Fantastic service, ambience, and food. The food itself is good, but it's really everything else that puts the experience over the top! It's a little pricey, but specially compared to other pubs, but in my opinion, completely worth it! I had:
- Stilton mousse: fantastic!
- Sausage and mash: good. The onion gravy had fantastic depth
- Chocolate pot: dense, but silky

I made this last minute booking through email and got the confirmation within minutes so that was a good start! Very responsive even over emails.
The place is unpretentious but you get more than you would expect! I chose this place for a catch-up with my friends whom I haven’t seen for 10+ years! We were led downstairs which was a surprise at first but it was the perfect place and my friends really liked it too — what with it’s rustic charm and English food. The food was fantastic (we even had a vegetable dish on the house, thanks!). Service was superb and very patient with us when we delayed our order because one of my friends was running late.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely come here again with my family next!

Absolutely amazing restaurant located in Kensington. Came here a couple of times previously and unfortunately they were fully booked, tried our luck again and thankfully they were able to squeeze us in.(BE WARNED- if you haven't booked you'll be lucky to get in, definitely so at peak times). The menu looked great, rustic English fare.We went for stilton mousse and cheese and leek tart for starters followed by rump of lamb and fish pie. The food was faultless. Every dish tasted gorgeous. The wine (just went for Malbec and Chablis by the glass) was very nice too. The service was friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was warm, cosy and romantic with a very rural theme. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food and the location of the restaurant. Overall we had a great time and I'm so glad we were able to get a table. We'd both like to go again, soon. My thanks to the gentlemen on the door, they were very busy so I didn't get chance to get his name (owner, manager, maitre d, greeter?) But he was amazing and a real credit to the restaurant. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Fancy traditional British restaurant where u indulge in the original English experience.
Imagine enjoying traditional food where the sister of the Queen used to eat and enjoy her time with other royalty members!
Such a vibe and a beautiful experience!
Food is so good. Never in my life have i tried such butter and all the dishes are impeccable; not to mention the welcoming of the staff..
A must try experience whenever you are in London

Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Friendly staff and lovely hostess. The Sunday roast was good, but not great.
I am giving full stars as this is truly an experience, and worth visiting. All 3 floors are beautifully decorated, and feel very cosy. We will definitely be back to try the regular menu as well.
We went for 2 Sunday roasts and mushroom soups to start. The soup was delicious, but the potatoes with the Sunday roast were really hard, like cardboard. Both lamb and sirloin were tasty, and they did serve it with a lot of gravy.
Overall a great experience, and definitely recommend!

We had their Fish and Chips meal with a lager 🍺 and bottled water.
Very good fish (Atlantic Cod fish) with meaty fries.
I like how they serve a broiled half of lemon with the meal. Great on top of my fish.
Their lager was pretty excellent as well.
Nice meal.
Service of our meal was fast as well.

What a gem. The Prince of Wales nails that classic London-pub feel: warm lighting, comfy leather banquettes, framed heritage prints, and a beautifully kept bar with a brass foot rail and chequerboard tiles. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming — “Laura & the team” really do make you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in.
Drinks are spot-on and sensibly priced for Kensington. The cask ales are well kept, there’s a broad range behind the bar, and seasonal specials (hello, Pimm’s and a Hugo spritz) keep things interesting. Plenty of seating for a chat, plus screens for all the live sport without it taking over the room — perfect balance.
Service is quick, friendly, and efficient; the place is spotless; and it’s an easy choice whether you’re popping in for a pint, settling in for a match, or meeting friends. Great vibe, great value, great pub.

Fabulous fish and chips. The mushy peas were great, too. Vegan options available and very yummy. It wasn't too loud and I was able to choose my seat. Didn't at all feel like I was being an inconvenience by being a customer here, and that's an underrated feeling nowadays. I'd visit again and frequent if I lived near by.

Sat outside on a sunny day. Nice vibe and dishes. Enjoyed the side of broccoli in particular and the scallop was flavourful. Crab croquette with the cheese was sinfully delicious. 👍

We had a very enjoyable pre-concert dinner at the Kensington Cote this week. The service was friendly and fast, and we were lucky with the weather, so an outside table allowed us to get some early evening sunshine 🌞. The a la carte mains we chose were the Beef Cheek Bourguignon and the Poulet Breton with the Petits Pois à la Française side dish, both were delicious. A couple of free glasses of Crémant Rosé was a nice bonus too. Recommended.

Nice ambience to chat with a friend this morning. Love my minute steak with sunny side egg and fries. The green juice was the best I’ve ever tasted.

I had an absolutely wonderful evening at Côte in Kensington. For starters, I went with calamari, seared scallops, crab maison, and the French onion soup — which was immaculate, rich, and perfectly savoury.
For my main, I chose the salmon and swapped the truffle chips for a fresh salad — an excellent decision, as the seasoning was spot-on and every bite was perfect.
Dessert was a highlight in itself — the crème caramel was silky, rich, and quickly became my absolute favourite, while the chocolate lava cake was indulgent and perfectly gooey in the centre.
Later, I enjoyed a few cocktails, and the new flat white cocktail from their latest range was hands down my favourite. I also tried the “Passion in Paris,” which was equally delightful.
The whole evening had a romantic charm, especially with the beautiful Kensington walkway just outside. A special thank you to Krish, who made the night truly memorable.

This is a gem in the town! Food was great and service was excellent. My sons order the 2nd round after they had their fresh sashimi. My wife was happy with their vegetarian options (nice if they have more vegetarian selections). They kept saying it’s the best they had in London. Next time when we visit London and we will visit Yashin Sushi again!

The food was spectacular, the fish was very obviously high quality, as it just completely melted in my mouth, and the flavor combinations are genius. Our waitress Maple provided wonderful service, and she was clearly knowledgeable on the food and drink options.
It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning.

Stopped by for a quick drink, first visit. Nice smart pub. A few outside tables at the front of the pub.Large inside seating area at the rear of the pub, obviously geared up for sports since they have three big screens on the walls so you don't miss anything. Food available but we didn't stay to eat. Good service. Good choice of drinks at usual London prices. If you want to see a football match then this is a good place to go if they're showing it.

I stumbled across this pub while exploring Kensington and had some chicken and a beer. The people there where super nice and helpful because I didn’t know I had to order at the bar and they gave me great advise what food I would try. The food and drinks came to the table quick and were very tasty. This evening at this pub was one of the best I had in London. I highly recommend to come here.

The most incredible staff! Super friendly and super nice! Laura you are the best manager! Thank you for always being super friendly and for running such a beautiful ship.
Adrian is so lovely too and I wish I could name everyone but you know your team. They rock!
The bar itself has a lovely atmosphere, the building smells super nice too. Doesn’t give you the usual pub smell.
It’s very clean, from glasses to toilets and the food is great too! Thank you!
The Greyhound gives you the upmarket bar experience you could think of at such a good price.
Once again, can’t thank you all enough for all the fantastic service and the friendly faces behind the bar!
I will definitely be back!

Simple place with some great dishes.
The food is full of flavor and very well made.
We ordered Hommos Shawarma Chicken which served with freshly baked Lebanese bread, Grilled Halloum Meshwi, Kibbeh, Maroush Arayes (Flat bread pizza stuffed with minced lamb).
Hommos Shawarma chicken is highly recommended!!! We couldn’t able to order any main course as we were already stuffed with these starters.
The staff was really welcoming and knowledgeable, help with the menu if needed.
The venue is simple and located in a very hip area. Tables are a little small when ordering several dishes for sharing.
The place is quite tiny and very little sitting so not recommended for family or big groups but it’s perfect for two people. Would return again!!!

Passed by the cafe yesterday with their sweets calling my friend and my names. We said tomorrow for breakfast. Coffee and sweets. Did not expect a full menu as well as multiple choices for drinks. Had my first Spanish Latte - sweet smooth and elegant. An egg, mayo, and bacon sandwich. Yum! And ended the meal with Oreo Cheesecake and Black Forrest Cake. Wanted more, but my stomach can only expand so much. Very relaxed and classy atmosphere. The service was amazing!

🎂 A Delicious Birthday Surprise in a Stylish Atmosphere
Caffè Concerto Kensington stands out with its elegant ambiance and delicious food.

Perfect for special occasions or just a relaxing break.

Beautifully presented cakes but woeful in the flavour department. My wife's Black Forest Gateau slice looked divine but in the end it was just chocolate & cream with little to no black cherry and kirsch flavour. Similarly, my lavender honey cake came up short in the caramelised lavender taste stakes. £24 for 2 slices of underwhelmingness. Extremely disappointing & must do better. Excellent service from Mariam.

The pani puri was one of the best we've had - it was such a wonderful blend of textures (crunchy and soft). The fish curry was delicious and creamy, and the black gram dal was so wonderfully nutty.
Service was excellent as well. It also had a very nice and fancy interior but not at a bad price point. Thanks for having us! Insta: @twochewfoodies

Chakra’s a great spot if you’re after flavourful Indian food. They’ve got some outdoor seating, and the street it’s on is nice and quiet. Everything we ordered was really tasty and came out quickly, which was a bonus. The only downside is that there aren’t many options for kids or for those who prefer milder dishes.

What a fantastic experience and wonderful cuisine. Excellent staff very knowledgeable brilliant atmosphere really comfortable, I ate everything and licked the plate clean. I had the chicken curry and it was delicious probably the best curry I’ve had in a long while. The mushroom rice you could eat on its own that’s how good it was. This is a boutique restaurant vey small but comfortable the atmosphere is very nice you will definitely have to book or be disappointed. This is probably the best Indian restaurant in London I was amazed how good the food was definitely I will be back there again and again. Fantastic exquisite food beautiful surroundings.

The Kensington Curry Club were pleased to hold their September meeting at Chakra Kensington. The most helpful manager devised a menu for the seven of us that included an inspired selection of starters followed by main courses that included a perfectly prepared ‘Old Delhi Butter Chicken’, Paneer Butter Masala, delicious Dal Makhani along with a range of accompaniments.
The service was immaculate and very friendly in the comfortable dining room….I expect that a number of our members will be returning to this delightful restaurant!

My friend and I enjoyed the Christmas carbonara - it looks, smells and tastes like the festive season! Great amount as well haha we're both feeling stuffed. Rich in sauce and generous in turkey bits. I was worried turkey will be conventionally dry but in fact it's very tender and we are both very impressed. Best turkey ever.

On a lovely sunny day, They’re outside patio area is very continental and relaxing. I came with a two for one voucher I ate both of the lasagnas to myself😊.
Only disappointment on the food was the lasagna was put onto a plate, on other reviews of Prezzoits in its dish….. So it went cold pretty quickly and latched that authentic Italian Lasagna,
That disappointment was made up by superb staff Amer and Ania. A credit to Prezzo !!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Experience!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere was cozy yet stylish – the perfect mix of traditional English charm and modern comfort.
The food was simply exceptional. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The roast beef was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy, and the Yorkshire pudding was the best I’ve ever had! The sides were fresh and seasoned to perfection.
Service was top-notch — attentive without being intrusive. You can really tell the staff take pride in what they do.
We also loved the selection of English ales and wines — the staff recommended the perfect pairing for our meal.
All in all, this restaurant captures everything that makes London dining special: quality, character, and heart. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Prezzo Italian, and I have to give a special mention to Rachel, the manager, for making the whole experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Rachel’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out she checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without being overbearing, and you could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure I was enjoying my evening.
Now, let’s talk about the food! I had the Carbonara for dinner, and it was incredible. The sauce was creamy and rich without being too heavy, and the pancetta added that perfect salty crunch. The pasta was cooked perfectly tender but with just the right bite. As a side, I had the Caesar salad, which was fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed. It paired so well with the Carbonara and was the perfect complement to the rich flavors of the main dish.
Rachel’s suggestions were spot-on, and her knowledge of the menu made the decision-making process so much easier. She really took the time to ensure I had a fantastic experience, and it felt like more than just a meal it was a memorable evening.
If you're looking for amazing Italian food with incredible service, Prezzo is the place to be. The food is top-notch, and Rachel’s hospitality takes everything to the next level. I can’t wait to go back for another amazing dinner!

I found this gem of a restaurant my second morning in London. I ate breakfast every day after that and had dinner the last night in town. The food was amazing…I could just eat the bread and be happy. The staff was so accommodating to my food allergies and made me feel so welcome. If you are staying in London put this place on your list.
The homemade donuts with Chantilly cream, crème , patisserie, and melted dark chocolate was the best dessert I have had in all of my travels around Europe.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! We came for an early lunch and had a 50% off code. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was delightful. My husband had steak and I had the special risotto which was to die for. Pornstar martinis are the best ever. Incredible service and in such a relaxed manner - we are so happy to visit here time and time again and it’s a firm favourite. I went there for dinner with my friends yesterday and I believe our server was David. From the start to the end he was attentive to our table, spoke to us and joked around with us which made the whole experience a lot more better. As someone with a Gluten Allergy he gave me a full folder with all the allergens highlighted which made picking my meal out a lot easier. I really enjoyed my Gluten free starter and main, but sadly no pictures for the two dishes I ordered because it was devoured very quickly. Overall, a really great experience and the great service we received just made everything 100 times a lot better.

Such a disappointing time. I came for their vegan fish burger, only to be told that they don't have it. No explanation as to why, or whether it will come back, but I suspect it's been off the menu for a while. I ordered a salad instead. I had to chase the waiter to get my drink (a simple ginger ale) I waited I think about 20 mins for my food; the wrong dish came (beans and cheese), then I had to wait for another 15 for my salad. In that time, I managed to feed my toddler and put him to sleep in the pushchair. I gobbled my salad in less than 10 mins because I was starving by then. The place quickly became very loud. No offer of free drink or pudding or discount to make up for the mistake (I literally had to get the waiter's attention for everything, it was like being invisible!) So I didn’t pay the service charge, and left. I won't be back. Overhyped place.
