The food was nice but I feel like the staff need to brush up a bit with some more training. One waitress was setting down everything so brutally and not a smile once. I understand people have bad days but there’s no need to take it out on customers. Also, I thought this was a high end restaurant with a dress code but I think they’d let you in even if you turned up in your pyjamas considering how some customers were dressed. The interior is gorgeous but I don’t think I’d visit again.

Great place to visit! We went for afternoon tea and it was absolutely wonderful. Superb service, very attentive and friendly. The tea was delicious as were the different variations of sandwiches, salmon, chicken, cheddar. The scones were amazing as was the cheesecake. All in all definitely worth a visit, classy!

Our visit to The Wolseley was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt elegant yet welcoming. We enjoyed a lovely brunch, followed later by afternoon tea, and everything exceeded our expectations. The coffee was rich and expertly prepared, and the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with a perfect selection of sandwiches, scones, and pastries. What made the experience truly special was the impeccable service — attentive, warm, and thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. Every detail was handled with care, making our visit truly memorable. We can’t wait to return.

Best to reserve a spot online so don't have to wait at all. The service was great and I really love the food. Will come back next for their afternoon tea.

Burger & Lobster – Mayfair Lunch with Top-Tier Service
I went to Burger & Lobster in Mayfair for lunch, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I really wish I could remember the name of our exceptional server—he was an absolute credit to the place and made the experience even better.
The food was lovely. Since it was a lunchtime visit, I just had a Diet Coke and water with my meal, but everything was fresh and enjoyable. It was pretty quiet during our visit, which I actually liked—it made for a calm, laid-back dining experience.
My Ratings:
•	Food: 7/10
•	Staff: 9/10
•	Atmosphere: 7/10
•	Aesthetic: 7/10
A great spot for a chilled-out lunch with excellent service.

We had a great experience here :)) my kids were trying their first lobster 🦞 and they were very happy!
The service was on the best possible level: Alex was taking care of us at the beginning and made a very good suggestion to take a “big one” rather taking three small ones – we ended up happy and entertained with only only the first lobster, but also the biggest one we ever had. 🤩
Later Aanie took care of us and we felt like at home. Very pleasant experience, especially when you have a lunch with your kids – relaxing and enjoyable.
Lobster was great as usual 👍🏼

If you’re looking for a spot that perfectly balances indulgent food with excellent service, look no further than Burger & Lobster in Mayfair. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels lively yet welcoming, with attentive staff who make you feel right at home.
The food? Absolutely outstanding. Whether you go for the signature lobster—perfectly cooked and full of flavor—or one of their juicy, flavorful burgers, every dish is prepared with care and quality ingredients. The combination of fresh seafood and gourmet burgers might sound unusual, but here, it just works. Don’t skip the truffle fries or their signature sauces—they elevate the experience even more.
Service is another standout. The staff were not only knowledgeable about the menu but genuinely friendly, checking in at just the right times without being overbearing. It’s clear that hospitality is a priority here.
All in all, Burger & Lobster Mayfair delivers on both taste and experience. Perfect for a casual night out with a bit of upscale flair. Highly recommended!

Wow! We walked in randomly for a Sunday lunch during after a walk in Green Park. The team was so welcoming all with smile and it felt that they all enjoyed their job which is rare in our days. Very relaxing enviroment, but decor is a bit misleading so menu expectations were not high at the beginning. Apparently Alex our waiter, told us that the property used to be a pub back in the days and this is where it all started 15 years ago. Everyone was so knowledgeable and proffessional and seemed that they really pride themselves giving us lot's of what it felt, honest and great recommendations . Prices are really good for central London whith multiple options for any budget, good wine and cocktail list. The caviar on lobster roll was such a fantastic combination on such an affordabke price and all our dishes were trully amazing. Karen another waitress recommended Tiramisu Martini which was...Wow! Feedback from both nearby tables was same like ours and we were all amazed with both food and service and how well looked after they made us feel. Keep it on and thank you for your hospitality. Everyone was so great!

We visited on Sunday to enjoy the Sunday roast, and the whole dining experience felt very warm and welcoming. Both the beef and pork belly were seasoned beautifully, and everything was cooked with great care. It was such a lovely atmosphere for a family meal, and we’d definitely love to come back again.

Had a wonderful dinner at Langan’s to celebrate a birthday. The service was exceptional from start to finish — our server was warm, attentive, and clearly knew the menu well, offering thoughtful recommendations. The sommelier also impressed us with some excellent wine pairings that really elevated the meal.
The food was top-notch. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The standout was the fish pie — rich, comforting, and generously portioned (easily enough for two). A lovely experience overall, perfect for a special occasion. Will definitely be back.
Was at The Ritz just prior and honestly the service and ambiance was much better here.

Best birthday ever, best value for money spent. The food is very delicate and delicious, the portion is very full, three people were afraid of not eating enough, ordered four dishes, surprisingly we simply can not finish. Or the most recommended Wellington steak, I usually like to eat steak, but today to eat the steak shop still feel very shocked, I did not expect to be able to do so delicious. The staff also prepared a cake for me, and every staff I met wished me a happy birthday(Really thank you). The service was very good, and one of the female staff wished us a nice meal in French (I'm sorry I didn't understand the first time I heard it), and we asked the staff to take a picture of us together, which was also very professional. It's a great place to come for birthdays and regular dates, and I highly, highly recommend it.

Lovely food and service! Sushi is great, but be specific with that you order, it can be a bit greasy. The music was super loud like in a club,we asked twice to lower the volume but they only lowered it 2 percent. That was the most annoying part. Other than the super loud ear breaking music, food and service is great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Novikov in Mayfair with my sister, and while the experience had its highs, there were definitely some aspects that didn't quite live up to expectations.
Let's start with the positives—service. The staff at Novikov were absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The service alone truly elevated the experience and made us feel welcomed and cared for.
However, when it comes to the food, I was a bit underwhelmed. I found that several dishes lacked flavor and really needed a little extra seasoning—salt in particular. It was disappointing, especially considering the reputation the restaurant holds. While the presentation was lovely, the food didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
In terms of value, Novikov definitely feels overpriced, likely due to its prime Mayfair location. I understand the appeal of dining in such a sought-after area, but for the price, I expected more from both the food and the overall atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere, I felt that the ambiance could have been a bit livelier—while the space itself is chic and upscale, the vibe felt a bit too subdued for a celebratory occasion.
Overall, while the service was remarkable, I don’t think the food or overall experience justified the steep price tag. It was a fine dining experience, but not one I’d rush to repeat.

Food here is good but that’s about it, it’s certainly a dining experience and service is very good. The raw veg nibbles u get when you sit down are a nice touch!
Not quite the place to have any meaningful conversation, music is pretty loud! But the restaurant is nice, great decor, really enjoy going to the back where they have a mini fresh food shop type thing going on!
There is also a lounge for drinks!

An exceptional dining experience at Novikov – Pan Asian Cuisine in London! From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the chic ambiance, the stunning interior, and the vibrant open kitchen, where chefs crafted each dish with precision.
The service was flawless—attentive, knowledgeable, and ensuring every detail was perfect. The staff was happy to recommend dishes and pairings, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We got fresh coconut water and my favorite drink- pomegranate ginger juice
Now, onto the star of the show – the food! Every dish was an explosion of flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Here are some of the highlights from our meal:
Quail eggs, wagyu beef soiders, yellow tail carpaccio, tuna carpaccio, crab leg,
Besudes the other things we ordered as follows-:
🍣 Sushi & Sashimi Platter – The freshest cuts of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail, delicately sliced and served with premium wasabi and soy sauce. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were just as impressive.
🐠 Miso Black Cod – A must-try signature dish! The cod was buttery soft, perfectly caramelized, and infused with rich miso flavors, melting effortlessly with every bite.
🥟 Dim Sum Selection – A delightful mix of truffle mushroom dumplings, wagyu beef gyoza, and prawn & scallop shumai—each bite was packed with fresh, well-balanced flavors.
🔥 Crispy Aromatic Duck – Served with warm pancakes, hoisin sauce, cucumber, and scallions, this dish was crispy on the outside yet incredibly tender inside.
🍜 Wagyu Beef Stir-Fry – Cooked to perfection, with tender slices of wagyu beef tossed in a fragrant garlic-soy sauce, served with seasonal greens.
🍛 Thai Green Curry with King Prawns – A rich, creamy coconut-based curry with just the right level of spice, served with fragrant jasmine rice—comfort food at its finest!
🥭 Mango Sticky Rice – A sweet ending to a perfect meal, featuring perfectly ripe mango, creamy coconut sauce, and warm glutinous rice.
Everything was flawlessly executed, from the quality of the ingredients to the exquisite plating. Novikov never disappoints! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious Pan-Asian dining experience in London. Will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay here - thank you for having us! As younger, reciprocal club members we were unsure what to expect, but ROSL were fantastic 😊 The location is truly unbeatable. The staff were all immensely helpful, nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The building itself is gorgeous and breakfast was really great! Highly recommend - will definitely be staying here again when in London next.

Attended the private viewing of ROSL PHOTO 23, which will be until Feb 2024.
Gorgeous place, greeted with a glass of wine, and respectful staff all along. The exhibition itself is spread over 2 floors, giving justice to each piece. Some very endearing pieces and one that captivates my attention.
I will be attending again. They provide a wide variety of music, art, politics, etc...
The rooms were all full, but then it was nearly the end of the year, so everyone was out celebrating.
Keep your eyes peeled for their events, highly recommend them.
Make sure you are dressed smart casual. It saves a lot of unnecessary aggro.

Attended a work away day there earlier today, gr8 location & good facilities in the room we were in, however I felt that once the event was over they couldn't wait to get us out of the room quick enough! Felt that we were shouted at to vacate the room as they had another event, to me they shouldn't have booked another event straight after ours as you would have needed time to get the room ready.

I have said it once and more than happy to say it again the Aubaine French toast is one of my favourites. Since going I have been informed that the French toast has changed I assume it’s a seasonal shift, it’s now a cinnamon French toast. However this traditional French toast was delectable I’ve had it multiple times, great quality control, it never disappointed. I’m looking forward to trying the Aubaine new cinnamon French toast because they’ve had a great track record based on my personal experiences.

I’ve dined at Aubaine locations across London several times, and most recently visited the one in Mayfair. The food is consistently great—I’m a big fan of the Lobster Spaghetti, it never disappoints. That said, I did feel the service at this particular branch wasn’t quite as warm or accommodating as I’ve experienced at the others.

My partner and I came here because we were drawn by the lobster pasta. We're going through a phase at the moment and are trying multiple restaurants serving such a dish.
We ordered the wagyu katsu sando. The lobster pasta and a millefeuille for dessert.
The lobster pasta was exceptional. Fresh lobster tail, was tender and flavourful and accompanied very well with the lobster basque sauce of the pasta. Wasn't too salty and burst of flavour with every bite. However for £40, it was on the pricier side of dishes on the menu.
The wagyu sando was quite disappointing. The beef was tough, but very well seasoned. I understand it isn't A5 Wagyu, and they use British wagyu but I at least expected to not have to tear through the meat with my canines like I were eating a rump steak.
The highlight of the night was the millefeuille. Decently priced and was a massive portion compared to patisseries around London. The cream was soft and sweet. Delicate and melted in the mouth. The pastry wasn't too flaky but just the right texture. It almost had me ordering another.
The service was great! The waiter didn't hesitate with any questions we had and checked up on us throughout dinner to ensure we were satisfied. Water glasses were never left empty!

The food was alright. The restaurant was almost empty and the waiting times were simply not reasonable for the amount of people on the premises. The employees were just taking too long to serve the food. Some customers were clearly being paid too much attention while others simply being neglected. Perhaps you should not judge a book by its cover.

So the fork had a deal for food and we wanted to try it out as we haven't been to this location. It's a hidden gem of a location which you would walk past if you didn't know about it. I love the decorations they have used it feels very exotic and fun.
We ordered the calamari which was lovely and fresh.
Baked vacherin which was delicious a rich cheese that is messy but god does it task amazing.
Miso aubergine which the miso sauce is so tasty and it's difficult to just have a bit of it. The chicken supreme it was so tender to eat and every bite just again makes you want more. The lobster pasta had that rich flavour and my girlfriend loved it. We shared it was half price so we went to town. The desserts are my favourite here. We had the millefleur which the filling is so lovely and you wish they just put it in a bowl for you to scoop. The pear tart had this home made goodness that reminds you of that skilled aunt that made amazing sweet goodness. The chocolate and coffee cake wasn't that rich and it was okay. They did a valentine's chocolate cake which was amazing I wish they did it again.
Service was wonderful and they took excellent care of us. I highly recommend here and look on the fork app for deals and with the receipt they give you 20% off.

100% an amazing venue with live singing.
I do want to point out that we came as a group of 27 so it does put pressure on the chefs as well as the staff to cater for a big group at one time. The food was good - limited choice for a big group but expected and they were very accommodating with regards to dietary requirements. Luckily the day we went, it wasn't busy but can anticipate that the staff may be overwhelmed if the restaurant is busy. Overall they did a good job.
The team that assisted us with the group booking online were also very quick to respond and accommodated us where possible.

Great quality food and quantity. Impressed by the atmosphere and the fun vibes. I would definitely come back. I think service could be improved. Seems like a chaotic place and service should have been better. Nothing bad about it! Highly recommend the place

I went there for my birthday. From the minute we were escorted to our seats the customer service was terrible. The staff were rude and unapologetic. The seating arrangements are crammed. Food was just ok not worth the price point. However the performance from the singers was amazing!! Limited menu would only go back for the singing

Quaglino’s has such a cool vibe—stylish without being too formal. The live music really sets the mood, and the art-deco interior makes you feel like you're in an old Hollywood movie.
The food was delicious and beautifully plated, but not over-the-top fancy. You can tell they care about both taste and presentation. Cocktails were a big highlight—creative and super tasty!
Service was friendly and on point the whole night. Whether you're celebrating something or just out for a nice dinner with friends, Quaglino’s is a great pick. I'd definitely come back!

Visited for an intimate birthday celebration and tried the Sunday lunch menu. The live music and overall vibe were great. Cocktails were delicious, and the staff were attentive, making the occasion feel special.
There was a good variety on the menu, but the food was just okay. My main was too big to finish, and since they didn’t offer takeaway boxes, it sadly went to waste. We also waited quite a while for the food.
Still, I’d recommend it for the atmosphere, drinks, and celebratory feel.

This is a cute pub within a reasonable walking distance from Buckingham Palace. We stopped in for a quick bite post our tour.
Steak & Ale pie had plenty of meat and a delicious buttery crust. Cabbage was buttery and tender. Fries were phenomenal and the scotch-egg was a must do. Only item that missed a little bit was the hamburger it was decent but not to rave about like the other items.

Stopped in for a bite and a pint while exploring Green Park. Proceeded upstairs and was greeted by Lisa who sat us at a table by the window and made us feel like we belonged there. Food was excellent, and Lisa was even able to extract a Scotch Egg from the kitchen! Food was excellent, and the beer was cold and delicious.

Awesome British pub experience. Visited twice during our trip to London. Ate the chicken Sunday Roast and the Fish and Chips both big enough to share! Delicious Beef and cheddar pie. Had a nice range of beers to choose from and a nice variety of Gins and Tonics to try amongst other offerings. Apps we tried and loved were the chicken wings 2 ways with spicy sauces and the Scotch Egg both excellent!

There's currently constructions nearby and the view out of the window isn't as pretty as it could have been. But it's a nice English pub and the food was good. Hugs portions, we were very full after. On Sunday they have roast. There are also daily spacial in addition to the regular menu

If you’re looking for a cozy, traditional pub experience in central London, The Kings Arms is a fantastic choice. Just a short walk from Piccadilly, this charming spot is tucked away on a quiet street, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere away from the city’s hustle and bustle.
I tried the Flint Eye Dry Hopped Lager, which was incredibly refreshing with a crisp, well-balanced flavor—perfect for a laid-back drink. The pub itself exudes a classic British charm, with its wood-paneled interior and welcoming ambiance. Adding to the experience, the staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel right at home. Whether you’re after a relaxing pint or just a cozy place to unwind, The Kings Arms delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!
