I had a lovely stay at the hotel, from walking in till the day I checked out, my stay there was excellent. I stayed their for a special occasion and the staff immediately recognised how important it was and gave me a free upgrade and drinks as well as congratulating me. Uday at the reception, was especially welcoming and provided excellent service. The rooms were lovely and kept clean and tidy by the staff seamlessly. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

This review is based on a beautiful room upgrade, Alex one of the front desk managers and the doorman and valet. The suite was spacious and beautiful after we asked for an upgrade because the standard king and junior suite bathroom was tiny for 2 people. Alex was very attentive and quick to respond. Initially the front desk team was not prepared or overly welcoming even though I sent many emails prior to arriving. Breakfast service was good and had all the basics. This is mainly a luxury family oriented hotel and bit noiser when compared to the Savoy or Biltmore. In all fairness, there was a marathon, World Cup, Hyde Park concert series and Wimbledon all happening the same weekend.

A fantastic weekend trip. Incredible suite on 7th floor. Spacious and great views. The checking in was great! Melissa had arranged some lovely gifts for my birthday celebration and the club lounge was a great place to both dine and get great tips for locations of historic interest- thanks Jasper! Such a knowledgeable guy. Team there great! Afternoon tea a treat! A lovely atmosphere in and around the hotel and the staff are totally dedicated to the needs/requirements of every guest. The door staff absolutely great! Rommel, in particular, organised taxis and attended to guests as they arrived or departed. The building very imposing and iconic and panoramic views stunning! My first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, will definitely be back.concierge Ilya was great with assistance for directions etc 🙏

As IHG diamond ambassador, this was a must do and for a special occasion. We were greeted, most warmly, and Melissa had arranged some incredible amenities for our suite. So thoughtful. This hotel gives a bespoke experience, we have preference for first name terms; I like to feel at home and believe that this removes a barrier to creating a rapport. The teams are extremely adept at “reading” guests and we felt like family, even as we were enveloped within the epitome of luxury 👌 Our suite was beautifully appointed and spacious, the club lounge afforded panoramic views and the food and beverages absolutely sublime! Magnificent service in this haven of serenity! The concierge service here is exemplary: Victor, the lead concierge and colleagues, especially the gentleman with spectacles (whose name unfortunately eludes me 🤦‍♀️), are a mine of information and assisted with itinerary, transportation etc. Sveva absolutely amazing, when we decided to take breakfast in the dining room on final morning. Every time we left the building, the gentleman on door duty were so warm, engaging and courteous. As stated, this establishment respects the wishes of its guests and, if you wish, the team will furnish you with as much information as necessary and engage in a manner that creates a warmth, whilst never detracting from their duties. Enamul is absolutely “on it” and ensured we always traveled safely to theatre etc. A top drawer experience and so lovely to see the General Manager, in and around the hotel, ensuring all is well and checking on guest satisfaction. I will definitely be making return visits and recommend most highly. It’s people that make hotels and this one has very strong foundations; Fiona, many thanks for assistance and preparation of invoice in timely and warm manner. Absolutely fantastic experience. My wife holds IHG diamond ambassador status and we travel a great deal. This hotel is one of the finest we’ve ever experienced! The door team fabulous. The receptionists all so accommodating and eager to assist: :Emmanouil, Hannah and Melissa all excellent! Julia wonderful. Concierge team really impressed! Victor oversees this dept and we found Julian and Mathew in particular to be amazing- Julian even attended personally to confirm a booking at local restaurant, just small mic up but what commitment (way above what would be expected) Club check in. Adi is a great guy, so genuinely warm and knowledgeable. The club service generally fantastic! Restaurant Theo Randall, wow! Fantastic food, flawless: tasty, beautifully presented and service faultless! Housekeeping great as were spa treatments, thanks to Nicole and her team Suite was sumptuous, just amazing! My wife and son had visited prior to this and have done so subsequently. Having visited the intercontinental in Vienna, I was expecting great things from Park Lane, I wasn’t disappointed! When it’s special anniversary year, it’s great to have several treats, this one was incredible!

We had the Bridgerton Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented, with a delicious selection of savouries, sandwiches, and sweet treats, all served in stunning surroundings. The service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail really enhanced the experience. One I would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning...the whole experience just felt special.

What a wonderful experience at The Lanesborough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and genuinely looked after. The evening restored our confidence in what exceptional hospitality should be. The jazz music was amazing and created a beautiful atmosphere throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and highly professional. A special mention must go to Rafael, who was outstanding. He was incredibly informative and took the time to tell us about opportunities at The Lanesborough, including runner positions that may be suitable for our 18-year-old son. His warmth and enthusiasm were a real credit to the hotel. We also loved speaking with Joules, whose knowledge of wine was exceptional. He shared fascinating insights and enhanced the overall dining experience. Giorgio was equally wonderful, friendly, charming, and genuinely lovely to talk to. The food was outstanding from start to finish, and my husband particularly enjoyed the wine pairing, which complemented each course perfectly. Thank you to everyone at The Lanesborough for such a memorable evening. The combination of exceptional food, attentive service, knowledgeable staff, and wonderful live music made for a truly special experience. We cannot wait to return.

I would have attended the Afternoon tea Bridgerton Themed and was utterly disappointed. The pros. Lovely atmosphere and service was somewhat ok, not as attentive as I would have expected for this type of establishment. Cons. The afternoon tea came as expected cute and beautifully garnished, however that really was it. The savoury items were very bland, with the stand out being the harissa chicken basil sandwich perhaps because that was the only one that had some flavour. The dessert items again lacked depth, with the table unable to figure out what exactly they were eating. The shareable cake was the only one that saved the sweets. The tea, not sure if this is how it's done at this establishment but when the servers came to deliver the pots they began to pour into our cups however it was clear that the tea still needed time to steep as the water was still semi clear. We also requested another tea selection and It never came. Upon requesting the chicken sandwich again. They brought 2 for a table of 4. We asked again for 2 more and they seemed hesitant to give us the additional sandwich. I've been to other afternoon teas in London with similar price points and really enjoyed it, so I had high expectations for this one. Unfortunately it did not live up to that anticipation.

Beautiful location and lovely setting overall. One of the servers, Ilhas, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, attentive and explained everything eloquently, which really elevated the experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture for my belated birthday, with a small pastry specially decorated for the occasion. Unfortunately, the Bridgerton themed Afternoon Tea felt underwhelming considering how it was marketed. Aside from the themed desserts, and the cake stand surrounded with plastic flowers, there was little else creating the atmosphere. No music, immersive decor or real sense of occasion connected to the theme. The pastries and desserts were tastyand beautiful, however the sandwiches were dry, and the cucumber sandwiches really lacked flavour. The scones were also initially brought without jam or clotted cream. Having tried Afternoon Tea at other venues in London, we have experienced much better food quality, more variety and a much stronger overall experience for a similar or even lower price point. At a whopping £319 for two people, including two extra glasses of champagne, it felt very steep for the level of ambiance and food quality provided. Sadly, the experience lacked the wow factor we expected and is not something we would choose to repeat.

I had the pleasure of being part of the Hard Rock Cafe's 55th anniversary celebration, providing face painting for guests throughout the event, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was full of energy, the team was welcoming, and everyone had a fantastic time celebrating. Great experience at Hard Rock Cafe London! We had a really great time here. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Booked bottomless brunch with friend, our seats were fab, great vibe, the food was delicious…..HOWEVER, the bottomless brunch (BB) was a pretty dire experience. 1st drink arrived 15mins after being seated (time matters on a BB!), despite there being multiple wonderful drinks on the BB menu (one of reasons we booked…..) we were told we had to stick to the first drink ordered throughout with no other choices being allowed (this came direct from the manager). Service on drinks was v slow, we had a third drink and then told no more drinks were allowed & time was up. We were less than an hour into a 90mins BB….. After querying this, the manager then said we were allowed a further drink, and to apologise, sent a cocktail (Hurricane) with two straws for myself & buddy to share (it was delicious). We weren’t given any more drinks, nor were we asked. As BB’s go (and we’ve done a few in London), this experience was pretty poor, the booking was ‘bottomless’, the menu was clear with ‘bottomless’, but it definitely felt like we were restricted on the number of drinks Hard Rock would allow us to order. If it’s a set menu, then that’s different, but don’t advertise as a BB and provide something else. Couldn’t fault the food, location, vibe but if BB’s are your thing, give Hard Rock a swerve, others do it so much better, and cheaper £££ in London.

Very delicious and very big portions. We assumed sliders would be small they were the same size as a normal burger. We eat so much food because of it. Not complaining. It was so good and our server was so nice and lively, caught us off guard as the servers are usually not as lovely or nice.

A couple of local friends told me I had to check this place out, and they absolutely nailed it. The Grenadier is tucked away on a quiet little mews in Belgravia, and it feels like a genuine hidden gem. Inside, it’s incredibly intimate—maybe ten tables max—which gives it a great, cozy energy. Outside, there’s a makeshift bar setup where the crowd looked like they walked straight out of a joint Ralph Lauren and JP Morgan photoshoot. Honestly, with a scene like that, you might brace yourself for a bit of attitude, but the service inside couldn't have been warmer or more genuinely lovely. Now, the food. Just go ahead and order the Beef Wellington. Seriously, don't even look at the rest of the menu; it’s easily among the best I’ve ever had. It came with these perfectly lightly truffled mushrooms, some incredibly flaky, lightly buttered and salted bread, and—no joke—some of the best blanched-then-grilled greens I've ever tasted. They also have a pretty considerable wine list that's well worth exploring, and you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't save room for the sticky toffee pudding at the end. Quick tip: With only a handful of tables, reservations are almost certainly in order if you want to sit inside. An absolute classic spot. I'll definitely be back.

The Grenadier is a fantastic pub if you are looking for authentic British food. We ordered the famous Beef Wellington, and it was absolutely outstanding! The venue itself has a wonderful, charming atmosphere. The only minor hiccup was with the booking process: the phone number didn't seem to be working when I tried to call, but we easily managed to secure a table through their website in the end. Excellent food, lovely location, and a true London gem. Highly recommended!

The Grenadier delivers classic pub fare done properly; hearty, well-prepared, and exactly what you'd hope for. A solid selection of ales and drinks complements the food nicely. The atmosphere feels genuine rather than contrived, the place is spotless, and the staff are attentive without being intrusive. I will certainly visit again.

Was looking for a well priced beef wellington that was well reviewed. Everything led me to this place. Ordered the beefy welli and it was fantastic. With potatoes and asparagus for sides and au jus it was lovely and WELL PRICED at 40 GBP. You do not need to pay 80+ at the other hyped places with a fancy room. Beef was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The portion is ideal for one person to enjoy. Only downside is that it's a pub so not the most comfortable or welcoming but the food more than makes up for the xp. HIGHLY recommend to get a reservation.

I’ve been to a few Nobu restaurants now, but Nobu Park Lane has to be my favourite. I’ve been back several times now and it never disappoints. The setting overlooking Hyde Park is great, the food is exactly what you’d expect from Nobu, and the service is some of the best I’ve had anywhere in London. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. One thing that really stood out was how seamless the service was. We never had to wait between dishes. As soon as we’d finished one, it was cleared away and the next arrived almost immediately. It made the whole meal flow really naturally without ever feeling rushed. I came here most recently for my birthday and the team really went the extra mile. They greeted us with a birthday card, surprised us with a complimentary dessert, and the matcha and vanilla ice cream was incredible. We also asked about buying a Nobu cookbook, and our waiter kindly managed to get us one of the signed copies from Chef Nobu’s recent visit to London, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made our day. If it’s your first visit, I’d definitely recommend the crispy rice with spicy tuna, the shrimp rocks, the black cod miso and any of the wagyu. Every dish has been consistently excellent. I’ve seen a few reviews criticising the interior, but I honestly don’t get it. I think it’s warm, comfortable and suits the restaurant perfectly. One of my favourite restaurants in London, and somewhere I’ll definitely keep coming back to.

The service was good. The decor was a bit mid considering the price point. Other Nobu locations looked better in pictures.

Was visiting London over the weekend and had an amazing experience at Nobu. Started off with the crispy rice with spicy toro which was packed with flavour. Maki rolls were great but the quality of the fish is what stood out for me (salmon sashimi in particular). Black miso cod was some of, if not, the best piece of fish I’ve tasted. So much flavour and melted in your mouth. Lastly, really enjoyed the mochido for dessert! Will definitely be back the next time I’m in London!

I love Valentir service. He is so polite and so lovely to talk to and gives all of us a very personal customer experience. We tried on four different days multiple dishes, such as the Shakshuka, poached eggs, eggs, Florentine eggs, Royale, and even the avocado, crushed eggs with harissa dressing. My favorite was the poached eggs and the berry quencher drink, which I ordered 3 days in a row. My husband liked the cultural shock drink. And we also liked the granola with Greek yogurt. Definitely come back to stay here when we’re in London.

Absolutely amazing! Seriously, I’m so glad I did a little research and found this casino! I was a long time member of Ritz Casino club, but since its closure, I’ve never found anything I enjoyed- until now! Metropolitan Casino exceeded my expectations so much!!!! I went on a whim having just discovered it online whilst I was in town visiting friends, and I escaped for the late evening solo to try it out! I registered online for membership and it was an exceptional experience from arrival, to playing time perks, and superb hospitality. I’m a big fan of manual dealer blackjack for personal interaction - as I hate automation, and the traditional feel is my favourite; and this casino was fabulous!!! The reception / cloak room ladies are friendly and it was my first time! I have no idea why there are some bad reviews here, maybe if you’re polite they will be polite back? I loved all the staff!! The restaurant was phenomenally yummy, and served late hours- perfect for when I needed a break from cards, haha! The Arabic flair mezze was just what I wanted and superb value. All the waiters, dealers, and cashiers were just so nice! I had a great time. Even though I lost, I had such fun all night thanks to the hospitality- what a casino is all about. I’ll be back, and now I know a good casino exists again with my favourite manual blackjack, I’ll purposefully make the long trip from where I live, to stay over in London and play here!!! A great venue with fab service, food, drinks, and environment; thank you from North Wales, see you soon! Thanks for looking after me on my first visit.

Decent venue to grab a quick bite to eat and play casino games. The restaurant is quite loud, so it's not the best place for a quiet meal, but the decor is stylish and sleek with friendly and helpful staff to explain the menu. The food was tasty, and the portion sizes were good. Drinks were reasonably priced, and overall, visiting here was a good experience.

Impeccable service, elegant ambiance, and amazing food as always at the Metropolitan Mayfair Casino, London. On Saturday, 21st September 2024, during a break between meetings, I stopped by for a quick bite. Mr. George, the energetic and knowledgeable bartender, recommended the Lebanese Mezze, which was outstanding. His expertise on the menu and dedication to service were truly impressive. Loved it! The fish and chips were really good — fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. You can tell everything was prepared with care. Jay was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had Augusts tasting menu, Campania, four courses with matching wines £85, again Brilliant. Some people might say it’s just an Italian restaurant, but it’s far, far more than that. It’s a restaurant that oozes quality, freshness and of course Italy. Want a pizza pop down to your local Italian, want quality and freshness with a feel of Italy, then pop down to Theo’s Cucina you will not be disappointed.

Beginning with a warm welcome and then the service - everything was excellent. The staff were very polite and friendly. We really enjoyed regional tasting menu. The food was very high quality as you would expect in fine dining. The August menu had beef which we do not eat. So we weer offered an alternative which we really enjoyed. It was really a great experience for both my wife and me.

We tried the May tasting menu and overall had a good experience. The dishes were creative and enjoyable, and the focaccia served at the beginning was especially delicious. Burrata salad was also pretty good. The service staff were polite throughout the evening. A few small points though. Some of the pasta were slightly too firm, almost undercooked in texture. I had also noted in the booking that we were celebrating a birthday, although there did not seem to be any special acknowledgement or arrangement. The main issue for us was that around 8pm we were told the table had been booked for another reservation and were asked to move to the bar area. However, the table remained empty for the rest of the evening until we left (which was about an hour later), which made the request feel a bit unnecessary. We also spent quite a lot of time waiting between courses, so if there is a dining time limit, the pacing of service could probably be managed better. I also noticed that another table next to us, who arrived earlier than we did, were not asked to move, so I’m not sure whether this was related to ordering the tasting menu. That said, the staff were all courteous and the overall meal was still enjoyable.

This is one of the best kept secrets in London which sounds odd for a top chef and a restaurant in a big hotel. I’m not sure there are many better menus than their Regional Tasting menu. In 2025 we went to 12 of 12. The variety of food and wine is outstanding on their regional menus. Bread, 4 delicious courses, Prosecco and 3 matched wines for £85. Each one a journey and experience. Not only is the food outstanding but the service is perfect. Anna Maria who is the manager is at the top of her game, welcoming, friendly with all tables and takes time to engage in busy service. And across all 12 visits last year the levels never dropped once - perfect every time. Every member of staff, superb. Still visiting every other month this year, it’s become our favourite place to eat and catchup. Congrats to everyone on what you have created and we look forward to the next tasting menu!

Amazing birthday lunch today. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly which started things off on a positive note- and it just got better from there. Rahim our lovely waiter brought us bruschetta and focaccia to nibble on, then my husband had lobster ravioli to start with which was succulent and tasted like a fabulous bisque, and i had the cheese sformato/souffle which was intensely savoury and cheesey but light as air. My husband then had the guinea fowl which was outstanding- moist, stuffed with ham with a fabulous rich sauce and wonderful mushrooms. I had ravioli stuffed with herbs in a butter sauce which was fabulous. Finally we shared the ricotta cheesecake with pears and sultanas and a pairing sweet wine which was heaven. Thank you for your incredibly delicious food and for making my birthday so special 💗!

Tucked along a narrow side-street in elegant Bellgravia, this restaurant is a world unto itself. We entered the quiet unassuming exterior to discover a serene refined dining room with superb service and expertly cooked traditional Pakistani food. We shared several delicious grills, spinach and salad sides, tender garlic naan, and sumptuous buttery carrot halvah and pistachio ice cream. Our server was very attentive. It is a quiet dining room made for comfort and conversation. We felt a world away from so much of bustling London.

After visiting Pakistan, I wanted to find an authentic restaurant when I got back to London. This is it, on the fine dining side. Opened in 1976 and still standing a generation later. We shared a chicken kebab which was sumptuous; so much flavour, wished we had ordered more skewers. I also had a chicken karahi which was my go-to when traveling in Pakistan. It was tasty but not very spicy and the chicken felt less punchy than the marinated kebab. We also took some sides: vegetables, chana (chickpeas) and naan. All of them tasted fantastic. For dessert we were offered a Gajar ka Halwa which is a traditional dessert made with carrots. Just trust me on this one, it’s spectacular and comes with homemade ice cream. Overall a superb dinner in a beautiful location in Knightsbridge. It’s romantic, classy and I particularly liked the paintings they have. We paid £117 for two without drinks and don’t think you can get out with cheaper than that!

We had a wonderful time here tonight, and we will be back again. Everything was perfect. We had lamb chops and chicken tikka starters, with Peshwari nan. Followed by the house special lamb with shammi kebabs, and pilau rice on the side. Dessert was very special, the infamous Gajar Halwa and the special Kulfi. Nicely complimented with a cup of with Karak Chai. The service was excellent, the whole experience felt unrushed, calm, and attentive. I highly recommend a visit to Salloos if you have fine taste, and expect high quality service. Well done Salloos team! Hope to visit again next time I'm in the area.

Knightsbridge hidden gem and great choice for anyone who loves Indian food. We were well looked after by Yoko who guided us through the menu. Spectacular food, melt in your mouth lamb and the shish kebab being highlights. Perfect level of spice with a good kick but not overwhelming. The Gajar ka Halwa dessert was also delicious. Excellent food, fantastic service and great location–highly recommend.
