5 Star Rating Authentic Italian in a great location. Located amongst the shopping district, this restaurant is located right off a side street. Reservations- Not sure if they require, but we walked up and after a short 10 minute wait, were seated. Food - was phenomenal. We tried a variety of dishes: Garlic bread, Calamari, Chicken Lecca Lecca (chicken fingers), Spaghetti, Pizza, Balsamic Glazed Greens, and more. They have a great selection of delicious desserts. On holidays (Easter), they offer additional desserts. Service - was world class. We had Arsim as our waiter, and he was very attentive to our needs. Atmosphere - The restaurant has an upstairs and downstairs dining setup. They do have a bar. ***Menu attached

4 Star Rating Popped into Ask Italian near Marble Arch for a family lunch, and it was a mixed bag. The food was a highlight with tasty pasta and pizza bursting with flavor, though mains at £15-£20 felt a tad steep for the portion. Sadly, our waitress’s curt attitude put a damper on things; her short responses to our menu questions made us feel uneasy. On the plus side, food arrived fast, within 10 minutes. I’d give it another shot, hoping for a friendlier server. Worth a visit for the food, just brace for hit-or-miss service.

5 Star Rating I loved dining in the Sound Cafe. We booked the bottomless brunch and were very pleased with our experience. The waiting staff were courteous and helped with any queries. Their robot waiter was rather cute too. My meal was the pulled pork and I couldn't fault it - tasty and filling. All the puddings were fabulous and good sized servings. The room itself is fascinating and very well decorated. I wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend highly.

4 Star Rating Amazing atmosphere. Staff were friendly and moved efficiently though I felt they could potentially have asked if I wanted a food menu and even when I ordered food they brought it with no cutlery or napkins and acted surprised when I wanted it. The chips were dry and hard but the rest of the food was okay. Signature cocktails were AMAZING, perfect blend of flavoursome and refreshing. Great ambiance overall and there was a live band. Will definitely visit again!

5 Star Rating What an amazing surprise! We went to SOUND Cafe using the recommendations from The Fork while our stay in London. The restaurant is beautiful, with a really good vibe to everyone, especially the music geeks. We've ordered the famous Tomahawk, which was amazing and very well served. We will for sure revisit next time we are in London. Thank you so much for everything!

5 Star Rating I came here today by chance as we were looking for a nice Indian lunch to have that was not too heavy. We walked in and were greeted by a lovely lady who sat us in a booth. The offered us menus and the options were amazing. I’m a vegetarian but my husband is not and there were options for all. We ended up ordering the Pani Puri, the Papdi Chaat and the Aloo Ghobi Mattar with some rice. The flavour of the aloo ghobi was a perfect combination of spicy and depth of flavours without being too chili hot. I loved it. The pani puri was fabulous and the mint dressing with it was outstanding and serving was generous! The papdi chaat was fabulous as well. The servers were lovely, attentive and kind! We had Jeena serve us this afternoon and she explained things clearly and described the dishes perfectly helping me choose what I wanted! As you can see, while I’m no food critique with my words, this is the best I can do… if only my tastebuds could speak!

5 Star Rating If you're craving Indian food in London, this spot is definitely worth checking out. The menu offers a solid variety of dishes, and I was impressed by the authenticity of the flavors. The roti was light and flaky, perfectly paired with rich, tasty curries. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it a nice place to hang out with friends. Service was friendly and prompt, which made my experience even better. Definitely a go-to for a satisfying meal that hits the spot.

5 Star Rating The restaurant offers inviting entry-level seating and a spacious downstairs area ideal for private functions. The food quality was satisfactory. My assessment is based on a recent visit with a party of 50 guests utilizing a pre-set menu. Presentation was exceptional, and both the beverages and service were excellent, with polite and attentive staff. The restaurant's cleanliness and maintenance were commendable. Parking is limited; public transportation is recommended. Its convenient location near Selfridges is a plus. A return visit might be considered with a smaller group.

5 Star Rating This place has two different restaurants… 1st fl serves Indian street fusion food and basement is for traditional Indian cuisine… tried the 1st Fl. this time… the service was great .Everyone was very nice ... I walked in around 5:30PM without a reservation , ( assuming that it would get crowded later the evening, even it was on a week day ) and was seated right away… Sure enough, after 6:30PM the place got crowded… I tried few items on the menu: Chaas Popcorn Chicken ( Panko breaded deep fried chicken ) Warm Chili Paneer Salad ( spicy warm salad with green chili, capsicum & Indo-chinese style paneer) Kerala Prawns(fennel, coconut milk, seaweed 'podi", turmeric, ginger, garlic, curry leaves & tempered mooli) with butter Naan & basmati rice as extra side dish )…. The seasoning and flavor was on point. May be the items that I ordered, but I felt that they were rather ( southern ) Asian fusion item than Indian flavor cuisine….. may be that is the trend of current Indian street food… For sure I will try the dining room at downstair next time… Overall I enjoy my dinner there.

5 Star Rating The Spanish tapas here are absolutely delicious! The cheesecake was so good it completely destroyed my “keep fit” plan—I couldn’t stop myself from devouring it. Every single dish was full of flavor and brought me right back to my time in Spain. The only downside? The basement vibe isn’t the coziest and the chairs weren’t very comfortable. Also, the server accidentally tried to charge us twice—but honestly, the food was so good I almost didn’t care! Plus, the staff are actually Spanish, which made the experience feel even more authentic. Strongly recommend! Just… next time, pretty please let me sit at one of the nice ground floor tables. Gracias!

2 Star Rating food was fine but we waited an hour for our food as we watched 8 other tables sit down, be served, eat, and leave. on top of that the bill included a 13.5% cover charge which, when asked to be removed, we were folded by the server “it goes to the company, it doesn’t go to us”. in addition, i found a piece of penne pasta in my tagliatelle, which is not a huge issue in itself, but adds to the negative dining experience here. overall, an incredibly disappointing and frustrating meal.

You order (everything) from your friendly neighborhood barkeep (I requested the Timothy Taylor’s and sauntered off to find a comfortable table to await the fish & chips. A long draw from my pint & a couple minutes led to my dinner delivery (not sure how they knew where I was? Magic?). I received a healthy portion of crispyly crusted and PERFECTLY cooked fried cod with peas & nicely flavored crisps (I do wish they were hot on delivery). I had a crisp delicious Guinness for dessert. 5 Star Rating When we checked into the hotel, one of the receptionists, Connor, recommended this restaurant, so my wife, our little boy, and I decided to give it a try. As soon as we arrived, Ashok warmly welcomed us and thoughtfully found a comfortable sofa seat for our little one. The menu had a great selection, and we decided to go with seafood. We ordered starters and mains, and Ashok also recommended the bread—which turned out to be fantastic. The food was absolutely amazing, the staff was incredibly professional, and everything was just perfect. A big thank you to the entire team—we’ll definitely be back! And a special thanks to Vitor for checking in on us throughout the meal, making sure everything was just right.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Food was delicious! We started with the burrata (so creamy!) and the crab salad, which was super fresh. I had the lamb rump for my main—cooked just right—and my friend had the sea bass, which she wouldn’t stop raving about. Portions were generous without being too heavy. We couldn’t resist dessert and were so glad we didn’t skip it—the chocolate delice was rich and dreamy. Overall, just a great night out. Would 100% go back. Highly recommend!💗
