5 Star Rating The restaurant was amazing with a really tasty food and cooked to perfection, Karen did her best to serve and make the visit comfort Only 1 negative thing need to be mentioned upon walk in entry i was given a choice between a table in front of door or the bar for food as I don't have reservation while lots of tables were free. I'd respect this if it is policy, but later, lots of walk-in customers entered and offered those tables, which means I was treated in a bad way.

5 Star Rating I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger & Lobster, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely fantastic! I opted for the burger and lobster combo, the lobster meat was sweet and tender. The original burger, which was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and served with crispy golden fries. However, what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service provided by Alex. From the moment I was seated, Alex went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Alex was attentive without being overbearing, checking in at just the right moments and making sure I had everything needed. I can’t wait to visit Burger & Lobster again. Delicious food, a great atmosphere, and service that sets the bar—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

4 Star Rating After a disappointing experience with lobster and burger at Gordon ramsay in famous gHarrods. I decided to try this place. The authentic burger and freshly grilled whole lobster were exceptional—the meat was tender, and the service was excellent. It was truly worth it. Highly recommended!

The staff are exceptionally friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. We ordered the combo for two, and the lobster was truly outstanding! 5 Star Rating Had a wonderful dinner at Langan’s to celebrate a birthday. The service was exceptional from start to finish — our server was warm, attentive, and clearly knew the menu well, offering thoughtful recommendations. The sommelier also impressed us with some excellent wine pairings that really elevated the meal. The food was top-notch. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The standout was the fish pie — rich, comforting, and generously portioned (easily enough for two). A lovely experience overall, perfect for a special occasion. Will definitely be back. Was at The Ritz just prior and honestly the service and ambiance was much better here.

5 Star Rating Best birthday ever, best value for money spent. The food is very delicate and delicious, the portion is very full, three people were afraid of not eating enough, ordered four dishes, surprisingly we simply can not finish. Or the most recommended Wellington steak, I usually like to eat steak, but today to eat the steak shop still feel very shocked, I did not expect to be able to do so delicious. The staff also prepared a cake for me, and every staff I met wished me a happy birthday(Really thank you). The service was very good, and one of the female staff wished us a nice meal in French (I'm sorry I didn't understand the first time I heard it), and we asked the staff to take a picture of us together, which was also very professional. It's a great place to come for birthdays and regular dates, and I highly, highly recommend it.

5 Star Rating We had a spectacular anniversary dinner at Langan’s Brasserie. The ambiance was elegant, the food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Anya Morsy, who made our night truly memorable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel genuinely special and added a personal touch to our celebration. Also she noticed we were fasting for Ramadan and engaged us in a thoughtful conversation about the holy month, it was a small moment that meant a lot. We’ll definitely be back!

5 Star Rating Lovely food and service! Sushi is great, but be specific with that you order, it can be a bit greasy. The music was super loud like in a club,we asked twice to lower the volume but they only lowered it 2 percent. That was the most annoying part. Other than the super loud ear breaking music, food and service is great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely experience.

3 Star Rating I recently celebrated my birthday at Novikov in Mayfair with my sister, and while the experience had its highs, there were definitely some aspects that didn't quite live up to expectations. Let's start with the positives—service. The staff at Novikov were absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The service alone truly elevated the experience and made us feel welcomed and cared for. However, when it comes to the food, I was a bit underwhelmed. I found that several dishes lacked flavor and really needed a little extra seasoning—salt in particular. It was disappointing, especially considering the reputation the restaurant holds. While the presentation was lovely, the food didn’t quite hit the mark for me. In terms of value, Novikov definitely feels overpriced, likely due to its prime Mayfair location. I understand the appeal of dining in such a sought-after area, but for the price, I expected more from both the food and the overall atmosphere. Speaking of atmosphere, I felt that the ambiance could have been a bit livelier—while the space itself is chic and upscale, the vibe felt a bit too subdued for a celebratory occasion. Overall, while the service was remarkable, I don’t think the food or overall experience justified the steep price tag. It was a fine dining experience, but not one I’d rush to repeat.

4 Star Rating Food here is good but that’s about it, it’s certainly a dining experience and service is very good. The raw veg nibbles u get when you sit down are a nice touch! Not quite the place to have any meaningful conversation, music is pretty loud! But the restaurant is nice, great decor, really enjoy going to the back where they have a mini fresh food shop type thing going on! There is also a lounge for drinks!

5 Star Rating We loved our stay here - thank you for having us! As younger, reciprocal club members we were unsure what to expect, but ROSL were fantastic 😊 The location is truly unbeatable. The staff were all immensely helpful, nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The building itself is gorgeous and breakfast was really great! Highly recommend - will definitely be staying here again when in London next.

5 Star Rating Attended the private viewing of ROSL PHOTO 23, which will be until Feb 2024. Gorgeous place, greeted with a glass of wine, and respectful staff all along. The exhibition itself is spread over 2 floors, giving justice to each piece. Some very endearing pieces and one that captivates my attention. I will be attending again. They provide a wide variety of music, art, politics, etc... The rooms were all full, but then it was nearly the end of the year, so everyone was out celebrating. Keep your eyes peeled for their events, highly recommend them. Make sure you are dressed smart casual. It saves a lot of unnecessary aggro.

Felt that we were shouted at to vacate the room as they had another event, to me they shouldn't have booked another event straight after ours as you would have needed time to get the room ready.

5 Star Rating I have said it once and more than happy to say it again the Aubaine French toast is one of my favourites. Since going I have been informed that the French toast has changed I assume it’s a seasonal shift, it’s now a cinnamon French toast. However this traditional French toast was delectable I’ve had it multiple times, great quality control, it never disappointed. I’m looking forward to trying the Aubaine new cinnamon French toast because they’ve had a great track record based on my personal experiences.

4 Star Rating My partner and I came here because we were drawn by the lobster pasta. We're going through a phase at the moment and are trying multiple restaurants serving such a dish. We ordered the wagyu katsu sando. The lobster pasta and a millefeuille for dessert. The lobster pasta was exceptional. Fresh lobster tail, was tender and flavourful and accompanied very well with the lobster basque sauce of the pasta. Wasn't too salty and burst of flavour with every bite. However for £40, it was on the pricier side of dishes on the menu. The wagyu sando was quite disappointing. The beef was tough, but very well seasoned. I understand it isn't A5 Wagyu, and they use British wagyu but I at least expected to not have to tear through the meat with my canines like I were eating a rump steak. The highlight of the night was the millefeuille. Decently priced and was a massive portion compared to patisseries around London. The cream was soft and sweet. Delicate and melted in the mouth. The pastry wasn't too flaky but just the right texture. It almost had me ordering another. The service was great! The waiter didn't hesitate with any questions we had and checked up on us throughout dinner to ensure we were satisfied. Water glasses were never left empty!

4 Star Rating I’ve dined at Aubaine locations across London several times, and most recently visited the one in Mayfair. The food is consistently great—I’m a big fan of the Lobster Spaghetti, it never disappoints. That said, I did feel the service at this particular branch wasn’t quite as warm or accommodating as I’ve experienced at the others.

4 Star Rating 100% an amazing venue with live singing. I do want to point out that we came as a group of 27 so it does put pressure on the chefs as well as the staff to cater for a big group at one time. The food was good - limited choice for a big group but expected and they were very accommodating with regards to dietary requirements. Luckily the day we went, it wasn't busy but can anticipate that the staff may be overwhelmed if the restaurant is busy. Overall they did a good job. The team that assisted us with the group booking online were also very quick to respond and accommodated us where possible.

4 Star Rating Visited for an intimate birthday celebration and tried the Sunday lunch menu. The live music and overall vibe were great. Cocktails were delicious, and the staff were attentive, making the occasion feel special. There was a good variety on the menu, but the food was just okay. My main was too big to finish, and since they didn’t offer takeaway boxes, it sadly went to waste. We also waited quite a while for the food. Still, I’d recommend it for the atmosphere, drinks, and celebratory feel.

4 Star Rating Great place. Good food. The steak was okay. The service was good. But when the menu says £80 pp for steak, I found that very misleading. Whichever way the customer is going to pay £160 even if 5 diners share the steak!! The black pepper sauce was great. The chips were nice too. The sommelier is a bit farcical but it all adds to the ambience!

5 Star Rating Francatelli, situated in the prestigious St. James's Hotel & Club in Mayfair, offers a dining experience steeped in history and elegance. The concept is inspired by the recipes of Charles Elmé Francatelli, Queen Victoria's former chef, presenting traditional British cuisine with a contemporary touch. Under the skilled leadership of Michelin-starred chef William Drabble, Francatelli brings historical recipes to life using the finest seasonal ingredients. The menu reflects the chef's dedication to honoring British culinary traditions while delivering a refined, modern edge. My evening at Francatelli was nothing short of remarkable. The dishes, rooted in tradition yet elevated with precision, were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The attentive service further enhanced the experience, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and care. To top it all off, the excellent price-to-quality ratio made this indulgent evening an incredible value—a rare find in the heart of Mayfair. Francatelli is a culinary treasure that celebrates Britain's rich gastronomic history with grace and flair. A must-visit for those who appreciate exceptional food and impeccable service.

Once sat at our table we have picked the wine pairing with the 7 course meniu, the food was delicious and perfectly explained as well as the wine pairing that complemented the food. The service was absolutely excellent and without a fault, we have expressed our gratitude for a very well job done, would not believe the staff has only 3 weeks there. All of this over a 3h45min experience in a very nice and cosy environment. Highly recommend, it is worth every penny.
