5 Star Rating I had a lovely stay at the hotel, from walking in till the day I checked out, my stay there was excellent. I stayed their for a special occasion and the staff immediately recognised how important it was and gave me a free upgrade and drinks as well as congratulating me. Uday at the reception, was especially welcoming and provided excellent service. The rooms were lovely and kept clean and tidy by the staff seamlessly. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

5 Star Rating A fantastic weekend trip. Incredible suite on 7th floor. Spacious and great views. The checking in was great! Melissa had arranged some lovely gifts for my birthday celebration and the club lounge was a great place to both dine and get great tips for locations of historic interest- thanks Jasper! Such a knowledgeable guy. Team there great! Afternoon tea a treat! A lovely atmosphere in and around the hotel and the staff are totally dedicated to the needs/requirements of every guest. The door staff absolutely great! Rommel, in particular, organised taxis and attended to guests as they arrived or departed. The building very imposing and iconic and panoramic views stunning! My first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, will definitely be back.concierge Ilya was great with assistance for directions etc 🙏

5 Star Rating As IHG diamond ambassador, this was a must do and for a special occasion. We were greeted, most warmly, and Melissa had arranged some incredible amenities for our suite. So thoughtful. This hotel gives a bespoke experience, we have preference for first name terms; I like to feel at home and believe that this removes a barrier to creating a rapport. The teams are extremely adept at “reading” guests and we felt like family, even as we were enveloped within the epitome of luxury 👌 Our suite was beautifully appointed and spacious, the club lounge afforded panoramic views and the food and beverages absolutely sublime! Magnificent service in this haven of serenity! The concierge service here is exemplary: Victor, the lead concierge and colleagues, especially the gentleman with spectacles (whose name unfortunately eludes me 🤦‍♀️), are a mine of information and assisted with itinerary, transportation etc. Sveva absolutely amazing, when we decided to take breakfast in the dining room on final morning. Every time we left the building, the gentleman on door duty were so warm, engaging and courteous. As stated, this establishment respects the wishes of its guests and, if you wish, the team will furnish you with as much information as necessary and engage in a manner that creates a warmth, whilst never detracting from their duties. Enamul is absolutely “on it” and ensured we always traveled safely to theatre etc. A top drawer experience and so lovely to see the General Manager, in and around the hotel, ensuring all is well and checking on guest satisfaction. I will definitely be making return visits and recommend most highly. It’s people that make hotels and this one has very strong foundations; Fiona, many thanks for assistance and preparation of invoice in timely and warm manner. The “Theo Randall” restaurant reviewed separately. 😊

3 Star Rating This is ok as a one of experience. I didn't overly enjoy it but to be honest, it's not really my thing. Overrated in my opinion. Yes, you're located in one of the wealthy well to do areas of London so everything's money around you and yes, the hotel is beautiful but it would have to be for what you're paying for. We did the afternoon tea experience with elegant cakes and dainty sandwiches and a pot of tea, pay extra you get champagne etc but, i just felt out of place being around all that grandeur. I'm a pie and chips kind of girl. Yes, the staff are friendly and lovely, very accommodating, everything is high end. There isn't a strict dress code as such, I saw people walking round in tracksuit bottoms, trainers etc but they do prefer you to dress more appropriately, they're not as strict as the Ritz though but always best to check if unsure. Beautiful pianist playing in the background, they have a bar and separate dining rooms for people having lunch etc, toilets which are also very grand but just not for me. Like everything in life, nice to try it once but not again

5 Star Rating InterContinental London Park Lane offers an excellent all-around experience. The location is prime, with easy access to key attractions, making movement around the city very convenient. Everything you need is available at the hotel, with high standards in service quality and responsiveness. Cleanliness is consistently excellent across all areas, and the staff are cooperative and professional throughout the stay. Another advantage is the easy availability of taxis right outside the hotel, which adds to the overall convenience. Special thanks to Bunny for the warm welcome and positive attitude. His friendly spirit and professionalism made a strong first impression and enhanced the overall experience. A stay I would confidently repeat.

3 Star Rating Beautiful location and lovely setting overall. One of the servers, Ilhas, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, attentive and explained everything eloquently, which really elevated the experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture for my belated birthday, with a small pastry specially decorated for the occasion. Unfortunately, the Bridgerton themed Afternoon Tea felt underwhelming considering how it was marketed. Aside from the themed desserts, and the cake stand surrounded with plastic flowers, there was little else creating the atmosphere. No music, immersive decor or real sense of occasion connected to the theme. The pastries and desserts were tastyand beautiful, however the sandwiches were dry, and the cucumber sandwiches really lacked flavour. The scones were also initially brought without jam or clotted cream. Having tried Afternoon Tea at other venues in London, we have experienced much better food quality, more variety and a much stronger overall experience for a similar or even lower price point. At a whopping £319 for two people, including two extra glasses of champagne, it felt very steep for the level of ambiance and food quality provided. Sadly, the experience lacked the wow factor we expected and is not something we would choose to repeat.

5 Star Rating My sister and I attended the Bridgerton themed afternoon tea at the Lanesborough today and wow what an experience. We were made to feel so welcome and greeted by warm friendly staff who catered to our every need. We cannot fault anyone as everyone was just so lovely and kind. The food was incredible and very generous with portion sizes and endless amounts of tea. Special mention to Raffaella who was so lovely and made sure we were well looked after, she is an absolute credit to the Lanesborough. We have been a few times before and will definitely be back soon, as we love the afternoon tea so much 💚 Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

3 Star Rating I would have attended the Afternoon tea Bridgerton Themed and was utterly disappointed. The pros. Lovely atmosphere and service was somewhat ok, not as attentive as I would have expected for this type of establishment. Cons. The afternoon tea came as expected cute and beautifully garnished, however that really was it. The savoury items were very bland, with the stand out being the harissa chicken basil sandwich perhaps because that was the only one that had some flavour. The dessert items again lacked depth, with the table unable to figure out what exactly they were eating. The shareable cake was the only one that saved the sweets. The tea, not sure if this is how it's done at this establishment but when the servers came to deliver the pots they began to pour into our cups however it was clear that the tea still needed time to steep as the water was still semi clear. We also requested another tea selection and It never came. Upon requesting the chicken sandwich again. They brought 2 for a table of 4. We asked again for 2 more and they seemed hesitant to give us the additional sandwich. I've been to other afternoon teas in London with similar price points and really enjoyed it, so I had high expectations for this one. Unfortunately it did not live up to that anticipation.

5 Star Rating I like writing glowing reviews, but I don't flinch from writing bad ones. Nowadays life is lived in superlatives and so many are misplaced. You're a "legend" if you simply turn up somewhere with a bag of nachos. Friends asked me to join them for a dining experience at the Lanesborough Grill. For a modest price, modest people can eat modest food from a modest 3-course menu. I was told in advance that the dress code was, inevitably, modest. So, suitably attired, our modest party turned up at 6:30pm and settled down with a glass of champagne to ease the burden of deciding what to eat. The large dining room is furnished with well-spaced tables sitting in little pools of light. The carpet gobbles up any sound. It's not that hard to imagine you're the only person dining. And yet, there's still the comfortable ambience of movement. It's the gentle vibration of a well-tuned engine. The restaurant staff were friendly, efficient, intelligent and kind. They didn't hover like flies around a jam jar. They appeared when needed and disappeared when not. A special mention goes to our sommelier. I find sommeliers rise to the occasion when you're honest, tell them what you like and what you can afford. If living the dream is cracking the cap off a £10.00 bottle of chardonnay from Morrisons, the sommelier will have a good idea of what you like. They can point you in the direction of something that may be a little nicer than you're used to and still remain within budget. Our sommelier ticked all those boxes. The food was nice and presented in a manner that befits a 5-star hotel. The wines were sensibly priced and our selection was sold by the glass. I'm pointing this out because no one in our party has more pennies than they can wave a stick at. We came for an experience we might not otherwise make the effort to afford. Our visit and "experience" was, for me, exceptional and it's not a word I bandy around. Why, because the staff elevated it above the normal. In a 5-star hotel you expect not merely good service, but very good service. Our visit was better than that. But, I would add this. You get back only as much as you put in. Restaurant staff are not servants. They're agents performing a service. Engage with them respectfully, listen to what they say and leave them with the impression that what they do matters. If you want a good dinner, be a good diner.

5 Star Rating What a wonderful experience we had at The Lanesborough in December. Me, mum and dad went for a few drinks in the glorious bar. From the moment we walked in the decor was exquisite. I have never saw decor like it. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. This is just a very pleasant place to spend some time. We cannot comment on the rooms as we weren't staying there but the service that we recieved was nothing short of fabulous. We got speaking to a gentleman who worked in the bar, his name i do not know, however he really made our visit so special. He made sure that he spoke to every table to ensure all was ok and had a chat if they wanted. We ended up finding out that he had worked for a company up in Scotland and he was telling us all aboit that. We were seated very quickly and serviced by another gentleman who even offered us a better seat when it became available. Places like this are expensive but the experience speak for itself and I would rather have a few lovely drinks in a place like this than loads of drinks in a standard bar, crammed with people and rubbish service. We cannot wait to return in summer when we are back down.

2 Star Rating We've been coming here every so often for year and can see a decline in the upkeep of the place, the food is still as good as ever, drinks are as expected and this time our server was very good. Unfortunately the place needs cleaning and fixing up, the toilets were disgusting, you could smell them even when walking down the stairs, missing toilet seat just poor maintenance and maybe lack of staff to do the jobs required. Maybe should start going the one of the other Hard Rock Cafes to see if better or if this is becoming standard at the restaurants

5 Star Rating Last city on our month long Euro/Uk trip hitting up every Hard Rock along the way and this location was by far the best experience. It was my birthday this past November when we went to the original location. We took a tour of the vault first and met the most informative and enthusiastic vault keeper, as a music lover this was so amazing. Dinner was great and the host was wonderful, they even brought me a birthday sundae with the whole restaurant singing. At the end of our meal the vault keeper stopped by our table to chat some more about the history of the cafe and all the legends who’ve walked through the door as well as some tips of locations to visit that us music lovers would appreciate. Hands down BEST tour we have EVER had !!! Thanks for making our last stop on our tour ( and birthday) the most memorable

5 Star Rating We visited as a family and had a great experience. We ordered half a rack of ribs, one kids’ cheeseburger, three adult burgers, and some nachos. Everything was very tasty and well served. We really liked the place: it has a calm and pleasant atmosphere, with a noise level that allows you to have a conversation comfortably. It’s also very close to the underground station, which is very convenient. Prices felt quite reasonable for London and for a place like this, with burgers around £20. The total bill came to around £120, and the service charge (gratuity) was already included. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended, especially for families. We would definitely come back. 🎸🍔

5 Star Rating A couple of local friends told me I had to check this place out, and they absolutely nailed it. The Grenadier is tucked away on a quiet little mews in Belgravia, and it feels like a genuine hidden gem. Inside, it’s incredibly intimate—maybe ten tables max—which gives it a great, cozy energy. Outside, there’s a makeshift bar setup where the crowd looked like they walked straight out of a joint Ralph Lauren and JP Morgan photoshoot. Honestly, with a scene like that, you might brace yourself for a bit of attitude, but the service inside couldn't have been warmer or more genuinely lovely. Now, the food. Just go ahead and order the Beef Wellington. Seriously, don't even look at the rest of the menu; it’s easily among the best I’ve ever had. It came with these perfectly lightly truffled mushrooms, some incredibly flaky, lightly buttered and salted bread, and—no joke—some of the best blanched-then-grilled greens I've ever tasted. They also have a pretty considerable wine list that's well worth exploring, and you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't save room for the sticky toffee pudding at the end. Quick tip: With only a handful of tables, reservations are almost certainly in order if you want to sit inside. An absolute classic spot. I'll definitely be back.

5 Star Rating The Grenadier is a fantastic pub if you are looking for authentic British food. We ordered the famous Beef Wellington, and it was absolutely outstanding! The venue itself has a wonderful, charming atmosphere. The only minor hiccup was with the booking process: the phone number didn't seem to be working when I tried to call, but we easily managed to secure a table through their website in the end. Excellent food, lovely location, and a true London gem. Highly recommended!

5 Star Rating Was looking for a well priced beef wellington that was well reviewed. Everything led me to this place. Ordered the beefy welli and it was fantastic. With potatoes and asparagus for sides and au jus it was lovely and WELL PRICED at 40 GBP. You do not need to pay 80+ at the other hyped places with a fancy room. Beef was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The portion is ideal for one person to enjoy. Only downside is that it's a pub so not the most comfortable or welcoming but the food more than makes up for the xp. HIGHLY recommend to get a reservation.

4 Star Rating Had the lunch omakase (£75). The most impressive dish I would say is the Shrimp Tempura Salad. Seasoned well and the tempura shell is perfect. The main dish here is the Miso Beef or the Sea Bass fillet. The filet is a better choice since the beef is a bit too salty. Ending with an amazing dessert with layers of coffee, vanilla ice cream, honeycomb, which is perfect after the main course. TLDR; worth a try if u would like to have a Western-Japanese fusion style meal.

5 Star Rating I love Valentir service. He is so polite and so lovely to talk to and gives all of us a very personal customer experience. We tried on four different days multiple dishes, such as the Shakshuka, poached eggs, eggs, Florentine eggs, Royale, and even the avocado, crushed eggs with harissa dressing. My favorite was the poached eggs and the berry quencher drink, which I ordered 3 days in a row. My husband liked the cultural shock drink. And we also liked the granola with Greek yogurt. Definitely come back to stay here when we’re in London.

4 Star Rating I had the pleasure of celebrating my 31st birthday here. Following a previous visit to the other Nobu branch; I knew the yellow tail jalapeño was a non negotiable, must-order item! As before it was deliciously tangy, fresh and moreish. An absolute 10/10! Additionally we indulged in the beef tenderloin tataki and the for the mains we selected the lemon king crab and lobster but to our dismay we were informed the lobster had sold out, therefore this was supplemented with octopus. Quite frankly, it wasn’t what we wanted and over all, I was very disappointed with the lack of depth or any real flavor in this dish. I requested some chilli sauce and to my surprise, the chef prepared me a chilli butter. This was truly spicy and delicious but I’m not sure it salvaged the truly bland dish. We also indulged in the crispy squid which was unique in flavor as the batter had powdered jalapeño in it. Crispy, unique and also very moreish. In my humble opinion, a tinsie bit more salt would really make the flavors stand out a bit more in this dish. My date and I were invited to sit at the window-table, but because the tables were all relatively closely together, we felt like we would have been intruding if we had sat at the spot offered to us by our server. A couple looking very cozy were already sitting at the window seat and it seemed all the other available window spots were taken. We requested to be seated at any other table and were unfortunately very awkwardly placed at the table in the center of the room/ and closest to the till. (See pics below for reference) … this table was a bit too in the center and in the ‘middle’ for an intimate evening if you ask me, however I can’t fault the staff as I thought the waiters were very attentive and happy to advise. Lastly, I was extremely pleasantly surprised as a platter with ice cream on it and a hand written ‘happy birthday’ across it was presented to me at the end of our fabulous meal. A beautiful and kind gesture that truly tied the evening together.

5 Star Rating Absolutely amazing! Seriously, I’m so glad I did a little research and found this casino! I was a long time member of Ritz Casino club, but since its closure, I’ve never found anything I enjoyed- until now! Metropolitan Casino exceeded my expectations so much!!!! I went on a whim having just discovered it online whilst I was in town visiting friends, and I escaped for the late evening solo to try it out! I registered online for membership and it was an exceptional experience from arrival, to playing time perks, and superb hospitality. I’m a big fan of manual dealer blackjack for personal interaction - as I hate automation, and the traditional feel is my favourite; and this casino was fabulous!!! The reception / cloak room ladies are friendly and it was my first time! I have no idea why there are some bad reviews here, maybe if you’re polite they will be polite back? I loved all the staff!! The restaurant was phenomenally yummy, and served late hours- perfect for when I needed a break from cards, haha! The Arabic flair mezze was just what I wanted and superb value. All the waiters, dealers, and cashiers were just so nice! I had a great time. Even though I lost, I had such fun all night thanks to the hospitality- what a casino is all about. I’ll be back, and now I know a good casino exists again with my favourite manual blackjack, I’ll purposefully make the long trip from where I live, to stay over in London and play here!!! A great venue with fab service, food, drinks, and environment; thank you from North Wales, see you soon! Thanks for looking after me on my first visit.

3 Star Rating Visited for a few hours on a work trip to London. Had a great BJ dealer for a couple hours. But then had a very bad experience with a second BJ dealer. I asked a simple question "what does the book say", she replied with "you're the gambler, you should know" but not in a light hearted way. Proceeded to berate me and basically tell me I should never ask her that. Very sour attitude for the 2 hands I played with her. But otherwise, this place is a top notch spot. 5 Star Rating Famished from my self imposed walking tour around London, I came across this gem, opposite Green Park. I stopped in for a quick bite and ended up staying for nearly two hours! It was very cozy and very welcoming. I had the fish and chips and it was exquisite! The fish was so huge! I had plans for dessert but had to abandoned the idea as I felt as a puffer fish looked! Jay, my server, made me feel as though I was dining at the Ritz. His care and attention to me was first class and greatly appreciated, thank you sir! I shall definitely be back.

5 Star Rating This is one of the best kept secrets in London which sounds odd for a top chef and a restaurant in a big hotel. I’m not sure there are many better menus than their Regional Tasting menu. In 2025 we went to 12 of 12. The variety of food and wine is outstanding on their regional menus. Bread, 4 delicious courses, Prosecco and 3 matched wines for £85. Each one a journey and experience. Not only is the food outstanding but the service is perfect. Anna Maria who is the manager is at the top of her game, welcoming, friendly with all tables and takes time to engage in busy service. And across all 12 visits last year the levels never dropped once - perfect every time. Every member of staff, superb. Still visiting every other month this year, it’s become our favourite place to eat and catchup. Congrats to everyone on what you have created and we look forward to the next tasting menu!

2 Star Rating Located inside the InterContinental London Park Lane, Theo Randall at the InterContinental is positioned just off the main foyer to the right as you enter the hotel. On arrival, guests are greeted at the maître d’ desk where umbrellas and overcoats are taken, tagged, and stored. We met friends who had visited before and, as we sat down, they warned us that the service could be disappointing. They described the waitress covering the section as cold, unfriendly and mechanical — an impression that unfortunately proved accurate throughout the evening. Orders were taken without warmth or engagement, and questions about allergies were repeated excessively, at least six times, often at random points during the ordering process and again when dishes were delivered or cleared. There were also several poorly judged service moments. The plates used for the complimentary olives and bread were removed while we were still eating our starters, which felt premature and unnecessary. Later, during dessert, glasses were cleared while we were still actively eating with forks in hand, which felt intrusive and badly timed. When the bill arrived, we asked for the service charge to be removed as we felt the service had been unwelcoming and the pacing inconsistent. The manager dealt with this politely, apologised and offered post-meal drinks, which we declined. The food itself was generally average. The Pappardelle con Ragù di Manzo — fresh pasta with slow-cooked beef, Chianti and San Marzano tomatoes — was enjoyable but extremely heavy as a dish. The Ravioli di Aragosta, filled with Dorset blue lobster and served with a tomato and shellfish broth, were pleasant. For mains, the Orata al Forno (pan-roasted sea bream with Roseval potatoes, fennel, Datterini tomatoes, parsley and caper sauce) was cooked well, although the Datterini tomatoes had an oddly pickled flavour that felt slightly out of place. The Branzino al Forno — pan-roasted sea bass with asparagus, Italian spinach, white wine sauce, porcini mushrooms and thyme — was also well cooked, though the porcini mushrooms were barely noticeable in the dish. Dessert was underwhelming. The chocolate cake was particularly disappointing and the cheesecake was fairly ordinary. The atmosphere also detracted from the experience. The room was very loud, partly due to a large table of around ten diners seated behind us who were speaking loudly, but also because of a live singer performing in the restaurant. With very few soft furnishings to absorb sound, the overall noise level made conversation at the table difficult.

5 Star Rating Really good food . Excellent presentation and not too expensive. I had the regional tasting menu which was very good value for money 5 courses 3 glasses of wine and a glass of prosecco all for 85 pounds. Peter who served me was a delight his customer service was excellent and the somallier was amazing with his extensive knowledge of the wine. Will definitely be returning here

5 Star Rating Last visit was in 2015 and a lot has changed ever since. The restaurant was refurbished however one thing that didn’t change is the simple yet tasty and well presented and delicious food. Mr. Randall himself is always present making sure the food is perfect. The menu isn’t too long and a degustation option is available too. I enjoyed the seafood risotto, simply the best I ever had. Panna cotta was absolutely amazing. Attentive service, from the managers to the waiters everyone was extremely attentive and friendly. The restaurant is at the Intercontinental Park Lane, nobody will be disappointed.

5 Star Rating From the moment we arrived 2/11/26 for lunch as a party of 3 the experience was wonderful. Vanessa our server was professional, attentive and lovely. We ordered the lunch set menu which was an incredible deal and well executed. The dining room was well lit and so inviting. We all had the beseola. Then one fowl and two pastas. Cheesecake and affagato for dessert. The food was just delicious and we enjoyed everything. They had a serve charge which is well earned as the staff is great! I would eat here again. For the price the value is amazing.

5 Star Rating Tucked along a narrow side-street in elegant Bellgravia, this restaurant is a world unto itself. We entered the quiet unassuming exterior to discover a serene refined dining room with superb service and expertly cooked traditional Pakistani food. We shared several delicious grills, spinach and salad sides, tender garlic naan, and sumptuous buttery carrot halvah and pistachio ice cream. Our server was very attentive. It is a quiet dining room made for comfort and conversation. We felt a world away from so much of bustling London.

5 Star Rating An amazing experience! You will not be disappointed with this Pakistani fine dining experience. Curated dishes, excellent recommendations, and the perfect taste. We had a wonderful time here tonight, and we will be back again. Everything was perfect. We had lamb chops and chicken tikka starters, with Peshwari nan. Followed by the house special lamb with shammi kebabs, and pilau rice on the side. Dessert was very special, the infamous Gajar Halwa and the special Kulfi. Nicely complimented with a cup of with Karak Chai. The service was excellent, the whole experience felt unrushed, calm, and attentive. I highly recommend a visit to Salloos if you have fine taste, and expect high quality service. Well done Salloos team! Hope to visit again next time I'm in the area.
