This location offers a bowling alley, a bar/ lounge area and a section for quick bites and eating. It's a really nice place. The staff were polite, the cocktail I had was really nice as well as the chicken wings. The price was fair and value foe money.
We had to wait for about 20 mins for a free bowling area but it wasn't crowded. The bowling screens and area functioned properly.
It's a nice place for a date night, quick bites with friends and generally great for group hangouts.
The music choices over the speakers were great as well.
I rate them solid.

I came here with my partner and a pre birthday gift in October 2023. I loved playing bowling here which was great fun, although we had to wait a while to get out lane even though this was prebooked. You also have a time slot which you need to keep to. Games are pretty quickly done here but was still great fun! The atmosphere in here was pretty cool and the cocktail drink we had was great! I would definitely recommend couples and groups to come and have a game of bowling here. There is also a chill out area that you can sit and relax before and after the game, make use of the selfie machine here which was really cool as a keepsake memory. Thanks again and see you soon!

Had a lovely evening at all stars Holborn! The front of desk lady Rhea was very sweet and was very accommodating to me and my partner! We will be coming back!

Loved our visit for a quick bowling. Very neat and well arranged alleys. We totally enjoyed our time and had loads of fun. Also a cute photobooth was amazingly cute for a vintage bw photo.

Best thing about the hotel is its location. West End, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Soho all within short walk and British Museum is right behind it. The hotel itself is in a pretty old building but well decorated inside and appears classy. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. If you skip housekeeping you get a £7 voucher to be used in the bar or restaurant. Perfect for a drink. The only strange thing I found is it being a 4 star, there's no provision of tissue and lotion. But overall a pleasant stay.

Have stayed here not that long ago with my husband whilst in London visiting friends.
We have had excellent experience - the hotel is situated exactly we’re we needed to be in a beautiful part of London. Every member of staff the we met during our stay was very friendly and welcoming giving us impression that nothing was too much of a trouble. The room was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay and we sure will stay again!

Seriously disappointed. For the price, great location, decent standard room however arrived at 9 p.m. the room had been cleaned but there were dirty plates and glasses left outside the room. Advised reception and they remained there until the morning. Its nort unreasonable to expect better at this price point. Staff are perfectly pleasant but perfunctory and going through through the basic minimal 'good' customer service pleasantries without any genuine commitment.

Lovely authentic food. Brings you back to the old times. If you're a Peaky blinders fan, you should definitely visit. Separate places to sit, vintage glass and bar, awesome drinks. 🥂❤️

Beautiful interior, far more detailed than my little phone camera could catch. Incredible wood, glass and tile work throughout the entire place. I only stayed for one drink but the organic wheat beer was the best I’ve had in London. Smooth, flavorful and a thin head that stays throughout the drinking experience. I’ll be back.

Absolutely beautiful Victorian pub. The tiling, ceiling, mosaics, stained glass, and general interior decoration is astounding, and well worth a visit for a pint. The cider on draft is also delicious.

My husband loves the beer, I love the interior design 😊 (and the beer too, to be fair). It’s a must-visit every time we’re in London.

Great decor and atmosphere, but what makes this place even better is it's Samuel Smith Organic Lager! The pub also has unique dividers. If you get there early enough with a group, you can secure a small section.

Amazing food!! Everything came out fresh and cooked to perfection. The service was great, Alex was very attentive and friendly. Definitely the place to go if you want a great steak!

What a wonderful eatery! We couldn't have asked for better food or service. Food was amazing and was prepared very timely, everyone in our party enjoyed food very much (especially the steaks) and our server was so patient with us and kind. Thank you for great experience! Highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

My friend and I come here several times a year. One of the best value steakhouses you'll find. Nothing pretentious, just great food at a great price. The little mini-booths at the front are excellent tables for two.

Food is absolutely incredible and so reasonably priced for what it is and for London (we paid £37 a head and we had alcohol drinks and steak and a few sides). Staff were lovely service was a good speed and the whole place just has a unique vibe, interesting art work and nice booths so you don't feel like you're sat next to someone else.

This place is a little gem. Took the entrance at the back straight upstairs.
Service was exceptional. Polite and informative. Efficient.
Food was great. I had the chicken breast and it was like a posh roast. It was very very tasty. The gravy was quality but the star was actually the chicken. It was cooked with a nice crispy skin.
It was high quality food and I was pleasantly surprised. Downstairs doesn’t seem to have quite as much class as upstairs just by looking. Go upstairs and eat. It was fantastic.
Would definitely go again

Visiting London for the week from California quick Google search and we happened upon The Ship Tavern- had the absolute best meal of our trip- historic pub, gorgeous ambience, excellent service from Camila. Fish & Chips were fantastic also had the mushroom risotto also delicious- Camila made us feel so welcome and shared her recommendations for food and drinks and also shared the tavern history with us. Thanks for a memorable evening! Def recommend 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed dinner here. The burrata & calamari appetizers were both fresh and delicious. The Beef Wellington and Sirloin dinner entrees both came shortly after and were top-notch and pipping hot! Exactly the type of dinner spot I was looking for. Will definitely keep this in mind the next time I am in London!

We enjoyed the food and environment. Specially beef Wellington was so delicious. I would recommend this place if anyone looking for beef wellington. Cheers

Nice airy pub, especially in warmer weather when the doors are fully open. Staff made a real effort to be friendly and service was very fast. Decent food and drinks and plenty of space to sit

Went for a team Christmas lunch and fair to say that everyone was pretty disappointed with the food for the money. Service took a long time (understandable when busy but almost 4 hours for a 3 course meal?) everyones main courses were missing items from the description on the menu, and when we asked the staff about it they went off and never came back with an answer. Portions were very small and the quality of the food wasn’t amazing, so for over £40 a head, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Good pub with great decor and friendly excited staff. The choice of drinks were amazing and the food was super delicious. Especially the fish and chips were my favourite meal from that day. What I enjoyed most was the comfy chairs.

Spacious pub in busy part of London. It's worth finding a sunny day and chilling in their terraced area, which is really sunny and with comfortable seating 💺 and looks onto a small garden. Good range of European lagers and their own bitter called Oink. Nooo idea why it's called the Square Pig, and I couldn't find an answer on line either. Unusual name.

Was reasonably quiet for a Saturday and able to easily get a table and served at the bar. Had to move tables because half the bar had a weird unpleasant smell like vomit. Was fine once we moved to another part of the bar.

Lovely pancakes that are filling, tasty and look amazing. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in, despite us not having a reservation. The restaurant is huge and nicely decorated. I also liked the choice of drinks, especially the fruit beers! We only had savoury pancakes, but was envious of the sweet ones going to other tables. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want amazing pancakes!
Jonathon Baker - 4 weeks ago
Firstly, by pancakes, they mean crêpes. The butterscotch pancakes are the actual American style pancakes.
I got a savory “pancake” and it was surprisingly filling. I wouldn’t say it was worth £15 though. Perhaps location allows them to upcharge?
The servers really seemed to rush you to order and get out of there.
So why such a negative review if the food was good? On the receipt there is an optional service charge. However, your server brings the card reader over so quickly, you don’t think to look over your receipt.
I paid with card and not once did my server or the handheld payment device ask to add this charge, it was done so automatically. That is dishonest.
Tipping isn’t customary here, so that really was just a scheme for more money. I didn’t notice this charge until after I’d paid and didn’t want to fuss over it. However, it did leave a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t think I’d come back.

Lovely little place! Great pancakes with a nice selection of savoury, sweet, and sweet&savoury choices! Also good veggie options and a kids menu which was good. I would recommend to book in advance as it can be quite busy! Service was good, overall a great place to eat and take plenty of pics

This is the second time we’ve visited The Old Dutch. It’s a real treat for adults and kids. The menu is extensive, the staff are friendly and the food itself was super scrummy! Whether you want a full English or traditional maple pancakes, this place has it!
It’s not the cheapest pancake house in town but you’re paying for the unique experience - great for a special occasion.
Nathan Strong - 2 months ago
Savoury pancakes here were very soggy and I much prefer crepes. They upside is they are quite large so 1 could be easily shared between 2 people who are also ordering dessert.
The dessert pancakes were really good. Nothing out of this world but solid desserts, a little cold but that’s the nature of these little fluffy treats.
The mini poffertjes pancakes were the best dish here and a must try. Share if you can!

The salad choice is great and reasonably priced. The warm buffet is a bit hit an miss - be careful with anything that contains minced meat. I had meatballs recently (not for the first time) and they were lamb. They weren't declared as lamb meatballs. I also had a 'beef pastry bake' and could taste lamb. I suspect they were a mix of beef and lamb. I can't stand lamb, so both times my money was wasted. It's just not on to not declare the type of meat correctly.

5 Stars all round!
On my way to work I pop in for a light breakfast; my colleagues and I without a doubt always go for lunch.. Their hot food options are of such quality and variety that you'll never get bored.
Staff are helpful and friendly, always served promptly!

I would give it 6 stars if I could.
The food is so good that there is a danger you might bite your fingers, I suggest you try the lasagne and other hot food for lunch. The prices are more than reasonable, in fact far cheaper than other local options. Box of hot food under a mere £6. Fresh orange juice for under £2.
Staff are very friendly and informative making it a welcoming place. I come for coffee and lunch Monday to Friday without fail and even during lunch the queue moves on efficiently like a Japanese train.

I was in the area for a few days for training and went here every day! A wide range of amazing tasting food. Coffee's are relatively cheap compared to other places and taste exactly the same (coming from an old barista). Hot food at lunch varies every day aswell as the salad bar.
Would definitely recommend purely due to fresh and great tasting food aswell as the good pricing.

We really enjoyed the Sunday Roast Beef dinner! This was our first meal in the city after long flights and travel and it did not disappoint!
You will not walk away hungry…the portions are very generous. The roast beef was very tender and the cheesy cauliflower was wonderful!
The staff were very kind and ready to make us comfortable!
Great spot for a nice beer and comfort food!

An absolute gem to find in the centre of London. Has a wonderful, unpretentious, community feel. All the staff are so lovely and friendly, you can't fault them. Some tasty, classic pub grub is available and they put on some fab events. Their Fri & Sat DJ nights are particularly good - dancefloor space and music continuing until 2am. Just brilliant!

Advertised as the oldest licensed premises in London but you certainly wouldn't know when entering. Characterless decor and music has ruined what should be a fantastic venue. On the plus side the member of staff that served me was very friendly and pleasant and the prices weren't too ridiculous. Staff get it the 3 stars for their excellent attitude to customers and dogs!!

Great food but disappointed by the lack of pub ambience as the owner painted the walls white like snow. I had a meat ale pie and my wife had a parmeggiana, both plates were delicious. One of the first licensed pubs in London, they put in a plate (would it be true?). Worth the visit, I may return some day.
