Afternoon tea at The Lanesborough is a delight and all the staff we encountered were all exceptional. The cocktails were sublime and we all loved the salmon sandwiches and scones. The patisseries were beautiful however a tad too sweet for us. Took off one star as we were seated in a dark corner and I had booked a number of weeks in advance as it was my birthday treat. It would have been great to have been seated somewhere with a little more lighting or the main atrium as it was a significant birthday and we were a small group. BUT I would come here again as the staff really made our time at The Lanesborough special - top class service for everyone and the surrounds are sublime too!

For my birthday, I went there for the Queen Charlotte afternoon tea and it was magical. The ambiance was elegant, a classic decor. The tea selection was nice and simple. The tiered serving platter was a visual treat with delicious sandwiches, warm scones, and exquisite desserts. The attention to detail was outstanding. The service was impeccable. The staffs were attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring a memorable visit.

We had the lunch set menu at the Lanesborough Grill and it was wonderful. The service was outstanding, Raffaella was exceptional and the rest of the service team made our experience perfect today. The food was absolutely delicious, congratulations to the kitchen team as well. Would definitely recommend and return :)

Amazing hotel & venue for the Queen Charlotte Festive Afternoon Tea - and the hotel looked very festive on arrival ! Service throughout excelled. Savouries and tea flavours were all excellent, cakes a little sweet for me but my partner loved all. The cocktail option alongside the dining was delicious - so we stayed a little while later to sample a couple of different cocktails in the bar area.... Would recommend the experience to anyone.

Our recent impromptu visit to The Lanesborough was a delightful stroke of luck. With about an hour and a half to spare before an event, we decided to pop into one of my favourite spots in London for a coffee, and as always, it never disappoints. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the most charming Christmas decorations – a true festive treat for the eyes. But, what really made our visit stand out was the wonderful staff. They were fantastic, striking that perfect balance of being attentive without being overbearing, even amidst the bustling atmosphere. A special mention must go to how they interacted with my daughter, who, armed with our camera, became the most enthusiastic impromptu photographer. The staff’s encouragement and warmth towards her were heartwarming and added a sprinkle of extra joy to our visit. In short, The Lanesborough was the perfect choice for our unexpected break. It’s not just the elegant surroundings or the delicious coffee that makes this place special; it’s the people who bring it to life. A big thank you to everyone there for making our brief stopover so memorable. I guess it’s true what they say – sometimes the best moments are the unplanned ones!

Great location not far from the tube. Excellent service by the friendly waiting staff. The food was lovely served fairly swiftly, everything warm & tasty. The decor is certainly part of this attraction to see, the music was a tiny touch on the loud side as we struggled to hear one another talk on a small table. All in all a great venue & certainly worth a visit at least once.

Phenomenal Experience! The welcoming service was great, as they made accommodation though we didn't have a reservation. Victoria who was our service provided flawless service and she was very attentive to us. The drinks was delicious! We watched the bartenders make our drinks and they're chemistry and excitement was unmatched by any bartenders we witnessed. Unfortunately, the food the both the burger and rib was over cooked. The presentation was great though. Overall we had a great experience!

If I could, I would give a couple of extra ⭐ for the whole team. Definitely one would go for the sales team for their kindness and help throughout the whole booking process. The guys on the floor were amazing, unfortunately I forgot our server's name but he would deserve a 🌟, too!!! Everything that we ordered was tasty and delicious, but be aware!!!! Portions are huge 😄 we can eat a lot, but we had to ask for takeaway boxes as we couldn't finish with all our food 😀 After the meal we visited the Vault - highly recommended, you can hear lots of interesting stories and facts about the place. So, we had an amazing experience, definitely will return!!! Thank you!

Great Experience at Hard Rock Cafe!!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Hard Rock Cafe during my trip to London, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was top-notch – the restaurant was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. The service deserves a solid 5 stars; the staff was attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the delicious food. The burgers were exceptionally tasty, and the overall variety on the menu impressed me. The desserts were a delightful finale to a great meal. I highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe to anyone visiting London. It’s a must-try for a memorable dining experience!

I don't usually write reviews but this place particularly stood out to me. Starting off with service since we enter, the guy at the door was so diligent and patient about finding a place for us with no booking, we were a group of 5 people waiting for 4 more people that got lost on their way there and it took a long time for them to arrive. We were received very warmly by 'Charo' the amazing waiter who made us feel at home, always making sure we had everything we needed and also commenting on things in common we have about the countries we come from. We really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and came really quickly. We were amazed with the huge hot fudge brownie that was just as exquisite 🤩. Nice and clean place, with attention to details, good music, and decorations. Thanks a lot to the whole team, specially to Charo!

Great selection of beers and friendly bar service. The fish and chips was a good large portion and cooked to perfection. The beef Wellington was indeed yummy and proper albeit pricey. Venue felt like dining at someone’s house with tables spread across multiple small rooms. Overall, an enjoyable experience and would return.

I decided to take some family members there for Sunday lunch back in August. I hadn't booked as it was a decision made on impulse. The bar maid was so friendly and equally helpful in getting us a table for four. The food was excellent and the wine list, being a wine merchant, was very interesting as well as reasonably priced for top French & Italian labels with bottle age from good vintages. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant as well as relaxing in such a historical little pub of sheer class. Made even better by friendly, warm and inviting staff. Can't wait to go back again...

I think if you’re coming here then you’re eating. It’s a pseudo gastro pub but in a proper old dining room style, so the food, which I didn’t try, may well be good. My rating is based on its appeal as a pub. The service is great and price at £7 a pint was standard for central London. The decor showing grenadier history is nice, with some good oil paintings. The bar is pretty modern for what appears to be a classic old school pub from the Mews accessed entrance. The toilets are small and pokey, through the restaurant. The clientele were what you might expect around Hyde Park corner. Suited, stale, pale, males talking business. Fine but it’s not great for general atmosphere. Has a feel of a pub you don’t pop into for a pint, rather one you go for a drink followed by a fairly posh pub dinner. Not what I usually look for but has its place.

I am just going to talk about the Wellington because is the onlybwe had. S P E C T A C U L A R. It is the best i have had ever. Not only the beef that is a 10, also de gravy, the onion, the carrot, everything perfectly balance. The beef, like butter, tender tender tender. The atmosphiere of the pub is also very good. Two points to improve from my point of view. The tables, at leat ours, was very very close from the one besides us. And the lights, i think it could be a litle bit brigther. Again, the best Wellington i have ever had. We will recommend it and we will come back.

We went to Nobu for the first time and everything was amazing! The staff was very professional and explained all the dishes very well and recommended dishes according to our taste. Staff welcomes us with an anniversary card and a dessert at the end for us! Our experience was as pleasant as ever. As we travel it becomes very important for us to have dinner at every Nobu possible. One of our favorite dishes is the miso cod that we happily put two orders away of. On to the Wagyu which was absolutely delicious. We are so pleased and grateful as always to join for dinner."

All elements that are required of a fantastic dining experience were met, the food has continued to remained exceptional on every visit. Fresh floral flavours with zesty tones and interesting textures. Nobu is at the very top tier of Japanese fusion dining. We thoroughly enjoy the warm and helpful service every single time.

Our overall experience at Nobu London, Old Park Lane, was a solid 4. The Black Cod with Butter Lettuce and Tacos were outstanding, showcasing the culinary brilliance of Nobu. However, the ambiance, while nostalgic, felt a bit outdated as the design remains unchanged over the years. The restaurant's popularity made it bustling and somewhat loud.

We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. It's very expensive here, but if it's a special event, it's worth it! The price corresponds to the quality!! . We paid £300 plus wine for three courses. The steak was incredibly tasty and tender. The waiters were fabulous, you really feel like a special VIP class guest. I will never forget this experience and will definitely come back here again! The view from the window looks incredible !!! Xxx

This lovely restaurant has become our tradition to go each year on our engagement anniversary. I’ve never been to a restaurant with a better service and kinder staff. The staff made our night even more special by preparing customized dessert for our anniversary. The food is also the best, you can immediately tell the difference between the food you eat at this restaurant with elsewhere. The quality , the taste and the presentation of the dishes were absolutely amazing. Needless to mention that the view is so stunning. Although this restaurant was a bit pricy, we happily paid our bill as the service we got was extraordinary. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who prefer fine dining with the best view of the city. And we will definitely come back again and again and again.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Galvin at Windows, and I must say that it was an absolutely amazing experience. The sommelier was truly exceptional. They recommended the perfect wine pairings for each course of the Christmas set menu, enhancing the flavors and creating a harmonious combination. Speaking of the menu, I highly recommend trying the Christmas set menu. The terrine, Pollock, and comice pear were my choices, and they did not disappoint. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were nothing short of incredible. In addition to the delectable food and impeccable service, the restaurant boasts breathtaking views. Being able to enjoy such incredible cuisine while overlooking the London skyline was the perfect touch to an already memorable dining experience. I cannot recommend Galvin at Windows enough.

Decent venue to grab a quick bite to eat and play casino games. The restaurant is quite loud, so it's not the best place for a quiet meal, but the decor is stylish and sleek with friendly and helpful staff to explain the menu. The food was tasty, and the portion sizes were good. Drinks were reasonably priced, and overall, visiting here was a good experience.

We were 6 for dinner and the service and food was excellent, particularly the steak and biryani. Shout out to our waiter Carlo who looked after us, and for accommodating one of our guests who was coeliac. We enjoyed a complimentary purple cocktail for International Women's Day and enjoyed listening to the female singer. By 10pm, the venue was buzzing. We had an amazing time here!

Was in the area on a Tuesday late evening after dinner for some drinks. Bar staff were lovely and drinks were pleasant. No complaints. The bathroom was sensational so beautiful and excellent for a good mirror picture and the toilet seats are heated just in case you wanted to know.

We visited this pub for dinner, it's a good spot to watch sport with friends. We tried a the steak sandwich which was good but the bread was burned. The burger had also burned bread but was really tasty. The salad was simple and the chicken was so dry. But the beer was good!

A lovely 400 year old pub slightly off the beaten track. A great selection of beers and attentive staff. No food was ordered. £32 for 5 drinks. 1pm and it was sort of busy. Pub 2 of the Monopoly tour... maybe crawl?

Went there last night with friends, but they were out of the Fish & Chips dish at 7:30 pm. Not many options. I had a very simple meal which was very good. The place is nice but very dark. Friendly service.

Nice pub, but there was an unpleasant situation. I got up from the table literally behind a napkin, leaving my things at the table, and a bartender girl with dark hair immediately removed my pint of cider. when I approached her to find out where my cider was, she impudently replied that she had taken it and to my request to pour a new one, since it was not even touched, she was rude to me and charged me for a new one. not a very pleasant situation, although I really liked this pub before this situation.

Our must-go-to restaurant in London. Fantastic food and service. The regional tasting menus with wine parings are a sheer delight. The Sunday brunch will leave you full and content. Marvelous place! Do not skip the cocktails! Some of the best, most inventive cocktails we had in London were from the delightful bartender here.

We went for the Signature menu after reading it online. For four set courses and a half bottle of wine per person, it must be the best value for money menu in London. Every course was excellent, beginning with beef carpaccio that just melted in the mouth. The primi pasta course was exceptional with perfectly cooked, al dente pasta generously filled with a duck and porcini filling and a rich sauce. The main course of guinea fowl was superbly executed while the Amalfi lemon tart was the perfect way to end a delicious meal. Service was great to start but our original waiter seemed to disappear and we became a bit of an after thought. Everyone was nice but it seemed like they were more interested in serving schmoozing over big-tipping Americans, although I do hope I'm wrong on that one.

Fantastic restaurant, can't recommend this enough. Great place for a special occasion and the portion sizes were very generous compared to restaurants of this nature... I'm a big eater and I struggled to finish everything! Ordered the calamari for starters and the Guinea fowl for main- both were cooked perfectly and tasted fresh. Ordered the vanilla creme brulé with rhubarb for dessert which was nice. 10/10 service as well
