5 Star Rating I stayed from Friday to Sunday with a friend and had an amazing time. Our room was spotlessly clean and it was nice to be welcomed by some chocolate cake and champagne. The bar and restaurant were also lovely, the food is amazing and there's a great atmosphere 👌 The staff here really can't do enough for you, they're always so polite and happy to chat. Ron especially, is an absolute credit to the hotel, he was such a gentleman the entire weekend and was always happy to give us suggestions on places to visit, directions and just have a general chit chat when we were passing through the reception. The location is fantastic, all the main attractions are so close that they're walking distance. It's by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at and I will 100% be staying again in the future

5 Star Rating Ideal location for a west end show visit. We were given a free room upgrade upon checking in and the room was lovely and quiet. All staff were extremely polite and would always greet you walking past. The breakfast was superb. Huge selection and quality was very high, exceeded expectations. Will definitely make this our hotel for future trips into London!

5 Star Rating I haven't even been to this hotel yet and their service has been really impressive. We were having some issues in regards to room reservations for our trip to London this summer and my email found its way to Hally Sal who is a reception manager at the Clermont at Charing Cross. Not only was she timely with her responses, but she was extremely helpful in resolving the situation and has already given my family and I some reassurance that our trip will go smoothly! It will be our first time in Europe and we look forward to visiting and stay at the Clermont this summer 2024!

5 Star Rating Charming historic old British hotel. Breakfast spread is lovely, lunch and dinner options were wonderful. Service staff attentive and friendly. Location is right in the thick of it, easy walking to many places and right next to the national gallery. Pillow menu for your preferences, great water pressure and a rain shower head. The fun of trying to remember how navigate between the two buildings is fun, 😂

3 Star Rating Pros: Great location, nearby main city attractions. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Our room was small, but the bed was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with a variety of options. Cons: The shower was slow to drain, to a point where we had to be careful it didn't overflow, and the temperature turned icy cold within minutes. Additionally, the preauthorization security deposit for our room was charged instead of refunded, so now we have to go through an entire claims process with our bank in order to have it refunded.

5 Star Rating This is a great place to celebrate the New Years Eve in front of the London Eye. The food they served was good, you're given 6 chips for 6 glasses of champagne, they had a bar to buy other drinks and the party kept going til 3am on the lower level dance floor. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate the New Years in London.

4 Star Rating For the location and considering what else is around, this place is a nice spot for a break. A cozy place with quick service and affordable prices. The triple cooked fries were perfect, but the cold scotch egg was a bit over and not too fresh. Still, it's a great spot for a beer and snacks.

5 Star Rating Went to Northall resturant for a business dinner. Great fine dinning resturant with prices to match, but definetly worth it! For starters we had bread with butter and I had Hand Cut Lake District Beef Tartare - without a doubt one of the best tartares I had in while. Thus was followed by the Grilled Iberico Pork Loin, cooked medium and moist with mash potatos. For dessert an amazing merengue and stramberry dessert. Wines were also great, in par with the quality of the resturant. For business or special events this is the resturant to go.

5 Star Rating Our meal here was absolutely stunning and the service was phenomenal. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and did not leave disappointed! We tried the house cured salmon, the ricotta and pine nut ravioli, the pork tenderloin, and the veal, as well as some wine. Everything was exceptional, from the sourdough that came out with an artichoke cream and decadent salted butter, all the way through the mains and the dessert selections offered. There was a small hiccup with the side not arriving with our mains (which wasn’t an issue to begin with.) and our server removed the charge without even being asked. I would return here in a heartbeat and wish to thank all of the staff for making our first meal in London and our wedding anniversary special, and certainly a meal to remember!

5 Star Rating Great atmosphere. The staff are very polite and diligent. They had a good kids menu too for children under 12 years old. We went for my wife’s birthday and they brought out a nice surprise dessert which was very sweet of them. The bar was also very trendy and had a good selection of cocktails and mocktails. Would definitely go there again and try more dishes. Set menu was decently priced too which I had, while my wife selected from the a la carte menu.

4 Star Rating A busy pub at the north end of Whitehall, a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square. Another pub in the Greene King Stable, and a good one too! There is plenty of room being eagerly taken up by the London visitors, all enjoying themselves it appears. Great service and a jolly atmosphere. Plenty of choice both keg and cask, including TT Landlord. Downstairs for more seating. A great place.

4 Star Rating Great menu and delicious food, we didn’t have a booking but put our name down and the wait was less than 10 minutes on a busy Saturday night. Staff were friendly but forgot a few items of our order, and we were told that the chefs ‘forgot’ to cook one of the plates we ordered so one meal has nearly been finished by the time the other arrived. Pizza wise, it was pretty good, with enough topping and generally good. The staff were attentive and chatty.

4 Star Rating Pizza Hut on The Strand offers a delightful dining experience with a commendable four-star rating. The delectable pizzas and diverse menu options showcase their commitment to quality. However, one aspect that might affect your comfort is the consistent chilliness every time the door opens. While the ambience and service contribute to an enjoyable meal, it's advisable to dress warmly or choose a seat away from the entrance during colder seasons. Despite this minor inconvenience, Pizza Hut on The Strand impresses with its tasty offerings and friendly service, making it a solid choice for a satisfying pizza outing.

3 Star Rating Zizzi was mediocre to good. The Casareccia Della Casa was mediocre, good but pasta was quite bland overall. It was supposed to be creamy but felt a little washed down. Service was good, friendly however, they made it really obvious that they wanted us to leave by saying bye asap. The atmosphere was comfy, spacious and had beautiful decor. The dishes are quite pricey for small portions and mediocre food. Was wondering if all Zizzi were like this? Hope that other branches are better than today's. Portion was quite small.
