This is the best hotel in London, excellent service, you feel welcome every step when you are in the hotel, all the staff are so helpful and friendly.
Also I took my dog to stay here, she loved the room and enjoyed her time in the hotel. It is great location for her to go out for a walk as well. I could not recommend enough for people who wants to spend quality time with your love ones.

After sharing our concerns, George from the hotel staff personally listened to our complaints, offered a sincere apology, and provided us with an upgraded room promptly. The new room met expectations and was much closer to what the hotel advertises. We appreciated the gesture and the effort to make things right. Thanks to this, we’re updating our rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. While our initial experience was disappointing, we recognize and value the hotel’s willingness to address the situation professionally.
We might have just been unlucky, but the room we were given was an absolute nightmare and nothing like the photos on their official website. The in-room tablet that supposedly controls everything was completely dead on arrival. The lights flickered constantly, creating an eerie and uncomfortable atmosphere.
Our room was right next to the elevator, and the noise from it made it nearly impossible to sleep. The ceiling was not only extremely low but also sloped like an attic, making the space feel claustrophobic. The water was barely lukewarm and kept fluctuating in temperature, and despite the hotel’s website stating the room included a bathtub, there was none.
To top it off, they called this an executive room. When we raised our concerns, we were told no room change was available on the first night, and both the front desk and the night manager couldn't make cancellation nor guarantee a change or refund for the following night.

Wonderful experience of the bridgerton afternoon tea.
Staff were friendly and attentive. The setting for the afternoon tea was lovely, the room was pretty and plenty of light which was nice!
Good selection of sandwiches and cakes too! You got 4 cakes each and a larger one to share.
The thought and detail of the afternoon tea was brilliant.
Would recommend and would do again!

We had an amazing stay at The Lanesborough, and we absolutely loved the place! The location is fantastic, right next to Hyde Park, making it perfect for a morning stroll or easy access to central London.
The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Our room was beautifully decorated, elegant, and extremely comfortable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast – it was out of this world! From the freshest pastries to the perfectly cooked eggs, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented.
Overall, a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

A must-see experience for music (and food) lovers. You're made to feel welcome from the minute you walk in by the excellent staff. Our waiter, Davide, was funny, friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the place. The photos of the food don't do it justice, it's one of the only places where it looks better irl than on the menu. The portions are huge and beware, the fudge brownie sundae is definitely for sharing. This is the original venue of a famous chain but luckily it has not fallen foul of falling into mediocrity as many unfortunately do. Well worth a visit!

Great American-style food and fun vibes, but it gets extremely noisy during peak hours. Hard to find a table without waiting, so booking ahead is recommended. The burgers and cocktails were great, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet meal. Good for groups and casual nights out.

Great venue with plenty of rock memorabilia all over the place showcasing the vast history it spans.
Home to the Original Hard Rock Cafe this is a small and intimate venue that I've visited twice recently.
First time chicken fajitas and the second time the smokehouse BBQ combo. Both great meals with plenty of flavour and very filling. Competitive pricing for London.
Most recent visit included live music which adds to the authenticity of the place.
Will be back!

Absolutely unmissable! Hard Rock Cafe London is not just a restaurant; it’s a vibrant museum of rock memorabilia that perfectly captures the spirit of the genre. The atmosphere is buzzing with music history, surrounded by legendary artifacts that will thrill any music fan. From the moment you step in, the friendly staff make you feel like a rock star. The menu is a delightful encore of American classics, with the burgers and cocktails being the true headliners. It's always a hit, whether you are here for the first time or a seasoned fan. A must-visit spot in London that keeps the spirit of rock 'n' roll alive and cooking! 🎸🍔🍸

Amazing gem of a pub. Full of character and very lively. Great food, especially the Beef Wellington is superb. Tony the proprietor is very accommodating and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This place feels like a hidden gem tucked away in a local neighborhood! It’s a great spot to enjoy a delicious Beef Wellington, a classic British dish. The restaurant was packed with locals, making it a great place to experience the authentic London atmosphere and culture. However, the woman who seemed to be the owner wasn’t particularly friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the overall ambiance and food were excellent!

I have to say that this place is AMAZING in itself… However, the staff makes it even better. Everyone is so special, they love guests, making your gourmet experience unforgottable. Foods are incredibly delicious. The general manager always has some nice word for everybody, he was for sure born for this. The assistant manager coordinates each worker perfectly, it is so amazing to see them working together. Even when you can see that they are tired, they show the biggest intelligence I’ve ever seen. The interiour design is stunning, especially the pictures and the money on the ceiling. Had a lovely dinner there, I am suggesting everyone to go there and have a lovely dinner or drink with friends or family.

We went for Sunday roast and was not disappointed. The Beef Wellington did feel a bit small, but the flavor was there and the Yorkshire pudding was a pleasant surprise as well for someone who hasn't had it before. Had some of my friend's roast pork and that was cooked to perfection as well. Not dry and definitely moist. The tables there are quite small as it's a pretty tiny pub. My party of 4 fit, but I wouldn't say we all had ample space. Beer wise, all the usual suspects appear, so nothing to really write about there. This place would definitely be on my list to go to again if I make my way back to London. Definitely make reservations!

This was the best dining experience I have ever had, hands down.
From the service to the food, it was perfect. Nobu will sit as the top restaurant in my mind and I can’t wait to go back.
I went for my 21st Birthday as it had always been a wish of mine to eat there for years due to my love for Japanese cuisine. The staff at Nobu excelled in completing my experience with a personal birthday card and desert.
Our server for the evening was exceptional at walking us through the menu. Me and my family ordered by recommendation the 6 course tasting menu, which for us was perfect to capture the essence of Nobu’s signature dishes. Some of which are attached in photos:

A group of us came here and tried the London omakase. The food was good but not amazing. The service was friendly but lacked the high-end touch that you would expect. The ambience for this location was way below average. This particular restaurant sorely needs remodeling. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn't say this is a must come back place.

Super expensive, but wow! The food was sensational.
Too many favourites to list. Try the King crab tacos or the Argentinian Wagyu steak.
Sizzling mushrooms were amazing and the sushi, sharing platter was great.
We always try the Black Cod and I have to say, this was up there with the best of them. Really recommended this place (if budget is no issue).

Nubu in Mayfair there's a place that's been around for a long time. The food never misses a chance to impress and is always full of flavour... However, I do feel feel the atmosphere is a little bit dated now and it definitely needs a bit of a update.

Decent venue to grab a quick bite to eat and play casino games. The restaurant is quite loud, so it's not the best place for a quiet meal, but the decor is stylish and sleek with friendly and helpful staff to explain the menu. The food was tasty, and the portion sizes were good. Drinks were reasonably priced, and overall, visiting here was a good experience.

Impeccable service, elegant ambiance, and amazing food as always at the Metropolitan Mayfair Casino, London.
On Saturday, 21st September 2024, during a break between meetings, I stopped by for a quick bite.
Mr. George, the energetic and knowledgeable bartender, recommended the Lebanese Mezze, which was outstanding.
His expertise on the menu and dedication to service were truly impressive.
I enjoyed chatting with him while awaiting my meal, making the break from Electronic Roulette even more enjoyable.

Looking for a GREAT pub??? Go check out this place. What a cool quaint pub! The fish and chips are exceptional and the beer is cold. The staff is super friendly and they know their beer! We thoroughly enjoyed the Rose and Crown. Matt was wonderful - he was so helpful in letting my husband try some beer samples - guided us well on food and was helpful in every way. This was our first trip to London and the warmth of this pub - the delicious fish and chips - dessert - outstanding staff - made it a place we would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was also very interesting.

The male bartender was probably the best 😒bartender 🙄 we’ve had in London. Respectful, Responsible, Caring and Understanding are not words I would use to describe the service we received from him. Helpful, Courteous, Kind.. nope still not this either. It took us a hell of a long time to pay for the service we received. I’m sure he was just having a bad day and took it out on us.

Food was excellent. This is one of my favourite Italian / pasta restaurants in London. The pastas were perfectly made...
The services, however, had lots of room for improvement. I don't think I've ever seen a waiter carrying a tray to collect plates from customers in a 5* hotel restaurant, not to say whilst he was collecting the forks and knifes they went flying towards us... And when he eagerly offered to take a photo for us, he was actually disturbing the table next door. It was amusing to us (and some hilarious comical moments) but deffo not to the ladies next to us when he was trying to take a photo for us with the tray nearly hitting the lady's head.
The managers were very friendly and warm - and they handled the situation very well.

We visited Theo’s restaurant on a Friday evening. It had been my dream to dine in Theo’s restaurant from years ago after having watched a series of his cooking videos on YouTube that inspired me to start cooking Italian fare.
Our evening here was simply delightful. Peter who served us for the evening made the experience especially pleasant. He recommended some of the best dishes available and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The interior of the restaurant was warm and clearly well thought out.
For starters, we had:
1. Sformato di fontina - Peter recommended this over the burrata and what an excellent decision. The flavors of the fontina, Parmesan and cream just melded together so well.
2. Calamari in padella - perfectly seasoned and charred.
3. Zucchine fritte - nice, big portion of fried zucchini that we finished in minutes.
4. Bruschetta and focaccia - dare to say this was the best focaccia I’ve had at any restaurant (having tried many in Italy) - perfectly crispy on the edges and light and fluffy on the inside
For mains we had:
1. Cappelletti di vitello- this was Peter’s recommendation. My partner really enjoyed his main which is to say a lot as he never usually picks a main with veal in it
2. Tagliatelle zucchini e gambetetti - also an excellent choice of pasta main.
We also got the chance to meet Theo towards the end of our meal which was a lovely surprise arranged specially by Peter.
Overall a fantastic evening, 11/10 to the team. Thank you Theo for the lovely meal!

Whenever I’m asked about my favourite restaurants there’s one place that always springs to mind. This is Theo Randall’s Italian restaurant in the intercontinental hotel on park lane and after our latest visit it not hard to see why.
We’ve enjoyed many a fabulous dining experience at Theo’s which has included Brunch , Regional Tasting Menu’s and just like our visit on Saturday the amazing A la Carte. As you enter the hotel you immediately look to the right and there you will find the restaurant. A warm and friendly welcome will be waiting for you before you’re escorted to your table in the stunning dining room which has now undergone a little makeover.
Once we were seated the team who are one of the best in the hospitality industry moved into action. Every member of staff are very pleasant and polite which just adds to the experience.
As I said at the beginning on this occasion we decided to opt for the A la Carte Menu. Once we had chosen our food we spoke to sommelier Astrit to choose a bottle of wine. This was a 2022 Arnaldo Caprai from Umbria that complimented the food perfectly.
The evening began with some focaccia and the heavenly tomatoes on toast along with the zucchini fritte which are always a favourite. This led to the ANTIPASTI. Here we would enjoy the Calamari in Padella - Pan fried squid with Cannellini beans, chilli, anchovies, parsley and chopped rocket and the Carne Salata - Thinly sliced cured beef with wild rocket, zucchini, parmesan, aged balsamic vinegar. These were two fabulous dishes and perfect way to begin.
Now we would move to the PRIMI course. Here we were in heaven as the amazing pasta dishes were presented. The Cappelletti di Vitello - Fresh pasta filled with slow cooked veal, porcini mushrooms , parmesan and the Tagliatelle Zucchini e Gamberetti - Fresh pasta with prawns, courgette, Datterini tomatoes, parsley and fresh chilli were simply stunning.
Things now got even better as next to come was the SECONDI course. This was Italian cooking at it’s finest as we opted for the Arrosto di Faraona - Roasted guinea fowl stuffed with prosciutto di Parma, lemon zest, thyme and mascarpone, on pagnotta bruschetta with mixed greens and portobello mushrooms along with the best veal dish I’ve ever eaten. The Controfiletto di Vitello - Pan-roasted Veal Loin with wild mushrooms, Amarone sauce, potato purée and spinach was absolutely delicious and will live long in the memory.
We now needed a little break and it was at this point chef Theo came over to see us. This gave us the opportunity to personally thank him and his team for the amazing food , wine and service. We also discussed the changes to the look of the restaurant which we thought were a definite improvement. Now we could finish with the DOLCE. Here I would enjoy chocolate heaven in the form of a Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake with Espresso Gelato a perfect way end a truly wonderful dining experience.
We ended with a surprise cocktail from Astrit that brought the incredible evening to an end. I really can’t recommend a visit to Theo’s highly enough as in my mind you will be treated to simply the best Italian food along with a fabulous selection of wine and friendly service. I can’t wait to visit again and will be keeping an eye on the monthly regional tasting menu that are exceptional value for money.
Many Thanks to Theo and all his team for an amazing dining experience and look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Theo Randall at the InterContinental! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome.
The food was exceptional—every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour.
Before the meal, we were served Italian-style bread, which was absolutely delicious—light, flavourful, and the perfect way to start the dining experience.
Dish wise, I would recommend:
❤️ Carne Salata – Deliciously cured beef, full of rich flavour.
❤️ Sformato – A beautifully baked Italian flan, creamy and satisfying.
❤️ Calamari – Perfectly cooked, tender with a light crisp.
❤️ Taglierini with Shrimp – Fresh pasta with a delicate seafood touch.
❤️ Pappardelle with Meat Ragu – A hearty and flavourful classic.
❤️ Sea Bass – Perfectly cooked, flaky, and full of flavour.
❤️ Veal Chop – Tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection.
❤️ Amalfi Tart – A delightful citrusy dessert, not too sweet.
What made the experience even more special was seeing Theo Randall himself in the kitchen that day! From time to time, you could spot him working alongside the team, which was a great touch and a testament to his dedication.
Moreover, there’s an AMEX Dining Offer available for this restaurant, making it even better value for such an outstanding meal.
The quality of ingredients and attention to detail in each dish truly stood out. Definitely a place worth visiting if you love authentic Italian cuisine done right. Looking forward to returning soon!

Knightsbridge hidden gem and great choice for anyone who loves Indian food. We were well looked after by Yoko who guided us through the menu.
Spectacular food, melt in your mouth lamb and the shish kebab being highlights. Perfect level of spice with a good kick but not overwhelming.

My husband and I had a great dinner at Salloos! The place has an elegant feel with fresh flowers everywhere, creating a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. We tried the seekh kebabs, curry, naan, and tandoori lamb chops - everything was delicious, especially the lamb! We finished with the homemade sorbet, which is a must-try! Service was warm and attentive, and we also met the owner, who was super friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the place.

Food... Less said, the better. Can't understand why this place is situated in one of the fanciest parts of London yet be so underwhelming. For Pakistani standards, this was an Anda (duck) cricket score.
Service... Waiter overrided our orders a few times making suggestions which disappointed us.
Atmosphere... Nice lighting, calm atmosphere, however a lot of loud noises from one particular table which wasnt quietened down by staff. The particular person knew Quereshi sahib so she was allowed to be loud and profess her love for vampires for the whole restaraunt floor to know.

Absolutely gorgeous experience!
We celebrated our anniversary here and everything was just perfect—the food, the jazz, the ambiance, and especially the people. From the moment we arrived, Dalila gave us such a warm welcome that we instantly felt relaxed and knew it was going to be a great night. There was also an amazing Brazilian gentleman (unfortunately I forgot his name) who took such wonderful care of us throughout the evening. He really made our night special. I’ll definitely be back soon with my mom to try their afternoon tea

All staff are so professional, attentive and friendly. We arrived a little bit early and they were happy to accommodate us.
Our 3-course meals were absolutely amazing, so pleasing for eyes and taste buds. Brilliant set and offer.
This was the first time I went back since it has changed from the Celeste. Loved it then and love it now. We cannot wait to go back again.

The doorman was very cordial and took my luggage to the cloakroom, then kindly directed me to the breakfast area which was very elegant. Great place for a relaxed and quire meal. Food and service was top notch. Will definitely come back.

I took my best friend for her birthday on a Friday evening taking advantage of the £52 3 course meal offer via the Fork App.
The hotel is sublime of course with stunning decorations and incredibly relaxed atmosphere for such a formal place some might describe it as "posh". It’s a classy venue and the restaurant is like a large living room one would find in the tv show Bridgerton and tonight they had a live 3 piece jazz band.
The staff are all professionals and very attentive. They sure know how to make you feel special. The food was amazing. A glass of champagne each included in the set menu price, delicious food
We were waited on hand and foot tonight and really made the birthday girl feel special. Well done ! - we will be back for my mother's birthday meal and will definitely highly recommend this restaurant. Many thanks!

A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience – 5 Stars!
From start to finish, my experience at The Lanesborough Grill was nothing short of outstanding. I have specific allergy concerns, and the team managed them impeccably, ensuring I felt completely safe and well taken care of. They accommodated my dietary needs with ease, adapting dishes without compromising on flavor or presentation.
A special thank you to Francesco, the Manager, whose deep knowledge of the menu and attention to detail made all the difference. He took the time to guide me through each dish, providing reassurance and enhancing my dining experience.
As for the food—every single dish was a showstopper! Beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and crafted with evident skill and care. It was a true culinary delight from start to finish.
The combination of impeccable service, exquisite food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made this a five-star experience. I cannot recommend The Lanesborough Grill enough and will certainly be returning!
