Last but not least...the breakfast was great...one of our favorites and the location of the hotel was perfect! We hope to visit again soon! Thanks for making our stay memorable! ❤️

5 Star Rating A London Gem: Pure Luxury with a View If you are looking for the quintessential London experience wrapped in five-star luxury, look no further. My recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. I received the Warmest Welcome ! I was greeted with genuine, beaming smiles. Often, high-end hotels can feel a bit stiff or formal, but the team here has mastered the art of authentic hospitality. Every staff member I encountered—from the concierge to the housekeeping crew—seemed truly happy to be there, making me feel like a VIP rather than just another guest. A great Breakfast : I consider myself a bit of a breakfast connoisseur, and the spread here is easily one of the best I ever had. Such a large variety : everything from perfectly baked pastries to a full traditional English breakfast or to a real Middle Eastern choice of specialties. Great quality and freshness - you can tell the ingredients are locally sourced; the fruit was vibrant, the range of fruit juices and the coffee was barista-quality. Views that steal the show; one of the highlight, however, is the view. My room overlooked the iconic Hyde Park, offering a front-row seat to the city's beauty. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a London regular, that view never gets old. my final verdict : 5/5 Stars. If you want impeccable service, world-class food, and a vista that will fill your camera roll, this is the place to stay.

5 Star Rating Just Amazing! I recently stayed at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, and once again it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of outstanding. Ana at reception and Mia from Guest Relations were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive—exactly the kind of welcome that makes you feel instantly at home. The concierge team was equally fantastic, and even the breakfast staff impressed us with their kindness and efficiency. We stayed on the 15th floor and enjoyed an absolutely breathtaking view over the city. Waking up to that panorama was a highlight in itself. Breakfast on both mornings was delicious, but the experience became even more special when we were seated at a table overlooking the park. It was such a peaceful, relaxing moment—perfect to start the day. There is truly nothing negative to say. This hotel remains my favourite in London, and I will definitely be returning. The entire team works with genuine passion and professionalism, and they fully deserve their five stars. Highly recommended in every way. Thank you to all!

5 Star Rating Wonderful stay, amongst the best hotels in London in terms of luxury, service and quality. The manager made it their job to make the stay for my wife and I as accommodating as possible with an upgrade to their suite when we visited back in Feb after we got married. All staff did their best to make our stay special and we'll definitely be back next time we're in the city. Breakfast is also fantastic here!

5 Star Rating The Royal Lancaster London went beyond expectations. Even with an early arrival, they accommodated me. The room was modern, spotless, with heated bathroom floors and great views. The neighborhood was quiet and local, not touristy. Staff were warm and attentive, cleaning was impeccable! The only small downside was the TV’s limited channel selection. Still, it was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely return! The hotel is just minutes from tube stations, like the Elizabeth Line from the airport and other lines only a short walk away making it incredibly easy to get around London.

3 Star Rating The staff was absolutely amazing! However, the room let me down as it did not really look like in the photos. The room was very outdated, and had that old dusty smell to it with a layer of air freshener. The bed’s design was cute and charming. Our tv stopped working so I used my laptop for entertainment. The elevator was not working the first two days so the stairs were our only option. But as I said, staff was exceptional and gave me the courtesy of a late check out when requested. I would probably not stay here again as I wasn’t expecting the room to be that old compared to photos.

5 Star Rating WONDERFUL STAY IS A EUPHEMISM. I couldn’t find the words to express how satisfied we were by the Roseate House. Emma, Hamish and Vishnu, at the reception showed an unmatchable customer dedication and care with the privacy everyone deserve. We were too sad to leave this marvelous place where classy and customer service are brought to a paroxysm. Breakfast is delicious, rooms could not be cleaner and the hotel atmosphere makes you feel like a King or a Queen. Can’t wait to come back.

5 Star Rating We had such a lovely stay at Roseate House London! My husband and I booked last minute during a layover on our way to Spain, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from Paddington Station — we took the Heathrow Express and it was so convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and took such wonderful care of us. Our room was charming, comfortable, and full of character. The neighborhood is beautiful — just steps from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, perfect for an afternoon walk. Our stay was short, but we left wishing we had more time. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in London!

5 Star Rating I’ve stayed at Roseate twice before (in May and August 2025), and each time has been wonderful, but their kindness during my recent quick stop in London truly went above and beyond! I was in transit with only 1.5 hours between flights and reached out to ask if I might store my carry-on while I went for a run in Hyde Park. Even though it was an unusual request, the team graciously said yes and welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. Their generosity and thoughtfulness made my short visit so much smoother and reminded me why I’ve loved staying here in the past. It’s rare to find a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. I highly recommend!

4 Star Rating As an Italian, I can only say that, for an Italian restaurant abroad and apparently not run by Italians, it's not bad at all: The pasta was al dente, the sauce was good, and the pizza was also good. We appreciated the welcome and friendliness of the staff, in our case Mr. Josh. The welcome lemonade was also appreciated. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean; the price was also fair. We'll be back to try other dishes on the menu - RECOMMENDED - I apologize for the photo of the pasta as it was taken only after having stirred it with a fork PS: I won't say anything about the coffee as it can't be blamed, but you know, with rare exceptions, only an Italian knows what it means to suffer for any coffee drunk abroad 🤪 😂😂😂

5 Star Rating We had a small event on Sunday (14 December) with the girls, and we had such a great time. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the delicious food we ate everything, nothing was left on the plates! The Christmas decorations were amazing and created the perfect festive vibe. Basir, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. He helped us so much throughout our brunch and made us feel welcome from the very beginning until the end. And Victoria was lovely, very friendly, and assisted us with our orders. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel truly welcomed, enjoy great food, and appreciate beautiful design. We will definitely be back!

5 Star Rating This Ask Italian was top notch Having been to an Ask Italian and not getting the service we expected, my wife complained and we were offered a complementary main meal and a drink at any branch. We opted for the Ask Italian in Spring Street, off Sussex Gardens in Lancaster Gate. There we were met by Fuad, who gave us a choice of tables and reassured us that no money would exchange hands. Wow! This Ask Italian was a breath of fresh air. And when we settled down we were provided with a non-alcoholic version of a Limoncello. Salute per Tutti! We opted for Calzone pizzas. Both of them were wrapped but Fuad gave us the option of having it unwrapped, which we took. The tasty Calzone Carne Piccante contained pepperoni, ham, beef and red wine ragu, fresh chillies, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and mozzarella. It had a nice crispy base with a hint of char from the oven with fresh toppings which were washed down with a non-alcoholic Peroni. My wife went for a Calzone Mushroom and Truffle with Chicken. The flavours really shone through giving it a wonderful taste. The main meal was plenty but there was enough room to share one dessert, and it had to be a White Chocolate Pistachio Tart. It was so delicious that it was heartbreaking to share. If you are into Mocktails, try the cherry one. It has such a strong taste that it feels like it’s alcoholic. A mint tea with leaves was equally refreshing. The food, the ambience and the staff, Fuad and Besem, were super friendly and professional in their approach. Although our first experience in another branch of Ask Italian had not been good, these guys were able to restore the reputation of the brand a hundred times over. If you are contemplating on going to Ask Italian, go to this one and you won’t be disappointed. It’s big but also cosy, just off the main Bayswater Road, so feels exclusive. Everything about this branch is top notch, including the clean toilets. I will definitely be coming back. It’s five star service from start to finish.

4 Star Rating We had a lovely dinner here - a charming, vintage Italian setting. - The atmosphere feels authentic and cosy. 💁🏻‍♂️ Service was excellent — the waiters were polite, changed dishes between courses (which we really appreciated), and made great recommendations. We ordered four dishes to share between two person: 🔹Apetitiser: “Parma ham & melon” from the day’s special menu 🔹1st main: “Gnocchi con Nduja e Salsiccia” (Italian sausage, nduja, carrots, onion, basil) 🔹2nd main: “Tortelloni Neri al Granchio” (black pasta filled with crab & prawns in a lemon butter sauce) 🔹Dessert: “Tiramisu” Portions were generous, flavours were well-balanced, and presentation was inviting. Overall, a solid 7.5/10 a place worth visiting for both the food and the experience.

5 Star Rating My husband took me to this restaurant during my birthday visit to London. We had fabulous food and excellent service. Lovely atmosphere in this family run restaurant. I would imagine it gets very busy in the summer as they have nice tables outside as well as the main restaurant. We ate Rigatoni alla Gorgonzola – £15 The famous blue cheese with cream Tortelloni Neri al Granchio – £16.50 Cornish crab filled black pasta in a lemon butter sauce Both very reasonably priced in our opinion. Would definately recommend this restaurant.

5 Star Rating Absolutely stunning experience and unbelievably great value for money - especially in London. Myself and a colleague went in for an early dinner and met by lovely waiter who promptly took our coats (London rain hitting hard that day). Great atmosphere with lovely music playing and cozy decor. Service was unbelievably quick - starters came out in 5 mins or less after ordering. Calamari fritti to start were lovely and crisp and the sauce on the side was great. Al Ragu Genovese for the main was absolutely stunning, especially when paired with the house red. Finshed off the meal with Tarfuto Nero - lovely, sweet and not too heavy. Superb value even despite us not going for that set menu - £16 for 2 courses, £19 for 3 courses. With value like that, it's not hard to see why the restaurant has been around since 1960. Highly recommend anyone looking for a great value meal that is good, simple and wholesome Italian dishes.

5 Star Rating A lovely high-end restaurant located within the Royal Lancaster Hotel, offering an elegant setting and beautiful views. The restaurant itself is stylish and welcoming, making it a wonderful place for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. The service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and warm throughout our visit. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were flavourful and beautifully presented. To start, we had the fish cakes, soft shell crab, and a refreshing papaya salad. Each dish was well balanced and full of flavour. The beef steak was cooked perfectly and paired with a delicious sauce. The pork spare ribs were meaty and tender with a slight crisp on the edges, adding a great texture. The fish stir fry dish must have had about 8-10 herbs. Loved the sauce it was in. We also ordered the crab curry served with rice vermicelli, and the two complemented each other wonderfully. Every dish was vibrant, colourful, and thoughtfully prepared, including the cocktails. We especially loved the desserts, which were creative, innovative, and a perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and definitely a restaurant we would happily visit again.

5 Star Rating This has become one of my favourite Malaysian restaurants in London. We ordered grilled seabass, oxtail soup, keropok lekor, and mee kari. Portions are generous. The star is the mee kari, and it has always been my favourite here. It was so good I finished the whole bowl, even though the portion can easily be shared between two people. The only downside was the waiting time. We ordered first, but the table next to us, who ordered after us and also had mee kari, received their food first. Ours arrived about 10 minutes after theirs, despite the restaurant not being busy. Credit to the staff, the waiters were attentive, helpful, and apologised, explaining that grilled seabass usually takes longer to prepare. Putting the wait aside, the food more than makes up for it. Overall, Id easily give the food 9/10, except the mee kari, which is an 11/10 and an absolute must-try.

5 Star Rating This was my second visit here after 10 years. My first visit was during a business trip, and now, on my third visit to London, coming back to Tukdin felt like reconnecting with an old favourite. We ordered the mee goreng seafood, mee goreng mamak, and daging dendeng berlada. The mee goreng mamak and sambal dendeng were especially delicious and full of flavour and honestly brought back memories of home. I didn’t expect the mee goreng mamak to be that good. The teh tarik tasted just like I remembered a real taste of home away from home. Simple, comforting, and familiar. If you’re in London and missing Malaysian food, this is one place that truly delivers both flavour and nostalgia.

5 Star Rating Thank you for a fantastic dinner. They saw us struggling with the decision and promised us that it won't be too spicy (one child) and it turned out perfect. The Peshawari Naan was sweet and soft, so was the butter naan. The chef's special lamb was amazing (must try) and the meat was so soft. The Rogan Josh lamb was so flavorful and mild. They remix the spice for the Chicken Tikka!! Amazing meal. We ate alot of Indian Cuisine in Toronto and in Asia, my hats off to the chef for blending the spices that each dish has its own unique flavor. Greeter, waiter, servers - all excellent service. If you are looking for authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine in London, this is the spot. The food was absolutely superb. The dishes tasted genuinely authentic, not overly Anglicized, which is a rare treat. Each item we ordered was rich in flavor and expertly spiced. A major highlight was their willingness to customize dishes to our exact preference – whether you prefer things mild or extra spicy, they deliver exactly what you ask for. The quality of the food was matched by the excellent service. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Reviews

3 Star Rating Very disappointed with the afternoon tea for what a 5 start hotel quality should be. Negative points: 1. Tea without any leaves or tea bag inside the pot. Basically tasteless hot water with a bit of colour (Earl Gray). 2. ONLY one personal pot of tea more less same size as the cup (see pic). I’ve been in several afternoon teas and all have offered bottomless tea. 3. Service inconsistent. First waiter brought the tray with sandwiches and didn’t explain anything. Second one better as he explained what the deserts were. 4. No good value for money. Two basic afternoon tea with service £96. Positive points: 1. Decor and ambience are very nice. 2. The sandwiches/deserts and the presentation are nice. Overall not a place I’ll come again.

5 Star Rating Food was everything I hoped for, and the service was lovely and very attentive. Don’t be afraid of the price because it is made up in the quality and overall experience.

5 Star Rating Amazing vegan High Tea at The Roseate House/Hyde Bar—Binod, Abdulloh, and Vala gave very attentive service and the sparkling wine, food, and dessert were all delicious. The classic old hotel bar feel was comfortable. I would definitely return the next time I’m in London!

5 Star Rating Experience was so incredibly lovely for high afternoon tea at the Hyde hotel and bar. Yanna and Binod were amazing at accommodating us for everything we needed, very hands on, wonderfully kind. The music playing was smooth jazz and the vibe was relaxing and just an overall amazing experience!
