I visited with friends last week for Spa treatments following an overnight stay the previous week. I love this hotel. Everyone is friendly, polite and welcoming. The Christmas decorations this year are the best ever. Thank you to Asia, Justina and Dr Galyna for the pampering and making me feel so special. We had a lovely lunch in the spa, the Chicken Cesear salad was delicious as were the juice shots. Thank you again for such a wonderful day.

I had the most enjoyable stay recently at The Lanesborough. Vincenza was the lovely lady who was at reception, she was so kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, making it even harder to leave. Daniel on check-in was warmhearted. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was a problem for them. I can’t wait to stay again.

This hotel is the best I’ve ever been to. The service was amazing and everyone was ext really nice. They have an adorable cat named lilibett who hangs out in the lobby. They tired to be too fancy with the afternoon tea they had, it was beautiful but the food itself was too busy. The staff made me feel safe and taken care of
overall I 100% recommend coming

Utterly magical! You're treated with such care and respect, even if you're just there for a much-needed pot of tea. The team, the shortbread biscuits, the atmosphere - and, at the moment, the festive decor - are absolute perfection. I visited with my mum, my mother in law and my sister and we were once again blown away with the quality of service and care throughout. There's nowhere else I'd go when I needed to sit down and recover from a busy day! (can't comment on the rooms, as I'm not staying... but, one day... one day...!!). You come out floating on air, feeling like royalty.

Great food and absolutely excellent service! The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The atmosphere is a bit hectic, but that’s probably normal for such a popular and iconic place. The only thing I missed was a big sign clearly showing Hard Rock Cafe London — it would have been perfect for taking a photo with my cocktail in front of it. Overall a great experience, we really enjoyed our visit

We had an absolute awesome time at this Hard Rock cafe! We decided that we would try this one after visiting the Piccadilly one on one of our previous trips to London... saw a bit of a queue as we walked closer but managed to reserve a table without an issue. The lady showing us to our table did so with a smile, and engaged with the kids a little.
Once we sat down we was greeted by our server, Tom, who was one of the best servers I have ever had at a restaurant! He sorted the kids out with their drink, got them their toy and kept on top of my wifes soda refills - many of the time before she even got to the bottom of her drink! I was talked into (fairly easily I guess) into getting a cocktail... and later also a second...! We was very impressed, when he acted on my son telling him it was 'nearly' his bday by popping a candle in his milkshake as an its almost your birthday treat! Couldnt fault the chap, he was very on the ball!
Thankfully food was also excellent, and I had tried the Halloween burger special (to go with the Halloween cocktail!), kids went with pizza, and my wife went with ribs.
We had a great experience here - I suspect the kids will want to return, and based on this experience I probably wont be stopping them! 😀

Legendary Restaurant in Hyde Park Corner
This is an experience in itself to see a ton of memorabilia on Rock & Roll. The atmosphere and decoration is really grand. This is clearly one of the HRC flagships in the world.
The food is also really good and tasty. It is the usual American staple but still really great. As usual too this is probably in London one of the best place for service as the staff tries to make your experience unique and enjoyable. Great experience overall!

This is the very first Hard Rock 🎸 Café
in the world!
The walls are lined with iconic memorabilia and frames that add to the rock&roll atmosphere.
They serve delicious burgers and appetizers, the staff are friendly, and the vibes are vibrant.
Strongly recommended!

Lovely meal. Really informative waiter who took our order, was attentive to our needs AND shared the history of the place to us. Highly recommend the strawberry and basil refresher? Non alcoholic drink - was delish! And much needed after stomping around London!

Had a great evening at the Grenadier together with my colleague. The Filet Wellington was very tasty and they have a good selection of beers.
Staff is super friendly and attentive. The crowd was also very cheerful and nice which added to the great atmosphere of this location.
Definitely visiting again!

I chose this restaurant because they offer the most affordable Beef Wellington I could find in London — a good starting point to try this iconic dish for the first time!
Coincidentally, it’s Mid-Autumn Festival right now. In Việt Nam, we eat bánh trung thu - mooncakes during this time. I realized that Beef Wellington and mooncakes actually share a similar concept — both are savoury fillings wrapped in pastry — so it felt like the perfect time to give it a try during my vacation.
The Wellington itself was tasty. The pastry was crisp, and the beef was cooked well. At certain bites, it had a rich, almost liver-like texture and flavor, which made it feel quite indulgent. The jerusalem artichoke purée and veal jus were a bit too savoury for my taste, but overall, the flavours worked nicely together.
We arrived at 6:30 PM without a reservation and couldn’t get a table, but the bartender was very helpful and set up chairs for us at the bar. It ended up being a cozy spot to enjoy the meal.
Overall, I had a great experience at The Grenadier. A nice place for first-timers to try Beef Wellington.

The restaurant is located next to numbers of embassies, and amazing park.
The food taste itself was amazing, and the lighting and atmosphere were perfect
Special thanks to Kata. The service she provided was exceptional. She tried to see what’s going on our table, asking about the food taste or needs.
I strongly recommend this wonderful place to others.

Too touristy. Scallop appetizer was soaked in butter. Beef Wellington was okay, vegetables were undercooked. We asked for a plain, no seasoning hake with plain, no seasoning chips, and received them both with salt and pepper. Hard to get your daughter to eat them when she doesn’t like the taste of either (salt and pepper) and can see them on both items. I would not recommend or go out of my way to eat there. We were looking forward to it being a highlight and were disappointed after experiencing it.

Had the lunch omakase (£75). The most impressive dish I would say is the Shrimp Tempura Salad. Seasoned well and the tempura shell is perfect. The main dish here is the Miso Beef or the Sea Bass fillet. The filet is a better choice since the beef is a bit too salty. Ending with an amazing dessert with layers of coffee, vanilla ice cream, honeycomb, which is perfect after the main course.
TLDR; worth a try if u would like to have a Western-Japanese fusion style meal.

We recently dined at Nobu to celebrate a special occasion and were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The food was exceptional, with standout dishes such as the Tuna Taco and the Lobster Maki—both of which are not to be missed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided consistently good service throughout the evening.
The restaurant was very crowded during our visit, which contributed to a lively atmosphere but also made the ambience feel somewhat average for a fine-dining establishment. Nonetheless, the vibrant energy added to the celebratory mood, and we enjoyed our time there.
Overall, it was a memorable dining experience with excellent cuisine and commendable service. We look forward to returning.

Had sushi here yesterday and it was genuinely excellent. The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and every piece had a perfect balance of flavour. The nigiri were soft and fresh, and the maki rolls were prepared really well. The atmosphere is calm and refined, and the service was very attentive. One of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Decent venue to grab a quick bite to eat and play casino games. The restaurant is quite loud, so it's not the best place for a quiet meal, but the decor is stylish and sleek with friendly and helpful staff to explain the menu. The food was tasty, and the portion sizes were good. Drinks were reasonably priced, and overall, visiting here was a good experience.

A great time to be in. With a great people working here. And my special thanks and gratitude to
Mr. CJ & Mr. Joel & Miss Marta & Mr. Rumen. For making this trip so amazing and inspiring us. By their own outstanding and amazing service we had.
Keep up the good work guys we liked this place because of you.
“And for the poor lady at the table she knows her self “super visor” she had a poor judgment on me and my winning times. I will keep my head up and will not affect my visits or rating on the place. But Managment must take care of this kind of behavior away before it affects the place reputation. She knows what she did”. Instead of talking with your colleagues must take action on audience issues and don’t take things personally.
I might recommend this place to others.

Came here few weeks ago. We had high expectations as we had heard very good things. Had a late evening booking. We ordered two starters, baked cheese soufflé and a tuna tartare. Both were okay but nothing special, the tartare had little taste and lacked basic seasoning. I informed one passing waiter and he offered something else, I declined this as we had a few other things coming. After passing on our comments to the chef, he also agreed with the taste and seasoning of the tartare. The soufflé was very dense and also had no real taste. These were disappointing starting dishes. The tartare was taken off the bill. After, we had the cappelletti filled with veal, this was very good and we both very much enjoyed this dish. We then had the pappardelle ragu. This again was nice but nothing to shout about. The meat quality was very good but the sauce was too rich for us, glad we shared this as neither of us could have had it to ourselves due to the overall richness. Last dish was the guinea fowl, the meat was cooked really well, juicy and flavourful. However the veg underneath had no bite or crunch. It was almost a mush of veg that had no flavour to it. Last thing to mention is we felt very rushed at the end of the meal. They were setting up for breakfast and banging around with trays and cutlery next to our table and around us. I understand this needs to happen for the service next morning, but our conversations were interrupted with constant clattering. Majority of the waiters had also left which made us feel like we were holding them up from closing early. Not what we expect when being in this environment.
However, the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the evening. In terms of the food, maybe we caught them on an off day but we were disappointed to say the least. We had high expectations of the restaurant but were left unfulfilled. Maybe one day we will try the restaurant again but not any time soon.

Went here for the regional tasting menu. The service was charming and attentive.
The food was utterly delicious.
I’m surprised by a lot of the reviews saying there is no atmosphere, it felt warm and welcoming and the live music was a nice touch.
Wonderful birthday treat!

Food was excellent. This is one of my favourite Italian / pasta restaurants in London. The pastas were perfectly made...
The services, however, had lots of room for improvement. I don't think I've ever seen a waiter carrying a kitchen plastic tray to collect plates from customers in a 5* hotel restaurant, not to say whilst he was collecting the forks and knifes they went flying towards us... And when he eagerly offered to take a photo for us, he was actually disturbing the table next door. It was amusing to us (and some hilarious comical moments) but deffo not to the ladies next to us when he was trying to take a photo for us with the tray nearly hitting the lady's head.
The managers were very friendly and warm - and they handled the situation very well.

We are now regulars and we booked for my wife’s birthday. As expected the food and wine pairing were magnificent and the whole experience was made even more special because of our waiter Peter. His knowledge of the wine, food and above all his personality just topped the whole experience. Theo and his team always gives us a wonderful day out.

Knightsbridge hidden gem and great choice for anyone who loves Indian food. We were well looked after by Yoko who guided us through the menu.
Spectacular food, melt in your mouth lamb and the shish kebab being highlights. Perfect level of spice with a good kick but not overwhelming.

Everything was presented brilliantly. The nans were excellent and I hand on heart say it’s the best Pakistani or South Asian food I’ve ever had. Globally!

My husband and I had a great dinner at Salloos! The place has an elegant feel with fresh flowers everywhere, creating a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. We tried the seekh kebabs, curry, naan, and tandoori lamb chops - everything was delicious, especially the lamb! We finished with the homemade sorbet, which is a must-try! Service was warm and attentive, and we also met the owner, who was super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the place.

Finest Pakistani in all of London. Elegant and relaxed. My friends and I went multiple times on our stay in London. Cannot recommend enough for an intimate, fine dining experience hidden away in Knightsbridge. Fresh flowers, lovely staff and incredibly delicious food made this our go-to. The chicken biryani, aloo jeera, chicken karahi and bindhi are a mouth watering. Truly the best. We will be back every visit to the city.

I really wish I could say we had an amazing meal here, but unfortunately, we did not. I am a cook and I was really looking forward to this meal as this place has great reviews. I booked this for my birthday. The venue is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere and jazz band were amazing. Their wine list is extensive and expensive. We ordered a bottle of Morgon beaujolais, which is one of my favourite wines.
However, the food was a massive letdown. I had the scallop to start. Absolutely tasteless! Hubby had the tuna, which was nice but nothing special. We ordered a side of tomato salad, which was nice, but there was absolutely no seasoning on it. This is sacrilege. Tomatoes must have salt!
We shared the beef wellington. I prefer my own, I have to say. Not much beef inside, way more mushroom to beef ratio. The sides were cold on the plate, and the truffle mash was ice cold. The red wine jus had split. When the waiter poured the sauce all over the plate, he really should have noticed that the sauce had split, but he was oblivious. When I mentioned the ice cold mash potato and veg, a manager came over and made a huge deal of bringing us more mash potatoes.
I am attaching photos. If you zoom into the beef wellington, you will see the split red wine sauce all over my plate. This put me off ordering desert as I couldn't take any more disappointment. Our bill was £300 including a £31 service charge.
Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed the environment, the music, the service, the wine. But the thing I was looking forward to most was the food, and I was so underwhelmed.

Had the pleasure of eating with a friend at The Lanesborough Grilll. We choosed the Festive Menu and were very happy with it, all the flavours were balanced and some surprising (definitely suggest to take the Hazelnut Brioche with the Chicken Terrine.)
We also took the Tomato Salad and Hash brown from the à la carte Menu which were both delicious.
The Service was attentive yet not too much and the live music definitely added some extra to the ambiance.
Will come back!
