Front desk manager Filippo is second to none. He is very kind and trust worthy with great sense of hospitality. Therefore I extended my stay from four nights to eight nights as I felt very comfortable staying here like home with friends and family.
Butler Calo is very internationally experienced and insightful. He understands my need without my explanation like quiet luxury.
Butler Jeffrey is super sincere, kind, passionate and empathetic, humble and respectful.

I celebrated my 50th birthday here over the weekend. Stayed in family room with two kids.
As always, it´s about the people. The kids were made comfortable and entertained, excellent advice from the concierge and a slight misunderstanding regarding payment for breakfast was solved without hesitation by the front desk. A true five star experience.

My stay at Rosewood London was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided a warm welcome and outstanding service, reflecting the hotel’s world-class standards. The lobby is stunning — elegant, spacious, and filled with soft lighting that creates a sense of calm luxury.
The room was beautifully designed, with a plush bed, elegant furnishings, and a marble bathroom stocked with high-end amenities. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. Despite being in the heart of London, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest after a busy day exploring the city.
Breakfast at the Mirror Room was a highlight — fresh ingredients, a great selection of dishes, and attentive service in a refined setting.
Overall, Rosewood London offers the perfect balance of British charm and modern sophistication. It’s ideal for those seeking luxury, comfort, and impeccable hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again. 🌹✨

Afternoon tea at the Rosewood London was outstanding. The setting is beautiful, the food is thoughtful and delicious, and the whole experience feels special from the moment you sit down. What stood out most was the staff, who were exceptional in every way, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the entire service feel effortless and refined. A perfect afternoon and truly one of the best tea experiences in London.

Rosewood London is not just a hotel, it is an English palace filled with Love and luxury. The professionalism of the staff, sincere care, thoughtful design to the smallest detail create a feeling of real coziness, warmth and comfort for guests. From the first minute of arrival at the hotel you feel like a princess in a beautiful castle filled with Love. Smiling doormen will kindly greet you at the door, helping you with your luggage to get to the hotel. The reception staff is attentive to all the details of your wishes, help you quickly arrange check-in and check-out, and promptly resolve any issues. In the hotel restaurant you can enjoy delicious and beautifully decorated dishes of English cuisine. The staff is very polite, which will make your dinner especially enjoyable. Having visited the cocktail room, we enjoyed the atmosphere of a cozy lounge and a book entourage with velvet armchairs, a fireplace, a delicious cocktail, listening to beautiful songs with a guitar. This is an ideal evening rest. We received special pleasure from relaxing in a room where your apartments are selected according to your wishes. The view of London, comfortable furniture and true cleanliness in everything give comfort and peace. I thank all the hotel staff for their sincerity, attention and Love.

Pretty good bowling alley. Not the best beer selection in my opinion but enough for all tastes to be catered for. Just maybe not the brands you like. They do food as well, was not bad for that type of place. We had a great time so would recommend the place.
Alexander Kemp - a month ago
This is a small, intimate bowling alley with just six lanes, which gives it a cozy rather than grand feel. The layout is noticeably cramped, and at £18 per person for one game (roughly 30 minutes), expectations were understandably higher. That said, the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, staff keep things running smoothly, and it works well for a casual, low-key session with friends. Plenty of tables are available if you plan to eat, and the bar offers a decent selection of drinks. Good fun in a quirky, small-scale setting, but the price-to-space ratio feels steep. Worth it if you value the intimate vibe and don’t mind the squeeze; otherwise, manage expectations or look for larger venues nearby.

We had the best time. We went for the Lodge area, where there are only 2 lanes and is almost empty. We had also a private karaoke session and it was so much fun! I had never tried it before and I cant recommend enough!

Nice place to have a drink and play. We went for bowling but the machine didn't work properly and we had lost pins at every round.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — close to all amenities and public transport. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, with a coffee maker and ironing facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded due to the ongoing refurbishments, and the customer service was excellent — the team was attentive and quickly responded to all my requests. The room was also quiet and peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel and regularly stay with business. The rooms are comfortable; the staff are pleasant and attentive. The breakfast is tasty. The bar is comfortable. You are offered £7 voucher in the bar/ restaurant if your room isn’t serviced. Lots of food and drink venues nearby - especially Drury Lane; and ideally placed for the nearby theatres. I’d recommend as a lovely place to stay.

Location great - close to Oxford St, Tottenham Court rd station and walk from Leicester sq, covent garden and theatre land. Staff are great too - nice and friendly. Room was a bit tired and dated - old fashioned bathroom. Bed very comfortable but breakfast a bit limited. Three star facilities but four staff service overall…

I love this place! A home away from home in the middle of London. Step off the noisy, busy street into a quiet, warm, friendly, relaxed, haven, with good food, great rooms and fabulous people. I always look forward to my stay here. After a full on day, they take care of me. Thank you!

Forgot to take inner room photos but overall good location esp close to the Great Britain museum and some local food places.
hot tub was a little old but functioning.
Be careful no mini refrigerator in the room.
Also, if to uber, the driver cannot park in front of the hotel for long heard penalty if over 1 mins.
I would give a four or five if they at least have a gym space.

What an absolute gem! The Princess Louise in London is hands-down one of the most stunning pubs I've ever stepped into. The interior is superbly decorated—think ornate Victorian tiling, intricate woodwork, and those gorgeous snugs that make you feel like you've time-traveled to the 1890s. It's not just a pub... it's a work of art!

Cosiest pub in London! The atmosphere inside was incredible and the design!! It was not crowded, so you can normally sit and talk, which we loved a lot.

One of the finest pubs I visited while I was in London. An old pub, not many tourists, it has a cozy room upstairs where you can eat, away from the noise. Not too many draught beers, but what they have is excellent. It has a good choice of premium pub food.

Lilly, the bartender at Princess Louise, was absolutely lovely. We were visiting and a bit behind schedule, and she not only provided excellent service but also helped us find a very specific type of hairdryer nearby. She even offered to lend us her own personal Tupperware when we were trying to take our food to go. The bar itself is charming and impressively well-maintained for its age. My favorite part was the individual rooms surrounding the main bar, which create a cozy sense of privacy. The beers and fish and chips were great as well!

Princess Louise is definitely one of the most impressive pubs I’ve been to. The Victorian interior is fantastic. It’s like stepping back in time. Good food, nice friendly service, clean, perfect place to hang out with friends. I love their cider.

Great place to eat. They are famous for the beef burgers which are huge. Its a modern place with the restaurant down stairs. We ate early a table of 8 and the food came quickly. After having the prawn starter followed by the beef burger there was no room for desert. We place was clean and well kept and our server was amazing. I would recommend.

Cozy Gastropub with Great Food and Atmosphere
We visited a charming gastropub that offers a warm, inviting atmosphere and a well-curated menu. The drink selection was impressive, with a variety of wines, beers, and spirits to choose from.
To start, we had the Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Salad (v)—fresh and flavorful, beautifully finished with a balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil. For the main course, the Ribeye steak (11oz/310g) was cooked to perfection and served with crispy chips. We paired the meal with a bottle of red wine, which complemented the dishes nicely.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was enjoyable. A solid choice for a relaxed meal with quality food and drinks.

This place is not a pub serving food. It's a high end restaurant serving beer. Absolutely fantastic on every level. Service, decor, food and great beer and wine. Stunning venue and very traditionally English. Recommend this place for excellent food. Everything was tasty and the chefs know how to cook.

Stumbled upon this place on a cold winter’s evening, and wow—what a find! It was exactly what we needed. The pub is stunning, and the food was fantastic. We were lucky to get a table for dinner upstairs. We both ordered the slow-cooked beef brisket, and it was probably the best beef we’ve ever had. The staff were so lovely and polite, and the service was excellent. We had a truly wonderful evening.

Found this Pub while looking for a place close by our hotel. The Ship Tavern has a dining area upstairs which is very nice and quiet. We sat downstairs and enjoyed the music which want loud. The service was good the beer was really cold tried the local beer 🍻 which was excellent. We had a few appetizers the beef croquettes and beer battered onion rings, 4 ⭐️. We both had and enjoyed a huge Fish & Chips plate. This is a great place to go and eat and drink!!!!

We visited The Ship Tavern on a Saturday evening and had a really lovely time! The decor was warm and inviting, and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. We ordered the fish and chips, and it was delicious! It was crispy, and the portions were very generous. I also had a latte (yes, at 8pm… don’t judge!) and it was tasty!

Lovely Sunday lunch. You get bottomless gravy which in my opinion is essential. Stunning interior - perfect to bring out of town guests to. My American friends had never had British Sunday lunch - they’d never tried a roast potato before! They loved it.

Lovely spot! Great food and really friendly service. I was there with my dog, and the staff were so caring - they brought out a water bowl for her. There’s plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, which makes it a perfect place to catch-up with friends. Highly recommend!

I was honoured to be invited back to this place by the team. The service is amazing and the atmosphere really cozy, I would highly recommend it for a gathering if you happen to be in the area. The big windows also provide nice natural lighting (uncommon in pubs) whilst keeping its charm.
The staff were in both occasions very attentive. Thank you guys

Omg I can’t even explain how much this place is amazing! The pancakes were the best I ever had (really). I got one with chocolate chips, maple syrup and chocolate. I’m so sad this is my last day in London and don’t have more time to try other ones, but for sure when I come back to London it will be the first place I’ll go. If you love pancakes, like I do, don’t even think about going to other places, just come here and you will love it, I promise! The waiters were so nice and the restaurante is really cute. I came at 16:00 and it was really quiet

As a Dutchie in London.
I will say the pancakes are really good quality and delicious.
The portions were big.
There is a lot of different options sweat and savory.
I love the interior with the little details as the tulp flowers ect.
The staff was also really service oriented

Had the stack of 5 Butterscotch pancakes, Pistachio and strawberry/blueberry. Pancakes were soft and cooked well, filled with flavour and very filling. The atmosphere in the shop was also cosy. I would visit again :) staff were also helpful when one of us ordered the crepe instead of the stack of pancakes by accident

Absolutely love the ambience and bright well lid rooms. Very casual and laid back setting which is good for small gatherings. The pancakes and food was just average for me , factoring in the prices are on the higher side but loved the vibe

The salad choice is great and reasonably priced. The warm buffet is a bit hit an miss - be careful with anything that contains minced meat. I had meatballs recently (not for the first time) and they were lamb. They weren't declared as lamb meatballs. I also had a 'beef pastry bake' and could taste lamb. I suspect they were a mix of beef and lamb. I can't stand lamb, so both times my money was wasted. It's just not on to not declare the type of meat correctly.

5 Stars all round!
On my way to work I pop in for a light breakfast; my colleagues and I without a doubt always go for lunch.. Their hot food options are of such quality and variety that you'll never get bored.
Staff are helpful and friendly, always served promptly!

I would give it 6 stars if I could.
The food is so good that there is a danger you might bite your fingers, I suggest you try the lasagne and other hot food for lunch. The prices are more than reasonable, in fact far cheaper than other local options. Box of hot food under a mere £6. Fresh orange juice for under £2.
Staff are very friendly and informative making it a welcoming place. I come for coffee and lunch Monday to Friday without fail and even during lunch the queue moves on efficiently like a Japanese train.

I was in the area for a few days for training and went here every day! A wide range of amazing tasting food. Coffee's are relatively cheap compared to other places and taste exactly the same (coming from an old barista). Hot food at lunch varies every day aswell as the salad bar.
Would definitely recommend purely due to fresh and great tasting food aswell as the good pricing.
