view of river Thames, London eye ….and the friendly service worth every penny. I can’t comment on the food as I just grab a beer and chill on the upper deck.
There are lower deck with glass windows nice restaurant, I think I will try in winter time.

We saw this lovely boat restaurant while on the River Cruise. It caught our eye so we checked out the menu online and decided to walk back. We were so glad we did! It does take a bit of getting used to the movement once you get on but the view can’t be beat and the food was all absolutely delicious!

Some friends and I came here for the evening, it was a very last minute trip to see a comedy show which is in the bottom of the boat. There seemed to be a few different things on that evening in various areas, including a DJ on the top deck which was incredible. Really good views, good vibes and great service! Reasonably priced, a double vodka and lemonade was only £7!

This is a busy pub close to Trafalgar Square. I was here at 4.30pm on a Tuesday and the atmosphere was good. I had a double Craggenmore at £9.40, taking advantage of the double up for £3 offer (a single is £6.40). This is a very popular pub with tourist giving it a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. During the day a large part of the pub is brightly lit due to the large windows on two sides. At night it has a more intimate feel. I was here on a cold day and the pub was quite chilly, due mainly to the fact that the main doors were open. Despite the cold there was a lot of people drinking outside. They do serve food and have a large upstairs dining room. There is also a small museum dedicated to Sherlock Holmes. The service was okay. In summary, an OK pub in a great location.

We visited on 31st October and tried the sticky toffee pudding with custard, a pint of Guinness & orange juice.
Charming and cosy pub - we felt very comfortable in here. Best pub food we have had in a very long time. The staff are very friendly and on the ball.
Definitely recommend.

Charming pub with a story to tell. I always love it when there’s a theme.
The memorabilia inside the exhibition room are incredible. I can understand why this place attracts many tourists.
Quality food and pints make of this a lovely place to grab a bite while out and about.

We first visited Sherlock Holmes about 15 years ago and decided to return this month for a meal and a couple of pints. As great as we remembered! From the kitschy Sherlock decor and his study to the quality English pub fare to the efficient and warm service upstairs, we were quite pleased with this most recent visit. Shout out to the upstairs dining staff — Natalie, Jo, and Kaitlin — for making our visit perfect! (And a HOT TIP - the kids’ fish & chips is the best value!)

Very good food. Steak Pie a bit over salted for me, but others might think it great. Fish and chips were great. Good service. Interesting place all around. Very close to Trafalgar Square.

A lovely traditional pub, uniquely split (linked underground), either side of a quiet passage near Charring Cross. Part of the Hall & Woodhouse chain; the Badger Beers are a refreshing change from Greene King and Fuller’s pubs nearby.
The outdoor space is perfect for fair weather drinking. Staff were friendly and the food looked decent. Well worth seeking out!

The house lager beer is amazing, highly recommend. The atmosphere is like a classic English Pub which is what we were looking for. And the food is really good as well, we had double cheeseburgers.
It’s a really nice pub!

Nice pub, in the heart of London, but off the beaten track. Good array of beers. Goof sausage roll.

It is the only pub divided into two parts on either side of the street. And I think that's what makes this place such a cool atmosphere. A very nice and quiet traditional London pub with good food and a selection of beer.
Barbara Steltmann - 10 months ago
Lovely quirky pub with good range table sizes. They do do food but I didn't look at the menu. Drinks are about average price for that area of London. Good quiet spots to read your book and enjoy your pint. Service wasn't great. Asked which Stouts and Porters were on and got a blank look - just ordered a Guinness as that's all I could see. I suspect there were some real ales but perhaps not dark ones? Either way the bar keep didn't seem to know what I was asking for which isn't the best for a real ale pub.

Exceptional food complimented with exceptional service. We dined on the first day of their new set menu for the festive period, which contained a great selection to choose from for each course. The atmosphere is not too bright and not too dark, it has a perfect warm ambience, a great setting for dinner. The staff were attentive and the food delivery timings were perfect.

Situated in the luxurious Corinthia Hotel in Westminster, this place did not disappoint from the moment we walked in. The decor, lighting, table setting and general ambience especially after dark spells class. Service was fantastic and their seasonal menu was good too. If you are in the mood, head over to the bar next to the restaurant for great live band and cocktails to end the evening.

Dinner here a number times previously. This time it was election night.
Had cocktails in adjacent bar prior to dinner, table for three. Had the dinner three course- great value.
Cocktails are very good - standard London hotel price of £20.
Dinner was well priced:2 courses for £39 and three for £45.
Food was generally above average to good.
The green pea volute was very nice as was the lamb cutlet albeit the portion for the lamb was tiny.
Desert of strawberry and lemon Millefeuille was good too- beautifully presented.
Service was very good .
All in all a very pleasant night with good option for food and great cocktails.
Previous review:
A quiet Wednesday evening for them.
Excellent from Start to finish.
We had an amazing sommelier called Selina who was engaging and wonderful to talk to about her knowledge of wine.
The ceviche starter was good as was the chicken mains .both presented beautifully.
Desert of gateau was also very good.
Had the most amazing wines- the amarone and the pipparello.
Will be back next month when the set dinner menu changes.

Great stop after a log day of sightseeing. The steak and Ale pie and fish n chips were great. You order drinks at the bar, and there was a good selection. The pub was full of football fans watching the World Cup games. Typical festive pub atmosphere. It was a bit of a wait for the food, but they were very busy.

Nice pub at a nice location. The food and the house beer need some improvement though.
I ordered nachos but it wasn’t close to being a proper nachos plate. There was no guacamole, instead it was big chunks of avocado. Salsa tasted wrong. Cheese wasn’t enough. The spicy flavour was from chips itself not the pepper - there was no pepper.
Smashed potatoes could be better with a different presentation.
Fries were ok.
BLT was ok, nothing special though. That applies to the house beer as well.
The atmosphere is good. It makes you thirsty :)
The staff is friendly but for some reason some seemed in between rush and panic. I have also seen an apparently senior server roasting another server quietly but in the middle of the tables. This was not nice.
They show PL games and F1 races which is great.
Thanks!

Recently I enjoyed some delicious pizza and bruschetta, and I must say, both were outstanding! The pizza was perfectly baked, featuring a wonderfully crispy crust topped with fresh ingredients that burst with flavor in every bite. The presentation was stunning, with vibrant colors that made it almost too beautiful to eat!
The bruschetta was equally impressive, with toasted bread generously topped with a savory mix of ripe tomatoes, aromatic basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. It was a delightful appetizer that set the tone for a fantastic meal. Overall, both dishes were a feast for the senses, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious dining experience!

You always know what you're going to get with pizza express. The pizzas were tasty and the dough balls were delicious. Great location and nice big, spaced out restaurant. I've taken a star off because the service was very slow, even though there weren't that busy. Our dough balls were also Luke warm by the time they arrived.

The manager and all her staff was lovely and attentive the whole evening.

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect balance of fresh toppings, flavorful sauce.
But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our order was taken correctly and delivered to our table with a smile. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to the Arun and kirutika at Pizza Hut.

Against my better judgement we decided to visit Pizza Hut after a viewing of the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, as pizza seemed appropriate and we hoped to double up on some early 90s nostalgia - back to a time when Pizza Hut dominated the UK pizza scene with it's thick oily bases before better alternatives arrived.
We had to queue for a short while surprisingly, it was early in the evening so I assume people were looking for a quick and easy pre-theatre meal.
We were unfortunately sat in the gloomy windowless downstairs area, on a tiny table stuck between a till point and a wall adorned with ancient peeling artwork of pizza-themed super heroes. The table was so wobbly we had to put a total of three napkins under to steady it.
Waiting staff were fast but impersonal, with ordering done via a QR code and online menu as though we were back in pandemic times. Everything felt geared to turning over tables as quickly as possible.
Once we'd ordered the waiter brought glasses for our self-serve drinks and they were absolutely disgusting - covered in fingerprints, smears and lip marks, as though they hadn't been washed in days. I asked for cleaner glasses but the ones we received weren't much better.
The infamous salad bar was just as you remember it, tastes have changed but it has not. The produce was of an extremely low quality - browning lettuce, limp cucumber and the blandest tomatoes I've ever tasted - I've had tap water with more flavour.
The pizza itself was just as I remembered for better or worse - thick, doughy, oily base and a reasonable amount of cheese and toppings.
I found the prices startling, around £30 for a large pizza and £13 for a small, medium no longer an option.
The atmosphere was abysmal - the couple behind us were having an extremely unpleasant argument during which he told her to 'sit down or I'll drag you down', not the restaurant's fault - unless the flaccid salad had put them in such a foul mood that they had resorted to verbally abusing each other.
It's hard to find much to recommend about the the Hut - the pizza was edible but you'd be better off at one of the many other pizza restaurants in the area.
Unfortunately as the queue showed there will never be a shortage of tourists and theatre-goers who don't know any better to keep the place churning out overpriced, below average, mass-produced junk food.
