5 Star Rating Everything was on top of the expectations. From the first step into the restaurant we have been treated as the most important people they had so far, and I truly believe that is a normal practice for them. All the servers where friendly and professional. I appreciate the knowledge they have about all the ingredients they use in their dishes. Food was amazing. We had a very good dinner. Unlikely we didn't met Chef Locatelli, hopefully next time. Very recommended, we'll come back for sure.

3 Star Rating Food is very good, popular and not common classic Italian with very little twist to modern and creative but basically classic Italian. It is for sure an interesting menu if you are not used to Italian food. I was expecting more creative cuisine both from chef Locatelli and from a Michelin star restaurant. The location is beautiful, a little noisy, probably because the restaurant has a pretty high number of seating so it is hard to keep the noise low when it is full. The wine list is very good and there is a good amount of excellent but affordable options. Service was impeccable! Glad that I was there, not sure if it is worth a second visit.

5 Star Rating Really good experience! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere! We weren’t expecting this good quantity of the portions! Excellent quality of the food! The only plate that we would expect a bit more was the Tiramisu that wasn’t that great. Nice place! You know that is a bit expensive but it’s not only for the name of the chef but even for the full experience during the meal! We can’t wait to come for another meal!

5 Star Rating Absolutely wonderful experience here. A bread basket of dreams, really kind and attentive staff, and beautiful food. The red wine risotto was delicious and we also really enjoyed the tiramisu. Great wine list as well. Would highly recommend for a special occasion.

5 Star Rating We stumbled upon this restaurant when staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel, and I have to say the food quality was quite amazing. This is a solid Italian restaurant with very refined cuisine. The service was also excellent. The best item we ate here is the octopus, and the pasta dish was equally amazing.

5 Star Rating I actually ate at this place on 12/27/2023: Do you like Italian? If so, go there to eat! The food was great and the service was polite and professional. I had the lasagna with the added grande portion and it was good! The establishment was pleasant to eat in. Although, I did not use the restroom facilities, so I can’t speak to that. I would definitely go back to eat there again.

4 Star Rating The restaurant is cosy with nice atmospherics, yet tables are so close to each other. They serve you a welcome drink shot of their signature juice, pomegranate lemonade, it was yummy that we ordered from them. The food was OK, I recommend the Garlic Bread with mozzarella and balsamic onions as a starter. The restaurant was not busy, but the service was slow, and some dishes were wrong, so it took them longer time to replace them. Staff were friendly and tried to do their best to keep us happy. We chatted with them and they recommend nice areas to visit in London.

4 Star Rating Came here for lunch with a friend and luckily got seats before the lunch rush. Super cute decor and fun, casual ambience. The pastas were delicious and came out relatively quick. I will say that the place gets pretty loud when it’s busy though so if you’re wanting to have long conversations and chit chat with someone, you may want to consider relocating after your meal.

5 Star Rating Update on Nov 2023 - now it’s Sound Cafe as part of the new Cumberland hotel. Staff absolutely lovely. Good atmosphere- music not too loud and not rock like before. Food is pretty good - similar to Hard Rock. Funny little robot who delivers the meals (the server hand it across of course!). It was our wedding anniversary and we felt very welcomed. We will definitely come back! Thanks Sound Cafe team 👍😎

5 Star Rating The live music and performances were amazing, and there are screens showing what is happening on stage so you don't miss out even if you are not at the front. The staff were attentive and came back to our table regularly and were able to take us as a large group at short notice. Even though there was live music, the volume was good - we were still able to talk with each other which was really appreciated.

5 Star Rating Heard a lot about this place so was keen to experience the vibes. Ambience was nice with a split of street food on the ground floor and the fine dining on the lower ground floor. Prices are reasonable and a good range of options on the menu. The starters were extremely flavourful with good depth and spice. The mains were much simpler and bland….lacking spice and flavour. Service staff were very polite and prompt with food to the table and clearing. A positive experience overall, though if you are looking for options with strong flavours and spice, your options will be somewhat limited.

5 Star Rating I love it when restaurants surprise me pleasantly. I ordered the Samosa, and it was not what I expected, but I absolutely loved it. Everything was soo good, flavorful without being overly spicy. Also, the price was good and the service efficient. The only complaint is that there could have been a few more pieces of meat, both the lamb and the chicken. There were more potatoes than meat. Otherwise, everything was great!!!

3 Star Rating Combination of Indian street food and fine dining. We had a dinner at the fine dining section. The food was good. The chicken biryani is recommended. The butter chicken was good. The appetizers was average. The service needs an improvement. As the appetizers plates was not removed even though it was finished and the main course was served. We asked for the bill for more than three times. The price was very reasonable.

5 Star Rating Zayna is a hidden gem! My dining experience there was absolutely delightful. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was a true culinary adventure. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I couldn't get enough of the mouthwatering cuisine. The taste was out of this world, and the lamb chops were so tender and flavorful. The dessert was the perfect ending to our meal - the Kulfi was the best I've ever had! Zayna has become my go-to spot for a taste of the Mediterranean. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning soon!

4 Star Rating Wow. Only basque restaurant I’ve been to in london and tasted pretty legit. Gildas and basque cheesecake was just spot on. The wagyu with foie gras was also v yum. Tortilla was also super yum. I would not order turbot - it was not the only fish and two tiny bits. 4 stars because portion sizes too small and expensive for what it is.

4 Star Rating The sourdough was so-so; olive oil didn’t have many layers of taste. The seafood croquetas was quite good; it had balance between the sauce on too and the croquetas itself. Beef was okay. The service was excellent. We went there on last Saturday and the waiter was very kind and always had a smile on his face. The atmosphere was okay… the floor downstairs was very slippery; that’s a hit dangerous. Even the staffs needed to walk slowly so that they don’t slip.

5 Star Rating I'm giving 5 stars even tho I had 1 small issue but it's really my own issue being a bartender myself in a liquor driven city. I was not happy with the measured pour. Not sure if it's regulated thing or a bar owner thing but I felt a bit ripped off by the tiny pour. Other than that the staff was friendly, quick and knew their drinks. The bar itself seemed fun and festive for the season. Overall I enjoyed myself that's why 5 stars.

3 Star Rating Staff were friendly and quick to take our orders, however we were a bit disappointed by the strenuous waiting time and the overall food quality. The garlic bread was delicious, but when it came to our main dishes we were left with an odd taste in our mouths and a stomachs ache. Additionally, we were forced to wait 20 minutes for our starters and another 15 for our mains, which isn’t the best considering we were starving. Overall, we paid £50+ for a small 2 course meal, which isn’t the best for those who are staying on a budget. But do come here if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff!
